Glam Squad!

I cannot say enough about All Bridal! I had a wonderful experience working with Amy and her team. I did a trial in June for my wedding on November 1st and also had hair and make-up done for bridal portraits; throughout the experience, I felt listened to and heard when I wanted to make adjustments, however slight they might have been. As someone who doesn't wear a ton of makeup and rarely does her hair, I felt like royalty having my hair and make-up done! Thank you, Amy, and All Bridal for making this bride feel like a queen!

Wonderful!

I live in New York City and got married in the Nashville area, near my husbands family. I am not super familiar with the Nashville area but was very nervous about finding someone to do my hair and makeup, since I am Filipina and haven’t had great experiences with makeup artists and my eye shape. I picked ALL Bridal because they featured several women of color on their website photos. Amy did a wonderful job with my hair and makeup as well as our mother’s and bridesmaids. My hair stayed in all night, and they even included some touch up supplies for makeup throughout the night! Would definitely recommend ALL Bridal!

Perfect experience; beautiful hair/makeup

Anais and Amy Lynn couldn't have been better! During my trial Anais created a look that was stunning and also completely me. She listened to my input but also gave great guidance when I needed it. On the day of the wedding, Anais and Amy Lynn were on time and ready to go! They got through the bridal party, MoB, and MiL hair and makeup really efficiently and everyone looked fantastic. They were so great about touchups if someone needed a lip redo or something after lunch. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day with their help. Book them!!

I contacted Amy as she was recommended to me by the venue my husband and I were getting married at. We were very last minute in our planning due to my husbands deployment. Amazing experience with Anais!

I normally wear very little makeup and I was nervous about having a lot applied, but Anais was able to keep it as natural as possible so I still looked like "me" but elegant (and it looks great in pictures!). She explained everything she was doing and took my input. She was friendly and interesting, and I highly recommend her!

Amy Lynn and her team were amazing!

Amy Lynn and her team did hair and makeup for myself and my 8 bridesmaids, mom, MIL, and flower girl and, I kid you not, were done in 4 hours. I actually had already paid a deposit with another bridal hair/makeup artist and was really disappointed with the result of the trial. I wanted something just a little non-traditional and the other team told me that what I wanted wouldn't look good. Well, I scheduled a trial with Amy Lynn and she said that what I wanted would be no problem at all, and then she totally delivered. My look was perfectly edgy and exactly what I wanted. All of my bridesmaids looked (and felt) gorgeous and despite having different stylists all looked really cohesive. This team obviously works very well together. I was also blown away by how easy the process was. I've been a bridesmaid in quite a few weddings lately and the getting ready portion of the day is NEVER on time. Well, these ladies were done early without cutting any corners. My look lasted the entire night. I could not be happier that I followed my gut and hired Amy Lynn and the All Bridal team.

Amy & team were absolutely amazing! My bridesmaids and myself loved our hair and makeup. I didn't even have to tell her much because she knew exactly what I wanted just by telling her a few things. Amy and her team are incredible to work with! She and her team have done the hair & make-up for my wedding as well as that of my two sisters. I could not recommend her more. They showed up on time, did everyone's hair very quickly and were even flexible enough to do a few extra folks (a total of ~20) despite the fact that we hadn't planned on it. Amy left me a touch-up kit for between the ceremony and the reception which allowed me to adjust anything that needed it, make-up-wise. It was invaluable.

This team is incredible! Anais did an amazing job at my trial helping look through all the inspiration pics I'd saved to find something that would work great for me, and then absolutely knocked it out of the park for the day of! All of my bridesmaids also got their hair and makeup done-- whether they wanted something minimal or a smokey eye, everyone felt beautiful and like themselves. Their package deal was absolutely perfect for our needs and budget. In addition to being incredible artists they were so easy to communicate with and showed up right on time and ready to go, and were so calm but efficient in getting everyone done up. One of our guests is even booking this team for her own wedding in the fall now. I can absolutely recommend her to all Nashville brides!!

Amy and her makeup attendants did hair and makeup for myself and my 12-person wedding party, including mothers and flowers girls. They were super chill, showed up on time, and were so speedy. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful, and they were super accommodating when our (17-year-old) flower girls decided that they wanted to get their makeup done that morning.

I had the amazing opportunity of working with Amy Lynn as a wedding planning/coordinator and now as a bride!! I LOVE her! Her and her team and so responsive and always on time. As a wedding planner, I've seen her make-up and hair last all day and night, summer and winter, outdoor weddings, rainy days, anything. As a bride, I felt so taken care of and pampered. I have shoulder length hair, and totally trusted her to do whatever she wanted, and of course it was flawless and stayed all day long. I'm not a big make-up person, and she did exactly what I wanted. making me look like a princess!

I would hands down pick Amy and Associates again and again. As a wedding planner trusting someone that stays on time and always does an amazing job. As a bride. And as a friend. LOVE YOU GIRL!

Amy Lynn did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding.

When the makeup & hair artist we originally booked for the wedding had a conflict pop up, Amy Lynn immediately informed me and took over herself. She provided a complimentary second hair & make up trial, and ensured that I was very comfortable with my new arrangement well ahead of the wedding day.

On the day of the wedding she was timely and listened to the needs of each of my bridesmaids. She and her team were super sweet, making sure to work on each girl until they were beaming. I would recommend Amy Lynn to anyone - she was worth every cent and I am so happy I got to have her on my special day. She made everyone look and feel naturally beautiful!

I cannot say enough good things about this vendor! They were always quick to respond and it was so simple setting up my trial run. They even let my mother add a trial run last minute to make sure she would be comfortable with them doing her make-up the day of! My artist was Anais and she was so kind and did a phenomenal job! Oh my goodness, where do I even start with how AMAZING it was to work with Amy Lynn and her team?! Well, lets start with the fact that I thought I had a HAMU artist confirmed for my wedding and then 3 weeks out I was left with trying to start all over and find a new artist team for my wedding day. :( Luckily, Amy Lynn was an absolute God send and came swooping in to save the day! She was very responsive and willing to work with me in my tight timeline and never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience or unimportant.

On the day of my wedding the whole team arrived and made a great addition to our conversations and celebration! It seriously felt like we had all been long lost friends! Every single one of my girls LOVED their hair and makeup and I truly believe ‘love’ is not a strong enough word for how excited I was about my own hair and makeup! :)

Amy Lynn and her team is great! As makeup is something I consider very personal and important on my wedding day, I was very apprehensive about making sure I found the right MUA. I'm so glad I found Amy. Amy is so friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She is the type of person that you would want to remain friends with even after the wedding day is over because she connects so well with her clients. Moreover, her makeup skills are top notch. She knows how to tailor makeup shades and techniques to each individual to ensure that each person has the right makeup for them. Amy was truly incredible, not just in skill, but in her professionalism and personality! She is such joy to work with, and she kept me calm and relaxed during a very stressful day. Amy made me look like the most beautiful version of myself. I did not want to look like a completely different person on my wedding day, and Amy brings out your own natural beauty while still making you feel glamorous. She listened to what I wanted and envisioned, and nailed it EXACTLY. She kept me laughing, and is willing to try out different looks with you at the run through. Also, if there is something you want to change about your look last minute, she happily obliges without making you feel guilty.

I did lots of research and Amy Lynn Larwig came very highly recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint. Tianna was my stylist and she absolutely went above and beyond to make sure not only I felt beautiful but all my ladies! The two things that I loved the most was 1) they come to you for all services which just makes life so much easier on the day of, and 2) the packages they offer make it so much more affordable for everyone. This services was actually part of the my gift to all my girls so it also made it so much easier for me in the long run. :) They really do go above and beyond!

Chrissy with Amy Lynn Larwig + Associates was just the woman I needed to be around on the day of my wedding! Amy Lynn stepped up to the plate after another vendor I'd contracted with canceled 2 weeks before my wedding. She squeezed me in for a trial with Chrissy to ease my worries and was super helpful and quick to respond to my questions via email. Chrissy traveled 6 hours round trip for my destination wedding and absolutely knocked it out of the park with hair and make-up for myself, my sister, my mother and my mother-in-law. When I spoke to Amy on the phone, I felt an immediate connection with her and a sense of trust. Her coordination staff member, MJ, was also great to work with. My hair and makeup artist was Anais. She was a great listener and also provided wonderful guidance in regard to determining and fine-tuning my look for the big day. I was hesitant about wearing a lot of makeup, and she created a look for me that was classic and subtle. I had Dominique as my MUA and stylist for my wedding and I could not be happier! She met me about 6 months out from my wedding day for my trial as I was a destination bride and that was the only time before the wedding I was in town. She took photos that day and had those exact photos on the wedding day to refer to! Her assistant was also wonderful to work with as there were 6 of us to get ready in about 4 hours. All of our hair and makeup was beautiful and it lasts well into the next day! I could not thank y'all enough for making us look fabulous on my wedding day!

Amy Lynn is absolutely AMAZING!! Amy Lynn did my hair and makeup for my wedding and bridal photos and she did an amazing job both times. I would highly recommend her!! She came to me both times which really took out any stress of having to travel. She also did my mother's and bridesmaid's hair and makeup. They all looked great and we're all really happy with their hair and makeup. My mother had tried to get her hair done at a blow out bar and they ruined her. Amy Lynn fixed her hair and had her looking beautiful in no time! I don't know what we would have done without her! She was on time, had us done in the alloted time, and was so sweet all the while! One compliment I got over and over, was that I looked like myself but beautiful. This is exactly how you want to look on your wedding and I have Amy Lynn to thank for that!

I used Amy Lynn for makeup and hair services for my wedding and my bridesmaids. I LOVED it.
One of my concerns about getting makeup for my wedding is that I don't wear a lot of makeup normally and I was afraid I would get into something with so much makeup that it didn't seem like me. I had heard through word of mouth that Amy Lynn was good at natural looks. She does a trial run for her brides, which was awesome - she allowed me to show photos of styles I liked and then change things I didn't like (plus, then you look great for an event or something afterwards).
The day of my wedding, she was on time with an assistant and worked quickly within her timeframe to make sure all of my bridesmaids got done before focusing on me. She did a great job - I loved the natural makeup, my hair stayed up and in place all night, and I felt beautiful after it was done. She even included small containers for touchup makeup throughout the night.
Most importantly, she's just a sweet person - she gets to know the people she works with and likes to have fun while she works. I so enjoyed it and would even consider booking her for a fun event in the future!

Anais did my hair on my wedding day and I could not have been more pleased. I received so many compliments and felt like a million bucks. I received Amy Lynn Larwig's contact information from a friend who looked amazing on her wedding day. However, unlike me, my friend has great (aka thick) hair so I was initially worried that my fine hair would be a problem. It turns out that I had no need to be concerned. Anais somehow made it look like my hair was 3 times as thick as it actually is so my bun was gorgeous!!!!

I absolutely loved my hair style and makeup done by Amy Lynn. She was so great to work with. I just brought in a few Pinterest pictures of hairstyles I liked and she created a beautiful hairstyle much prettier than the pictures I brought in. Her whole team came to the bridal suite at my wedding venue and they did an excellent job on me and my bridesmaids. I looked exactly as I imagined I would on my wedding day. I booked one of Amy Lynn’s associates, Dominique, for my bridal hair and makeup as well as for some of my bridal party and my mom. Because of the number of girls needing services, an assistant was required (which was actually Amy Lynn!). From the moment I met Dominique, for the consultation, I was impressed. She was very friendly and personable. She sat down with me and asked a series of questions, to get a good idea of what my normal hair and makeup routine is and to see what I had in mind for the day of. She looked at pictures I had collected. She really took the time and listened. I previously met with another hair and makeup artist who did not do this and the results of the hair and makeup trial were beyond disappointing. But Dominique totally got it and I was so pleased with the hair and makeup consultation/trial. She took notes on all the products and colors she used and also pictures of me. On the day of, her and Amy Lynn were on time and kept us all on track – there were 8 of us and we finished right on schedule. Everyone looked amazing! My hair and makeup was exactly what I wanted and it truly lasted until the end of the night! Dominique gave me a little kit to help with touchups.
I also wanted to mention MJ, who set up the consultation, handled paperwork and answered all of my questions – she’s so great and professional.
I definitely recommend Dominique (and Amy Lynn) for any hair and makeup needs, especially for your wedding!

Amy Lynn and Dominique were awesome. I have been in weddings before where I looked terrible (helmet hair and super dark makeup), so thats always a concern about how your besties will look and feel.... and talk about later! But Amy Lynn and Dominique were spot on. Everyone looked flawless and their hair looked so natural and beautiful! The hairstyles were stunning and different and made everyone look like they were at a high class event and not prom 15 years ago. I have never felt more beautiful in my life. Amy Lynn helped me to look flawless and the makeup looked SO natural yet striking in all of our photos. I even pulled a last minute change on her (because... bride) and she handled it in stride and my hair looked better than I could have imagined. She and Dominique were fun and laid back which helped everyone to relax and have a great time while getting ready. Planning a wedding from out of town was stressful enough! So having this fabulous recommendation from my planner was perfect. I highly recommend Amy Lynn and her team to anyone needing makeup or hair services!

Amy Lynn is absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I had a destination wedding in Franklin, TN, and our wedding planner provided us with some hair/makeup artist names. After contacting several of them, Amy Lynn and her team were the most professional, always prompt to answer calls/emails, were willing to take time for phone consultations (since I am 1000 miles away), and even scheduled my trial-run to fit my schedule for the week of my wedding. Amy Lynn was such a great listener and after describing my skin type and what I wanted to achieve for my wedding day she was able to make my vision come to life and the hair/makeup stayed PERFECT all day & night. I couldn't have been happier with her work. My bridesmaids and flower girl LOVED their hair/makeup as well. In addition to her spectacular hair/makeup talents, Amy Lynn is so down-to-earth and was the most calming spirit for my wedding day-icing on the cake. Amy Lynn is absolutely fabulous. She was so easy to work with and has a very calming presence. During the consultation we worked out hair and makeup easily by showing her what I was thinking. I'm not a big make-up wearer, but she was able to create a gorgeous look for me. On the wedding day she was prompt showing up and immediately put me at ease. Her make-up application was flawless so I looked natural, but defined. And my hair was absolutely perfect. It stayed up all night, but didn't look overly styled or feel stiff. She even did my bridesmaids hair and my mom's makeup. They all looked fantastic. I can't say enough how wonderful it was working with Amy Lynn was. It was truly a pleasure.

I contacted Amy on a whim after spending hours online looking for Nashville MUA. I had a quickie wedding to prepare for in less than three weeks when I first contacted her. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and quite simply she perfected it. I immediately felt at ease about my look for the wedding day, and I hadn't even picked out a dress yet.

Even better, the day of the wedding, she made me feel stunning and most importantly calm.She was sweet and charming, which is amazing with the amount of chaos that was happening around us as she was working her magic on the day of the wedding. My pictures are beautiful because of her, and it didn't even feel like I was overdone, or had an ounce of makeup on. I felt incredibly comfortable, and I appreciate that.

Amy is nothing short of amazing! I needed a Bride hair/makeup hired help desperately, I'm horrible at doing my own, and I wanted to look fresh faced and beauty peak on my wedding day. I also needed someone who would come the day of for my out of town wedding. Amy met with me for a consultation where we went over my look, and what would work best for my face/style/wedding theme. My hair and makeup turned out FABULOUS! Amy showed up bright and early on the wedding day, was absolutely professional, left me with a touch up kit. Amy was fantastic! She definitely knows her makeup! It was so hot on my wedding day and my makeup was still flawless by the end of the night! Had I done my makeup that day, I would have looked like a mess by the end of the night! She is also very patient - for example, I got the times mixed up on my wedding day and was late to the appointment at our bridal suite when she was supposed to start. She was completely 100% understanding and was not even upset that I messed up the times! She joked with us and gave me a little box of makeup for touch ups to use throughout the day. I definitely recommend her! She also did some of the bridesmaids makeup and my mothers and we were all very pleased :)

We were planning an out-of-state wedding in Nashville so I was a little clueless about where to start for hair and makeup. I knew I wanted someone who could do both hair and makeup and would also come to where I was getting ready on wedding day. I picked Amy Lynn because of other reviews and because she could do everything I was looking for. I now LOVE Amy Lynn because she made my hair and makeup look the best its ever looked and I couldn't have felt more beautiful on my wedding day! From the beginning she was so fun to hang out with, during our run through and on the actual day. She showed up to our hotel room right on time with a big smile and I felt calm the entire morning! My other bridesmaids loved her, she was so great to them, and she also won over my mom who was not 100% sold on having her makeup done but ended up LOVING it! I highly recommend Amy Lynn!!

We had so much fun with Amy Lynn! She did an amazing job on my hair/makeup for my day but also did incredible work my 4 bridesmaids, flower girls, and moms whom all loved all of their looks. Words cannot express how much I appreciated Amy on our wedding day. The make-up artist I had originally booked did not show, and Amy came to my rescue. She arrived at my hotel with an assistant and was able to do my hair and make-up and hair for an additional 3, all with perfect timing. My hair does not usually hold curls very well, and I decided to wear my hair half-up/half-down. My hair held curls the entire night! And my make-up was absolutely beautiful. She is VERY professional, and I HIGHLY recommend her!

I was worried about my pimple that decided to pop up the night before my big day, but Ana took care of me. You couldn't see it in person or in the pictures! :) I received so many compliments on my wedding day and the makeup stayed on all night! Would definitely recommend to all brides!!

Amy Lynn is amazing! She made myself and all of my bridesmaids feel beautiful and did it all with her laid back and relaxing attitude. Everyone kept commenting how low key and stress free we all felt getting ready throughout the morning and she definitely helps create that vibe. Amy Lynn was perfect! I rarely wear make up, and when I do, it is very, very little. So, I was incredibly nervous about having my make-up heightened to wedding status. But, we did a trial and she made me so comfortable with the process. I definitely felt glamorous without feeling overdone. On wedding day, she did hair and makeup for me, my mother, groom's mother, and my bridesmaids. Everyone was so pleased and looked so beautiful! Makeup and hair lasted all night for everyone, and we were dancing for hours!

Amy was the makeup artist for my daughter's wedding day. She styled my mother's hair, and did our makeup at the hair salon the day of the wedding. If you want to look and feel gorgeous on your wedding day, Amy Lynn is the girl for you! She does a run through with you before your big day so you can try out different hair styles and test out different make up looks. She even gives you a little to-go box of make-up essentials for you to use later in the day. I received SO many comments on my wedding day about how natural and elegant my make up looked and how my hair fit the look and feel of my dress perfectly. She has a sweet personality and was fun to spend time with. Amy Lynn is a talented makeup artist that I would suggest everyone to use for their wedding makeup. The one thing I was worried about with my outdoor summer wedding was hair and makeup. I wanted to make sure that whatever I went with was going to be beautiful and LAST!!! Amy definitely made that happen. We met and talked about the look I wanted to achieve and let her work her magic. Despite the heat the hair and makeup did exactly what she promised, it lasted all night. She really made me feel and look like the bride I had invisioned of being my whole life. Amy Lynn is a total pro and made me look and feel amazing on my wedding day! She is so sweet and makes you feel like you are hanging out with a friend and can just relax. I would recommend doing a trial run with her too just so you can talk about any adjustments--it was also the perfect time for bridal portraits. I was indecisive about my hair style and she was extremely patient with me during two marathon trials and spent time emailing me photos and researching options. Not only is Amy Lynn an extremely talented make-up and hair artist, she is a very sweet person who is so easy to talk to about anything and everything. Amy Lynn Larwig is a rockstar! We met for a consultation, had so much fun just talking about life and getting to know each other, and when I looked up I was absolutely stunned at how glamorous I looked! For my Wedding Day I knew I would be in excellent hands and for someone who doesn't wear makeup hardly ever it can be really nerve racking to give up all control of your face - Not with Amy Lynn. I didn't have to touch up all day, just lipstick/gloss naturally which she left with me to re-apply, and I had girlfriends asking me from morning until night, right before getting in our car to head to the honeymoon hotel, who did my makeup - Amazing! I would recommend Amy Lynn to anyone and everyone - with her laid back personality and precision to detail and knowledge of makeup application and style, she's the perfect girl to calm you down and have some fun with the morning of your big day.

Amy was fantastic. She did a great job on my makeup and hair. As a girl that rarely wears makeup I was nervous about getting my hair and make-up professionally done, but Amy made me look like me, just better, and also made the whole process fun, and not at all stressful. She was very easy to work with, and flexable with her time, which worked out great for my evening wedding. I got tons of compliments on my styling and could not have been happier with the whole process.

WOW...Amy Lynn can work magic!!!! She is so talented and can create exactly the look you want for your Big Day!! i could not have been happier with my make-up! She did my make up at 9:00am on my wedding day and it still looked the exact same at 11:00pm that night!! I didn't think I needed "wedding makeup" but boy was I wrong!! Amy Lynn was a pleasure to work with- she took the time to really ensure that she was putting together a look for me that suited my personal tastes, the occasion and the needs of the photographers. Her process was very professional, she showed up on time to each appointment and had everything she needed to do her work and do it well! The make up looked flawless and help up perfectly all night without making my face feel gooey or caked with makeup. My hair looked stunning and also held up beautifully all night ensuring that I didn't have to worry about it falling down or flopping in my face. Everything felt and looked wonderful both that night and in the pictures! Amy Lynn is so fun to work with- a very funny and light spirited lady- she fit right in with all the girls! We got on so well, I ended up inviting her to the wedding! :)

I hired Amy Lynn to do my wedding day makeup and she did a PHENOMENAL job. We booked a consultation and she came to me and did my makeup so I could be sure it would look fabulous on the big day. She is so sweet and down to earth and very comfortable to be around. She even brought me some little surprises to help me relax on the day of the wedding. My makeup looked flawless and I couldn't be happier with how I photographed. I looked like a much more beautiful version of myself- but still looked like me, and that's important! I LOVED working with Tianna! Amy Larwig and Associates make working with them such an easy process; they followed up quickly on emails and kept me updated when schedules changed. From booking to paying for services, everything was seamless and no hassle. Tianna helped me for my engagement photos, boudoir photos, and wedding photos. And every look she created was so beautiful, but still me. I felt like she really listened to what I wanted each time and delivered. For my wedding, she also did my bridesmaids and mother and they all looked beautiful. My cousin, the mother of 3 young children, even joked that she was going to ask her husband for whatever she wanted that day, because she looked so amazing! We had the best time getting ready with Tianna the day of the wedding, and she rolled along with whatever conversation we were having. I’m kinda sad I won’t be working with her again. She really is a sweet person and super talented!

Exactly what you want on a big day!

Amy is amazing. Loved her and her girls she brought with her. They did hair and make-up for my wedding day, for my bridesmaids, the mothers and me. We all loved our looks - classic, beautiful and very much "us"...it was the perfect amount of make-up without being too much and the hair styles were amazing. Hair lasted all night long, well into the night of dancing and partying.

Amy runs a good shop - she's exactly what you want on your wedding! No drama, no BS, just easy and fun! Highly recommended for your big day or other fun event.

Amy was great. She met me outside of regular hours to accommodate me and did a fantastic job of both my hair and makeup. I went a little less than 5 stars on value because I had the same thing done in canada for less than half the price but after looking around nashville, she is within the normal range of that city.

Tianna and Amy did an amazing job on all the bridal party's hair and makeup. I got so many compliments about how great my hair looked! Even my mother-in-law who has difficult hair and rarely has a good experience getting her hair done was very pleased. Highly recommended.

Amy was a total lifesaver and an absolute blessing!! We had to change our wedding date and I was forced to find a new HMU artist 2 months before the big day! Amy was available on my date and was even able to fit in a trial run!!!! She is so patient and was willing to try 3 different hairstyles during my trial run and was great at explaining to me why my hair (voted by Amy as most ill-tempered hair of the year) wouldn't do certain things. She even showed up on my wedding day with extra long bobby pins and other contraptions to make my hair behave!!!

For my makeup, she made me look like a bridal version of myself, not like a totally different person, which I loved. She let me make suggestions for my makeup (I wanted a brighter pink lip) but then was patient and kind when I realized that she was right and that her first pick of a more neutral lip was perfect. She came to the hotel on the morning of the wedding with all the stuff to make a wedding-day survival kit (extra lip gloss, powder, etc.) I couldn't love my hair and makeup any more. Amy is a wonderful person and an excellent artist and I would recommend her to every bride I ever talk to. Seriously. The absolute best!!!!

Would not have changed a thing about my wedding day experience...Amy showed up and worked her magic. She was even able to accommodate a slight change to my updo from my run-through and it was GORGEOUS...I felt like a princess for my big day! My wedding party was also beautiful. I booked Amy Lynn Larwig's team to do my bridesmaids' hair as well as my own hair & makeup for my wedding. I worked mostly with MJ (artist coordinator) and Chrissy (hair/makeup artist). Both were wonderful and very helpful! I ended up changing my hair style from what I tried in my trial run, and Chrissy was very accommodating. I would highly recommend booking this company.

We had a wonderful experience with Amy Lynn and Associates. I had my hair trial with Tianna and it was wonderful. She pulled together the myriad of images I had for inspiration and created a perfect bridal look! She was really there for me on my big day. There were also two assistance that came through and did a wonderful job with my bridesmaids. One of my maids thought that the makeup was a little heavy and the assistant fixed it ASAP. They were able to create a wedding look that lasted as we danced the night away.

I hired Amy's team for my wedding day hair and makeup, and they also did the same for 5 other ladies (two moms, two sisters, and one friend). I had a trial with my designated HMUA ~2 months before the wedding and was nervous because I wasn't sure she would be comfortable creating a traditional Sri Lankan Hindu bridal style. No need to be nervous though because Anais is a rockstar. She was great at creating a style that was traditional, minimal (I'm not a big makeup person), and would work for an outdoor wedding. I actually used the trial for hair and makeup for our engagement photo shoot. For the wedding day, Anais and her assistant had to come to our place at 5 am (!) in order to get all of us (6 total with bride) ready by 9 am. They were professional, never complained, and worked their magic. It was calming to have them in the house. My mom was really anxious, and no one was able to calm her except for Anais! My makeup lasted through 4 hours of direct sunlight, a wardrobe change, and an afterparty (nearly 20 hours!). Absolutely love Anais, her personality, and style - definitely recommend her to all brides and especially to South Asian brides in the greater Nashville area.

My stylist was great -- we had a trial run several months before the wedding, and I wasn't thrilled with how my hair turned out. But I found more/better pictures of what I wanted, sent those to her, and tried to explain via email. On the day of the wedding she made the adjustments that I wanted, and it ended up looking great. It still wasn't exactly as I had envisioned, but it was pretty good. Makeup was good too -- I wanted a very natural look, and she did it. MJ, the client coordinator, was very responsive via email setting everything up at the outset. He answered all of my questions and was very kind and prompt.

Amy Lynn did a wonderful job of "beautifying" me for the big day, and was great to roll with some last-minute changes that made me feel more like "me" than I did at my trial consult. She has such a sweet demeanor that makes you feel at ease right from the start, and the hand massage she gave was heaven-sent on such a stressful day! I was very happy with pictures I've seen so far, and especially loved my eye makeup that day - very soft but enough to photograph well, which was important to me.

My wedding planner recommended Amy Lynn and I met with her for a consultation. I immediately loved her and she almost instantaneously got the look I wanted for my wedding. I booked her for me and her assistants for my wedding party. About a month before my wedding Amy Lynn contacted the planner and advised she had booked something else for my wedding date and only her assistants would be there. I live out of town so was kinda stuck- either I accepted her offer to meet with her assistant the day before the wedding or try and find someone else. By then, I didn't have too much of a choice so I met with her assistant Dominique the day before. After a bit I felt confident Dominique understood what I wanted. The day of the wedding Dominique and crew showed up on time and got straight to work. Several bridesmaids commented the assistants said they didn't have enough mascara for everyone- which is kinda odd since I paid for 7 people to have their hair/make-up done. In the end, the bridesmaids/MOB/MOG's hair and makeup all ended up looking great though- even if there was some searching for mascara. I wish I could say the same for me. My makeup was really great! It lasted all day and looked as great in the evening as it did in the morning. My hair did not. I was supposed to have these soft/romantic little wispies/ringlets- I had strings of hair in my eyes! It did not look good at all. I cannot believe Dominique left my hair as such and Amy Lynn backed out of her agreement after I signed the contract and paid her. Unforgivable! Update: To address your response: 1) You received the signed contract on time so don't indicate you didn't. The only back/forth was how many assistants I needed due to wedding day time constraints 2) WHY would I make up there not being enough mascara?! 3) Dominque never had me look in a mirror to approve how I looked after she re-curled my hair so your 100% satisfied is not extended through your assistants. 4) You backed out in July for an Aug wedding!

I had Amy Lynn's team with me on my big day and it was a big mistake. First of all, when you hire Amy Lynn, you are not getting the work you see on the website. You are contracting assistants that go out for Amy Lynn that are nowhere near the quality that you see advertised. The makeup that is used is poor quality. I would send email and the response rate would be a week or so. The artists that did my bridesmaids makeup/hair were rude and not listening to certain requests they wanted. I would suggest paying a little more $ to get better service.
