  Cathy was awesome! She picked me out about 8 dresses and I saw one through the bag and knew it was the one! After trying a bunch at davids bridal and not finding any I was so excited and once I tried it on and my family loved it as well I was so so happy! Definitely recommend.

  Excellent Service! Those women in there are amazing! LOL...they saved my wedding day. I selected a dress that I thought would be the dress of my dreams, ended up to be a disater, came in a hot mess. The style was discontinued, and looked nothing like the "dress of my dreams" I had only y a month in a half left before my wedding day, to choose a different dress, and I did so, and it came in 2 weeks before my wedding day. The dress was absoulutly BEAUTIFUL! I was so happy the first one was a disaster. The service I received was very much apperciated! I would recommend them to anyone I know!!!

  Bought my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses here, as well as all tux rentals. This place became a home away from home--I felt like I was there all the time!! They were very down to earth and acted like family. I chose a silk couture wedding gown that was a little more than I wanted, $1300 including alterations. While the shop itself is a little rough around the edges (dated carpeting and lighting, etc) they were so nice and they had an on site seamstress that did extremely quality work.

  My dress was a 1 of a kind (from their back room) in January when all of the "new dresses" came out. It was a brand new leftover and I loved it! They didn't push for something more expensive and took A LOT (almost $200) off the top of the price for it being a store sample...It was great! Then, they had promo going that gave us a free honeymoon if we rented the tuxes there too....REALLY AWESOME

  I found both my gown and my bridesmaids gown at an Elegant Affair. The place is small so you can't look through dresses they are all in the back and you tell them what you are looking for and they bring you out options. The lady who worked with me was very nice and helpful when choosing my gown and the first one I tried on I loved. However when my dress came in I went to pick it up and the lady was annoyed I wanted to try it on. She squeezed me in a room and wasn't that helpful when I needed help but hey that's what maid of honors are for right?? So after 1 bridal gown, 6 bridesmaids dresses, 9 tuxedo rentals I was told the groom would get a free tux from Bell Tuxedo which is part of the place. This was not true, he had to pay. There is also not a seamstress on site so I went to who they recommended and she was great but I didn't get my dress until the day before.
  
  I would recommend this place to a bride who isn't stressed.

  I first found An Elegant Affair/Bell Tuxedo at a Bridal showcase. I started talking with the female manager about my wedding dress. I ended up buying my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses elsewhere, but still kept them in the back of my mind. When it came time to get the tuxedos for the wedding, we went to Bell Tuxedo because supposedly they had the color vest we wanted, when other places did not. After Cancelling on us twice, we finally arrived for our appointment. The woman did come in to help us when the shop was closed, so points for that. The store did NOT have the color I was promised, so I went with a similar fall color. All members of the bridal party were measured, and put down their deposits. We were told that the tuxes would arrive two days prior to the wedding. When my now husband and I arrived to pick up his tux, we ran into two problems. First, his vest was to small. Second, his shirt had a very large stain on it. We were assured the shirt and new size vest would arrive Friday so we could pick it up. On Saturday when my husband went to put on his tux, his shirt was now fine, but the vest was still the same size it was at the store. My husband had to be uncomfortable all day to keep that vest on. My brother's tux was also all wrong size wise.

There are so many beautiful bridal shops in our area that I found the decor really disappointing. I believe they have since done some renovations so maybe the situation is better now.

The woman assisting at the shop said that this dress was new from the designer (when in actuality, we ordered it at the end of September and it was going out of production in November). She measured my girls and then ordered the dresses which came in around the end of December. 2 out of my 4 girls couldn't fit into their dresses because they were too tight around the rib cage. Apparently this designer runs small and the woman at the shop either didn't know this or failed to adjust the measurements. When we tried to call the designer to order a bigger size, they informed us that they stopped production on the dress in November, a month before the the bridal shop said the dresses could be picked up. Upon the disaster of trying on a dress that wouldn't even zip up the back, she remeasured my bridesmaid and tried to lie and say the measuring tape said a smaller size than what it actually said. Since the shop requires you to pay for the balance of the dress before you try it on, they basically tell you too bad and send you on your way. I would never trust this shop again with ordering bridesmaids dresses as the experience was horrible. Please save yourself the stress and extra alteration costs and go somewhere else.

  I wish I would of found and read the reviews from here, prior to me shopping here..please, if you wish to shop here, read this review first! I had 4 bridesmaids, 1 jr bridesmaid, 1 flower-girl, 4 groomsman and my fiance (now husband) father and father-in-law all get their attire from here, and i wish i could get EVERY dime back!
  I ordered my dresses and the girls in mid-November for my wedding on May 1st, 2015. My girls dresses arrived the final day of march, and my dress the 3rd week of April. My vial came in missing pieces, was sent back and came in the NIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING! 3 out of 4 of the bridesmaids dresses fit, my jr bridesmaid I had to get from a different store bc they didn't carry her size, and my flower-girl dress was on a rack and it wasn't until we went to order it they informed me it was no longer being sold, they just never took it down. I bought it off the rack since it luckily fit the little girl perfectly.
  The suits for the men smelled, and every single one looked bigger on them then need be. 2 of them including my husbands had stains on them, they also came in the day before my wedding.
  i never got any money back from them, instead they told me all my girls "must have gained weight" THE OWNER, out of HIS mouth said those words to me. They are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They deserve to be shut down and sued!
  I hope you shop somewhere else, All I wanted was to use small businesses since i myself have my own, and I try to do so as often as possible, this was my only bad review for anything at my wedding. I wish i went somewhere else, even David's bridal. They helped me find a dress for my one bridesmaid who i ended up buying an entirely new dress for bc the people at this shop have no idea what they are doing when they measure. I still have her old dress in my closet...you have been warned. shop here at your own risk!

  They are horrible not one person knows what they are talking about and have no knowledge of any of the products they sell!! They never get back to you and have the worst customer service!! I ordered my wedding dress 7 months before my wedding and it was supposed to take 8 to 16 weeks. I called to check obit and they said it would not be in until a month before my wedding. Then I found out that the junior bridesmaid dress that was supposed to have been ordered for a month was no longer available in juniors sizes so it had to be ordered in a women's 2 the girl wearing it is 9!! Never once did they apologize for anything!! Worst bridal shop ever!! Beware and save yourself the headache do not even waste your time with them! The shop is a dump also a bug crawled out across the dressing room floor at us!! Nasty just like all the staff!!
