Amy Mancuso was a pleasure to work with. She listened to my daughters vision for her wedding. Guided us, helped us, and listened. My daughter got the wedding of her dreams. I can't put into words how Gorgeous it was.
I hope I have another opportunity to work with her. -

There isn't enough space to write all the ways Amy is the best in the business. Put simply: she cares. Her attention to detail, geniality, professionalism, knowledgeability, creativity, resourcefulness, follow-up, follow through, sincerity and enthusiasm are why you should entrust your special day to her. She's part therapist, part life coach, all subject matter expert. From choices as big as the venue to details as small as which font to use on the place cards, she thinks of everything. She knows how to tie every detail together. She understands how to execute an event with hundreds of people and dozens of vendors and still make you feel like you're the only one in the room. She makes time for her clients. Weddings are stressful, but she eliminates the anxiety from the planning and coordinating aspects of it. She shoulders the responsibility of making sure the day happens as-planned so that you (the bride and the groom) can be present and participate in your day without a second thought as to if the DJ knows when to start your entrance music. We loved working with Amy. You will too. The easiest decision you'll make leading up to your special day will be hiring Amy. -

Amy was someone I had not met before our wedding. She was highly recommended by our venue ( high end resort). There was no task she could not or would not tackle, as well as being highly organized. The whole wedding was beautiful, delicious and gracious. Flowers? Extraordinary. Plated meal? Delicious. Band? Fun and great musicians. I cannot recommend Amy Mancuso highly enough. My word? Magical Mancuso … a very talented and gracious lady.

I truly believe there’s nothing more important than enjoying your big day, and a good wedding planner like Amy Mancuso will allow you to do that. What’s most important is that your wedding day is everything you dreamed it would be. Amy offered creative ideas, but at the same time really listened and understood my personal vision.
Amy was helpful in letting us know what was worth spending money on, and what wasn’t based on our prioritizes. I found out quickly just how easy it is to go over budget. There were so many “add-on’s” I wound up wanting. Amy was helpful in reeling me in, and helping me to choose what mattered most. She was there every step of the way, which made the process more fun, and relieved a lot of the pressure. Her relationships with different vendors in town was invaluable.
I found Amy to be knowledgeable, open to my thoughts and ideas, and extremely available by phone and e-mail. She was a good listener, and only had interest in making my wedding dreams come true. It was clear early on that she would share her opinion (which I loved!), and then do whatever we asked. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, and did it in record time! Day 1 she gave me her cell phone number and said she was available 24/7, and that made me feel really comfortable. As we planned my wedding together, I really appreciated Amy being so responsive. I often felt like I was her only bride, and her only priority. There’s no better wedding planner in the Valley than Amy Mancuso!

I am a total control freak and planned everything myself. I created diagrams and wrote instructions for every detail (all the way down to when lights should change colors, etc). Amy was our day-of coordinator & venue liaison for our wedding - and let me tell you, nothing could have been executed more perfectly! I was blown away with how she was able to bring everything to life just as I had planned it. The entire day was absolutely flawless & I have to thank Amy for that! We had 4 musicians and other surprises (outfit changes, fireworks, announcements, etc) throughout the evening that all had to be timed. There was something that changed about every 30 minutes and it all happened without a hitch. Not only was she able to coordinate all of that, she was also flexible enough to move things earlier in the evening so we could accommodate some older guests not missing any surprises. I was blown away with her execution of the evening. I didn't have one moment of stress all day! It was beyond perfect! Thank you Amy!! -
Kathy Sent on 10/25/2017Amy was a true professional; responsive, diplomatic and followed through with the vision of our destination wedding in Phoenix. on the day of the wedding, I was completely relaxed and Amy and her staff were in total control....even helping the bride relax just before walking down the aisle! I highly recommend her expert services!
