Ann was incredibly helpful and communicative during the process and just lovely on the day of the wedding. She sent us so much material to help us put together the actual ceremony and vows, which I loved because I was able to customize it to me and my husband but I didn’t have to come up with the material on my own. She helped us with our marriage license, and her help continued even after the wedding was over. I highly recommend Ann! I had friends and family that attended the wedding that even commented on how lovely Ann was and what a nice touch she had during the ceremony.

What did I like about Ann as our wedding officiant? Let’s see…EVERYTHING! From our initial contact by em, then ph, as we were 3 states away, Ann was perfect! She was responsive with everything we needed, and in a very timely manner (hard to find now!) Her follow-up was extremely helpful, like with how best to obtain a FL Marriage License - where, what we needed to bring, timing, etc. Then working with our venue, our violinist, our photographer, florist, etc. to coordinate her part in all that. Ann was extremely patient with us on scripture, & other wording of the service itself. She helped so much in welcoming our guests. And, don’t forget the follow-up after the event re bride’s name change, Social Security, and her getting the Certified Copy of the Marriage License! Ann made this as smooth as an event like this can be. Mine is an unqualified and ringing endorsement for Ann Eastwick as a wedding official!

Ann performed a beautiful ceremonial for my husband and I, customized to our wants and needs. She started by sending us a sample ceremony because we weren’t sure what we wanted and then customized it for us based on our suggestions. She was also a calming influence on wedding day and helped guide the process. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get married. Bonus, she sends useful information to help with name changes, etc. and has cute ideas for preserving flowers into keepsakes. 5 stars all the way!

Perfect Officiant for our Wedding
We knew after talking to Ann for 5 minutes that she was the one for our ceremony. We both were nervous and unsure what we really wanted to do, but Ann was so open and helpful she made the entire process easy and relaxing for us. Ann was a pleasure to work with for our wedding and an amazing, joyful officiant. We found out our pastor was unable to come to our wedding (destination from Atlanta to Ponte Vedra) somewhat at the last minute, and when we reached out to Ann she was happy to jump in and assist. She was so helpful with questions we had about the process and ceremony and really just a wonderful person to work with in general. She provided many examples of readings, verses, vows, etc. for our review and use and also printed our on large print notecards the readings of our choice for our family - so helpful!! Officiant for elopement

We were recommended Ann by our wedding coordinator, and she was amazing to work with! She worked with us to craft vows that fit perfectly with who we are as a couple. Ann was a joy to work with from Day 1. The moment we reached out to her to schedule an initial meeting I could tell she was warm, kind and excited to be part of our day. We didn't live in the area and she was able to set up a Zoom call for us immediately. She took the time to go over everything, answer our questions and made us feel very involved in the creation of our ceremony. She even offered to meet in person for coffee to discuss anything as she was going to be in our area the following week. When we started our search for an officiant, we were overwhelmed. Being new to the area and not belonging to a church makes it very difficult. It was the last "big" thing we had on our wedding to-do list. Our photographer recommended we check out Ann Eastwick. We reached out to her, and were delighted by her prompt response and offer to meet with us in person. She is a complete joy and very professional. She really made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. She was so flexible with us, as our wedding was about two hours away from where she is based. We didn't meet with anyone else and decided to book her! Through the months leading up to the wedding, Ann reached out every now and then, and always let us know that she was available if we ever had any questions. We were pretty confused by the whole marriage license thing; and Ann helped us through every step, how to fill out the application, being responsible for the signed license after the wedding, and what to do with it once we got it back in the mail. Ann's templates for ceremonies are so beautiful. My husband and I found ourselves tearing up reading some of her selections. From her template, we were able to build a ceremony that was perfect for us, complete with our own vows, which she kept and had printed for the wedding day. Overall, working with Ann is a joy! We have recommended her to our personal friends. She is someone that we are so blessed to have been able to work with, and we are so thankful for her!

Not just an officiant, but an important part of your wedding day team!
The moment I met Ann, I knew that she would be a great officiant for our wedding. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and you can tell that she genuinely cares. She is also a seasoned vet and has been officiating weddings for years! There is probably not much that she hasn't seen or dealt with. What I loved the most about her is that she doesn't just officiate your wedding, she also tries to help out on the day-of in any way she can. She even crafted beautiful paper succulents to decorate our boxwood hedge photo booth wall! She truly went the extra mile and was the one who recommended my amazing day-of coordinator to me, Brooke Yee (Yay Day Events.) They were a great team and made my wedding day so special. If you are unsure about what you want your ceremony to be like or what to say in your vows, have no fear. Ann has all of the tools and suggestions to make your ceremony perfect. Like I said, she has been doing this for years!! She knew my venue inside and out and had also worked with my DJ before. I hired her because I was confident that she was a problem-solver and somebody who would take initiative if need be. Our ceremony was emotional, beautiful, and went off without a hitch. Ann has been extremely helpful with our fairly last minute event. She discussed the process over the phone and then sent us all the information with ideas to put our ceremony together. She was helpful with suggestions knowing that we wanted the event fun and knowing that this is a significant event for us. A Great officiant!
Ann was so helpful as Melissa and I prepared for our wedding. Supplying suggestions for the ceremony, a ton of information and selections for readings and prayers, as well as printing a beautiful copy of the vows we prepared. She has submitted the license, sent us an uncertified copy, and sent info on how to properly do the name changes for various things.
She did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

Perfect for our "Elopement" Ceremony
Ann Eastwick was the perfect officiant us. Ann understood and gave life to our wishes for an intimate elopement under the trees at our home. I highly recommend Ann to anyone to officiate a wedding of any size. She was always well-organized and made great suggestions to make our vision a reality. It was always easy to reach her with any questions, and she even coordinated the services of an available photographer. A Wonderful Person to Work With
Ann was wonderful to work with! The way she breaks down the ceremony where I can pick and choose certain wordings for certain parts made the ceremony feel specifically tailored to us. She was also great with communication and provided us with the information for how to get our marriage license and gave us the information about the name change process after the wedding. I really appreciated that she printed our vows out for us so that we didn't have to worry about forgetting them on the day of the wedding. All in all, wonderful officiant, she officiated at my sisters wedding and I would recommend her to all of my friends!

Ann was the perfect person for marrying us! She was on time, she explained us how everything would go, we decided to go with her script because it was lovely. She had a calm and peaceful vibe which is exactly what you want when you are getting married. She also dressed so appropriate, we liked her image. Thanks to her the video of the wedding looks great! (She tells you where you should be standing and looking at during the ceremony if you are too nervous to know hahaha) We are very grateful she did a perfect job and our wedding went perfect.

Ann was incredible as our officiant on our "small" big day! We had an intimate wedding of just 10 and Ann was just amazing as our officiant. Her words were perfect and she was very easy to work with. Ann is so sweet and helpful with everything including how to obtain your marriage license, to walking you through all of the steps to setting up your own personalized ceremony. Ann was without a doubt amazing and such a help to us getting married during such a crazy time in the world. We had to reschedule a few times and then unexpectedly get married on a day that it was wasn’t scheduled for and Ann was quick to reply and be there for us!! We met Ann well over a year before our wedding at a Starbucks and within minutes of meeting her we knew she was our perfect fit! I don't think my husband and I even discussed it for a second, a simple exchange of glances and we knew. Almost a year later, she made our day better than we could have ever imagined. Like most things with our wedding, we procrastinated A LOT... including the vows. Which she was SUPER flexible with and made very easy by providing all of the information we needed. Ann held a most lovely ceremony for us
When we met Ann, when knew right away that she was the perfect person to lead us into married life! A great sense of humor, easy to communicate with, and just a wonderful personality all around. On our wedding day, she was all smiles, despite some hot temperatures on the beach! She prepared the cutest cards for us, with our vows printed on, and she had every little aspect covered. The ceremony was beautiful, and our happy memories will last forever – thank you Ann!!

Wedding Ceremony
Ann Eastwick was an absolutely phenomenal officiant for our wedding ceremony. She was coordinated, organized, easy to talk to, and helpful with suggestions. From assisting in composing the wording and order of our ceremony script to helping our wedding party at the rehearsal, Ann made our ceremony preparation a stress-free, enjoyable process.

The perfect Choice for an Officiant
Ann is the perfect choice if you’re looking for an officiant! She was amazing from start to finish! She offers so many suggestions for your ceremony and always sends helpful information on name changes, marriage license, etc. She was in constant communication with us and was always quick to respond when we had questions. She even printed our personal vows for us so we could read them clearly at the alter. Our rehearsal and wedding went perfectly with Ann and we thank her so much for being so great!

Couldn’t have asked for better
Ann is a true professional and very thorough. She gave me recommendations for my musician and photographer which I used. All were great. Ann performed the ceremony very elegantly and professionally. She even takes care of other details so you don’t have to. Enjoyed her very much.

I must 1st begin by saying that our Wedding was on Thanksgiving Morning - 11/22/18. Ann is AMAZING and an Angel! It was such a pleasure to work with her from day 1. She went ABOVE and BEYOND in EVERYTHING she did and her attention to detail is priceless. We did a sand ceremony and forgot to take the Sand onto the Beach. Without hesitation, she kindly offered to stay and do the sand ceremony in the reception area, right after the ceremony. It was a blessing, because with practically 25 mph winds on the beach during the ceremony, the sand would’ve likely blown away. Ann in 1 word is an AMAZING officiant and I would recommend her to everyone. Whomever is lucky enough to have her officiate their wedding is Blessed!

Ann did a great job officiating our wedding. She did a great job incorporating a few Jewish traditions into the ceremony. I could never thank her enough for walking my grandpa down the aisle after he refused to sit. We had a few technical difficulties and she kept the ceremony moving through it all.

Wonderful wedding officiant
Ann was wonderful throughout the entire planning process and even more so the day of the event. She was timely, professional, and really made sure both myself and the groom got exactly what we envisioned for our big day. The day was perfect and I couldn't have done without Ann. Ann was amazing. She was very professional and informative. She helped us create a ceremony that was meaningful to us and it came out so beautifully. Believe me when I say, it gets hectic during the week of the wedding and I could not find time to just sit and write my vows. Ann ensure that my fiance and I wrote our vows at least a couple of days before the wedding then brought a copy of it on our big day. She truly cared about our overall well-being and took steps to ensure our wedding ran smoothly. I highly recommend Ann if you are looking for professionalism, organization, and someone who clearly has a ton of experience with wedding ceremonies.

I know that I rated Ann high on each of the categories above but I truly feel that she has been nothing short of amazing each experience that I've had with her. She has been timely, knowledgeable and attentive to answering our questions leading up to our wedding and during our ceremony she was professional, friendly and provided us EXACTLY what we had envisioned (even in 100 degree summer heat and kiddos and family and all other things in the mix) Thank you Thank you Ann :)

Ann is great with everything you can tell she has a lot of experience being an officiant. She gave me suggestions which made things easier. She listened well to our needs and even gave me examples of readings. My niece who is 13 yrs old loved one of the examples so much she decided to read it for my ceremony. We called Ann about 3.5 weeks out from our wedding day. My grandfather, who was supposed to officiate, was not doing well and we werent sure if he would be able to do it- but it was something that was going to be up in the air until the day of. We explained the situation to Ann and she was so flexible with everything and was more than happy to help us. She offered to review our ceremony (which we wrote ourselves), gave us great feedback and some ideas of her own which we used and it really made our ceremony so much better. My grandfather was able to officiate but Ann was so amazing we asked her to still be a part of our day. She and my grandfather split up parts, and she met us 2 days before our wedding to go over everything and answer any last minute questions. By far the most special person I have met in a very long time. We are forever grateful for everything she did! You wont regret asking her to help! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Ann made our ceremony. At our first meeting, she made us feel completely comfortable and helped us think about aspects of the ceremony we hadn't even considered yet. She worked closely with me, exchanging multiple emails daily, so make sure our ceremony was exactly how we wanted it. She was very flexible when we had a change of venue just a week before the date, and was always on time, professional, helpful and so, so kind. I can't recommend her for your officiant highly enough.
