    We are very pleased with American Party Place, both staff and site installation crew. Our daughters wedding in our back yard with large tents, tables, linens, lights, and dance floor, was as good as it gets. Everything was installed in a professional manner with attentiveness to our needs. We would highly recommend American Party Place

    We used AAP for our wedding rentals... we were having an outdoor wedding of over 200... we rented a huge outdoor tent with the liners, and their chandeliers... we also rented all glassware, flatware, plates, liners ect.... it was a lot and it looked amazing.

    We got stuck in traffic on the Friday we were supposed to pick up our chairs and we were unable to make it before they closed. They had everything ready for the us the next morning when they opened with no fuss!

    We went with American Party Place because their sound package included everything my DJ needed. Also, they are closed on the weekends so with a 1 day rental we picked up Friday afternoon and returned everything on Monday. This worked perfectly for us. I ended up changing my rental items a few times and they were very helpful and got everything right. Pick up and drop off was easy.

    American Party Place is a great place for brides with venues that don't have everything or parties in the park, gardens or the like. This is because they have everything! Chargers, plates, silverware, tablecloths,vases, a popcorn machine. Omg I could go on. Just check out their website. I used them for a photobooth and gold plate chargers for my wedding. Then I had a mishap the DAY BEFORE my wedding and needed a sparkly gold and sparkly blue tablecloth. I called them and asked if they had it. They did, they rented it to me and my sweatheart table was adorable. I'm more than grateful for their professionalism, delivery service and the amazing staff they sent with the photobooth. If you're on the fence, don't be. This place is great if you don't want to purchase.

    I had a great experience with American Party Place! I went in for my appointment and they were happy to set up tables with me and put things together and the lady I worked with was super nice! I believe her name was Stephanie. She was quick and got my rentals all set up for me in no time. I called multiple times to add/change things leading up to the wedding and every time the person who helped me was friendly and helpful. When I arrived to pick everything up it was all ready to go and they helped me load everything up!

    We rented a back drop plus two lighted columns for my ceremony and I couldn't be happier. They even assisted me with making sure that I was happy and even provided me with ideas for my reception. I didn't have the budget to rent more or I would have. They allow you to have your rental items for 4 days before you have to return. They are amazing! I would recommend them to anyone needing rentals.

    I rented tables, chairs and at the last minute threw in a big tent. Customer service was extremely helpful and friendly and the gentlemen that delivered and setup the tent were terrific. I highly recommend them!

    Wonderful Experience

    Working with the American Party Place was a wonderful experience. They offered a wide variety of options for every detail of my event. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Changes to my order, pick up and return was all made so easy. Will definitely be going with them again for my next event.

    APP was great to work with. We rented several things from them - and they price matched which was great. We changed our order several times and they were very plesant each time. We did have an issue with a charge on my debit card (the machine's fault and not any fault of the company) but they quickly made it right and did everything they could to rectify the situation. I would use them again.

    For our wedding we rented the Pro Audio Sound System. It worked perfectly! The staff was great at answering our questions when we had to call as we were setting up for our wedding to figure out how to use it lol.

    We rented 80 chairs from this place. The chairs were clean and all seem to be in good shape. Pick up and drop off was easy with easy access so we did not have to back up. Hey help load and unload for us. They also have a wide range of other things that we just did not need at the time.

    If you live in the great Tacoma area look no further for event rentals! The company is the cheapest and easiest to work with. They came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. They are absolutely kind and professional.

    We ordered linens, tables, and glassware from American Party Place. We got our order delivered correctly with out any mistakes!

    This was a great vendor. They had a large selection so it made things easier when we needed to switch out linen materials, glass ware, and such. Everyone at that location was a huge help and patient with me. I wish there wasn't an extra charge for stairs, but I can certainly see why they have it. So if you're more interested in rentals making your wedding than the venue, pick a place without stairs if you can.

    We ended up buying our own linens and accidentally came up short two days before go time. American Party Rentals was due to drop off my chairs the next morning, so I called to see if they could add the linens I needed. They were able to accommodate us and our rentals were delivered on time and in full. I was very pleased with how everything looked. The girl on the phone lines was always helpful and pleasant.

    We went to American Party Place with our event coordinators (Pacific Grill Events & Catering, who uses APP for their weddings at the Marriott in downtown Tacoma) to see the linens and pick out some backdrop decor for the ceremony. The staff there let us have a table to decorate a mock up and they have some great choices for colors and materials. I absolutely loved the Poppy yellow tablecloths and the orange satin napkins we chose for the wedding, as well as the Sunlight Backdrop and 48" Lighted Pillars we rented for the ceremony - they all looked great!!

    We rented white chairs, the wedding was on Sunday but we were able to pick up the Chairs on Friday and return them on Monday for the same price as a single day return.

    We definitely had a LONG rental list for our wedding and American Party Place did everything to help! Even after the 10 day deadline to confirm numbers, we were able to add last minute things only 2 days before!! There was a little slip up on the number of tablecloths, but that was a fault on our end!

    The staff at American Party place are great! They really take the time to listen and help make your vision come to life. They are a little on the pricey side so that is my only gripe. Otherwise each person we worked with had our information ready to pull up and help without hesitation. They offer sound advice for nearly every vendor need you may have. A pleasure to work with!

    They had a very wide variety and were willing to work with my vision. I changed my mind a couple times, and they kept going with the flow. I highly recommend their services. Good stock of items for rent and good quality.

    we rented chairs, tables, flatware, salad and diner plates, and glassware for 40 people. Rentals came on time and the order was correct. They were very friendly to deal with everytime that I had to call and change my order. Delivery was really expensive ($80) considering my event was barely 5 miles away, but overall i was pleased with everything

    The process of renting everything for our backyard wedding was super smooth, however I wasn't as impressed with how they installed the large tent in our backyard. The chandeliers were all tangled and there were small holes in the tent. Everything else was just fine!

    Pretty good. We were missing some things we were assured were all there. On the day of the wedding we put the dance floor together and were missing edge pieces. We complained and they sent a truck out on Sunday to fix it!

    Staff at American Party Place were helpful and friendly. They allowed us to borrow a few sample linen napkins to test at the venue with our table settings and centerpieces prior to the wedding. We appreciated that the prices were affordable and they were extremely flexible on pick up and drop off. We had the option of picking up our items Friday (which we did without having to identify a specific time) or the Saturday of the wedding. We then had until Monday to return. We felt they had a decent selection of the items we rented (napkins, cafe lights, water goblets, wooden arch). Our only complaint was that I was really excited about the outdoor cafe lighting and were told that multiple strands of lighting could be plugged into each other and would work. When we got to the venue the day of the wedding we were extremely disappointed to find out that the stands wouldn't illuminate when plugged into each other, which means we had to locate two different plug ins and then ended up without enough strands of lighting to hang in the design we envisioned. This was a disappointment but didn't horribly impact the wedding.
