We had a raspberry swirl vanilla cake, it was fantastic ! Kosher parve, best cake ever ! Beautiful too ! It’s a secret family recipe handed down by a family member. Delivered on time ! Highly recommend, everyone loved it. We actually finished the top one we took home during the following week with the bride and groom so we ate a lot of cake and it was fantastic superior and delicious. Our wedding was at the Hilton doubletree grand Key Biscayne Miami, Also very highly recommended venue.

Excellent! Ana Paz was very easy to work with! They have an awesomely nostalgic tasting room and the flavor selecting is INSANELY GOOD! They have Dairy free and vegan options if you need. I do believe we will be ordering from them for our future events!! She was able to accommodate all of our requests and we are forever grateful!

Finding Ana Paz was everything we needed for our event. They were wonderful, designed the cake to our heart's desire and it came out looking absolutely stunning. Bonus! A kosher parve facility meant that this bride who is allergic to dairy got to enjoy her cake. We didn't save it longer than 3 weeks and it tasted great then too! We will be getting another cake from them for our anniversary, because it was so good we couldn't stand to wait a year.

I cannot say enough good things about Ana Paz Cakes! Their team is amazing, very kind, flexible and responsive. We were a Covid reschedule already and then had our original wedding venue cancel on us 5 weeks before our wedding day! They were so flexible and understanding which made things so much easier. When the actual big day came and we saw our wedding cake it did not disappoint! Not only was it beautiful with sugar flowers but it was delicious too! Thank you guys for an amazing cake!

We loved our cake!
Ana Paz's cake was amazing. It was a three tier cake beautifully designed, exactly how we wanted, and decorated as well with flowers from our flower vendor. The cake was three tier, each tier a different flavor; rum, almond and chocolate, we really made a great decision on going with three flavors as they are all amazing and our guests loved each one. We would definitely come back again for any other events in the future.

Ana Paz was a huge hit at our wedding! We went in for a tasting and were able to try what seemed like an infinite number of flavors that were delicious and blew us away. What finally made us decide on them was that their basic buttercream flavor was so superior to all the others we had tried. Additionally, since we didn’t want a huge cake per say, they offered to include a variety of different cupcakes of a bunch of flavors we wanted in order to supplement the cake for no additional cost! This was a huge relief to us, and other companies weren’t as flexible with this. We highly recommend the guava filling. The cupcakes came out incredible and were a huge hit at the wedding! In addition, the cake was beautiful and went exactly with the style/theme of our wedding and they were very willing to work with our requests to make it so. We had such a pleasant experience dealing with the company and they were so receptive to all of our wants and needs. To this day we talk about how much fun we had at the tasting and how pleasant our contact, Caroline, was. We highly recommend Ana Paz cakes to anyone in South Florida. It was an incredible value for some very memorable cake and cupcakes on our special day.

Wow! Till this day our guests are still talking about our wedding cake. They absolutely enjoyed it, and to our surprise there was none left; it was that good!!! We totally thought we'd have some to take home, but not this case for this wedding. From our initial meeting this small family owned business was great to work with. The most perfect experience.
Before we were even engaged my husband was asking when we could go wedding cake tasting, so naturally it was the first thing we did after finding our venue. Of the many venues we’d looked into, they all recommended Ana Paz for cake so it was an obvious choice to look into. We went to several tastings of highly reputable cake places in Miami and once we’d tried them all, Ana Paz was a no brainer. We went into our cake tastings without a single clue what we wanted our cake to look like. We mentioned a few random ideas and desires and within minutes Caroline at Ana Paz literally drew the cake of our dreams. She was always respectful of our budget and up front about any pricing upgrades, never attempting to oversell us something we didn't want or need. The artistry at Ana Paz is unreal. They can literally make anything happen. Caroline and her grandmother (Ana Paz) design every cake, which is such a special touch. Customer service was impeccable, Caroline and Ana Paz are so sweet, trustworthy, and experts at what they do. We could tell right away we were in the best hands. I could text, email, or call Caroline with any question and she was always so quick to respond and very helpful. Our wedding cake was simply stunning and exceeded our dreams. They have so. many. options. for flavors, fillings, etc. and allowed us to make each tier a different flavor and/or filling. Now…the taste… it was the moistest most delicious cake I may have ever had (if you’re into a drier cake they will make it to your liking). I still randomly find myself craving it and yearning for our 1-year anniversary when we can eat it again. Lastly, my surprise groom’s cake for my groom… naturally I went to Ana Paz. In contrast to our wedding cake, I have known for quite possibly years, exactly how I wanted his surprise cake to look and was extremely specific, tricky, and detail oriented. I spilled all my ideas onto Caroline, acknowledging that I knew I was crazy, and she did not hesitate for a second that they would make it all happen, and she continued to make it even more detailed and personal than I had imagined. My husband thought it was the coolest, most beautiful cake he had ever seen; it was so special to us. Highly, highly recommend Ana Paz and we look forward to the next occasion we can get a cake from them.

When we met with Ana to decide on our cake she took the time to really get to know us as a couple. She understood we wanted something simple and elegant not over the top. Ana Paz did an incredible job on our wedding cake!! First of all, the tasting and design meetings were fantastic. Her team really took the time to get to know my (now) husband and I, and helped us get the perfect design based on the inspiration pictures I had. They did an excellent job combining the design elements I wanted and did a perfect job putting in the hidden Mickeys I wanted! The cake itself looked absolutely stunning on the day of the wedding and I couldn't have been happier with it! And most importantly it tasted absolutely delicious! Overall, working with Ana Paz for my wedding cake was an absolute dream!

My husband and I went to Ana Paz cakes on a walk in basis. We went a few days before our wedding and they were so nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the cake tasting so much. We chose the amaretto and hazelnut flavors! They were so delicious. The cake was so beautiful!! We already had our cake inspiration in mind and they designed it perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

Ana Paz did a fabulous job on our 2-tier wedding cake. I sent them a rough sketch of exactly what I wanted, and they definitely delivered! The vanilla cake with buttercream icing was very moist. It had a uniquely pleasant taste to it that almost reminded us of a sweet cornbread, but better! Planning our wedding from almost 900 miles away proved to be quite the challenge, but Ana Paz's responsiveness and attention details made the cake ordering process very simple and easy! Thank you!

Spectacular Cake
I am extremely happy with our wedding cake. We chose a beach themed cake for our wedding considering we were having a small ceremony on the beach. After contacting multiple bakeries in order to obtain quotes, Ana Paz bakery seemed to offer us the best deal. With our guest list being less than 40 people the recommended amount was a 2 tiered cake. However, Ana Paz Bakery offered us the 3 tiered cake as shown in the picture we'd sent them for the same price as other competitive bakeries. We went in for the sampling of the flavors and loved the different choices. We opted for delivery of cake considering our wedding would be held about an hour from our location and didn't want to deal with the hassle on the day of. For an additional fee they took complete care of the delivery and arranged everything directly with the restaurant. What we were even more thrilled about was the fact that they dropped the price by $100 if we paid in full the day of the ordering of the cake. We hit the jackpot!!!! The design itself was spectacular. We are more than thrilled with this place and will continue to use them for future events.

Best cake maker in town! The venue I chose (Longan's Place) and Ana Paz work together so for me, it was a very easy choice. The cake was my dream cake and I was even able to include sugar flowers instead of natural flowers for an extra fee. It's been 9 days since my wedding and the cake still tastes delicious. I was very happy with this cake!

Unfortunately I never got to meet Rossana in person but she was so easy to work with and did an absolutely amazing job on our wedding cake! We planned our wedding in Florida completely from PA so we did all our coordination about the cake via email and text. We sent her a picture of what we wanted and we trusted her to recreate it for the wedding day. She was kind to help us make decisions on our cake choices since we were unable to visit her for a meet and greet and tasting/selection in person. The cake and cake pops she made for our day were absolutely gorgeous! When I took the first bite of the cake at the cake tasting I knew that I was already sold!!!! The cakes were just the right amount of moist. I hate dry cakes and Ana Paz just knows exactly the right ingredients to put together to make wonderful cakes. Our cake was part of a package from a venue but the staff at Ana Paz was super nice to give us their opinions on how what we could still get something that we loved but didn't go over our budget with the upgrades. I absolutely loved our wedding cake and the taste was just amazing. I had cake for breakfast the day after our wedding and I don't regret a thing. Thank you Ana Paz for making the best cakes in Miami.

I had my wedding at The Riverside Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, FL and they use Ana Paz cakes for all of their weddings. I feel like i got so lucky because our cake was so delicious! We had a vanilla rumcake with buttercream icing and it was so moist and tasty. Our guests were raving about it all night! I can't wait for our 1st Anniversary to be able to taste it again! Thank you!

I was unable to attend a cake tasting for our wedding cake because we live in a different state, but Ana Paz was so easy to work with. I emailed examples of pictures of cakes I liked and they told me what all of my options were. We picked three flavors: vanilla rum, hazelnut vanilla rum, and lemon. The buttercream was beautifully done and delicious and our florist placed the flowers at the venue. It was all so delicious and we ended up taking the top tier home. We didn’t save it and ended up eating the top tier right away because it looked too delicious. Days later, the cake was still delicious and moist. It probably would have kept even longer and stayed just as delicious, but we couldn’t help but to eat it all within days. That cake was so perfectly balanced in flavor, I have never had such a delicious cake before. Thank you Ana Paz for the delicious cake and easy, accommodating ordering.

This was one of the easiest parts of our wedding. Ana was able to combine our wedding colors (orange and purple) and produced an awesome cake that mirrored the elegance of the evening. AND the cake tasted good!!!

Ana Paz and the bakers are very responsive, easy to communicate with, and delivered an amazing product. I was getting frustrated with quotes I had received from other bakeries. Ana Paz cakes stood out as being within my price range and after meeting with them in person, it was easy to make the decision to choose them. The cake is delicious and they were able to replicate the cake I had chose eaxctly. You will not be disappointed!

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was working with Ana Paz - Caroline was the absolute best! From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt welcomed and had a great experience. The cake samples were delicious - all were very moist and very flavorful! Caroline helped us to go through different pictures trying to help us find what elements we liked best. Once we had an idea in mind, she sketched our cake so that we knew exactly what the end result would be. I may be a bit biased here, but this was without a doubt the best wedding cake I have ever had. Our guests and venue staff couldn't say enough about it. If you want the best experience with a family company who is super knowledgeable and wonderful to work with, you can't do any better than Ana Paz!!

I had grown up eating Ana Paz cakes at each family member's wedding. Because of this, I thought their offerings would be old school, conservative, 20 tier cakes but I was sorely mistaken. I'm SO happy I chose them to create my earthy and natural three-tier naked cake! I ordered the lemon cake and it was just so moist and perfect. If I could go back, I would make one of the tiers in the almond flavor as it was such a close contender for me too. Overall great service!

Ana created the cake of my dreams! She understood that I had dreamt of a large, impressive cake for years, and wow, did she deliver! All my guests were blown away!

There is no need to continue looking any further for your cake baker. Ana Paz is the way to go! I have had two friends use her for both their wedding cakes and another friend that orders every special event cake from her. After our cake tasting with her granddaughter Caroline, I knew there was no need to shop around for a cake baker. We ordered a four tier cake with vanilla rum, almond, and chocolate layers. All of her flavors are incredibly delicious and she makes sure that every bite is rich and moist. I have received tons of compliments on our wedding cake. I brought Caroline a screenshot of our dream design and she made it happen! She actually sketched our design right there (she's amazing). Each layer was a different design and they made it happen! The value for the product they put out is a steal! Our cake was so delicious that we actually couldn't wait on freezing the top tier for a whole year and instead decided to eat it 2 weeks after our wedding when we returned from our honeymoon. Even after freezing and defrosting it, our top tier was still delicious and moist! Thank you so much Ana Paz and thank you Caroline!

Our venue recommended Ana Paz Cakes to us. We actually had 3 cake tasting scheduled for one day. The first was horrible. Our second appointment was with Ana Paz and that was it! We booked on the spot! All of the cakes in their show room were gorgeous, the consultant we met was friendly and the tasting was delicious! On the day of the wedding all of our guests loved the cake! Our wedding was 10/7/17 at the DoubleTree Biscayne Bay, and our cake vendor, Ana Paz, was amazing from the moment we did the tasting, we knew we had found our baker! First off, they are one of the only Kosher bakeries, and are dairy free, which was pleasantly surprising. The cake is out of this world good!!!! We ended up doing tiered cupcakes with the Bride & Groom cake on top, and the decor was flawless, as we had a sea theme, they decorated it with our designs and sugar shells. We chose the Almond and Chocolate Ganache flavors and when I tell you, it's the best, moist and delicious cake I've ever eaten, I'm not lying, and I've eaten a lot of sweets in my day. All of our guests stated the same positive feedback. Ana Paz was actually a preferred vendor from our venue, and was included with our package. We had Ana Paz cakes do our wedding cake....it was delicious and beautiful. We had a venue which included the wedding cake as part of the package. They provided three wedding cake vendors. Ana Paz was one of them. We visited Ana Paz and the two others. Had samples from each and also the costs of some of the upgrades that we wanted which were not necessarily included. Ana Paz included more stuff in the already arranged package as opposed to charging us more and her cakes frankly were more moist and delicious than any of the other providers we visited. Great team to work with, delivered as promised, and can't wait to pull that top layer out of the freezer in a year and have it again.

Our cake was included in our package at our venue (Briza on the Bay) but we had several vendors to pick from and we are so glad that we picked Ana Paz cakes! As an out of state couple, they were able to accommodate us with a tasting and we loved the flavors - it was hard to pick! Ana Paz Cakes is THE place to get your wedding cake in Miami. We received our cake through the Doubletree Biscayne Bay All-Inclusive package but still had to go to Ana Paz for the tasting and to pick the design. They have so many flavors and it was so hard to choose between them. Luckily, they let you choose different flavors for each layer so we didn't have to! And they have so many designs to choose from and will customize them, unlike their competitors. Our cake was so gorgeous, it was almost a crime to eat it. We had 3 flavors (hazelnut, chocolate, and lemon) and they were all so good!! Luckily we had lots of leftover cake and could eat it for several days afterwards. Ana Paz is truly better than all the other cake makers out there. Believe me, we tried Edda's and couldn't have been more disappointed with their service and the taste just didn't compare.

It was lovely working with Ana Paz and her team. I planned my wedding from California, so when I only had a couple of days in town, Ana allowed me to come and order my cake outside of her regular hours. She was so sweet and personable, with great advice for the cake and for marriage! It really felt like working with a family friend. We easily chose a cake that was not only beautiful, but delicious! We went with the vanilla rum and chocolate, but every flavor was great. After the wedding, our guests enjoyed the cake so much, we didn't have any left over! I had been looking forward to it so much, and was devastated that after months of starving myself to fit into a dress, I wouldn't have any until our anniversary. I called Ana Paz and they understood my disappointment. They were amazing in making me a small cake, and I am so appreciative. I finally got a chance to enjoy my wedding cake, before next year!

Ana Paz Cakes were very easy to work with! Our cake looked IDENTICAL to the picture that we showed them. They showed up to our hotel and dropped off our cake with no needed assistance from myself. We will recommend them to all of our family and friends.

The most beautiful cake I have ever laid my eyes on. The detail was so beautiful. I've found that most cakes that look beautiful on the outside don't taste as good as they look. ANA PAZ proved me wrong!! Our cake was so delicious AND so beautiful. She even gave us the small cake in the box to preserve and eat on our first wedding anniversary (Jewish tradition). THANK YOU ANA!!!!

Luckily for us, our wedding venue (Longan's place) provided a cake in the cost of their venue from Ana Paz. I am happy that I did not have to look around or shop around! I had heard many wonderful things about this place (being the best in Miami) and was excited to get our cake made here.
The entire experience was wonderful. We booked an appointment which ended up being an intimate 1-on-1 with just my hubby & mom and the vendor, which was awesome!!! We were able to taste all the different types of cakes and also describe exactly what we wanted.
A few days before the wedding, they called me to followup and confirm everything. Then on the day of the wedding the cake was delivered for us and it was sooooo BEAUTIFUL!!! We did not get to try our cake at the wedding (other than a small piece) but everyone raved about how delicious it was!!! And then my hubby and I decided to eat the "anniversary cake" they provided lol....we started our own tradition and are so happy we ate it because it was delicious! We plan to order a smaller cake (our wedding cake version) for our 1 year anniversary. I cannot wait to work with them again in the future for other events.

Ana Paz was the best choice for our October 2016 wedding at the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale. We knew during our tasting that the wedding cake would be delish and gorgeous! The simple and elegant design was a great finishing touch to our amazing wedding! Thank you!

Ana Paz cakes are not only beautiful but DELICIOUS. I must have changed my mind about the design about 1 million times and Carolyn was so sweet and patient no matter how many times I call, emailed and showed up. The bakery is beautiful and smells amazing the tasting went so well I could not chose a flavor. I changed my cake design for the final time 2 days before my wedding and they were so accommodating. I had all sugar flowers cascading down my five tier wedding cake. My we took home the very top tier and almost two weeks later the cake is still moist even after being in the fridge. Ana Paz can do anything you want with your cake her prices are great and her product is even better! I will only use Ana Paz for any event I do in the future.

Our wedding cake was just perfect! Nothing I have seen before! Looked like a painting - stunning, amazing, speechless and it tasted great. Tell them what you want, and they will do it. However, this cake exceeded our expectations by far! These people are artists...

My Husband & I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary at the Palms Hotel in Miami, Fl. Ana Paz's Cakes has a contract with the Hotel so the cake was included but I had to pay for sugar flowers that came to $150 dollars. It was well worth it! It looked just like flowers: the color the make of the flowers, Beautiful! Me and my husband was so pleased. Caroline was professional, kind and assuring. The delivery went smoothly with the coordinator at the Palms. Highly Recommend them!

I PROMISE YOU she makes the absolute BEST cakes in Miami! We did many cake tastings and nothing even compared to Ana Paz. Her cakes are absolutely delicious, moist and the flavors were incredible. I highly recommend the almond flavor and chocolate fudge. You will not be disappointed! They were easy to work with and everything went perfect on wedding day. Don't waste your time anywhere else- trust me!

The most delicious cakes! Excellent selections and absolutely perfect if you are having a kosher wedding and need a parve cake. The decor was exquisite and the cake adding an extra ellement of ellegance to our special night.

NOT YOUR TYPICAL DRY WEDDING CAKE! We had our wedding at the Cocoplum and that's how we heard about Ana Paz. After going through cake tastings with different vendors, we just loved Ana Paz Cakes because of how flavorful her cakes are, especially he famous vanilla rum cake!! Being that we were planning this wedding hundreds of miles away from home, Ana and her team were very easy to work with when designing a cake over the phone or via email. The cake she designed for us was very elegant, with piping details, crystal bordering and topped with a personalized cake-topper. Definitely the best cakes in Miami!!

One phrase to describe the foundation of this bakery - Customer Service. We are so pleased that we choose Anna paz for our wedding cake. We were totally blown away on the day of our tasting and knew then and there this was the place to make our wedding cake.
Our venue was a kosher facility which meant we could not have anything made with dairy products including the cake. We were not familiar with kosher cakes at the time and then heard that Ana paz specialized in them. We ran it by our vendor who didn't know Ana paz could make a kosher cake and asked me to double check. I spoke with Ana herself when I called and she promptly contacted my vendor to make the arrangements and meet our venue's requirements. Ana also took the time to explain how we could stay within the small budget we had set without sacrificing taste, presentation and having sufficient for all of our guests. She truly is committed to top notch service for all her clients.
Ana's work is amazing and our cake looked so beautiful - but the real test was the taste. Many guests had more than one piece because we had different flavors, and all were good. Our guests raved about the cake then and still talk about how good it was almost nine months later. Most of all, they could not believe they were having kosher cake.
You will be extremely happy if you choose Ana Paz for your next event, and we know they will be our first choice for any special occasion cakes we may need in the future!

ANA PAZ, an institution in the Cake Design world!!! A lot of my friends have had the pleasure of getting their wedding cakes done by Ana, and I am looking forward to her doing my wedding cake. All I can say is wow!! Ana and her team outdid themselves with our 4 tier cake with alternating layers of vanilla rum cake and almond amaretto. Their cakes are so moist with just the perfect amount of sweetness. She created beautiful peony sugar flowers that accented our rose gold and intricate lace detailed cake. We had tried eddas for a cake tasting to compare and did not even compare to Anna's cakes!

I went to Ana Paz for cake tasting last week and they were incredibly tasty! It was very easy to make an appointment and everyone at the bakery was very pleasant and helpful. Even though I had an option for cake vendor for my ceremony Ana Paz came highly recommended, above all others. Her cakes are also gorgeous. Can't wait to have her cake at my wedding!

Ana Paz made my wedding cake and not only was it beautiful but it was moist and delicious too. I had a 5 layer cake for 200 guests and everyone was raving about the cake the day after my wedding. Leading up to the wedding, they were a delight to work with and created exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them.

We met Ana Paz at The Riverside Hotel which saved us a trip to Miami as we live very close by. She is very friendly and we knew right away choosing her to design our wedding cake would be the right choice. She also did our wedding shower cake and it came out very nice. The wedding cake was 5 tiers and was absolutely amazing. The vanilla rum cake was our choice and everybody loved it. We received many compliments on our cake from our guests. We wouldn't hesitate to use Ana Paz again in the future for any type of event we may have.
