Beautiful Soul, Beautiful Pictures

Anna's work truly speaks for itself. I haven't even seen the actual photos from my wedding day yet, but the images she did show me—totally unedited and viewed on the camera's back display—caused my jaw to drop. From the moment I first reached out to Anna, I knew my wedding day was in the best of hands. The love she has for her craft, the care she takes staging a scene and picking the right frame—everything is a reflection of her beautiful spirit. She was there beside me and my husband the entire day, capturing all of those precious in-between moments that so often go overlooked. Every single special request we had—even the cheesy ones!—were accounted for, and she even took the time to snap some photos on 35mm film, which might be the coolest thing ever. Anna was a huge part of our special day, and I'm so glad I was able to share those moments with an artist and human as wonderful and amazing as her. I couldn't recommend Anna more!

Anna was wonderful and made taking pictures on our wedding day so much fun! We were very comfortable around her and she made everyone feel included. My favorite part about having Anna photograph our wedding was how personable she was. She wanted to hear our story and get to know us before the wedding so that she could better capture our wedding day in a way we will always cherish and remember. She was well organized and very prepared which made taking pictures easy and quick and very professional.

Anna was absolutely wonderful! She was helpful and enthusiastic and the fabulous pictures that she took will forever remind us of our big day! The quality of our pictures is phenomenal and Anna's point-of-view as a photographer is modern, professional, and exactly what we had hoped for!

Photography was my biggest concern for my wedding, and Anna made me feel so comfortable and confident that I would be getting great pictures. I still to this day look back at them thinking what a great job she did, and I know I will treasure them forever.
Anna was absolutely wonderful to work with, she is incredibly personable, and so much fun. She stayed with us throughout the whole event, and even dropped by the rehearsal to check the place out. I would recommend her to my dearest friends and family, and any others looking for a photographer. I also hope to use her in years to come for other events, and maybe even for some fun shoots!

Anna was an absolute blessing to my husband and myself. We eloped in Key West and flew Anna with us to photograph our wedding. Anna is courteous and extremely professional and giving with her amazing talent.

Anna has a quick turn around time frame, she is super easy to work with, has an amazing eye for gorgeous photos, does not over process her photographs, has fantastic resources and the ability to put together an outstanding wedding album, and she has top of the line professional cameras and equipment.

Not only is she a fabulous person/wedding professional, she has something so special about her and her ability to connect with her clients. We felt like we had a long time friend standing with us on our wedding day... Not just a photographer.

Anna comes highly recommended by us. You have to be choosy and careful with the over saturation of wedding photographers in today's wedding market. After all, it is your wedding day and photographs are the one thing you will have forever to preserve your day. You cannot go wrong with Anna.

Anna will always be A+ in our book...

Anna is AMAZING! A family member recommended her for our engagement and wedding photos and I couldn't have been more pleased. They were beautiful! I was so pleased with her creative ideas for our pictures so they didn't look so "posed". I will be recommending Anna to every bride I know :) She's so talented and easy to work with. I found Anna when she photographed my friend's wedding, and knew that she was amazing. I called her several years later and asked her to do my wedding. She is so professional and makes you feel like your wedding is the most fun thing to shoot in the world. She was even able to make my husband have fun with taking photos for an hour or two. The pictures that i have from the wedding captured my favorite moments and I'm so glad that Anna, with her amazing artistic eye, was there to document them.

You absolutely need her at your wedding!

I could not have asked for a better wedding day photographer than Anna. She is so friendly and easy to work with, and there is no doubt that she knows exactly what she is doing. She guided us through both our engagement and wedding shoots without making us feel awkward for not knowing exactly what to do. She captured so many moments that my husband and I will treasure for the rest of our lives, and her photos are absolutely beautiful. Not only that, but Anna went above and beyond on our wedding day, doing so many helpful things that she didn't have to do that made our day run even more smoothly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer - for their wedding day or otherwise.

Anna was awesome to work with and the pictures turned out better than I could have ever imagined! She was very helpful and more like a friend during the wedding, even being one of the last ones to stay to help out. So grateful.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to book Anna for our wedding in 2012. Her approach is honest, yet simple, which we loved! After I viewed her blog, I knew we had to book her.

Anna was the most flexible vendor that we worked with leading up to our special day. She met us for an initial consultation in Knoxville to accommodated my busy schedule. She always responded promptly to emails and phone calls. I think she may have even played an impromptu wedding coordinator role during our rehearsal :-)

We were very impressed with the quality of our images. So impressed, that we followed up with a one year anniversary session. For that reason, I would highly recommend Anna Hedges Photography to a friend or family member.

I absolutely loved having Anna photograph my wedding! She had photographed my sister's wedding 2 years before and we had to have her back for mine! She was very flexible with our schedule and even took the time to photograph my husband and I after the reception in a beautiful location 20 minutes away. She was fun to have around and got along great with everyone in the wedding party! It was nice to know that I had someone who was going to capture all the special moments I wanted on that day & I knew I could trust her to do a great job!

From start to finish Anna was amazing to work with for our wedding. She exudes joy and excitement - you can tell she truly loves her work and that shows up in her photography. We chose her to shoot our wedding because we loved that she took amazing photos without adding too many special effects. She captured wonderful memories of our special day that are timeless and priceless to us.

I love Anna and her work. I have suggested her as a photographer several times since my wedding. She made sure I got all the shots I wanted and responded to my emails in a timely fashion. Her prices are reasonable and so worth it!!! She is truly a talented professional. I highly recommend!!!

My husband and I were so blessed to find Anna. We knew immediately upon meeting with her that she was the right person to photograph our precious memories. She did our engagement and wedding photography, and in both settings she captured our happiness and playful personalities. We absolutely loved working with her and are looking forward to working with her again. Our first child is due in August, and we can't think of anyone more lovely to share in the first photos of our little bundle of joy!

My husband joking called Anna "my bestie" during the wedding planning process. But in some ways it was true. I loved interacting with Anna and coming up with ways to create the memories we wanted of our wedding day. She was great on the details, the posed pictures and the candid. We love all the moments she captured.

In our experience, Anna delivered above and beyond what we expected picture-wise and just as a lovely person to have as part of your wedding day.

Anna not only left us with beautiful wedding memories, but also beautiful engagement memories! And she is also a beautiful person! She really brought the best out of us during our engagement shoot and then took the most wonderful pictures of our wedding. From the posed pictures to the candids, she really caught the spirit of our wedding, our friends, family, the location and us. And we have amazing pictures that are absolutely priceless. In addition to being a spectacular photographer, she is also a spectacular person. So sweet and genuine, and exactly the type of person you want to share these moments with. I consider Anna a great friend and feel so honored that she was able to give her time to us! I can't wait until the next big life event! Baby pictures, maybe?! :)

We loved having Anna as our photographer!! Our Engagement shoot was comfortable and fun, and our wedding pictures were everything that we wanted.
