I had used Andiamo Limousine Service once before in 2014 and had a bad experience. I decided this year I would give them another chance since my friend said they were under new management (original owner). She used them for an event she was going to this year and said that they were extremely accommodating and friendly. I used them for my wedding and my experience was excellent this time around. The drivers were courteous, professional and on time. Going forward I will definitely be using their services again!

We used Andiamo for our wedding. The Limos that we used were really nice, and the drivers were so nice and really funny. They were very punctual and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company!

They were a pleasure to work with! They really knew the area and were able to take us through the back roads so that we got to the beach for our pictures on time. Our driver Tony was amazing! He went above and beyond when our photographer could not park on the street by the beach, he followed him to our venue down the road and drove him and his crew back up to the beach for our pictures! We also used Andiamo for shuttles to and from our hotel and venue for our guests and they also drove us to the airport for our honeymoon! Everyone was courteous and professional and we would definitely recommend them to other weddings!

Contracted Andiamo to provide transportation for my daughter's wedding and I could not have been more pleased with the quality of service. I worked with Diane and Barbara who are fantastic! They accommodated all my requests.... Nothing was a problem! The day of the wedding all the vehicles were on time and Barbara was on site at the hotel to make sure everything went smoothly. The drivers were fantastic....very profession and courteous!!! Our driver, Rich, was wonderful!!!! Thank you all at Andiamo for your great service!!!!!

Andiamo Limousine Service is absolutely FANTASTIC! I simply cannot say enough about the superb attention to detail and gracious professionalism displayed by the staff. Diane and Barbara took every effort to make our Bride & Groom, traveling guests, and me (the Mother of The Bride) comfortable and confident throughout the planning phase and wedding weekend itself. They treated the wedding as if it were their own daughter getting married...I could not have appreciated them more. The drivers are professional, caring individuals, and displayed the same attention to detail. Thank you, Andiamo, for making the planning from 3,000 miles away a true pleasure. Our wedding date of Sunday, July 13, 2014 was flawless, thanks to you!

We were thrilled with Andiamo!!! We hired Andiamo for wedding day limo service and Honeymoon airport transfer and both services were delivered with prifessionalism and a commitment to excellence!!! Great choice!

Andiamo provided the shuttles to and from the hotel to our reception venue. They also transported my husband and the groomsmen to the church. They were very professional, on time, and the vehicles were very clean. The price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend using them.

We originally went with Andiamo because of the price. they didn't jack up the price because it was prom season like several other services we contacted. The price was the same no matter what time of year. Diane was quick to respond to any questions and our drivers were extremely friendly and professional. Can't go wrong with Andiamo Limo service!!

We used Andiamo to provide a 52 person bus for our wedding on August 6, 2011. They were great to us because, for a little extra, they provide three trips, and on the last trip they waited for all of the last guests to leave the reception hall, which those guests were very grateful for. - Rich and Nicole

We had a great experience with Andiamo. We arranged for two shuttles to take our guests from the hotel. The person we dealt with was clear that they were vans, and we were fine with that. We rode in the vans back to the hotel after the reception and they were well-kept.

For the wedding party we had arranged for two white limos, they arrived promptly, and I cannot say enough good things about our drivers. They were as helpful as possible, my driver even followed us around with water during our photo session before the wedding, since it was hot out. Our schedule even went completely out the window when one of my maids forgot her dress, and they worked with us every step of the way.

My only complaint is that our driver did get a little lost on the way to the ceremony, which set us back (another) ten minutes or so. Had we not been so far behind schedule already though, I probably would not even have noticed.

We would use them again, and highly recommend them.

What a great experience! I Called Andiamo Limousine, they responded quickly and had a contract within an hour. All costs were spelled out,very simple. The day of our wedding the limos were at the hotel 20 mins in advance. Our driver gathered our flowers,bags etc, whisked them in the limos for us. My driver Jermel stayed with me behind the church and even had a bottle of water for me to take a sip before going down the aisle. The limousine were set up nicely and very clean.
They also did our shuttles for us once again timely,courteous and one of our guests lost their phone and it was returned to us. We changed our shuttle times at least 4x Diane our contact made them, with a accommodating tone, no problem .

As the mother of the bride I had many plans to make for the wedding. I was very pleased with Andiamo Limousine Service form start to finish. OUr contract was precise no "hidden fees", like other companies I had called. It was very simple! We needed to change the wedding time three times and I am happy to say it wasn't a problem for them. The limos arrived 20 minutes in advance; the drivers were extremely courteous and helpful. They were hansomely dressed in black tuxedos. Our driver went out of his way - and made sure he had a water bottle for my daughter before she went down the isle. The limousines were clean, nicely stocked with water, soda, and snacks as promised. when we came out of the church there was a beautiful champagne bucket with two classes and complimentary champagne in it. The driver served it to my daughter and son in law (What a great picture!) I might add the driver took a scenic route not the highway, nice and relaxing! I would highly recommend Andiamo, they were the best.

I too thought I was reserving a "shuttle" , after signing the contract I found out it was a van. I had two vans to shuttle our guests from the hotel to venue. The drivers were very pleasant and professional. The limo was spotless, champagne was chilled, and the driver was very professional. Diane in the office was extremely helpful and very personable.

Andiamo was a a great value for us. We got a party bus because we had a large wedding party, however, it felt just like a limousine inside. Our bridal party loved the convenience of not having to slide down the seats and being able to stand up (we had 3 people over 6 feet tall). The limo arrived on time, the driver was very nice and helpful, and he knew where he was going. Refreshments were provided on the limousine. Overall, I was very happy with the level of service I received.

Having a little experience with contracts and such was essential in dealing with Andiamo. Their contract was very vague and there were many mistakes on the first one they sent. I revised it and sent back with appropriate changes which were kept and delivered to its entirety.
The driver was really nice and professional. He chose the best route and we got there before some of the guests who got stuck in traffic. I was happy with the value and service provided, but I would advise thouroughly examining contract and making sure it is what you want. They are also not great at replying to email and calls right away.

We used Andiamo after a friend of mine booked them for her wedding. The day of her wedding, everything went perfectly.

The day of my wedding, almost everything went smoothly. There was a miscommunication over how much of the bill we owed Andiamo on the day of the wedding, but my parents pulled out the contract, and the driver called HQ and there were no further issues. The driver we had was wonderful, helping me in and out of the car, as well as taking pictures of my father and I! I wish I knew his name, but he was fantastic.

Although the day went smoothly, booking them was extremely difficult. They are by far the cheapest company around, so I had to be extra patient with them. There were mistakes on my contract multiple times. I had to keep going back and forth with the owner to correct. Every time I dealt with the owner, I had a wonderful conversation. When I dealt with someone who wasn't the owner, I was usually misinformed.

Overall I would recommend Andiamo. The limo was clean, the driver was great, they even showed up early the day of the wedding. They are the cheapest company in the area. I just wish there had been less back and forth with the contract.

Andiamo Limo provided transportation for our hotel guests between the hotel and venue. They were flexible and easy to work with.

PRO: Good value. We booked 1 shuttle for 2 hours in the morning and evening.
CON: They have an issue with their mail. If you don't give your checks at least 10 days of time, it may not make it to the vendor in time. Not necessarily Andiamo's fault, however, I think they should create or provide a PO Box where the mail can be more easily delivered. I had to hand deliver my final payment in cash because my last check was not going to make it in time.

We used Andiamo limo to provide a shuttle to and from our hotel to our reception during our wedding. They were very professional. We decided to add a shuttle to our event only 2 weeks before our wedding and they were able to accommodate us with no problem.

You really do get what you pay for.... We used Andimo for our limo and shuttle services. They did two things right. They showed up. And they were on time. Other than that we really were not impressed. The limo drivers did not have GPS and did not know where they were going. Of course having to direct someone who is clueless to the area is what every groom wants to do on their way to church.... Not. Also- this really bothered me. All the glasses were DIRTY. I don't mean not sparkling- I mean dirty. Like lipstick stains on the glasses. Luckily this just affected us and our very small bridal party- but it was still pretty embarassing. The shuttle service seemed to run smoothly as I did not hear any complaints. I now know why they have the best prices.

Initially dealing with Andiamo Limosine was great. They were responsive over the phone and willing to make changes as we needed in a very short time frame before. They did show up on time as scheduled although the van sat far away from the entrance and greeted myself(the groom) very dry. The shuttle was actually an extremely worn down van.

After I sat in the van I tried to speak with the driver to confirm the details for the night and reaffirm that I would allow overtime if needed. The driver was grumpy and complained that it'd be a long night. He also made mistakes driving to the location.

As the night went on I heard several stories that he drove them a longer than usual ways and continued his rude attitude throughout the night. I expected much more professionalism from the driver. In fact I have yet to hear one positive review from our guests.

My experience with this vendor was an absolute disaster - partially their fault and partially mine to be fair. I thought I was booking a shuttle limo to take my guests to and from the hotel. At the time of booking, they had no website so no photos were available. Yes, that should have been a sign but with so MANY other details to plan for a wedding, I guess I was hoping this would fall in place. How hard is it to rent transportation? Apparently, it is more challenging than I thought. I was strictly going off a verbal discussion during which I attempted to be as detailed as possible about what I was renting (a limo shuttle). My idea of a nice shuttle was not theirs. 2 days before my wedding when I called to confirm everything, I learned that their idea of a 'nice shuttle' is really just a van, not a limo shuttle. I did not want my guests and family getting in a van on my wedding day - it didn't match the other high class events we had planned for our day. Plus crawling in a small space in a van while in dresses and heels is ridiculous. When I realized the error, I lost my cool. Unfortunately, the vendor also lost their cool - not professional at all. They should be used to dealing with stressed brides. We asked if we could change things and pay a crazy amount extra to get the right type of transportation (limo shuttles instead of vans) but it was too late to make a change. I ended up calling the better business bureau to see if we had any recourse. Unfortunately, the contract wasn't specific enough to file a complaint. It got so ugly, I wasn't even confident the limo driver would show for my wedding day. Luckily, they recovered and the limo and van drivers were very professional and reliable. They were really great I must say. The communication gap at the time of booking caused an unfortunately high level of stress a few days before the wedding. The above aside, my other criticism of this company is that my groom and I were left waiting for 30 minutes after the reception for our limo. The limo had picked up some guests to take them back to the hotel (probably to be nice and get folks back quickly) but as a result, I was left standing outside the reception hall at the end of the evening. He finally returned to take us home but I felt a little silly in this beautiful wedding gown standing outside hoping my ride would return. I can't recommend using this vendor after my very unpleasant experience.

This company is extremely unprofessional.

1. They cannot write a contract that is correct. We went back and forth with 4 iterations before I finally asked for the Word file, so I could make corrections myself. I even red-lined the contract, writing in the correct information, and they couldn't even get it right. Errors included: wrong date, wrong total price (improper addition), etc.

2. Two times when I called, the owner's child (probably under the age of 8) picked up the phone.

3. The check got "lost in the mail." The owner informed me that it often takes up to two weeks to receive the mail, and that I would need to bring the final payment in cash the day before my wedding. She also told me to "not worry about cancelling the check" because she "put a red flag on my file to not cash it." Based on the previous issues, I paid the $25 fee and cancelled the check.

4. When I went to drop off the check, I found the limousines & shuttle, but couldn't find the actual building. I went inside the nearest building to ask if they knew where Andiamo Limousine was. The girl gave me a blank stare, and said, "The shuttles are parked in the back..." I asked if she knew where the building was, or who I could talk to and she said, "I'll call Diane." It turns out that Andiamo is based out of this building, which seems to be a combination grill/pool store, antique appliances, something with horse racing, and Andiamo Limousine. I can honestly say I have never seen anything like it.

The day before your wedding, the last thing you want to worry about is the fact that you have no confidence in your shuttle vendor. Luckily, the shuttles actually showed up.

I would not recommend this company.

I came across Andiamo, which happened to be right down the street from me. I spoke with a pleasant woman named Cassandra on several occasions, asking questions and pricing details for 2 shuttle vans that would escort my guests from a local hotel to the wedding ceremony/reception. The total trip was 15 min and would need them 2 hours leading up to the ceremony and 2 hours as the party ended late in the evening. I was price quoted $477 which was to include 2 vans, tax and gratuity for the hours I needed them. I said I was sold and send me a contract. They emailed me a contract which stated the above pricing I just laid out. I went to call Andiamo when the owner picked up and looked up my account. I wanted to make sure he would be in the office so I could stop by to drop off my deposit. Next thing I know he says that the pricing is incorrect and it looks like Cassandra misquoted me and it is actually double what she told me and should be over $850! I was livid! I explained how I had been dealing with her over several weeks and have a written contract from your company breaking out the pricing of $477. He said he would have to call me back the next day once he spoke to Cassandra.

The next day Cassandra calls me back (not until almost 5pm) to tell me that the $477 is only for 1 van and that it is double for 2. Again, I was livid and pointed back to the written contract you sent me showing 2 vans = $477. I said that if you wanted to keep me as a customer then you would need to owner the price you originally stated. She said she would have to call me back the next day once she spoke to the owner who was already gone for the day. This was 2 days ago, and guess what....never heard back from them! This is a warning to all people who are planning their wedding....DO NOT use this company. They're impossible to deal with and change their pricing when they feel like it. STAY AWAY

Andiamo Limousines was the only vendor for our wedding that was bad. And when I say bad, they were absolutely awful. First, they tried to con us into transporting our guests to the church ceremony one hour early. Then, they informed us on the day of our wedding that we had to get a certified check or cash for payment and refused a regular check, without any prior warning. They called us constantly during our cocktail hour and reception to bother us about the cash, after we had given them the check. Finally, they took the longest way possible to schuttle our guests back to the hotel in order to charge overtime. My in-laws realized this, paid them their dues in cash and fired them, schuttling the rest of our guests back themselves. THEY STILL CHARGED $300 IN OVERTIME to my husband's credit card. The reception told us that they had similar trouble with them just the day before with another wedding. If you don't want to be misinformed, bothered on your wedding day, and fraudulently charged, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
