  Engagement and Wedding photos

  Amy took our son's surprise engagement pictures and wedding pictures this year. We found Amy for the engagement pictures at very last minute and she was they only vendor that replied and we were lucky enough that she was available and made the surprise seamless despite the she had never met the groom and lived 2 hours from us. The two of them connected and coordinated the meeting spot. Her photos captured the moment honestly and beautifully. Our son and his finance were so happy with her photos and service, they hired her for their wedding.
  
  Amy is truly an artist and has a way of capturing the moment in time beautifully. The wedding pictures are stunning. They had an outdoor ceremony and she captured so much of the natural beauty around the venue in her shots.
  
  Amy was always timely in responding and especially with providing sneak peeks and final photos. She is a creative, kind and incredibly talented photographer. We would highly recommend Amy and her team.

  Lovely and Talented Team!

  We are thrilled that we choose Amy Rebecca Photography for our wedding! There was an instant connection with Amy and Max's style from the start. They are easy going and incredibly talented photographers. Whenever we were at a loss for poses, Amy stepped in with great suggestions. She and Max managed to capture all of our special moments, from candid laughter to posed family shots. The pictures we received perfectly reflect our autumn wedding.   The literal best photographer

  Amy and max were wonderful. From the beginning of our journey one year ago until the wedding and even after. I couldn’t even pick a favorite photo because they were all so beautiful and perfectly captured our day. Part of the reason our pictures turned out so great is because of Amy’s eye for a shot, dedication, and ability to make us feel at ease. And Max does such a great job at capturing those candid unseen moments. Amy was so patient with my big bridal party and I could tell she really cared about us and capturing our memories. Out of all of our vendors Amy was my favorite and I cannot recommend her enough. I am so thankful for all of my wedding pictures and I had so many compliments on them. :)

  Unmatched Quality and Professionalism, and FUN!

  Working with Amy and Max was probably the best decision we made during the whole wedding planning process. They are compassionate and exceedingly capable, and they are fun and friendly without ever sacrificing competency. From the very beginning, we leaned on their expertise and experience to help us with planning, to make sure our timeline was sound and all the easily-overlooked details of the day were accounted for. All of this is before we even get to the quality and creativity in their photography, which is second to none. Amy will make sure all of your signature moments are captured beautifully, while Max is wonderful at capturing candid photos, interesting angles, and memorable shots that you never would have asked for but will surely make the short list of wedding highlights.
  
  We had to delay our wedding twice due to COVID protocols and precautions, and each time Amy happily worked with us to find a time that worked and moved with us to make sure we would have the photos and memories of the day that we wanted. Above and beyond all of that, on our originally planned wedding day, Amy even called to invite us to do an unscheduled photo session at a local park so that we could make some positive memories to associate with the day rather than have it be a day completely marked by disappointment. Amy and Max exceeded expectations every step of the way and we could not recommend them highly enough to anybody looking for a skilled and professional photographer to usher them through their engagement and wedding!

  Simply the Best

  Amy and Max were the best in every possible way. Due to COVID and living 3 hours away my wife and I were unable to meet Max and Amy prior to the wedding but we could tell instantly over the phone that they were both amazing people. When they arrived to take the getting ready photos they felt like family and made us feel at ease. Max and Amy listened to the our photography style preferences and delivered exactly the type of photos we were looking for. They were organized, professional, and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better/nicer photographers. 13.5 out of 10 stars.

  My husband and I are so thankful that we went with Amy Rebecca Photography for our wedding day! Amy and Max are wonderful to work with! Our photos turned out so beautiful. Amy atnd Max have an eye for picking out beautiful scenery and I feel like our photos look like they’re from a fairytale. They also captured photos of all of the small details from the wedding which I didn’t think about beforehand but now am so thankful for. I highly recommend Amy Rebecca Photography!

  Amy and did a phenomenal job with our wedding photography. Most importantly, she and her assistant Max provided a positive and calming presence throughout the day! The wedding day can obviously be a little crazy, and having Amy and Max there throughout it helped us stay centered and focused on enjoying the moments. They got some great shots of us, our bridal party, and our family beforehand, and then were all over the place taking photos at the reception! You will not regret hiring Amy Rebecca Photography!

  My friends got married in 2016 and hired Amy Rebecca Photography for the big day. Being in the wedding party, I got to know Amy and see how she worked throughout the day. Her husband, Max, was the second photographer and hung with the guys until we all got to the venue. Their professionalism, personalities, and fun-loving nature made for a wonderful experience. Once we saw the pictures from the wedding, we were blown away by the quality and amount of moments that were captured that evening.
  
  Once we got engaged, we knew booking a photographer had to be one of the first couple things done and we looked at a couple other photographers but we were doing it because we felt we should not because we wanted to. In the back of our minds, we knew it would be Amy and Max documenting our wedding (and engagement pictures). We both had such a positive experience at our friends’ wedding and have the beautiful pictures to prove it. Amy and Max’s light-hearted, go-with-the-flow demeanor made us feel at ease during our sessions. They embraced our goofy sides and were goofy right alongside us. At our wedding, we continued to get compliments about how kind, professional, fun, and thoughtful our photographers were all day. They were also very accommodating with taking pictures that were requested by our families. By the end of the night, it felt like Amy and Max were a part of our family as they danced with the guests. My grandpa always mentions the dance he saved for Amy  We had our pictures in just two weeks and were blown away with every photo. We can’t stop looking at the pictures and reliving the best day of our lives. Amy and Max are so incredibly passionate about their work and it shows in how they conduct themselves and in the quality and quantity of the pictures. There is no one else we would have wanted as our photographers.

Amy and Max shot our engagement photos in Schiller Park in January and then our June wedding at Franklin Park Conservatory. They have a wonderful eye for good shots and made us at ease, so that our photos look natural and capture the essence of our love and relationship perfectly.   Amy and Max are AMAZING! We could not have asked for better wedding photographers! Photography was top on our list of things to get right for our wedding. After all, once everyone goes home, the pictures are what you have to remember the day. They are extraordinarily talented and fantastic at navigating the complexities of weddings. There was a lot happening on our wedding day logistically, and Amy and Max handled everything with ease and professionalism. We are so grateful for their flexibility and helpfulness the entire day.   Amy and Max are amazing to work with! They are very sincere people who strive to capture the most beautiful poses and angles! Love they way they use the natural light! We really enjoyed the candid photos that captured the wonderful moments throughout our wedding!:) Highly recommend!

  I’m just going to come out and say it, I LOVE Amy and Max!!! My husband and I met Amy and her husband when they photographed my now sister-in-law’s wedding in 2015. I knew then that she would be my photographer when my husband proposed.
  Amy and Max worked with us in August 2016 for our engagement photos, they made us feel relaxed and we had SO much fun walking all over the Scioto Mile. Amy came out to do our engagement photos a couple days after being attacked by a swarm of yellow jackets and although she said she didn’t feel great, she never let it show!! Our engagement photos are beautiful and made me so excited for our wedding!
  Amy was professional in all forms of communication leading up to our big day and she handled my pre-wedding weather nerves like the pro that she is promising that it would all work out. On our wedding day she made me laugh and helped ease my nerves at every turn. We had issues with the AC in the church and on our bus, but she never let it phase her and she kept our spirits up when we were all soaked with sweat. Amy and Max worked well with my large bridal party, organizing everyone for photos, and they constantly encouraged us to be ourselves in the photos. I have heard nothing, but wonderful things from my bridal party and guests about how great it was to interact with both photographers.
  During the reception (which was air conditioned) Max caught all those candid moments when I didn’t know he was watching and followed Ryan and I around the reception venue as we chatted with our family and friends. Amy came to us when the sun was setting and the light was perfect for some additional outside shots and we jumped on the chance to capture those moments. Amy sent me multiple sneak peek photos the day after our wedding and I am so excited to see the rest of our photos!!

Amy was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the pre-wedding process and I knew right away that she and her husband were the right choice for our big day. Not only did they take gorgeous photographs, they were a blast to have at the wedding! Amy ended up being my go-to girl for the event and helped out with everything from wardrobe mishaps to lighting issues to general wedding day jitters.

  Neither my husband nor I are particularly comfortable being in front of the camera (especially when it comes to posed shots), so it was important to us to find someone who could make us feel at ease and really capture the candid moments. Amy and her husband Max nailed it. We received our online proofs last night, and we've already looked through the collection several times. The photos are gorgeous and it was such a joy re-living that day! As my mother-in-law said, "Amy doesn't just capture the moment, she captivates." Each photo is captivating indeed. She and Max documented every moment, from the tiny details to the general feelings of love and joy that filled the day.
  
  Finally, not only is she a fantastic photographer, Amy comes prepared. She saved the day with scissors and a crochet hook from her emergency bag when it came time to put my on my dress! Thank you, Amy and Max! We are truly blessed to have had you as our photographers. We will treasure the photos forever!

  Amy Rebecca Photography was the absolute best vendor to work with throughout the whole planning process and was the reason our wedding day flowed so smoothly. Amy was always responsive when I had any questions or concerns - which I learned is VERY important while planning a wedding, as not all vendors were so prompt to respond.
  
  Months before the wedding Amy helped alleviate some of our stress by helping us organize and schedule the events of the day, which helped make everything flow so smooth the day of the wedding. She was always staying on top of the time and where we needed to be next.
  
  The pictures Amy and max captured were INCREDIBLE. I had many people comment that they should appear in bridal magazines and this was absolutely due to their wonderful photography skills/vision. I could not be happier with the way our photos came out and the service they provided throughout the planning process and wedding day. My older sister first used Amy Rebecca and was so pleased with the pictures/experience that we immediately booked with her for our wedding day and my younger sister will be using her for her wedding in December!

  Amy and her husband were the photographers for my daughters wedding this weekend. They were lovely to work with, from arriving a bit early to the end of the evening. She was so laid back in her manner that she kept my daughter and the rest of the wedding party relaxed. She helped with a snap that I could not do on the belt of the dress, all the while though I could see her mind working with the lighting and the next fun shot. I can not wait to see the completed product and have every confidence that we will ove the final product

She will make you feel comfortable and that's a quality you need in a photographer to ensure your pictures turn out flawlessly. I had seen many examples of her work before my engagement session, so my expectations going in were high. Our pictures were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I highly recommend booking an evening engagement session with Amy and her husband Max. They are experienced sunset chasers and the pictures they took of us are stunning! Max is very good at capturing silhouettes, so if you like that style, he executes it well. I'm getting married in Florida but already signed a contract with a local photographer. I really wish I would have booked them for my wedding because it's on the beach at sunset! If you're having a destination wedding, I highly recommend spending extra money for them travel to your location.

Amy did a great job and her photos of our wedding/reception(which included photos in a bowling alley) have taken our breath away.   Amy Rebecca Photography was recommended to me by someone from work. I decided to call her up and set up an appointment. From the first time I talked to her, I felt so at ease. Amy is so sweet, fun, and easy to work with. She was flexible in her meeting times, which as a busy bride, is so helpful. Her pricing is also very reasonable considering the amount of time they give and that they are a two person team.
  
  Our wedding was an Indian wedding and even though Amy had not photographed an Indian wedding before, I had no concerns. From seeing her other pictures, I loved her perspective and that she wanted to know what we wanted at the end of the day. One of the things we liked the most was that Amy and her husband, Max, were there on our wedding day. Amy was mostly with me and Max was with my husband. With an Indian wedding, there are so many things going on that it would be difficult to only have one photographer. When looking through our pictures, we truly felt like we were reliving the day. They did such a great job of capturing the little details.
  
  We had some timeline issues during the wedding day, but Amy and Max stayed calm, which kept us calm, and we ended up still getting beautiful photos. The turn-around in getting our digital pictures was amazing (1 month), although Amy did say this was a little faster than usual.
