Sale person
As soon we came in the door it was an outstanding service. He show me dresses that could go with his suit. I went with another place but he got his suits there. As soon we came in the door it was an outstanding service. He show me dresses that could go with his suit. Awesome service
They went out of their way to help (we worked with John). The hours are great, and they have a giant selection of menswear. They listen to what you are telling them and get you things based on how you like what they brought you previously (size up or down, different style, etc). If you are buying a tux or suit, they may even do some quick tailoring while you wait so you can walk out with everything you need all set to go (they did this for us as well as the person before us). They are quite helpful on working within your budget as well, if you have one. Worth a stop for sure! They went out of their way to help (we worked with John). The space is very small. Their bridal gowns are actually kept in their warehouse and there weren't a lot of options. There were a few leaks in the ceiling that I had to dodge while trying on dresses. The dressing rooms were so tiny that I had to actually change with the door open and my mother blocking the view. I met with the alterationist. She had pricked her finger and was bleeding, but still trying to handle gowns, saying "saliva gets blood out of fabric". I don't want your blood OR saliva on my dress! She also was not willing to do the adjustments I wanted. The only good thing I got out of that place was a great deal on my dress because it was torn in a couple spots. All of their dresses seemed to be dirty or damaged. The space is very small. Their bridal gowns are actually kept in their warehouse and there weren't a lot of options. If you absolutely have to have a certain suit, and they are the only one's to carry it, then go for it, but they were not good. We only used them because we won a vacation from them. So that was nice however, my husband's suit (the groom) came in the day before the wedding - as in 24 hours before we walk down the aisle. They originally said it'd be there a week before. The suit was a lot lighter than the one in the magazine, which we wanted a very dark charcoal gray suit. They fitted him with a very big vest and he's a very lean man, so he ended up looking like a kid playing dress up because his vest and pants weren't fitted correctly. When he got there the day before to get the suit they said "We didn't think you'd be here this early. It's still in a box, but I can get it out and have it ready by 4" - he and his best man drove all the way from Thompson Station to Gallatin at 11 right when they opened just to be told to wait. They did get the suit out and get it ready while the groom and best man went and got food. But it was still last minute, the wrong color suit, and the wrong size.If you absolutely have to have a certain suit, and they are the only one's to carry it, then go for it, but they were not good.
