Ancala went above and beyond to make my wedding magical and beautiful! The bridal suite was stunning and I cannot get over how gorgeous the scenery is for wedding photos. We had our ceremony on the driving range for an evening wedding and the sunset made for the perfect background. Many of our guests are from out of state and they said it was the most beautiful venue they've ever seen. The staff at Ancala, from the catering, to the bar service, to the event coordinators, were exquisite! The food, AMAZING! They were more than accommodating to my dietary restrictions (vegan & gluten free). I would recommend Ancala a thousand times over to anyone looking for a beautiful and spacious wedding venue!

Perfect outdoor wedding!
Oh my goodness! We had our wedding and rehearsal dinner at Ancala Country Club, and it was an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and the venue itself is stunning—beautiful views, perfect outdoor space and amazing weather. Our guests still can’t stop talking about the delicious food!! I high recommend the taco night for rehearsal dinner & duet plate for the wedding! Anna was an absolute dream to work with and answered my many emails and phone calls! The team made our wedding day stress-free, and the rehearsal dinner was equally memorable.

All of my couples have raved about their food, service, pricing and overall amenities. Ancala Hawaiian Luau
Ancala Country Club is located within our Ancala guard-gated community. Ancala has an active HOA, which has a Hospitality Committee that organizes various social events. For our Spring event, my committee organized a Hawaiian Luau on April 28th with the Club. Since this was a joint event, the Club and Hospitality worked closely to develop our plan and work out the details. The Club staff, Anna Arndt and Bekah Mitts, were a delight to work with - always cheery, cooperative and complimentary. The ballroom was ready for Hospitality to decorate earlier than expected. The dance floor set-up, tables arranged, including the buffet area and bar. The chef provided exceptional food, cooking up smoked Kalua pork and other Polynesian dishes. Our Hawaiian Luau was a success! We could only accomplish this feat with the help and energy of Anna, Bekah and the Ancala Country Club!!

Gorgeous venue, can't ask for a better place!
When my husband and I were looking for wedding venue, we knew we wanted a place where the ceremony can be held outdoor with gorgeous backdrop with indoor reception. As soon as we were given a tour of the venue, we were immediately sold! Despite being in a country club, you do not need to be a member to have a wedding at this venue. When we booked this venue, Ancala was going thru management changes but that had never impacted planning at all. Jodee made sure my husband and I are well taken care of throughout the planning phase despite all the management changes and when Anna joined the team, she made the final stretch of the planning as seamless as possible.
On the wedding day, Anna and the Ancala team make sure everyone in the bridal party is well taken care of and we couldn't ask for better team to support us. One of the most important aspect of our wedding was having good food and Ancala truly delivered! Not only it's probably the best food we've ever had at a wedding, every single guest raved how tasty it was. Our set up was also perfect and gorgeous and they have some of the most gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony!
Can't recommend Ancala and their team enough for our perfect wedding day!

Great Venue for a great evening
We held our annual high school football end of season event at The Ancala Golf Club this year and it was great. The club is beautifully decorated, the room was large enough to accommodate us all and also felt small enough to make it cozy and the staff was very friendly and professional. We looked at other venues across the valley but Ancala was the best one to accommodate for our needs and fit in to our budget. We had an Italian dinner buffet which was delicious. They even allowed an accommodation to bring in our own desserts so we could proudly display cookies by one of our season sponsors. Anna and Jodee were absolutely wonderful to work with and made sure our event flowed smoothly and everyone had a great time.

Ancala country club does an outstanding job making sure the day is amazing. Amy the coordinator went out of her way to make sure everything was organized. The most wonderful experience!! From pictures, to a private ceremony and dinner in the wine room, I could not have asked for a better evening at a more beautiful location. Stephanie Smith was my contact and absolutely went so far above and beyond to help me. She responded to me late at night on Sunday’s, on super short notice and really was so attentive to my every request, no matter how many times things changed. The wine room is beautiful and perfect for what we needed, dinner for 14 comfortably. The food was fantastic and of course our server was amazing, she was so patient with us despite the room being a little chaotic given how many of us there were. Thank you to EVERYONE at Ancala that helped to make our evening so special, we are unbelievably grateful your service and attention.

A spectacular wedding!
Ancala was a perfect choice for our wedding! Beautiful location with amazing views. The prices were great on top of that. Amy and Juan were a pleasure to work with as they were precise, helpful, reassuring, and overall very present in our planning processes as well as the wedding! Things went super smoothly and we had no doubts. Even during slight inconveniences and issues, such as a windy day, mind changes, etc., they knew what to do. Top notch amazing wedding venue! Hidden gem...
Hi, we absolutely loved Ancala ! The director, Amy McKee was the best to work with. The venue is up against the McDowell Mountains and is picturesque. We were married on the golf course, had the cocktail hour on their patio outside the big spacious ballroom.. it provided for perfect photos!! We had a plated meal for about 78 guests. Filet mignon and chicken marsala with au gratin potatoes, and asparagus. It was extremely reasonable pricing as well!! They will cut and serve your cake as well...included. Amy worked with us on the seating charts, And decorations. Our wedding was perfect! I don't have any cons to share and would use this venue again.
I don't have my professional photos back yet but will include a few from our camera. The venue provides for some amazing sunset photos lakeside and near the mountains as well. THe golf course had green immaculate grass as well.

We chose this venue mostly because of the wedding coordinator Amy. She was very accommodating and always readily available to answer any questions you might have. Even during these crazy times she managed to help make our dream wedding come true. The venue is absolutely beautiful and all of our guests were taken aback by the view! The food is also delicious and our guests would not stop talking about it. We would recommend Ancala over and over again!

Everything from Amy, the event coordinator, to the food, and the ambiance, was everything that was promised and more. They really take time to set expectations and have good recommendations to ensure everything is perfect for your big day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Also received rave reviews from guests about the food. The grounds are spectacular and the wedding photos and drone footage are beautiful. Bride room was large with every amenity you could need while getting yourself and bridal party gorgeous for the event.

This is such an incredibly beautiful venue for a wedding. The views are the best in the Valley, the location for the ceremony and reception outstanding, and pricepoint was beyond reasonable. I have attended a number of events at Ancala Country Club and last fall we had our wedding celebration there and the service and food and beautiful location are always awesome.

Perfect for Any Wedding--Even a COVID one!
My husband and I were so lucky to have found this venue. We only had a month to plan because our other reception venue cancelled on us last minute due to their COVID policies. Not only was Amy extremely enthusiastic and quick to help us get approved to have the reception there, but she was constantly available to answer our questions for those next 30 days. Amy and the staff were so amazing with helping us have as "normal" of a reception as possible while still implementing safety guidelines. The food was delicious, outside and inside gorgeous, and everything went so smoothly. Such a wonderful experience!

Ancala iwasthe perfect setting for our daughter's wedding.
Ancala was the absolute perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. The entire setting was gorgeous. The golf course, where the ceremony was held, the views from the balcony during the cocktail hour, the ballroom, where the dinner and dance were held, and the charming and romantically lit patio all worked together to provide for the perfect wedding. Additionally, the food and service was spectacular! So beyond what I imagined. It was as wonderful as any steakhouse one might visit. I must also throw a huge thank you out to Amy McKee, the on site wedding coordinator. She is amazing! The wedding came off so perfectly and that was largely due to Amy's expertise. I wish I had another daughter so I could throw another ANCALA wedding!!

Incredibly delightful!
I highly recommend this venue for your wedding! It was absolutely perfect! We had 80 people but invited 100, and used their courtyard for both the ceremony and reception. The cocktail hour was done at the members bar. Amy, the coordinator, has been a delight to work with and her preferred vendors were all top notch (Deidre for flowers, and Eva for the cake), and the chef’s food was delicious!!!!

I can not say enough nice things about Ancala and Amy to do it justice. My now husband and I, researched for months , spoke to tons of event coordinators and when we went in to view the venue and speak with Amy we just knew it was the place to make our wedding visions come true! The food was absolutely delicious, all our guests were complementing our menu the entire night. The views from the outside ceremony location were beautiful, the cocktail hour on the patio was a fun transition spot from the ceremony to the reception. He reception room was perfect size with great lighting for all our special moments. Amy was such a blessing in all the chaos of wedding planning. Every question I had she happily answered in a timely manner, and on the wedding day there were zero bumps, everything flowed so smoothly with all the vendors because of Amy’s help.

My wife and I were married here at the Ancala and when I say the members and Amy especially had our backs, we thank them every day for a wonderful process. Our pictures were phenomenal due to the wonderful scenery. Amy is a wonderful person/coordinator/Officiant she truly has a touch that you wont find in most people, a true joy to work with. Our food was delicious. All the staff and coordinators were great, even when I had forgotten a few things they made my vision more magical than ever. My husband and I both agree we had the most amazing time at our wedding and that is thanks in large part to Ancala and everyone there. Their staff is so amazing and made sure our drinks and plates were always full. When we started planning they were always there to answer any questions and made it so easy and simple to get everything we wanted. Amy is so great and worked with my crazy Aunts and mother to help plan the wedding of my dreams. I would highly recommend this venue and the entire staff at Ancala.

Everything about Ancala was wonderful. From the first meeting to the day of we felt special, important and that our day mattered to everyone on staff. We chose this location because of the view, price, and the professionalism and honesty of Amy, Director of Private Events. Our guests raved about the food, venue, views, EVERYTHING! We all had the best time and also had quite a few guests with dietary restrictions. Amy and the staff were very creative and accommodating to everyone. Also, there is an endless supply of beautiful photo op locations within Ancala!

Beautiful Venue!
Picking Ancala Country Club was the best decision. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The view during the ceremony was breath taking. The cocktail hour was elegant on the patio. The reception area was spacious and you don’t feel crammed in.
Amy is absolutely fabulous to work with. She is responsive any time you contact her. She is so laid back and really lets you make the space your own. On the day of the wedding Amy and her team really made everything flow so smoothly.
I also want to mention the scenery for wedding pictures is amazing!!

Our Magical Day!
Ancala is a beautiful, tucked away venue in Scottsdale with a picturesque view of McDowell Mountains facing North East and Camelback/ Central Mountain Range facing Southwest. The venue offers a variety of ceremonial and reception environments. What we liked most...was how we can be on the beautiful golf course overlooking the mountains and sunset for ceremony, enjoy a quant, romantic cocktail area with Thomas Edison lights and have the ballroom wedding all within in steps of each other. The service is wonderful; Amy McKee takes pride in her service in organizing your perfect moments and helps customize a package that suits you best (which I can not say for several other venues). The appetizers and entrée selections are vast and excellent! Your guests will think it's just beautiful. Very quiet as well.

I helped plan my sister Lara's wedding and we decided on having the ceremony and reception at Anacala. We could not have been happier. Amy McKee is absolutely remarkable!!! From beginning to end, Amy and her staff made sure Lara and Sean's wedding was flawless. We never had to worry about anything because we knew Amy was on it. The food was delicious and the bartender was fantastic! The wedding was at sunset on April 2nd, the sunset was spectacular making cocktail hour and the wedding photos looking southwest absolutely breathtaking. I would very highly recommend Amy and Ancala to every bride and groom. It's a no brainer really.

I had a Passover dinner on Friday night at Ancala. Stephanie at reception was so friendly and helpful. She suggested I speak to Amy about doing a dinner. From the moment I spoke to Amy until the dinner was over, there are not enough words to express how outstanding she was at planning our entire event. The table looked beautiful and the food was outstanding. Whatever we needed or wanted was no problem. The wait staff was incredible. So friendly and nothing was to much. What really sold us on choosing Ancala for our wedding was the coordinator Amy. Amy really showcased the venue and gave us a sense that we were completely in control - she was just there to execute our vision. Our night went wonderfully and it wouldn’t have without her. I highly recommend Ancala, the grounds are gorgeous and the courtyard with the gazebo was perfect for our ceremony. The food provided for our night by their culinary staff was some of the best we’ve ever had! I wish I could give 10 stars!

Amy McKee was awesome at helping me put together a wonderful party for my husband's 80th Birthday. She walked me through the on-line invitation process, helped me chose the best appetizers, main courses, and beverages. She personally drove a long distance to get us the perfect birthday cake. Her connections to our DJ/entertainment and our photographer were also outstanding. Amy McKee was AMAZING, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process! She was attentive, flexible and detailed from beginning to end. The venue is gorgeous and the food service/bar staff fell right in line with the service we were accustomed to from working with Amy.
Amy was our wedding planner; unfortunately she had an off site event to manage the weekend of our wedding, so Dusty stepped in and oversaw our walkthrough and ceremony/reception. Dusty was just as accommodating as Amy. From last minute ceremony changes to the grand entrance, Dusty made sure everything was flawless!
The day of our wedding was so simple and stress free due to Amy’s flexibility and attention to detail that I found myself worrying about how smoothly everything was going. Needless to say, my worries were unwarranted! Due to Amy’s preplanning and (AGAIN) flexibility, our 3rd party vendors had no issues getting in (as the country club resides within a gated community) and performing there duties. The Italian buffet was FANTASTIC and our guests made sure to let us know!

Ancala Country Club manager Amy and the entire staff were very professional, polite and great to work with. Amy McKee worked with me in helping me choose the right menu items, work with the availability of the hall and ensured that the taste of all food items was upto the mark. On the day of the event, the staff(Kelly) was extremely helpful and responsive. They were attentive to the needs of the guests, very polite and managed everything from A to Z. I as a host, did not have to worry about anything - from the serving dishes, linens, tables/chairs, ambience, food quality and quantity. Very pleased with everything, the service and the manner Amy engaged with me- flexible, courteous and caring. The party turned out fantastic!
Will highly highly recommend this venue and service to anyone. I myself look forward to doing more events here in the future.

The venue was great and Amy was wonderful. She was extremely responsive and had creative ideas. The food was great at the tasting, but I had no expectation that it would be as good at the event, when cooking for 150 people. I was shocked by how delicious the food was. Many people came up to me saying they had never had such good food at a plated dinner party before.

I chose the Ancala Country Club for our Mayo Clinic Patient Welcome luncheon because of how accommodating Amy McKee was to our needs. Her suggestions made our decisions very easy and her flexibility and professionalism made planning for this event a breeze.

Our granddaughter's wedding was on Sat. May 6, 2017 at Ancala CC and we were so pleased with the service, suggestions, FOOD, drinks and setting. Amy was our event coordinator and she went beyond the call of duty, giving us ideas during the planning period, guidance during the rehearsal and a supportive presence during the event. And always with a huge and friendly smile and lay back "can-do" attitude. After months of planning we are going to miss her now that the wedding is over. The food was such a surprise in that the serving sizes were so large. The steak and chicken were all man-sized and juicy and cooked to perfection! So many of the guests raved about the food, and you just don't hear that at most weddings.
The venue was beautiful! We had the wedding on the driving range with Camelback views in the distance and the setup was timely and seating was spacious. We had my son's Bar Mitzvah at Ancala, and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is beautiful, the pricing was the best that I found, the food was delicious, and Amy McKee was a fantastic event planner.
Regarding Amy, since this was my first time planning a Bar Mitzvah party, I really appreciated her advice, experience, and easygoing personality. She even held a "Mitzvah Fair" where I was able to meet different vendors to help us plan our party. We ended up using several of the vendors from her Mitzvah Fair.
Amy also had great customer service. For example, she was willing to meet with us on her day off (if that was the only day we could meet), and she answered our questions quickly. Since there was a chance of rain at our event, she developed a plan, ensured it worked with the other vendors, and then checked with us to ensure that we were ok with the plan.
Finally, our event was on her birthday, and she stayed almost until the end to ensure that everything went smoothly.
Our friends and family had a great time at the party, and we would certainly plan another event here in the future.

Our office Holiday Party for 35 people was handled very well and everyone was delighted with the accommodations, food and décor of the club. Thank you Amy for taking the time to make sure the details were handled and things looked amazing. We would definitely recommend the Ancala Country Club to others.

We have held our corporate holiday party at Ancala Country Club for several years in a row now. We do this because of the beautiful intimate setting off the Golf Course as well the personal service we receive from the staff. Amy Mckee has been instrumental in helping us choose fun party options so our party guests have fun as well as different menu options and was present at our event to make sure it ran smoothly. Dustin and his catering staff were hospitable hosts in cooking up pasta at the pasta station as well carving station. The Ancala team make it easy for us to host an event at their location.

I recently hosted a golf outing for 88 women, representing 8 different private golf clubs here in AZ. Amy McKee, was our event coordinator at Ancala CC and did an outstanding job. Very detailed oriented, provided excellent follow up, and flawlessly coordinated all banquet needs, including an outstanding dinner selection! When the representatives from the other Country Clubs make comments like "that was excellent"; "Ancala will be a tough act to follow" and "a perfect venue" it solidifies your choice in locations, venue and Event Coordinators! Thank you Ancala for removing the stress from the hosting of our event, we will be back!!!

Our event planner was Amy Mckee. Amy was also our key contact for last year's holiday luncheon. The new wine room is beautiful, private and perfect for this group of very special volunteers and donors. The table was elegant with holiday sparkle and the food was delicious and beautifully presented.
Amy is delightful to work with making certain throughout the meal that all of our needs were meant. Her positive spirit, kindness and professional manner made this the perfect event for us

WOW! What an amazing event at Ancala Country Club! The staff is amazing & food is to die for. We had the fish and stuffed chicken breasts with a amazing potatoe and veggies! The entire staff was very accomodating to my needs and wants. We held our End of Year Football Banquet here. We have held it at another location for several years, but becausee Ancala Country Club does such an amazing job at giving back to their community, we thought we would try them. They didn't disappoint. THANK YOU AMY AND STAFF!!! We will be back from many more events!

What a beautiful venue with an organized professional staff. We had a corporate event here and our VP couldn't have been happier! The staff was very attentive and accommodating and the food tasted it came out of my Italian grandma's kitchen---it was that good!! Amy, the event coordinator, was the best I have ever worked with! Do not hesitate booking at Ancala-they are the cream of the crop!!

Amy Mckee, the Event Coordinator at Ancala Country Club and entire Ancala staff have give our company great customer service. They have been flexible and accommondating with dates and times for our events. Always have great suggestions. Very professional but yet personable. Quality of service is excellent. Always answers emails in a reasonable amount of time. The value is the best around for our area. We have been using Ancala for all of our local and national events and will be using Ancala in the future. We would highly recommend to anyone considering an event in the area to contact Amy McKee at Ancala first!!!

The staff was extremely accommodating and flexible. The event director was a delight to work with - and the service staff during the night of our event, was equally as warm and professional. We have received compliments from guests who noted the space was perfect for our venue. The courtyard offered a more quiet intimate space for adults seeking to escape the DJ, while the ballroom was enjoyed by kids dancing the night away.

Working with Amy McKee on this combined HOA and CLUB Ladies Spring Fashion Show and Luncheon was a wonderful and positive experience. The food, decorations, vendors and fashions were all Fantastic!! Some ladies even wanted the recipes from the chef!! All the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Amy and the entire staff at Ancala Country Club were amazing. I have planned many parties, and this one was awesome! Amy had every detail arranged and everything was executed perfectly! Our party was for 210 people, so it was a large event. The food was delicious. We received many favorable remarks about it. The ballroom looked beautiful. Drinks and appetizers on the patio were perfect! All in all, it was a perfect evening! I will definitely host more events at Ancala Country Club!

I can't say enough good things about the event that Ancala Country Club provided for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. My event coordinator, Amy McKee, was extremely attentive during the planning process, responding to my emails right away. We used the beautiful courtyard and foyer for a cocktail hour and then the ballroom for the main party. The ballroom can be sectioned off to make the event as big or as small as you need. We had a group of 110 with vendors like a photographer, candy buffet, and airbrush tattoos, and everything fit inside perfectly for a fun and festive environment. Amy offered me many different choices of linens and even provided good advice to make sure my centerpiece colors "popped" against the linens. The room was all setup the day before the event, which gave me plenty of time to deliver my handmade decorations. Everything went as planned, with perfection. The food was exceptionally good. We had chicken marsala, tender beef brisket, and yummy pasta for the adults, and chicken fingers, mac n cheese, and pizza for the kids. Everyone raved about how good the food was. The staff was great about controlling the flow of people getting food at the buffet so there weren't long lines. The bar tender did a great job getting perfectly made drinks in everyone's hands as fast as possible. Amy coordinated the event timing with the different vendors so I didn't have to worry or stress about anything. I am so thankful to Ancala Country Club for helping me throw an unforgettable, perfect event.

Amy McKee is the BEST - We worked with her for a year and 7 months!!! She was VERY responsive and always made her self available. I'm so sad it's all over now but I will definitely keep Amy and the rest of the team at the BEAUTIFUL Ancala Country Club in mind for future events! - Amy and her staff made our special day absolutely perfect. I can't thank them all enough!

Amy was absolutely wonderful! The meeting room was set up and ready to go when we arrived. The kitchen was closed the day of our meeting however she was able to provide us with delicious breakfast and lunch options. Will definitely recommend Ancala Country Club to all my colleagues for a great venue for meetings or other special occasions!

Our sports banquet at Ancala was fantastic. Working with Amy and the catering staff went so smoothly! There was plenty of food and it was prepared to perfection. Everyone in attendance was happy with the food and the staff and the appearance of the venue. Great Job Ancala!

Almost three years ago we decided to move our golf tournament to another venue (to Ancala)..we now have held two yearly events with tremendous success primarily attributed to the professionalism of Amy, Nate and their staff.
Without a question, their cooperation, flexibility and willingness to help made our efforts that much easier.

I had the most perfect wedding! I have no complaints about Ancala because everything was perfect from beginning to end! I had Amy McKee as my wedding planner and she was an absolute delight. Not only was she a total sweetheart... she professional, attentive, patient and very detailed. Her follow through was on point and she made the experience of planning a wedding very simple and stress free.
The location offered the best wedding package out there so I could not turn it down. The venue is gorgeous! I had a beautiful location with amazing views, a large and modern decorated ballroom and stunning locations for photos. The food was INCREDIBLE and the entire staff of Ancala was very friendly and helpful. I would also love to give an additional shout out to Jennifer for also helping us with our special day! I highly recommend Ancala Country Club for your wedding! You will NOT be disappointed! It was more than I could have dreamed of! Thank you all so much!

I am the Club member and booked Ancala for my Granddaughter's Bat Mitzvah. After booking the date, my son and his wife handled all of the arrangements. Amy McKee was wonderful - more than helpful in suggesting other vendors for flowers, etc, and helping to plan the evening. Stephanie was also extremely helpful on the evening of the affair. The food was outstanding and was presented beautifully by the staff that night. The patio was arranged perfectly for the entertainment. All tolled, Ancala made our affair perfect and lovely. We would not hesitate to have any special occasion at the Club.

My husband and I hosted a 10 year wedding anniversary party at the Ancala Country Club and it couldn't have gone better! The event was held outside on a lite patio with a private entrance for our guests. The club, Amy McKee in particular, did an amazing job listening to what I wanted/needed and making it happen.
The theme of the party was black and white and Amy sent me the information to a great furniture vendor to rent black and white lounge furniture and also helped to set up private valet services to our guests. The event was catered by the club and everyone thought the food was phenomenal. We had a prime rib carving station, mashed potatoes, salad, rolls, and ceviche and a charcuterie platter to start. The dessert was a mixture of small bite size options so our guests could try more than one.
Amy went above and beyond anything I wanted/needed in order for the event to run smoothly. I was even able to set a time to come and set up decorations I had purchased ahead of time and she made sure all the tables and chairs were set up. I would definitely recommend Ancala Country Club to anyone looking for a great venue to host an event!

Amy did an outstanding job at helping us plan a special event ceremony - -she coordinated all the food (which was excellent and included prime rib, cheeseburgers on a stick, shrimp, mashed potatoes, veggies and hummus trays) as well as a consumption bar. The facility was well set up for ease of movment of approximately 60 guests - -the outside bar and tables were well decorated and very inviting for the guests. All the food was awesome - -the waiters/waitresses were very courteous and made for an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere - -could not have asked for a better day or better service

Amy and her staff were exceptional to work with. They all provided an excellent experience for our 90th Birthday party for my mom. Amy proved her knowledge and experience in our planning meeting, phone call follow ups, and the event. Her staff were friendly and professional; especailly Kelly who addressed us by name after the brief introduction. Ancala is a beautiful place for an event with the outdoor, lighted patio, large conference hall, and more intimate hallway areas. Give them a shot for your business.

This event was actually a 90th birthday party for my mother. We had 35 guests, cocktails, dinner and a short program. Every aspect of the event exceeded my expectations. The facility was perfect, the setting with outdoor cocktails was lovely, the service was superb, and the dinner was perfectly prepared and delicious. Two things that especially impressed me: (1) all the servers were professional, enthusiastic and attentive: (2) Amy was on-site the entire evening, overseeing the event, communicating with staff, hosts and guests and providing overall management and guidance. I'm always impressed when management is hands-on and fully involved. I talked to almost all our guests and heard wonderful comments about the event.

Our wedding at Ancala Country Club was amazing. Amy McKee is an exceptional coordinator. She was in constant communication with us, seeing to our every want and need. Amy and her team, were there to handle every detail, including the groom's desperately needed pre-ceremony Martini. All of her suggestions were helpful and her guidance was essential to making our wedding day exactly what we hoped it would be. The facility is well appointed and was perfect for our needs. The food was sumptuous and the presentation was perfect. Amy guidance to our photographers, produced some of the most unforgettable wedding pictures. Our wedding planner, Amy, and the entire staff provided an outstanding experience and helped relieve the stress of the day. Amy was great, she listened to our many requests, last minute changes, and responded quickly meeting each and every need with professionalism and a smile.
