Food was great, staff super friendly!

The location was great, because it was super close to our hotel & our servers were wonderful... and Tom the manager made sure that everything was just right! The Chef was wonderful his food was amazing!!! My meeting planner was professional especially when we first started looking. I planned our wedding in less than three months, so time was of the essence. There were a few things that I wanted to be very specific, and she made sure that our wishes were granted ...like putting the flowers in my cake and giving children different meals than what I ordered for them. And the icing on the cake, was the cake.

They do everything for you! All you have to do is ask and they will find a way to make it happen! The only problem I had was miscommunication in the floor arrangements. Our head table was hidden by guest’s tables in the back. I think however it could have been my father-in-law's fault too. He is the one who dropped off the floor plan and discussed it with them. Just make sure you know how the floor plan is going to be well in advance! Otherwise, this place was great!! I wouldn't have changed the location for nothing! (Just the floor plan) :)

Very flexible. Decorated for you. You can use their decor as well as your own. Make sure you reiterate again how you want everything they’re doing it themselves so they could get it wrong. FOOD IS INCREDIBLE!!!

This place was really great overall. The food is good, the price is right, and they do most of the work getting everything set up. However, they ran out of punch before and snacks beforehand when they were not supposed to.

Andorra was extremely flexible with us. We had made a deposit on a date, but ended up having to push our wedding back. They held on to our deposit and we were able to change our date with no problems. Tom worked with us to make sure our day was perfect, he wonderful to work with. One issue we ran into on our wedding day, was that one of our guests tables was not set up - so we had wandering guests looking for it. Tom took care of it right away and corrected the issue.
At the end of the night, my purse went missing during the clean up. I was told "it's obviously not here!". We searched and searched bc I knew it was there, as I just had it with me. We finally gave up and left, and my FIL received a call it was miraculously found. They personally delivered it to my father in laws hotel room. It was a very strange situation, which I do not hold the owners accountable for - but it was "found" in an area which I, nor anyone I was with, was in.
We were also told that my husband and I would be given food to go home with, which was never given to us - just our wedding cake. We were also told that at the end of the night we would not have to take down anything until the next morning. Which we were forced to do immediately when the reception ended.

After I signed the inital contract and paid my deposit for my wedding shower there was no contact made at all. I would call to ask a question or to turn in my final count and the manager was never available to take a phone call. On the day of my shower the manager was late arriving so I had to sit in the car for 45 minutes and wait until he got there to unlock the door so I could begin setting up. I over counted on my plates for the party and ended up paying for 10 extra plates that I was not allowed to take home. The servers were rude to say the least and the food was bland.
