We met Anna at a vendor event, and after tasting her samples we knew we had to do a full tasting! Anna was wonderful throughout the whole tasting, designing, and booking process, and the cake was absolutely amazing. Our favorite was the coconut cake with pineapple filling- highly recommend! The cake came out beautifully and guests raved about how delicious it was. I would recommend Anna Cakes to anyone planning a wedding in the Orlando area!

Anna has a heart of gold. She makes you feel welcomed, important, and that you are the only customer she is tending to. I couldn’t have asked for better communication, professionalism, kindness, and punctuality. She listened to exactly what my husband and I wanted in a cake as I am not a cake eater. The tasting was personal and not rushed. We loved how the platter had a variety of lightweight cake and tasty fillings. It was delicious. She drew up our design right in from of us and we were satisfied with the the price and payed up front. When I arrived to the reception the cake was sitting immaculately and I couldn’t have asked for something more beautiful and tasty! Thank you for pouring your love into ours!

Anna was a delight to work with! From our cake tasting consult to the day of. She came in, did her thing and was put in record time. There was an issue with the cake table location but that was taken care of behind the scenes and I was just told the location moved and the cake and table were secure. It was beautiful, simple and delicious! All the elements we were looking for. Plus, she did my bestie’s wedding cake 15th ago so it was super special for Anna to do our cake as well. Thank you, Anna!

We had to hire Ana last minute as we had to change our wedding location last minute due to Corona Virus. She is very easy to work with and very flexible. I couldn’t recommend Anna enough! I knew I didn’t want a white wedding cake and when I stumbled onto her site I was impressed with her portfolio. From the very beginning she was easy to communicate with. The flavors she offers for cakes/buttercream are perfect; not bland or overly sugary like other bakers. Also the way she makes fondant actually tastes good and makes you want to eat it! The Perfect Cake!
When we came to Anna's kitchen, we thought we had the cake we wanted. But her tasting trays and her creativity helped us create the perfect cake together! Her naked cake was amazing, and delivered right before the reception to stay fresh. There was barely any left - the guests loved it and made sure to have a slice even with two other desserts in the wedding!

We wanted a more unsual cake since our wedding was a Halloween wedding and she NAILED it! We came in for a cake tasting, which was a shocker by the way! She gave us so much cake and fillings to try we had to bring it home and we shared it with our family too!

Our wedding cake was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. It was fresh, light, and the flavor was amazing. I’ve been dreaming about it since my wedding back in 2011! Anna did a great job communicating her process and helped us to figure out a cake that suited our taste and that was within budget.. which wasn’t hard at all as her prices were very reasonable. She suggested that we use buttercream icing to cut down on the cost compared to using fondant. It looked just as polished. I also loved that the inspiration picture I brought was actually one of her cakes! It was a sign and I was pleased with how my cake turned out. It was a stress free process, which was important to me b/c I was planning my destination wedding from NYC while I was pursuing my doctorate degree! I also highly recommend her coconut flavor cake. I don’t even like coconut, but THAT cake.... magical!

We used Anna Cakes for my daughters wedding last March and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a cake for an event. She bakes her cakes the night before the event for super freshness. Her cakes are like heaven and eating air. So light and fluffy. She worked hard to understand what my daughter wanted her cake to look like and guided her in the budgeting process. Letting her know extra details cost more and how to work around that with different options. She listened to my daughter and responded promptly with costs and what we needed to do in the whole process. Anna also worked with us with a last minute cake topper change. Instead of flowers we wanted to put a clay figurine replica of their dog Emma. It worked out perfectly! She gave us such good advice and was flawless in her delivery to our event. It was a beautiful and amazingly detailed decorated cake. I constantly show it off to my clients.

Got a birthday cake for our daughter from Anna and we could not have been more pleased. We got a monster cake with the cutest little monster cupcakes along side. They were delivered right on time, exactly as I had imagined they would be. ??. I could not be more please with how friendly, kind and just over the top accommodating she was. After searching and speaking to several vendors who told me they couldn’t do the cake I wanted or wanted a outrageous price we found Anna just when I was about to give up. Our tasting of Anna’s Cakes was delicious and the cake was moist. We found that Anna makes her cakes the day of your wedding and they are not refrigerated a day or two prior like some other vendors. Working with Anna was amazing! She gave us a personalized experience and really helped guide us so that we got the cake of our dreams. We previously had a really bad experience with another big name vendor in town and then got a personal recommendation for Anna. The difference in service and quality was unbelievable. Here are the advantages to working with Anna:
1. The list of cake, filling and frosting flavors are limited. That ensures that everything Anna makes is top-notch quality, tastes homemade and is super fresh both for the tasting and the final product. The other vendor’s product tasted and seemed mass produced and was not fresh.
2. Anna can help guide the most uninformed client (like us) as far as popular flavor combos, cake design and appropriate delivery time & method. Our entire event was held at one location and the cake was served in the same room we had the ceremony. Anna’s crew snuck the cake in at the beginning of the reception which was a great surprise for everyone as most people did not even see her delivery person.
3. Anna offered her expertise during our tasting and unlike the other vendor she never made us feel like we were bothering her or that we were “dumb” just because we don’t know cake jargon. The other baker was late to our appointment at HER SHOP, did not apologize and never actually made eye contact with us - they were obviously not interested in our business or money. Anna on the other hand made us feel like family members and really shared in our excitement.
4. The cake was INCREDIBLE looking & tasting! I am not sure where she got the flowers (our venue must have put some aside for her) but without ever having a post-tasting discussion the cake was exactly what we wanted, and even better.
We will definitely be recommending Anna in the future and would not hesitate to order another cake from her in the future! Thanks again, Anna!!!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HER!!! SHE IS INCREDIBLE! Her designs, her professionalism, talent and flexibility are all traits that I enjoyed using her as a vendor for our wedding. Our cake was the most delicious cake I've ever had. We went with a buttercream frosting instead of fondant and a coconut cake with guava filling and red velvet with cream cheese. It was a HUGE hit and was SO delicious, everyone cleaned their plates. We live out of state and I'm sad that we can't use Anna for every event we ever host in the future.

Right from the get go at our tasting, Anna seemed to understand exactly what we wanted and she knew exactly how to fit that in our budget. She drafted up our design and the entire process was so easy and enjoyable. I had no worries about the delivery or about the cake not being what we wanted as I had full faith in Anna's work. Anna is so great to work with- we had such an awesome experience at our tasting and felt 100% confident that our wedding cake would be beautiful AND delicious. The day of the wedding came around and I never once worried about the cake's arrival or setup or anything-- and when I saw it halfway through our reception it was better than I imagined! I work at a venue that hosts weddings so believe me, I have probably tried more wedding cakes than anyone you know (the scraps have to go somewhere!). So I knew that the structure, design, and flavor of Anna’s cakes are better than any others in Orlando a long time before it was time to book my own wedding. It was a no-brainer! The only hard part was deciding between all of the flavors, because they truly were all great. We had a strange request of covering the outside with color blocked nonpareils and couldn’t get the vision out of my mind. Who knew they didn’t sell the colors I needed! I didn’t find out until afterwards but she hand-dyed those teeny tiny sugar dots to get it absolutely perfect. Needless to say it wasn’t as cut and dry as either of us was expecting, but it’s exactly why I hired a pro. Thank you Anna for bringing my dream to life!

I got Anna's information from a bridal showcase. Setting up a consultation with her was fairly easy, a bit far from where we live but it was totally worth it!!! Anna is a very sweet and talented person. The minute we got to her office we hit it off, she brought out a tray of samples and needless to say by the time we left my husband, my two girls and I had wiped that tray clean!! Her cake is amazing and her designs are nice and clean!! There was no pressure from her to have to purchase from her but we did so that very first meeting, cake was paid in full almost a year before our wedding date!! Ever since we tried her cake we kept wishing we could go back for more!! She gave us exactly what we asked for!! I can't wait to order from her again!!

Anna is amazing, I would highly recommend booking her for your big day! She made us feel comfortable from our first contact to the last minute details. We had a 3 tier split cake (half traditional pin-tuck fondant and scroll work) and half a Legend of Zelda theme. It was incredible - exactly what we wanted. Seeing my husbands face light up when he saw it made my day. So many times, cakes look good and taste terrible - NOT the case with Anna. Our guests were going back for 2nd's (and some for 3rd's). It's hard to save the top tier for our anniversary because we know how good it will be. Cheap cake isn't good, and good cake isn't cheap - Anna's creations are worth every penny!

I used Anna's Cakes for a Retirement/70th Birthday celebration and I could not have been more pleased. I was trying to decide what to get my grandmother for her 100th birthday. What in the world do you get someone who has lived their life already and has everything they would need? I decided on an amazing custom made cake. I did a web search for custom cakes online for Orlando and had dozens of results returned. I contacted a hand full of them via email with no response... except for Anna. She was the lone respondent to my emails.
Because I had never purchased a cake like this before I was at a loss as to where to start. Anna recommended looking at pictures on her website, etc and she also sent pictures of several of her cakes she thought my grandmother would like. After much thought I finally decided on a cake she recommended.
The day I was to pick up the cake, Anna was there at her shop... bubbly, full of energy, kind... and huggable. :) A tear came to my eye when I saw the masterpiece I was presented with. It was beautiful. A work of art. My Sister asked Anna, "How long does it take to make all of those sugar flowers?" Anna replied, "It takes about 2 days." Wow.
Yes, it was expensive. Without a doubt. But when my Grandmother looked at the cake and started weeping with joy and said, "It's just so beautiful. It's just so beautiful." It made the time, the money and everything else worth it.
For a once in a lifetime experience... do yourself and your loved ones a favor... conscript Anna to create a cake for your event or occasion. The cakes are beautiful, taste great... and on top of that you get to meet a person who obviously loves what she does and loves her customers just as much. I will never forget this whole experience and will be grateful to Anna for making my Grandmother's 100th birthday something that will live in our hearts and minds for the rest of our lives. Anna has created many cakes for my family and I. We first met her in 2007 when looking for someone to create our wedding cake. We were literally a month away and so stressed. After a few prayers, I found her website online and took the chance of writing her a message. She was So Sweet, kind, flexible, understanding, and wonderful to work with. I will never forget our first cake tasting. Anna did such a wonderful job on our wedding cake. It was so BEAUTIFUL and tasted great! After that, our family requested her cake for all of our family events : ) She made the process of completing the design of our cake fun, and stress free. Anna also made my son's spiritual blessing cake, which was a very meaningful day for our family, and we were so glad to have her make his first birthday cake as well, which was better than I could have hoped and so special for my family and I. Just this last year, Anna has created a beautiful baby shower cake, graduation cake and most recently my twin and my 30th birthday cake-which was beyond any cake I had seen online or in magazines. It was gorgeous and Anna went over and beyond to make us happy. When I make photo books for my family, including extended family, after a celebration; I always include a picture of the cake <3 It's incredible how awesome and talented Anna is. I recommend her to anyone looking for a special cake. Not only are the designs show stoppingly beautiful but the quality and taste are equally as impressive. We love Anna Cakes!

We visited 2 other cake shops in the Central FL area before visiting Anna who were extremely overpriced and also not too personable. We knew immediately Anna was going to be the one to make our cake! She was kind and down to earth and listened to exactly what we wanted for cake design, and did all she could to help us stay in budget. No words can express how amazing our cake was! It was delicious, beautiful, and delicious! Our wedding planner, The D-tales, brought us to Anna Cakes, and wow! Not only was the taste test full of great flavors, but they were super easy to work with! We had a very five layer butter cream covered cake that we had decorated with colorful flowers, and we choice three different flavors for our layers (Coconut cake with guava filling, vanilla cake with strawberry filling, and lemon cake with raspberry filling) that really gave our guests that wedding cake excitement! They loved it so much that I saw some people with all three flavors! Such an amazing cake and company to work with!

Anna Cakes was AMAZING. We got married early April in California. First of all, she made the cake at her bakery in FL and FLEW with it the day before the wedding. Talk about fresh and so accommodating! Most bakeries freeze their cakes, which is fine, I have done that myself, but it's way better to have it fresh. Her standard of quality is top notch.
I don't even know where to begin with the cake. I left it all up to Anna because I had no idea what I really wanted to do. She had so many ideas and ultimately felt the right thing to do was a buttercream ruffle cake. It went perfectly with everything at our wedding. I'm so glad I left it up to her. The flavor was out of this world. And SO moist. We got the very popular coconut cake with vanilla buttercream. I can't wait till the year is up so we can dive into the top. Anna herself is really personable. She's got a great sense of humor while keeping it highly professional. There are a lot of logistics getting a huge cake presented, but she made it seem like simple magic.
It was absolutely stunning. And delicious. And fun to go back and forth with Anna because she made everything seem so light and kept it really easy for me.

We did a tasting about 1.5 years before our wedding date and booked immediately. She drew a beautiful sketch of exactly what we had envisioned. I have been a fan of Anna's for a while so as soon as I got engaged her name definitely popped into my head for the cake. She responded quickly and got me scheduled for a tasting immediately. Not only was the cake delicious but it was great to bounce ideas off of her. she came up with a beautiful sketch for our cake that I can't wait to see come to life. We met with Anna after meeting with another cake artist, and ultimately ended up choosing her to make our cake. I am so glad we did!
At our tasting Anna gave us a TON of cake to choose from. There was one flavor I wanted to try that she didn't have already prepared, and she wipped it up on the spot! I gave her a photo I had found on pinterest and told her that is what I wanted, and she worked with my florist to create that photo exactly. She is a true artist! She worked to create what we wanted and still fit within our budget.
The cake was DELICIOUS. In addition to our top tier, we came home with some leftovers that I wrapped up well and stored. We just got back from our honeymoon two weeks after the wedding, and tried the cake...IT IS STILL MOIST AND DELICIOUS. Anna is great!

Listen to me, Anna is THE REAL MVP! I met and spoke with two other cake vendors prior to visiting Anna for a consultation. I walked into her adorable cake shop, told her my obscure vision, then she sketched the most beautiful cake! Not only are her design skills worth bragging about, but the taste of her cakes still has my guests raving months later. She does not offer a wide selection of cake flavors, but she has indeed mastered the few that she provides. I followed Anna's account on Instagram and new I had to have her create our cake.It was one of the best decisions I made throughout the wedding planning process! She was so wonderful to work with and very efficient. My mom and I were running an hour late to the tasting (did not plan for Orlando traffic) so Anna and I just texted back and forth about a cake design. Within a few minutes, she texted me several design mock-ups and all of them were on point. When we showed up, she greeted us with a huge smile on her face (did I mentioned I was an hour late!) and we tasted the MOST DELICIOUS cake you could imagine.
I ended up going with 3 different types of cake: coconut, devil's chocolate and marble cake with cookies n' cream & buttercreme frosting. The cake was the main focus of our decor as it sat behind me and my groom. It was a beautiful cake, and even better, it tasted so good.

This is by far the best experience I've had from any vendor. Anna was very helpful through the entire purchase. From setting up a last minute appointment, helping me select a design and preparing the most delicious cake I've had; Anna far exceeded my expectations. Hands down the best cakes in Orlando! Not only was my cake gorgeous but it was DELICIOUS! So fresh and moist and the flavors were unforgettable. Anna's creation brought everything I imagined to life. Anna was so sweet and her cakes are absolutely delicious! She is willing to work with your budget and is very flexible in creating options for you. She has a ton of different flavor options for the cake and the frosting and you can mix and match to your hearts desire. On the day of the wedding, her cake blew me out of the water, it was so beautiful and perfect for the setting. I would highly recommend Anna for any event, especially weddings.

Could I be any more obsessed with Anna Cakes?! Wow! Our wedding cake was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted! Anna was recommended to me by a bridesmaid and I am SO happy she told me about Anna. Our tasting was amazing - no pressure or awkwardness because Anna brings out all the amazing cake samples and fillings and gives you time to taste without sitting over and watching you. But, even if she was there while you sampled it wouldn't even be weird because everything tasted incredible. When our cake was delivered it was absolutely stunning... and when we finally got to taste it, it was even better than I remembered! I ate the cake at our reception, when we got back to our hotel and for breakfast the next morning... NO SHAME! It was SO GOOD. Im having to keep our top tier in my parents freezer because as soon as it get to our house it will be eaten. How can you have self control with a cake that good?! Thank you Anna for delivering the most beautiful wedding cake! I highly recommend using Anna Cakes and I will continue to do so for future events!

Anna made our 6 tier cake and our grooms cake. My husband loved his grooms cake so much he didn't want to cut it the night of our wedding. Anna is very creative and makes the most beautiful and delicious cakes. I would recommend her to anyone, you will not be disappointed!!

We got our wedding cake from Anna Cakes and could not have been happier! The design was absolutely gorgeous and even more important, it tasted like heaven. We got so many compliments on our cake and many of our guests ate more than one piece. My husband and I loved it so much we didn't want to share our leftovers with anyone :)

Anna is the BEST! I met with Anna in the early stages of my wedding planning process. I was so impressed by the photos of her gorgeous cakes and creative grooms cakes, that I knew she had to do my wedding cakes. During the tasting, we were blown away by each and every flavor. Anna has a wonderful spirit - so friendly, nice and helpful. She is also not pushy and wants you to get the best bang for your buck while still getting exactly what you want. Anna created a gorgeous wedding cake for us - four tiers and all white. The best part, was the incredible grooms cakes that she created for us. She made 3D versions of our show dogs that were true to life and totally exceeded my expectations in every way! I was completely blown away by her talent and creativity, as were our guests. The cakes were the talk of the night, and actually guests are still talking about how incredible they were. I can't say enough good things about Anna. Highly recommend! (I also recommend the coconut cake. It was the best cake I have ever had! Still eating the left overs :)

Anna Cakes was AMAZING! Just starting with the tasting appointment - what a variety of cake flavors, fillings, and frosting to try! We loved all of it, and ended up creating a wedding cake with 4 completely different layers of flavor/filling combos. So delicious & fresh! I can't wait to eat the top layer! The remaining cake was delivered to our hotel room at the end of the night, and we ate some that night & the next morning! Anna is always quick to reply, and she'll sketch a drawing of the cake you are wanting her to create. Highly recommend!!

Anna's work with cakes is amazing. We wanted something simple and elegant and she definitely produced that. She has numerous flavors to choose from at the tasting and she's great to work with during the consult process. We went with the coconut cake with guava filling and vanilla butter cream frosting - it was light, just the right amount of sweetness and as memorable as it was delicious. On the day of, our cake was everything we wanted...so much so, we're talking about what other events we might want to order a cake for! I definitely recommend Anna Cakes for any event - her cakes are out of this world and her decorating abilities are as great as her baking.

Let me start by saying, WOW, because my cake turned out so beautifully and looked even better than we could have imagined. During our tasting, Anna was so bubbly and really wanted to make sure our cake came out how we pictured. The problem was we had no idea what exactly we wanted. She drew a couple different pictures and added a couple extra touches and there we had it. When I saw our actual cake at the wedding for the first time I was stunned. It was elegant and classy looking which was just how we wanted it. By the way, the cakes are delicious!!! We had red velvet with cream cheese filling, marble with Bavarian cream filling, and vanilla with strawberry filling. They were all sooooooo amazing. Definitely will have another cake made for any other event here.

She has such an amazing spirit. I was so excited to review her because I just knew my cake would be amazing. My cake was at the top of my list as far as importance for my big day. I was so confused with what I wanted and she sat with patience and allowed my vision to come to life. With colored pencils and a sheet of paper, she made me the happiest woman on earth. I had absolutely no worries about my cake! My cake was absolutely amazing and exactly like the picture she drew for me! It was so Sparkly, and the eggplant purple was beautiful and rich. People kept telling me how beautiful it was and they had seconds and thirds. I thank you so much Anna and whether its a cake for a birthday, Christmas or Valentines day; you have a customer for life.
