Phenomenal Floral & Decor

An Affair to Remember is fantastic! I think I could write a few hundred pages about how fantastic they are! I met the AATR team at a wedding convention, and I had no clue the amazing company I happened upon. From the beginning of my conversations with Jody, she was extremely helpful. She knew how to make my floral and décor dreams come to life! From there, she was so valuable every step of the way. She made constant updates to the proposal, continued to help form my vision, and overall was just an amazing resource at a crazy time in 2020! Her and her team do absolutely incredible, beautiful work! I could not have been happier with how our florals and venue turned out. On top of that, they handled all the set-up and decorating of the venue! I could not imagine a better team to handle your floral and décor needs! An Affair to Remember is just spectacular!
Bonus: They put all of our florals in disposable vases within the pretty gold vases so that our guests could easily take them home! How genius!!

Absolutely stunning

Jody surpassed all of our expectations (which were really high, considering her previous work!) and designed absolutely stunning floral arrangements for our wedding. We didn’t meet with any other florists because we had total confidence in Jody (as did all of our vendors, who told us that she is the best). With very little direction, Jody totally got our vision and put together a beautiful design proposal at our meeting. What she came up with for the wedding day was even more beautiful than the Pintrest photos in the proposal. It’s impossible to pick a favorite, but the real standouts were my bouquet (which our photographer said was the biggest she’d ever seen), the altar, the sweetheart table, and, of course, the floral collar and leash she made for our dog of honor. The flowers were even better than we imagined, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

amazing flowers and decor

I knew from my first meeting with Jody, that I was in good hands for my wedding. The whole process was easy from beginning to end. Jody was able to take my minimal ideas for my vision I had coming in and turn them in to the most amazing, beautiful design. She was always responsive to my countless questions, emails, and extra visits. She worked with me to find the perfect purple napkin and made it so easy to make changes and work within our budget. The final product was absolutely stunning and beyond what I ever could have imagined.

The BEST florist in STL - hands down!

From the moment we sat down with Jody and her team, we knew she would be our wedding florist. She spent almost 2 hours at our initial consultation going over our vision for the wedding day, from colors to decor to types of flowers and everything in between. She was very responsive and accommodating. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, made useful suggestions to maximize our floral budget, and updated our contract (which was itemized down to the flower) throughout the entire process. The florals her and her team put together for our ceremony and reception were out of this world gorgeous. We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was and how seamlessly it came together to fit our vision. Not to mention they flipped our ceremony room to the reception hall in under one hour! They paid attention to all of the little details and really nailed what we were going for. I am preserving several bouquets and center pieces because I do not want to let them go. The team took down everything quickly at the end of the night and had us out of there on time!

Floral Dreams Do Come True

The An Affair to Remember team made all my flower dreams come true. I knew I was going to book with An Affair to Remember after my first meeting with Jody. I went to their shop and we just got to “play” with colors, décor, flowers. She was able to listen to what I was saying and bring it to life through past work photos/pinterest or what they had in house. By the end of the night we had all of the décor set and ready to go!

Jody – was fun, creative and got back to my emails pretty quickly! I really appreciated that she gave her honest opinion on numbers/sizing for things. As someone who doesn't know a lot about flowers, I didn’t feel like she was “just trying to make a sale” but truly cared about my needs and vision. We made a few adjustments right before the wedding (adding more flowers) and I’m so glad we did! On the day of the wedding the flowers were even better than we had been picturing! We had so many compliments regarding the flowers and centerpieces. Not to mention how amazing they look in our wedding photos.

It’s been a month since our wedding and I still have my bouquet because I just can’t bring myself to throw it away (LOL).

I would/will suggest An Affair to Remember to all my friends and family getting married in the future!

From the very first email to the photos and flower smells for days after the wedding, I loved working with An Affair to Remember!

Every single cent was worth it! I did not have to the give Jody very much direction to work with but it’s like she read my mind and put it together even better then I could have dreamed. She took every bit of weight off my shoulders and having such a variety that they offer from flowers to rentals, set up, and clean up it made for a low stress day. So glad we choose them!

I simply don't have enough high praise for An Affair To Remember! We selected them for our daughter's wedding and they did the flowers for the entire wedding, the linens and table decorations. The floral arrangements in the church, the bouquets and the table arrangements were all outstanding! As the Mother of the Bride I very much appreciate their creativity and recommendations. Our daughter and I didn't exactly know what was desired but we did know "the look" we wanted to have created and AATR did not disappoint - in fact, they exceeded our expectations by creating an atmosphere of elegance. They added so much to the wedding day and we are so appreciative. I can't praise them enough - they are simply the best in the business!

An Affair to Remember single handedly made my wedding what it was. I used this vendor for decor and florals. Jody and her team made my vision come to life. I knew at my initial meeting this was the route I wanted to take because of how comfortable Jody made me feel, and how confident she was in creating the day I wanted. She and her team are creative and reliable. She was there for every email and question that I had along the way. The day of the wedding was so smooth and easy because of her team. They came in and set everything up as I had imagined (even some things on the spot because I had gotten overwhelmed). They even came back to take down and really took the stress off of me and my family in those moments. I got SO many compliments on my florals and decor, and I owe that all to Jody and her team! I could not recommend An Affair to Remember enough!!

An Affair to Remember provided flowers for my wedding and I cannot say enough good things about them. Jody and her team are creative, reliable, thorough, and were really good about keeping my budget in mind. They also coordinated set up with my venue so I didn’t have to mess with it, and it made for a stress free process. They do more than flowers though! They also have several rentals such as candleholders, plate chargers, and linens, which you can see in the attached photos. The end result was beautiful! I opted for a more traditional look, but Jody does lots of different styles of flowers really well, which you can see on our social media pages. I would absolutely recommend her and her team to anyone in that area meeting flowers for a wedding for another event.

Jody was wonderful to work with. The flowers were gorgeous and we received many compliments on the flowers and table decorations. In fact, we are going back to An Affair to Remember for my other daughter's wedding. I highly recommend An Affair to Remember.

An Affair to Remember is GREAT and they do it all!! My mom was in town for just a short time and Jody made time in her schedule so she could attend our consultation which meant so much to me. I don't have the eye for decorations, but after asking me a few questions Jody put together table arrangements and decorations that I didn't even know I wanted before she showed me. She is also awesome at working with a budget. She sends you the proposal with everything you discussed at your consultation and helps you figure out what you can cut out, reduce the number of, or go cheaper on. Also willing to work on your behalf with vendors that supply what they don't keep in stock (in my circumstance it was the chairs). Very happy so far!

Jody and Blakely were an awesome team! Our original consultation truly helped put together the vision for our entire room. They understood what my mom and I were asking and had the perfect space to layout different designs right there in their studio. They were responsive and made the chuppah look exactly like the picture I found online.

Jody helped make our dream wedding a reality at Silver Oaks Chateau. I think I met with 6 florists before finally selecting An Affair to Remember. She worked within our budget, brought great ideas to the table and was so easy to work with. Her team's florals and decor were absolutely stunning, and commented on by all of our guests! Highly recommend. :)

This is a fantastic company to work with. Had the pleasure to work with Jody June 2016 for our wedding, and we can't stop raving about beautiful everything was. Jody made us feel extremely comfortable with the whole process. She is very patient , professional, organized, artistic, and overall such fun, nice person. Her team was great with the small details and felt relieved when I saw them setting up. I knew everything would flow smoothly. We had/have so many compliments!! Highly recommend this company. Simply put: our wedding would not have been what it was without Jody and her team at An Affair to Remember!!!

I went to her with a vision, but she is the one that made it all a BEAUTIFUL reality! Jody took as much time as we needed (I'm talking multiple meetings, emails, hours of conversation) to make sure we had every detail nailed down and perfect for the big day. She was SO patient as we went through all the minute details. And it was worth it - our flowers were absolutely perfect, and our reception venue was to die for! When we walked into the reception for the first look, it made me cry and my husband was completely floored by how it looked.

Jody has SO many wonderful things to choose from to make your day just what you want - flowers, centerpieces, candles, so many linens, etc. She will go through pictures with you to make sure she understands your vision, she will show you ideas you may not have considered, she will make your day perfect! She is a very busy woman, so she may take a little bit of time to respond to emails, etc., but I promise you, she is well worth the wait!!! Jody and her team and SO VERY kind and courteous, and they will do an amazing job for you, I promise!

An Affair to Remember did an amazing job with our April 2016 wedding! Everything was so beautiful - our guests were obsessed with the decor. Their prices are extremely reasonable - we had the works: table runners, three different centerpieces, chair covers, table covers, candles, and more at a really LOW price! Blaklely and Jody were great to work with and nailed it when it came to conveying our vision. I was so pleased with their services and would not only seek their services in the future but recommend them to everyone that I know. My husband and I reside in Los Angeles, by the way, and felt that Jody was very responsive and great at communicating (via pictures, etc) in emails.

Jody did our wedding flowers and decor, and it was just incredible!!! She worked with me on a price that fit within our budget, yet still gave us an amazing look. I visited her store in the Central West End, and she was able to show me mock-ups of design possibilities. It was great to be able to visualize things this way! Jody was also able to do the flowers on our cake--they were so gorgeous!!! I would highly recommend Jody if you are planning a wedding. She is able to provide florals, as well as all kinds of event rentals, to make your day unforgettable.

Jody was amazing! From the minute that I contacted her to see if she was available to after the wedding, she was nothing short of friendly, professional, and responsive. She worked with me to provide flowers, decor, and different kinds of flower alternatives that would fit my budget, and she was so helpful during the process. I was amazed when I saw the bouquets at my wedding and even more amazed when I saw the centerpieces. They were absolutely beautiful!! I received so many compliments on all the flowers and centerpiece decor, and it is all because of Jody and An Affair to Remember! From early planning to the end of the reception, Jody was a delight to work with. My wedding was planned in a short time frame and Jody took the stress of decorating off our shoulders. She was so helpful showing us pictures and making it easy to see exactly how much each item cost. The flowers for the wedding and reception were perfect.. As for the reception - WOW! Elegant and gorgeous - it surpassed my expectations. A couple of friends said it was the prettiest reception they have been to. Jody was professional and easy to work with. It is apparent she enjoys what she does. My sister will plan a wedding date around Jody's availability! I highly recommend her and An Affair To Remember

Jody was AMAZING to work with! With just a few pictures to work from she brought my visions to life! She was SO great and easy to Work with! My wedding guest list unexpectedly grew quite a bit, even with short notice I let her know and she was wonderfully accommodating! My wedding bouquet was perfect, and the reception venue was breathtaking! She transformed the entire space effortlessly! I would definitely recommend without hesitation An Affair to Remeber!

She took all my ideas and made them unbelievable and unforgettable! Everything was so beautifully done. I couldn't of dreamt of anything more perfect. I would absolutely recommend Jody Cox from An Affair to Remember for any event/party you may be hosting. From the first meeting to the day our wedding she was very professional, flexible, and accessible. I chose to have her provide decorations/floral arrangements as well as the day-of coordination. Her staff was wonderful to work with (though they did all the work)...all very professional. The quality of her work is exceptional and her floral arrangements are incredible...Perfection!! She did a wonderful job at the rehearsal and was so helpful the day of the wedding.

I changed my mind on a few things closer to the wedding and she was very adaptive to anything that I wanted. I feel that Jody went above and beyond any expectations that I ever had. Our outdoor ceremony was rained out and she quickly packed up all of my decorations and moved everything to the reception hall. It wasn't what we had planned, but she did such an excellent job setting everything up in the new location and it all looked amazing!! We honestly could not have been any happier with An Affair to Remember. I would recommend Jody and her team to anyone looking for high quality event planning.

Jody at An Affair to Remember was amazing. We rented candelabras from them and Jody worked with us to get us what we needed ahead of schedule. The candelabras came as advertised, in great condition, and Jody help walk us through the set-up. I could not have asked for better service!

Choosing An Affair to Remember was the best decision we had made. We did not have the time nor the patience to put everything together. We gave Jody an idea of what we wanted and she made it come true. My event ended with raves from guests and a happy bride. I would strongly recommend An Affair to Remember. It could very well be the best spent money of your event.

My husband and I used Affair to Remember to do all of our reception decor and our flowers. We could not have been happier with how everything turned out and I wouldn't change a thing. We thought everything was absolutely beautiful and got so many compliments. Also, the flowers were gorgeous! Jody was so easy to work with through the whole process. She worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the budget and had so many neat ideas. The possibilities are endless and I would highly recommend working with Jody for your wedding. Using Affair to Remember saved me so much time, money and worrying since I did not have to do any decorating night before the wedding or day of. Everything was taken care of for us and we didn't have to tear down! I would HIGHLY recommend Affair to Remember!

Their decorating services were invaluable in making my wedding what it was. Jody and her staff keep current on the latest trends, giving my ideas the tweeking they needed to become perfect! Jody is a such a sweetheart! She really works hard for her brides and makes sure she understands what they are looking for. She wants to make sure that the wedding preparations are stress free for the bride and takes away all the worries!

My husband and I came to Jody because our previous wedding decorator was awful. They were not very helpful and not very up to date with their decorations and idea's. So after a few times of not being able to reach the lady, we sought after someone better. Thank goodness for Jody. She is a life saver. I would recommend her for any wedding or party. She is just a blessing!

Our wedding was beautiful and looked like us in every way. Jody and her team took charge and made our special day even more special. We didn't have to worry about the set up, or tear down and could count on them to go above and beyond what was expected.

I loved everything from An Affair to Remember I saw online and emailed a request. Jody responded fast to set up a meeting at my venue. Her office is quite a ways from it, but she had no problem meeting me. I told her basic ideas, red/black/silver & sparkly decor. She walked around taking notes/pics. Shortly after she emailed a quote, and inspiration pics. Everything laid out, prices, each item, so there were no surprises or hidden charges. What Jody came up with, based off the basic things I told her, was amazingly beautiful, and without me realizing it, exactly what I had wanted and hoped for. I hadn't shown her any pics, yet she put together something that fit perfectly. She is very open to feedback, and has no problem changing something. She gave 3 options for centerpieces, only problem was, they were all wonderful, and I couldn't pick one! Jody was ok with that, and did 1/3 of the tables with each!

Besides decor, I also used them for flowers. When Jody emailed me in the week before my wedding to confirm, I told her that we decided to do "first look" pics. On her own, Jody offered to bring my flowers to the my hotel, so that I would have them for my photos. I was so grateful, because I hadn't thought of it, and would have had to make plans to pick them up. Jody brought the flowers to my hotel at the time she promised, ready to go. I'm not sure a lot of others would have done that. The flowers were breathtakingly beautiful, used such a great variety of flowers, and were put together fantastically.

Jody did the outdoor decor for my ceremony. She draped fabric and hung crystal chandeliers behind our "altar" and spread rose petals all over. It was windy that day, but Jody was prepared and had all the decor ready to hold up for the ceremony. I truly had zero worries about choosing Jody. Once I picked her, I was relieved and excited to see everything come together because I knew what she was going to come with would be nothing short of perfection.

I highly recommend Jody at An Affair to Remember. She is a natural designer with an impressive artistic ability. We met with her to review photos of ideas we liked for the florals and centerpieces for the wedding. She understood quickly what I was looking for and also brought her own recommendations based on experience, which was very helpful. She pulled everything together and the flowers/centerpieces on the day of the wedding looked EXACTLY what we had imagined. She has great taste--I often wish I could do it all again and just let her have at it and come up with something completely original. Trust in her work. Quality, beautiful and super friendly and positive attitude to boot! And she has WONDERFUL items available to rent. You will not be disappointed with her work and she will take a LOAD off of you on the day of the wedding.

Jody Cox is Amazing and worth every penny. She can put David Tutera to shame and do it on a budget...lolo Seriously the lady is amazing. My Centerpieces were beautiful as were the Bouquets. I told her what i wanted the colors I wanted and how much my budget was. She Delivered on a dime. I got the WOW factor!!! I would and will recommend her to everyone. Very classy and Elegant and she listens to what you want. Great communication skills and an eye for detail. I basically said this is what I want and this is my Budget. She Did it and it was gorgeous!

I was so impressed by Jody at An Affair to Remember. We met in person and once I told her my ideas she went with them and made them a reality-- plus gave me even better suggestions. When the quote was a little over my budget, she was able to change some arrangements without sacrificing style but could stay in my budget. She delivered the bouquets (in water) to us at the church and then went and set up the beautiful reception. I couldn't be happier with the service!

My flowers were absolutely beautiful. Jody Cox will work with you & make sure you have the flowers of your dreams. She brought them to the venue on time & she put all the bouquets in vases so they didn't have to lay down on a table. She labels all the boutoneire's so no one got confused as to who's was who's. Jody is a very friendly & wonderful person. She was really great & I am happy that I used her services.
