Ann Matthews is simply amazing!! When I first walked in the bridal side I was already so impressed. It is clean, elegant, and organized! I had THREE courteous, professional, and knowledgeable women helping me find the perfect dress! I felt super picky about what I wanted and they were sooo patient with me! I was almost giving up and Desiree decided to grab a dress that was completely different than all the ones I was trying and I completely fell in love with it!!! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a wedding dress! This was the 4th store I tried from Phoenix and Albuquerque and by far the best! They even include your fiancé with some fun stuff that I won’t spoil, but it’s super cute and fun! ❤️ -

I had two bridal appointments scheduled to hopefully find my dream wedding dress! My first stop was Ann Matthews and little did I know that would be my only stop! From the minute I walked in, my consultant Veronica was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and even when I was ready to give up with my search for a dress at Ann Matthews, she pulled out the most stunning dress and recommended I just *try* it on, little did I know I would finally find the most beautiful dress that brought tears to my eyes! Thank you Veronica, Jay (The Owner) and all the Ann Matthews staff for truly making me feel like your #1 bride! -

I brought pictures of dresses I liked and she did a great job of picking out ones she thought I might like that were in my budget. I also really liked the extras that made it fun and special for me and my guests. This was my first and last stop. I would recommend everyone going here first! -

I am so happy that I went to Ann Matthews Bridal! They were completely patient with me when I brought my entourage ( 3 adults & 3 children) and when the kids had enough, they were completely accommodating. Not only did they let me come back to finish my appointment at my convenience, but they also held my discount as if both appointments were one. Marlena and Savannah both helped me and found me beautiful dresses within my budget. Thank you ladies for all of your hard work! -

Amanda Sent on 11/25/2008Anne Matthews has a great selection of wedding gowns that are very reasonable in price. However, one of my bridesmaids was in a very bad car accident a few months before the wedding so when we went to get them fitted for their dresses she was in a back and neck brace. Having one of the owners of the store being physically criple i was rather disturbed when the other owner seen my bridesmaid and laughed. I thought it to be very unprofessional and rude. The mens tuxes were very over priced! And they were constanly loosing my information and consultation, they have a great selection but are very un organized!

Kaelynn Sent on 05/13/2018I went in to Ann Matthews after my friend who is also getting married recommended it because she had a great experience. Fast forward to my experience, I was treated rude. I don't know if it was my budget or if the girl saw my ring and changed her opinion, but basically I was treated like I couldn't afford the dresses, so they don't need to put effort into it! The dresses weren't even ballpark my size (they didn't measure me), so I am not sure if they were just guessing or what exactly there policy is. Most of the dresses beading had turned yellow, so it was difficult to know what the dress actually looked liked. They also didn't provide me with any under garments because "the bras a built in," one dress I tried on that could have possibly been the dress was WAY too small, so small that they couldn't even do anything to try and close it (this happened to be when another bride and her family were in there), and my panties were showing out the back and they person helping me just left and went and "gushed" about how pretty the other bride was. She never once made me feel pretty or did anything to make me or my guests feel comfortable. When we entered we were greeted promptly and helped out, but while we were leaving the consultation ended with the girl yelling from the back "bye ladies" without even coming to see if I was interested or tell me anything. It was very weird. The girl who assisted me was a redhead if that helps, but basically I think she hates her job and in no way wanted to do anything that might have made the sale. She was very rude and brief and made the whole experience awful!!! Because of this experience I will not be spending any money at Ann Matthews Bridal, and would highly recommend anyone who wants to be treated kindly based on the fact that it is her wedding, and not their budget finds somewhere else. The most ironic thing is I was ready to buy a dress that day, and the sales associate did nothing to make a sale! I am just dumbfounded. -

Paid for alterations in advance, then they tried charging me hundreds of extra dollars for the same alterations and gaslit me when I said they already charged me.
They'll definitely try to monopolize the fact that you're emotional and nervous and excited and just want everything to be perfect.
They won't let you take any pictures before you agree to buy, which is a HUGE red flag--their prices are marked up and they don't want you leaving and finding the same dresses elsewhere.
They have great Google reviews because they offer discounts to people who leave 5 stars. But there are plenty of bad ones--seriously, do yourself a favor and read them.
Customer service flops after you've paid-my consultant wouldn't talk to me, owner was rude, and I was left calling every few days for a couple of months waiting on news about my dress.
Maybe you have time for that kind of bullshit. I didn't.
