Not only did weddingwire help me with my decision to hire And Then There Was Z, I seen Fatimah's portfolio a year ago at a wedding expo (at Cypress Creek Farmhouse) & knew I had to hire her to make me look like a bride. Not only did I feel like a beautiful bride, my mother and grandmother looked absolutely stunning & they loved their makeup. Let me mention even though my grandma was a last minute call, she was still able to get her makeup done. For those who don't wear makeup but would love a natural beat, Fatima's the one. You won't regret it. I promise. -

I had a destination wedding on a cruise but needed my makeup done prior to boarding. I was given a consultation, explained packages and pricing. She traveled to my location, was personable and let me know about everything she was applying to my skin. AWESOME experience! -

Fatimah was very high spirited, my grandma absolutely loved her. My grandma ordered the eye shadow Fatimah used on everyone for herself.
Fatimah was covered up black tattoos on my arm and make up didn’t move nor appeared in photos.

Amazing Artist
Fatimah is amazing. I’ve only had my makeup done 2x professionally before Fatimah and each time removing it was terrible and I broke out bad. Since then, I’m very particular about someone doing my makeup. First time Fatimah did my makeup, it was for my engagement shoot and she was recommended by my photographer, this also doubled as my bridal trial. She talked about what she was applying to my face and provided me options for my eyes. She also stopped and showed me what I looked like during each step. I looked amazing. She’s the only person I trust to do my makeup now. She also did makeup for my MOH’s, both mothers, and myself for my wedding. This was the first time that 3 out of 4 people had a professional makeup artist do their makeup and they all loved it. -

Fatima was very professional and friendly when I first met her at my best friends wedding to get our bridal party make up done. After seeing her work and getting to be all glammed up for my besties wedding, she definitely is amazingly talented! Her vibe and atmosphere she brought for us that day was super friendly and fun! I loved her work so much I hired her for my wedding a year later and she did NOT disappoint!! She made me look the most beautiful I ever felt!! I chose to do a full glam makeup look because I had an Indian wedding and she brought all her talents that day and more! The compliments did not stop when my family and guests saw me. She made me, my sisters, my mom, and mother in law extremely beautiful and she was such a vibe that we even asked her to stay for our wedding. She’s very affordable and she travels to you. It was such a breeze to hire her, she responded very quickly to my messages and requests. She goes beyond in her professionalism and quality of work. She’s wonderful and I definitely recommend her to any and everyone who needs their makeup done for ANY event. -
