My husband & I had the pleasure of working with Anna. She was the perfect photographer.
We first met Anna on a video call and you can immediately feel her energy. She asks all the right questions to understand our vibes & to see if we are a good fit.
On the day of, I can see how hard her team work to get the perfect shot. She is quick, decisive, and gives clear instructions.
When we got the photos, we were in awe. I asked for ethereal and I do say, she delivered. -

How can I possibly describe Anna in a way that will do her justice? I probably can't, but I'll try! If you're on the hunt for a wedding photographer who captures breathtaking images and embodies professionalism and warmth, look no further than Anna. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment we first connected with Anna, it was evident that we were in capable hands. As a professional photographer myself, I was particular about finding someone with a true-to-life, timeless style. Colors and light are often heavily manipulated in post-processing, but Anna's commitment to authenticity stood out to me immediately. Beyond her obvious technical skill and classic editing style, her personality truly sets Anna apart. She's not just incredibly talented; she's honestly one of the best people I've ever met. She seamlessly integrated into our 3-day wedding extravaganza, learning our family's names and supporting us throughout, with her whole team being just as wonderful and professional as herself. They became a cherished presence throughout the entire experience. I honestly can't count the number of compliments my friends and family had for them in the following days.
After the wedding, Anna immediately communicated the timeline and set expectations. Within a week, we were greeted with a stunning preview of what was to come! Even with just the sneak peeks, it is evident that Anna had captured the essence of our special day with unparalleled skill, warmth, and care. To wrap up this rambling, gushing review, Anna is so much more than a fantastic photographer; she's a consummate professional (A+ organization and communication), a delightful personality (she will make you laugh and firmly guide unruly family with an expert, good-natured hand), and an artist with an exceptional eye for authenticity (the truly beautiful moments as well as the ones that will make you snort-laugh).

We were lucky enough to have Anna shoot both our engagement and wedding day photos. We loved getting to work with her ahead of our wedding and had an amazing afternoon exploring San Jose del Cabo and the local beaches. She has a knack for capturing you in your element and makes the photoshoot process fun and enjoyable. She is also an absolute treasure and a wonderful person to hang out with. We were so excited to see her a few months later at the wedding and she surpassed all expectations! Anna is organized and thoughtful, and made our busy wedding day as stress free as possible. She helped keep our bridal party and families calm, kindly answered all their questions, and kept us laughing through the whole experience. Our photos are absolutely stunning and we could not be happier. I highly recommend her to anyone getting married in Cabo - you will not be disappointed! -

Capturing the moment
Everything about our experience with Anna was top shelf. I loved working with her - she is personable, easy to be with, and felt more like a friend at the wedding instead of a hired professional. She works to understand the special people at your wedding and your relationships. She has a way of capturing the moment and not just taking a picture. We told her we were hopeful just to have a couple of great pictures from our day and we have only received a sneak peek / sampling so far and love them all. She is talented and simply the best! -

Perfect in every way!
Anna was an absolutely exceptional photographer for our big day. There is always a little fear not meeting your photographer prior to the wedding doing a destination wedding, but Anna exceeded our expectations. She was kind, thorough, prompt, timely, and produced incredible photos. We had so many compliments from our wedding party about how much they enjoyed Anna and her team. We would recommend her to anyone and are so happy with our choice! -

Amazing, talented, responsive, highly recommend!!
We had an amazing experience with Anna for our Welcome Party and Wedding day and highly recommend her to anyone looking for photography services in Cabo. Anna and her team are not only super friendly but talented as well. Her intake process of what was important to capture on our special day was thorough and she memorized all of our bridal party and families names. Anna really goes above and beyond and we are so happy to have hired her. The photos she captured were beautiful and something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. -

What a pleasure to have Anna as our photographer. She's fun, professional, communicative and easy to work with. My friends loved her energy. She's flexible and willing to work with you and your budget. She's also very helpful with making suggestions. She even met us few days before the wedding to talk more and help us navigate with wedding day to do's. She's very talented and has a good eye for detail. She made picture taking fun and easy. For wedding day, I was pretty overwhelmed and tired early on so she knew to get me through it. Of course as soon as the ceremony was over, I was more relaxed and she could see that and was thankfully able to capture a more natural and happier side of me. I can't wait to see the pictures. I'm so glad we chose her. She did exactly what we asked and helped us make decisions with how to coordinate with our crazy dynamic of a family. you won't go wrong hiring her. She's wonderful! Anna and her team are literally the best. I almost don't have words to describe how kind, caring, and professional they were on our wedding day. On top of the normal wedding day stress, we had some abnormal circumstances that led to some extra anxiety for us (especially me, the bride). Anna really went above and beyond to help me through my anxiety. I ended up being able to relax and truly enjoy my day thanks to her reassurance. Obviously, this is nowhere near something that I would expect from a wedding photographer. But she cared enough to help me and it meant a lot. The time we spent with Anna on our wedding day was so fun and relaxing, and now we have some incredible photos to cherish for a life time. Seriously, the photos are gorgeous. All of this aside, Anna was 100% professional, punctual, and organized from the time we signed the contract with her to the time we got our images. Her team was also absolutely wonderful. We both felt so confident and comfortable in front of their cameras and half the time we didn't even know they were there. Furthermore, our family and friends made so many comments about how much *they* enjoyed Anna. So not only did she make us (bride and groom) feel amazing, she also had a lasting impression on our guests! I could go on and on, but I will leave you with this: If you have the option to hire Anna Gomes as your event photographer- run, don't walk, to sign that contract. Don't hesitate, don't shop around. HIRE HER! You will not regret it. -

Excellent beautiful photos
Anna is a trustworthy and talented photographer. She will get fantastic photos, under any circumstances. She kind of almost doubled as a wedding coordinator for our small wedding, giving us advice and instructions for our ceremony and keeping everyone on task and on time. I cannot emphasize how valuable this is! I first met Anna when she was hired to photograph my sister's wedding, and I liked her and her photos so much, I wanted her for my wedding too (3 years later), so we flew her out to California for it. Our wedding was at high noon and in harsh direct sun, a lighting challenge for any photographer. But Anna still got the well-balanced lighting that made us look great. She was constantly strategizing the best locations and timing for the right light. On top of that, she spent a lot of time with us doing more photos even after the wedding was over. I promise you, you will not regret hiring Anna, and you will get the most beautiful photos of your special day. -

Absolutely blown away...
Let me preface this review by saying - I hate taking pictures... Anna somehow figured out how to make me - a person that hates taking photos - really enjoy it!
My wife and I got married in Todos Santos, and from the moment we started talking with Anna, we knew we didn't want ANYONE else... Anna took the time to talk with us and understand what KIND of photos we wanted - she took the time to go through my wife's Instagram photos to understand HOW she wanted to see herself. I cannot imagine a better experience than when a professional has a full understanding of what you're looking for and has an insatiable drive to make that happen for you.
After seeing the photos, the quality exceeded any expectations I could have imagined. I am still floored about what an amazing job she has done and how easy and enjoyable she made the whole process!

Anna Gomes is the professional every couple needs on their wedding day!
When we decided to get married in Cabo, we knew we wanted something very familiar and experienced with the area. Anna had been both to our resort and our venue. Anna was more than happy to take a call with us and met us in person the week of the wedding to get everything set up with our rooms and making sure we had good locations for pictures. She showed up on the wedding day with an assistant and second shooter (per the package we chose). I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. I was so at ease, she managed everything and everyone. She accommodated minor delays. I could go on and on. I highly, highly recommend Anna and her team. You won't regret it! I look at our wedding album at least once a week. We have pictures hanging from her website and the quality is unbelievable. -

Somehow the review title "Greatest Of All-Time" falls short of how truly amazing both Anna and her team are not only on the big day itself, but also everything pre-/post-wedding.
From there start, Anna was timely and consistent throughout our conversations -- she didn't blink an eye when we asked a million-and-one questions. Her pricing was clearly laid out and she was extremely honest in helping us choose the right fit for us.
When the big day arrived, Anna had an incredible balance in her ability to take lead when necessary while simultaneously capturing every moment with a genuine passion for her work; she always focused on us.
While my bride and myself worked in-person with Anna for less than a day, I speak for us both when I say we are lucky enough to now consider her a friend.
As for the pictures themselves... there are not enough words in the dictionary of any language to describe how perfect they turned out!
Anna Gomes and her team are truly the G.O.A.T.
