Worth Every Penny!!

Amy is absolutely amazing!! She was very thorough with our pre-wedding meetings and answering all our questions, and she was a delight to work with. One of the requests we made was for her was to be discrete, especially during the ceremony, and I swear that I never even noticed her while she got the most gorgeous photos! She was also very patient and flexible; we had a couple spur of the moment photo ideas and also forgot to tell those we wanted formal photos with to hang back after the ceremony, but she happily rolled with the punches. There were even a few moments during the reception where the venue's leadership was a little lacking, and she stepped right in to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a fairly small wedding, but she managed to take more than 800 beautiful pictures that literally took our breath away! The photos included with this review are a few of the formal photo session, but she also captured a lot of amazing candid shots of us and all of our guests. She turned them around fast, too; we had our sneak peek video slideshow just 2 days after our wedding, and she sent us the link to our online album after just 2 weeks! We couldn't possibly be happier with everything Amy did for us! Highly recommend!!

Incredible Photographer for our Indian Wedding

Amy was wonderful to work with for our wedding on Oct 21, 2022 at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, PA. After our initial call, she helped create a package that fit our budget and itinerary needs. This included an engagement photo session, photos the day before the wedding, and the day of the wedding. We had an Indian wedding ceremony that took place over a couple of days that had several different events we wanted to have photos of. Amy did a wonderful job photographing the Grah Shanti, Baraat, ceremony, and reception. The photos are absolutely amazing and everyone we've shared them with has commented on how perfect they look. Amy was very familiar with the venue and was able to suggest a variety of photos that captured the entire celebration.

Amy was so easy to get along with and very laid back, which made us feel comfortable working with her. She was able to adapt to some hiccups and delays on the wedding day and still made sure we got all of the shots we wanted. Amy also brought along a second photographer, Kaylee, for the wedding day. Kaylee was a blast to work with and was just as easy to get along with as Amy!

Thank you so much for working with us and all of the care and professionalism you put into our wedding day. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a photographer in the area to reach out to Amy.

Amy is the BEST!

Amy was incredible for our wedding day. My wife and I got ready at 2 different locations and Amy was timely and efficient. With the wedding itself, she had everything prepared and directed us for all of the shots. The photos themself were beautifully captured. The lighting and quality were exactly what we were hoping for. We couldn't believe some of the moments she captured. Throughout the night Amy was on top of everything and continued to make small corrections to the dresses and suits to ensure the pictures turned out perfect. We couldn't recommend Amy more highly as an affordable, talented and experienced wedding photographer!! If you are looking for someone to record all of the perfect moments, both intimate and hilarious, we recommend you use Amy and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic photography experience

I could say so many great things about our experience with Amy. First of all, she's super flexible. When we first booked our date, we thought we were having the wedding in the evening, but it ended up being during the day and she had no trouble accommodating the change. Second, she was very professional and clearly had been doing weddings for a while. Not only was she very friendly and personable, but she helped me out with things I didn't expect her to, like zipping up my dress! She took a lot of pictures without us getting fatigued, and she didn't take people away from what they were doing just to get the perfect photo. Also, for the cherry on top, she got the pictures back to us in about 3 weeks. Overall, our experience with Amy was fantastic and I would definitely recommend her to others for wedding photography.

Highly recommended photographer!

Great Experience!

Amy photographed our November wedding at the Hotel du Village. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and captured some great images! She was incredibly responsive and helpful with all of the questions I had. She also kept to our schedule perfectly while still keeping the atmosphere relaxed and fun. I highly recommend!

Very talented and experienced photographer

We chose Amy Tucker Photography as our photographer for our wedding on September 1, 2019 and we could not be happier with the results. From the first time we met her, we knew she was the right choice. Amy was very personable, punctual, experienced, and most importantly very talented. Amy was able to wrangle us, our bridal party, and our guests during our cocktail hour photo session and take some truly amazing shots. She and the second photographer, Kaylee, skillfully captured photos of us and our guests that we will cherish forever. Amy had many great suggestions for different photos and was open to working with us to get the shots we wanted. We received a wedding photo sneak peek within about a week and online access to pictures within a month of the wedding. I cannot recommend Amy enough for your photography needs!!!

Perfectly Captured

We loved working with Amy and her team. Amy was extremely accommodating & professional from the beginning. We live internationally and she was able to make time in her schedule for calls and in person meetings to fit our schedule. She is amazingly positive and cheerful. Amy took amazing photos, but kept to the schedule and made sure we got in all of our requested shots. She did a great mix of traditional shots and more styled ones. During the ceremony and event you hardly noticed she and the other photographer were there. She was very familiar with the venue and other vendors and knew the best timing and places to take shots. Amy also has extremely reasonable rates and fast turnaround. We would definitely recommend or use Amy again!

Perfect service

We can’t say enough great things about Amy Tucker Photography. Amy guided us through the entire process from the feel and look we wanted to the timing and logistics of our wedding day. Amy and her assistant Kaylee had the best attitudes and helped make a seemingly stressful day enjoyable. Amy was nice enough to send us a slideshow of pictures just two weeks after our wedding. She kept us up to date on when our photos would be ready and sent them in a timely manner. We are extremely satisfied with how are wedding photos turned out and strongly recommend her to everyone.

Fantastic Team that Captured the Fun and Joy of our Wedding Perfectly

Amy and her assistant Kaylee were absolutely amazing as our wedding photograhers. From a personality perspective, both photographers did a great job making us and our wedding party feel very comfortable during our photo sessions, were very nice and fun while taking pictures and very receptive to our ideas for specific shots we wanted. From a quality perspective, the equipment they use is great, the pictures all came out looking amazing and we've got so many memories that are now beautifully captured. Communications were always quick and professional and it was a complete pleasure to work with Amy on all the prep work leading up to the big day. The budget was right on point and the value we got for what we paid was 100% worth it. Thank you Amy Tucker Photography for being such a critical part of our big day!

I can't believe this took me almost a year to post... I'm sorry Amy, you deserve more expedient praise for the AWESOME job you did. So great! From the really comfortable, laughter-filled initial meeting, to the chill and yet organized way of handling planning and correspondence, to your on-the-spotness and unobtrusiveness and yet excellent coverage (and family-wrangling), I couldn't say more. What a great experience with a cheerful, laid-back, professional photographer. People may not realize the hour and hours of work that goes into your work (before, during the day-long event, and after), but we definitely saw it in the quality of photos and the experience. I got married in September of 2017 and i used Amy to do my photos. She did an AMAZING job! i keep looking back at my photos wishing i could relive that day over and over again. She got great shots of my very active toddler, which is very hard to do! She got some really funny dancing shots of my friends and family. But my photos with my husband were my absolute favorite! i especially loved her use of black and white. i would definitely recommend Amy to anyone looking for a photographer!

Finding an affordable photographer for an intimate wedding on a Monday for 2 hours was a bit challenging! But when I contacted Amy, she let us know this was something she'd definitely be able to do! She had photographed weddings at our venue before, sent us sample images & quoted a reasonable price. Amy was very helpful, cheerful & everyone thought she was fantastic. We can't wait to see our digital photos this week!

Amy and her assistant were amazing! Her response time to emails was so quick (especially important to me as I was planning a Philadelphia wedding from the west coast), it made planning our wedding photography easy. They did a great job helping us make a day of call for a location to take pictures when the weather was colder than expected. Amy captured stunning photographs that we will look back on forever and they did an amazing job capturing the happiness we experienced on our wedding day. They did a great job getting photos of every detail, including our guests! We got our photos back quickly and Amy even went above and beyond to send us a "sneak peak". We could not have been happier with Amy as our photographer. She was exceptionally professional and fun throughout the process. She made many recommendations for when and where to take photos and the results are amazing! She takes beautiful photos hat capture the personalities of our guests and wedding party and the “feel” of the whole event. I would say you should not only use Amy, but you should also follow all of her suggestions! If so, you will be so happy with the final product!

We could not have had a better experience with a photographer. She was prompt to all events and very responsive to all emails, but most importantly her pictures were incredible. Amy was our photographer for our June wedding at Flourtown Country Club. She met with us the location before hand to go over the best locations to photograph (she had never photographed a wedding at this location) she was very professional and FAST! When she pulled us out of the reception for sunset and night photos we were only out there for a few minutes and she captured the most beautiful photos. I recommend her to any bride/couple looking for someone who will capture the most amazing photos without you even knowing they are there. We had a great experience.

Working with Amy was a fantastic experience! She was responsive and professional right from the start, and super friendly and easy to talk to and work with to plan for the big day. She blended effortlessly into the wedding and was able to capture truly beautiful photos of the ceremony without ever once being noticeable or conspicuous. The pictures she took of us were absolutely gorgeous, but what we loved the most was that she took so many great shots of our guests! She was even able to get our prints to us earlier than we had anticipated. We really can't say enough wonderful things about Amy and her company, and we would 100% hire her again!

Amy was such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole planning process and on our wedding day. Our wedding day was rainy and I was concerned about our options for taking pictures outside. Amy was able to get great shots even with less than perfect weather. It even appears to be sunny in some of our outdoor shots when it definitely was not! During the ceremony and reception, her and her assistant got great shots of our guests interacting and having fun without being distracting. I was blown away by the pictures taken during our ceremony as the space was narrow and awkward for picture taking. We were having a small intimate wedding in the park and only need a photographer for about 2 hrs. After searching high and low for one who was willing to forgo the typical "minimums" we found Amy. Amy was very responsive to all my questions and willing to work with us however she could to capture our day. I was stressing out over where to go and Amy gave me a ton of ideas, even met up with me a week before the wedding to drive around and pick out spots. We just received our pictures last week and I cannot believe how great they turned out. Amy definitely took her time and knows how to capture the perfect pictures. Thanks Amy for capturing such beautiful shots of my perfect day.

I appreciated how she listened to our ideas and suggestions, and I found her to be very organized. Amy AND her assistant were both AMAZING! I am such an organized bride and Amy helped to make the planning soooooo easy for me! I originally booked her for a 6 hour package and ended up adding another hour after thinking through the schedule of my day. I sent Amy a tentative schedule and photo ideas. She not only was extremely responsive and receptive to my plans and ideas however she immediately offered some suggestions that were way better than my ideas! Photos were something that were really important to me and I could take a million pictures every day. My husband, on the other hand, dreads pictures! Amy and her assistant made the whole process SOOO MUCHHH FUN! We laughed, were silly, had many romantics and it was all thanks to Amy and her assistant (I think the assistant's name was Rachel??) Thank you Amy for helping to make our day so perfect and enjoyable!

Amy was fantastic! We booked her to photograph our wedding which took place this June. We barely noticed her during the ceremony & reception, which allowed us to enjoy our special day with friends and family. But at the same time, she was everywhere, capturing every moment of our day! We got a ton of great, high quality shots, both posed and candid. I am so happy with the pictures! Amy was also extremely flexible and accommodating, fitting in all our "must-have" shots and locations. She is also very personable and easy to work with before and during the wedding. Amy also went above and beyond the expectations of a photographer by cleaning my dress after it got mud on it, getting rid of "wedding crashers" who joined the party uninvited, and finding forks and plates when they weren't set up for our cake cutting. I would definitely recommend Amy!

We met with Amy for that first visit and that was it, there was no reason to meet or talk to anyone else. Amy is quick to respond and walks you through everything step by step. We went to Longwood Gardens for our engagement pictures which was great! Amy is extremely professional. Amy even took time out to meet us at the venue prior to the wedding to look for spots to shoot. The day of the wedding went great and the pictures are beautiful!! We received our album the week before Christmas and I was able to bring it around and show it off to family and friends. Would definitely recommend Amy to anyone!!

As soon as we met with Amy back in 2014 for our September 2015 wedding, we decided not to meet with anyone else. She asked all the right questions and helped us figure out a vision for our day—a year in advance. She was really flexible with us and was down for "just winging it" with us when we wanted to walk around Philadelphia's Old City for our engagement session without any real plan. We are both a bit shy in front of the camera but she made us feel at ease.

On our wedding day she and her second shooter Margot arrived at the hotel on time and were super efficient: They got some great getting ready shots and our first look session at the venue was a breeze! We even got all of our bridal party shots done before the ceremony. After the ceremony she managed to help wrangle our very large family for a couple of group shots and we were done in time to enjoy most of our cocktail hour. For the rest of the day, we barely noticed Amy and Margot were there but they got some great shots. Our families are delighted with how well our photos came out, and how quickly we received them. Thanks Amy, can't wait to see our album!!

Amy was terrific. She was very easy to work with which was wonderful as we were planning our Pennsylvania wedding from California. I was running late the day of the wedding as the hair and makeup took longer, but she just moved things around in the schedule and somehow it all worked. Most importantly, she took wonderful photos.

Amy Tucker is incredible. From our initial meeting through handing off of the final images, she was extremely professional and responsive. We could not be happier with how our photos turned out.

Ask to see a full wedding she has shot. You will not only see how beautifully she tells the story of your day but the quality and quantity will blow you away. She a knack for catching all of the “little” moments throughout the day – the looks, smiles, tears.

She met us at our venue a few weeks before to discuss the shots we wanted and walked through our list of “must have” pictures. She worked with us on our timeline to make sure we would have enough daylight left.

Before heading to the church, we decided to go outside for a few pictures and my dress got mud all over it. Amy took charge of the situation. She walked me right into the bathroom and started scrubbing away. Way above and beyond the call of duty for a photographer!

My husband, the dads and the brothers all despise pictures. She made the process so easy and painless for everyone involved.

I have been to weddings before where you feel like the photographers are in your face. Amy is not like that at all. I barely noticed she was there the entire evening.

I cannot recommend Amy Tucker Photography enough. She is extremely talented and you will not be disappointed.

Amy was great, the day of she was willing to help with little things, like figuring out how to hang my dress in the hotel so it would photograph correctly. we didn't even notice she was in the reception, her and her partner margo did a great job not being in the way of things or sticking out. Also when it came time for my husband and I to do our photos together she took our suggestions on where we wanted to stand and even let us act silly during certain pictures.

Amy Tucker was our wedding photographer and did an amazing job. We considered numerous photographers in the Philadelphia area and chose Amy because of the natural look of her photos, the high quality of her work and the value for money she provides (she is also one of the few photographers that clearly posts pricing on her website).

During the planning process, Amy walked us through what to expect on the day and asked us what things and people we wanted the pictures to focus on. She was very flexible, even accommodating my last-minute request for a first-look shoot.

On the day of the wedding, she arrived early and began shooting almost immediately. She worked quickly and efficiently, which let us enjoy more time with our guests. She was also very unobstrusive during the party, and was able to get great shots without making people feel ill at ease.

We’ve gotten the pictures back and they are beautiful! Amy really captured all the little emotional moments during the ceremony and throughout the day. I highly recommend her!

My husband and I took our wedding photos very seriously, and we knew that picking a photographer would be a very hard choice. Amy immediately stood out from the other photographers that I contacted because of her fast response time and the fact that she sent me an online gallery of an entire wedding that she shot at my venue! So many other photographers had beautiful pictures on their websites, but when I saw examples of an entire wedding that they shot I was very disappointed. Amy's entire shoot was so beautiful, and she captured so many amazing moments that I knew I had to have her shoot our wedding! Leading up to the wedding she was very responsive to my emails and even called me to discuss a "must-have shots" list. On our wedding day she showed up on time and immediately started taking pictures. She was super flexible and let me make as many silly requests as I wanted (such as hanging my dress in a tree for photos, and getting in the creek in my wedding dress and my Hunter boots). She kept the day running smoothly and was able to get all of my family members together and smiling in such a quick amount of time! My favorite part of the day was the First Look session that she did with me and my husband before we walked down the aisle. She got so many beautiful and emotional pictures, and now I will always be able to remember how my husband looked when he first saw me in my wedding dress. I barely noticed her taking pictures, but we ended up getting over 1,300 beautiful pictures back! Both me and my mom were in tears looking at the pictures, and I'm so happy that I have so many pictures to look at for the rest of my life! One big complaint: she took so many awesome pictures that it's going to be a huge pain to choose which ones to hang up on my walls :) Seriously though, book Amy! She's affordable, talented, and great to work with!

Amy did such a fabulous job with our wedding photos! She gave us so many to choose from and she was unbelievably quick with her editing. She also gave us a "sneak peek" that we received on our honeymoon, within a week of our wedding.

We also loved the second photographer Amy had with her, Mert. Having two photographers made a huge difference to us, as one stayed with the girls while getting ready and the other with the guys. The best part was when they took photographs together, one shot face on, and the other took it at an angle. The exact same shot looked completely different and even better when taken at the angle!

We were SO impressed with Amy Tucker. We did both an engagement photo-shoot and had her for our wedding and we were so glad we chose her. We were initially so nervous about having so many personal photos taken and being the center of attention, but she made us feel at ease and we looked so natural and beautiful in our photos. The photos had a great mix of candid and posed shots, and we really have to give Amy a lot of credit for bringing it out of us and our guests.

We were especially impressed at her professionalism and how she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. On our wedding day, our schedule was running late and we were anxious about not capturing the entire day completely. Amy stayed beyond her contracted time to capture the cake cutting, and additional moments, all the while staying calm and collected. In addition, she managed a wonderful photo-booth, which resulted in some of our favorite (and funniest) shots of the night.

Amy and her husband were absolutely amazing to work with! I had a bridal part of 22 people, and she handled it so well! I was so impressed with how she handled getting everyone together, and helping make my day so much less stressful!

We used Amy for both our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures and she was a delight to work with. Communication (mainly via email) was great, she was on time, professional, and we received our proofs in less than 2 weeks! We had a destination wedding and decided to have pre-ceremony pictures taken on the beach. It was a very windy day yet Amy managed to get beautiful pictures of the wedding party. Amy is an excellent photographer. She is very easy to work with and everyone told me they hardly noticed she was there. When I got my photos back (in less than 3 weeks!), there were a ton of the ceremony from different angles, and I didn't even notice her moving around at all. Amy was absolutely AMAZING! She's so fun to work with and the photos came out incredible! Even better, she had them back to us in SIX DAYS! I was so surprised and pleased. I would definitely recommend Amy to anyone getting married!

My husband and I hired Amy after our original photographer fell through and we couldn't be happier! She went with the flow very well and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Her pictures came out so well and we are both very glad we hired her.

We would recommend Amy's photography services in a heartbeat!!! From our first correspondence/meeting and those after, she has always presented herself in a professional manner and was very responsive to any questions, comments, or concerns we may have had (and was very reasonably priced!). We were impressed with her photography that we viewed on her website, as well as with her portfolio she brought at our first meeting. We felt very confident in her ability to capture our special day through her photography. When we received the images of the photographs she took, they by far exceeded our expectations!!! She did an AMAZING job and we can't wait to share them with family and friends!

Amy was great. I was planning my wedding from 3 states away and she responded quickly to my e-mails and worked with me with all my questions. The day of the wedding she was great, she took the fun shots that we were looking for with out putting up a fight. She was great to work with and would recomend her to anyone looking for a professional photographer.

Amy shot my wedding in March and I have gotten nothing but compliments on our photography. She did an excellent job capturing the details of the evening, from the garter, to the jewelry, to the flowers and favors, as well as the overall "feel" of our wedding. I was actually most impressed with the candids from the reception. Normally, to me, they just look like a bunch of people dancing, but Amy did a superb job of framing up vignettes and scenes to truly capture a moment. She's responsive to e-mails and telephone, and even sent a confirmation e-mail to me when she received my deposit checks, which no other vendor did.

I work full time and go to school in the evenings, so I haven't gotten back to her regarding my album selections, but with so many (600+) great images to choose from, I can only assume it will be perfect.

We really enjoyed having Amy as our wedding photographer! She was easy to work with and gave us clear instruction, especially when we didn't know what we were doing. Our wedding party was a bit easily distracted, but she did a great job keeping everyone focused on getting some really great shots. I do wish we had a little more time for some of the wedding party pictures, and that we had done an engagement session to get to know Amy before hand because I feel like it would have been easier to get in the swing of things if we had already worked together. All in all I would definitely recommend Amy!

Amy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating to our desires and was very patient as I changed our album multiple times. The photos turned out lovely and we were really happy. She captured some amazing candids. Just be sure to tell her exactly what you want, if you want any poses you should bring it up-there's little directing. Overall, we were very satisfied and happy and would definitely recommend Amy!

Couldn't Recommend More!

This review is long overdue but I couldn't miss out on the opportunity to share what a wonderful experience we had working with Amy to capture our wedding day!

Due to the pandemic, we has to scrap our original plans and ended up planning a cross-country wedding with just a few months lead time. While we didn't have the chance to meet with Amy in person, she was flexible and accommodating in working with us virtually to see if we were a fit and then get the detail for the day in order. We loved her portfolio online, her energy and charm, and her professionalism!

On the big day, Amy was right on time and super prepared. She connected well with the other vendors and kept us on track with our timeline. She managed to not only get all the shots we requested but also put together her own beautifully composed shots too. While my husband and I are unusually a little uncomfortable with having our pictures taken, shooting with Amy was an absolute joy. She was light hearted, fun, and accommodating. We decided last minute to ask her to stay and cover an extra hour at the end and she was more than willing. She was also able to graciously wrangle guests/family too!

The end result absolutely blew us away. For 5hrs of coverage we received 700+ BEAUTIFUL pictures. Looking at them completely takes my breath away and puts me right back in the day. I am beyond pleased with how the shots are came out. Can't recommend Amy highly enough!

Amy is great!

Our wedding got all mixed up because of Covid, but Amy was so helpful and flexible with our changes. She's super nice and the pictures she took were WONDERFUL. My husband and I were looking for someone who can take great candid shots and Amy definitely delivered. Thanks Amy!

Amy is very friendly, easy going, and she offers many years of experience. On the day of she was great at directing everyone, she was efficient with the time we had for photos, and she was relatively unobtrusive during the ceremony and reception. She offers a variety of photography packages to fit a wide range of budgets. With us, she was also very flexible in customizing a wedding package so we were able to have 2 photographers and stay within budget. Her response time to emails and phone calls was punctual and she gave us a sneak peak of our photos about 1 week after the wedding. Most importantly our photos are beautiful and capture the fun and excitement of the day

We had a great experience working with Amy. She is a very easygoing and positive person, which helped us feel at ease both during the tough process of selecting a photographer and on the day of the event.

Since we are located out of her area, we were able to have a helpful consultation via FaceTime, and Amy provided professional input as we decided on our desired package. Closer to the date, she was shooting another event at our venue, and scouted out locations for our day of, which was super thoughtful.

My husband and I were a bit nervous about being the center of attention for portrait shots, but Amy helped turn that into a fun experience that got our wedding day off to an awesome start. She did a great job of fading into the background while also being accessible and ready to step in for specific shots throughout the night. One of the nicest things she did was take tons of guest shots--not every photo has to be of the couple!--and we are so thrilled to have a lovely record of the people we shared the day with.

Given that we purchased the minimum package and it was just Amy getting as many shots as one person possibly could, we ended up with a ton of great photos. Makes us wish we had booked another hour or gone for the 2 photographer deal!

All in all this was a very positive experience, and we've gotten fantastic responses to the photos.

Working with Amy was a pleasure. She is a talented photographer with a personable but still professional demeanor. We have heard horror stories about demanding photographers barking orders to the wedding party. That was never the case for us; Amy made everyone feel at-ease. She was very reliable and always willing to meet to discuss scheduling, locations, and details for our wedding day. We were very happy with the way she captured our day!

We had Amy for our wedding. I haven't received my pictures back yet, but the overall experience with Amy at my wedding was great! She made sure to get all the pictures I requested. We did a lot of pictures prior to the ceremony, which left us time to get to cocktail hour. They did great at being there during all the big moments of the night, and even last minute we asked Amy to stay a little later in the night. Even though she had a babysitter, she was willing to stay for us! She did a great job and I can't wait to see all my pictures!

Amy Tucker was extremely professional and an amazing photographer. The quality and quantity of pictures that you get for your money is phenomenal. Throughout the day she was helpful, kind to all guests, and always had a smile on her face. I was blown away by the pictures that we received. The package that we chose included all of our pictures, the copyright to all pictures, a DVD slideshow of all pictures and much more but the best thing was the actual wedding photo album. It was absolutely amazing. I have received so many compliments on it and couldn't be happier with the results. I would, and have, highly recommend her to anyone.

Amy was the photographer fro our wedding this past July. She was very responsive leading up to the wedding day and was always quick to reply to any questions we had. On the day of the wedding she showed up on time and did a good job of making sure we met our tight timeline. The pictures from the day came out fantastic. One of our favorite parts of her photography was the candid photos she took from the ceremony and reception. She was able to catch lots of moments on film without being in the way of our wedding. Overall we were very pleased with our choice to have Amy photograph our wedding!

Great Pictures

The pictures that were taken look great. We had hoped for some more candid/artistic type shots and not all posed shots. I would make sure you really think through all the actual shots you would want as on the day of the wedding they look more to you to dictate the shots. Looking back I had so much to think about that day that I wasn't thinking of specific shots that now I am sad we didn't get (ex. my mom putting in the veil or at least faking it - I only have professional shots of the hairdresser putting it in and I don't need my hairdresser in my album) (I wish I would have thought to make the photographers do the first look a second time to make sure we got enough shots we only got two shots and my husband has a funny face). Because I wanted shots of us girls getting ready and to do a first look both the photographer and assistant left the reception early I didn't know when they left and we didn't get shots of our traditional Eritrean dress and dance for my husbands parents.
