  Good bartending company

  All the guests said they loved the bartender! There was a couple of communication issues towards the end, but the owner of the company fixed it all and everything was great! They arrived on time and made drinks quickly!

  Highly Recommend!

  Great drinks, great bartenders, great customer service. On our wedding day, we appreciated the hard work and catering service to have our signature drinks hand delivered to us without asking. Joanna made sure we never went empty handed, and boy did we enjoy! Prior to our wedding reception, Joanna made sure to call and go over all details we specifically wanted for our open bar service. We highly would recommend them to anyone looking for easy to work with, fun, and a professional staff!

  Great bartender

  We selected this vendor because of our military background. My husband is a veteran and many of our guests were as well. Both of my sons are currently serving, so to support a veteran owned business was very important to us. They also offered a veterans discount, which we very much appreciated! The service was excellent and all of our guests were happy (even though we lost the tequila until the night was almost over). That didn’t stop the guests from selecting other drinks and having fun! This vendor supplied the ice, sodas and mixers while we supplied the alcohol. The cost was very well worth the service they provided. I only recommend having more Coca Cola for future events. That was the first soda to disappear and some guests were bummed, but happily picked something else.

  Excellent Service & Rave Reviews from our Guests!

  We absolutely loved having America's Finest Bartending at our wedding. They were so easy to work and very flexible. Due to COVID-19, our wedding was pushed three times and they were able to accommodate every time. We had the pleasure of working with one of the owners, Joanna, to plan our special day. She is incredible! I'm quite picky when it comes to cocktails but her team was able to make me the best wedding drink! All our guests loved the two bartenders that worked our wedding as well. They were quick with service and made delicious cocktails all night long. American's Finest Beverage even provided us water beverage dispensers for our guests. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful bartending company! And just as a side not, I love that they are veteran owned and operated!

  Fantastic Family / Veteran Owned Company!

  America's finest was like an extension of our family guest list at our wedding. They were professional and within our budget and everyone loved the bartenders. They made sure we were taken care of and communicated effectively throughout the whole process. They even supplied me descriptions of ingredients in our batch cocktails so I could write them on our Bar beverage menu! No ask was too much for them to handle and I cannot recommend them enough!

  Terrible, terrible service

  Very disappointing experience with America's Finest. We requested a specific wine multiple times (which we paid extra for) and they forgot it. They put a tip jar out at the bar at our wedding which I feel is EXTREMELY tacky. They were already tipped several hundred dollars by us and paid for the overall service. Several guests were told as early as 9:30 in the reception that they were out of Moscato. First of all, it was supposed to be Kim Crawford Sauvignon blanc (again, paid extra for) and one other brand of sauvignon blanc. Moscato wasn't supposed to be there in the first place, it was apparently the one white wine they were offering, AND they ran out 2 hours before the end of the reception. As the bride, I was refused a drink immediately after last call. I had been pulled in so many directions all night, had hardly an drinks at all, and made it over there maybe a minute after last call. They refused me. I was paying for it! They were rude to me multiple times throughout the night. They've refunded us for having the complete wrong red wine, but that is it.

  Hi Savannah. We apologize for how you felt about our services. We spoke with your mom Heidi and we were able to address the issue with the wine. As we mentioned to her, the only wine that didn't make it was the Angels and Cowboys. While we understand how important this was, and we apologized, we want you to know that our bartender personally went to your father, and told him he had picked up the wrong box of wine that was at our warehouse. It was an honest mistake and he took full responsibility for the mixup and continued to apologize and felt terrible for the mistake. The reason you had the Moscato was because he brought the incorrect box of wine. Again, it was an honest mistake and we were very apologetic for it. This doesn't make up for you not having the wine, and we did refund your mother.
  As for the tip jar, it is standard for bartenders to put a tip jar out unless requested not to do so. As I understand, your father did generously give an envelope to our bar servers at the end of the evening, but we didn't know that was coming so we thank you for the gratuity. As a side note, our bartender didn't want to accept the envelope from your father as he felt terrible about taking the wrong wine and your father accepted the apology and gave the gratuity. We pride ourselves on professionalism and customer service so we have never had anyone complain that the received terrible service, especially from the bartenders we sent to your event. However, if after the bar closed, and you requested a drink, we should have offered to get you a drink and we apologize for that.
