I’ve always wanted a live painter at my wedding, but didn’t know if I would ever be able to fit it in my budget when the time came around. When I got engaged, the first thing I did was start my research to find a live painter and see if I can make my dream come true. They all looked amazing, but were either way too expensive, or childish looking. I found ArtViva Events by accident and looked through her page to expect the same thing as the rest of the painters I’ve seen, but I was so wrong. I booked her immediately and it was the BEST decision I’ve ever made. She was so responsive, so professional, and so calm and friendly. I felt so comfortable with her and I couldn’t wait for the big day. Now, 5 months after my big day, my painting is hanging in my living room and me and my husband stare at it every. Single. Day. From the details on my dress, to the smile lines on my face, she captured EVERYTHING in the painting. From the careful attention to detail, to the cleanliness, to the extreme intricacy, everything is just PERFECT. I could not be happier with who I chose for this special part of my wedding day.
It literally looks like a picture and it’s so hard to believe that someone was able to create such detail and definition with paint. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone that’s getting married.
This wasn’t just a purchase, it was a memory and an experience. -

I have been trying to think of what to write for Angelis, and I have come up with absolutely nothing that is adequate to describe the magic she brought to our wedding. I knew very early on I wanted a live wedding painter, and I did a lot of research for pricing and style. I love painting myself, and our wedding song was "The Painter" by Cody Johnson, so a live painter seemed like a no brainer. Angelis was magical; I don't know how else to describe what she accomplished. She was so kind and interactive with our guests when they went up to her, so accommodating, and genuinely a joy to have at our reception. I was just in awe of what she accomplished at the reception, and I am beyond excited to see the final piece when it is done. If you are considering booking Angelis, do it. Don't wait; you'll regret it if she books your date before you get a chance to book her! She is an incredible artist and such a joy to work with. She is worth every single penny. -

We couldn’t have asked for a more incredible experience with our wedding painter, Angelis. From start to finish, she captured the spirit, emotion, and beauty of our day in a way that truly took our breath away. Watching the painting come to life during the reception was such a unique and special experience—not just for us, but for our guests as well.
Her attention to detail, use of color, and ability to reflect the atmosphere of the moment were simply outstanding. Every brushstroke felt intentional and full of meaning. What she created wasn’t just a painting—it was a timeless piece of art that perfectly tells the story of our wedding day.
Angelis was also an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, kind, and seamlessly blending into the day while still engaging with guests who were fascinated by her process. So many people are still talking about how special it was!
We will treasure this painting forever, and we are beyond grateful for the care and talent she put into creating it. If you’re considering a wedding painter, we truly cannot recommend Angelis highly enough.

Angelis did the most beautiful painting for us. It was an amazing addition to our wedding day and we got so many compliments from guests. I have always wanted to have a live painter at my wedding and Angelis could not have been kinder. She truly made the day even more magical with her positive energy and wonderful talent. -

Hiring our live painter was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment she arrived, her presence was calm, professional, and full of positive energy — and then the magic began.
Watching her paint live was truly mesmerizing. Guests could not stop talking about her talent, and people were constantly walking over just to watch the artwork come to life. She captured not just how the moment looked, but how it felt — the emotion, the movement, the love, and the atmosphere of the room. It was honestly breathtaking.
The final painting absolutely exceeded every expectation. The detail, the colors, the emotion — everything was flawless. It’s more than just a painting; it’s a forever keepsake that tells a story and brings us right back to that special moment every time we look at it.

I could not recommend Artviva more!! The entire process leading up to the wedding was seamless. The day of, Angelis made sure we had so much fun, many options to choose from, and a vision we were confident and comfortable with. Throughout the reception we saw the painting come to life, and the everyone who saw it was absolutely floored. When we received our painting it was better than we could have ever imagined. It is a piece we will treasure forever and are so grateful for Angelis’ beautiful work!! -

Highly recommend Angelis as a live wedding painter. She captured our Indian wedding so well and I appreciated her sending examples of her work drawing other South Asians ahead of time. Everyone loved watching her in action at the wedding. It took a little on the longer side to get the final painting in the end but 100% worth it! -

Angelis was lovely to work with and is truly SO talented. She was very professional, easy to communicate with and punctual the day of. She captured my husband and I perfectly. Guests loved watching her work and were so astounded by how beautiful the painting was and how much it really resembled us. Several people mentioned that they had seen live painters at other weddings but they weren’t as detail oriented with their work as Angelis. She also packaged the painting very carefully and it arrived in pristine condition. If I had to do it all over again I would work with her in a heartbeat! -

My son and daughter in laws wedding
I hired Angelis to paint my son and daughter in laws first dance and the painting was just even better than I imagined! She made the process so easy and was so professional and so sweet to deal with. The day of the wedding she was there way in advance and everyone loved going over to watch her paint. Her talent is beyond anything you can imagine. The painting is just absolutely beautiful. We were all so happy with her that I now also booked her for my daughter’s wedding next October! If you’re looking for a live painter stop and hire Angelis you will be so happy you did. -

Lovely detail
We are so glad we chose Angelis to paint our special day. We requested she paint our ceremony and she chose such a lovely angle to paint and captured the green hills and mountains in the background beautifully. She put lots of detail into the work and we are so happy with the way it turned out! -

We are so beyond grateful to Angelis Vaca for painting our wedding ceremony! Our initial painter who we booked 8 months prior to the wedding had to drop out 5 days before unexpectedly and we were frantically reaching out to find a new painter after this happened, but you can imagine availability being very scarce on such short notice. Angelis came to the rescue for us! She worked with us to iron out all of the details just 3 days prior and we are still in awe of how lucky we are to have found her. We had her paint our outdoor ceremony and the detail she had included from the start was just amazing. So many guests were stopping to take a look at the canvas and were beyond impressed. Angelis took the painting back to her studio to complete and then delivered it to our home once it had been varnished and framed. The finished product is absolutely breathtaking and it looks so beautiful hung up on our wall! It is more than we ever could have dreamed of and she captured the best day of our lives so wonderfully. We have received so many compliments about her work and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding painter. Her customer service is great and her talent is unmatched! -

Live wedding painting
Angelis is absolutely amazing!!! My original painter cancelled on my 3 days before my wedding and Angie saved the day! Her painting was better than I could have imagined. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a painter!!! -
