  I was so impressed with American Luxury's service. We ordered one town car and one 28 passenger bus. They arrived early to each destination and were excellent drivers. Also, Christa, the coordinator, was very easy to talk to in emails and on the phone to plan the schedule. I am so grateful that they provided great service because it allowed me not to worry about being on time to the wedding.

  I found American Luxury on Google I think and I worked with Christa to get our mini buses - two of them one for getting to and a second home from our wedding and then out and about town for our post wedding party - set up with her. The mini buses were clean, comfortable and perfect for our group and the drivers were readily available where we needed them - when we needed them. Open to taking whatever route and whatever stops we needed - they were also friendly and fantastic. I would recommend them for sure.

  My mother-in-law paid for our limos for us, but I'm so glad she chose American Luxury! The limo kept a tight schedule, and everything ran perfectly on time! There was no hint of cigarette smoke in the limo at all either, which is a big thing for me.

  We rented two limos and a mini bus from American Luxury.
  
  Andree at American Luxury was great. She offered suggestions so that I could save money. Instead of renting limo's for 6 hrs straight she suggested that we get limo's for the 2.5 hr minimum at the begining and then do one way transfers at the end of the night to get all the family home. I ended up saving 100s of dollars so her help was much appreciated. Every little bit counts right? Also, the drivers were nice and on time.
  
  The limo driver on the way home took us around the city a bit and gave us some time to decompress, even though it was only a one way transfer.

  Excellent price. Easy to work with in making changes. Drivers were very polite and friendly.We couuldn't have asked for better transportation for our wedding party and guests. It was a very rainy day and he actually even followed us around with an umbrella during pictures so we wouldn't get wet and when we were covered up, he followed the photographer around with the umbrella so she wouldn't get wet. His customer service was unbelievable. From start to finish, this company was great to deal with and the cost was very reasonable!

  Very great service. Price was competitive, and the ride was very clean and classy. Our driver was friendly and on time, and was a really nice guy all around. We were very pleased with American Luxury and will be using this vendor again.

  American Luxury was recommened by a friend and it was a great recommendation. I was completely satisfied with the service and the flexiblity when booking for my wedding and weekend before events. They were on-time and very curteous and professional drivers. The problem is that they only carry black limo's, towncars, and buses. If they had carried at least one Rolls Royce I would have been completely happy.

  The vehicles were clean and the drivers were friendly. We had a guest lose their cell phone and the company brought it back to us without us even having to ask. Will use their services again!

  The limos were all clean, on time, and drivers were nice. FI said his driver (on the way to the ceremony) was a little rude but my driver (his name was Kevin) was wonderful and he was also the driver who took FI and I to the reception after the church. They also had champagne waiting for us in the limo after the ceremony, which was great!

  This company was great at communicating before the event. However what they did next was unethical. The day of my wedding was the Bayou Classic in our city, New Orleans. This means tourists and traffic. We purposely picked church, hotel, and reception venues away from these events to avoid this. When the limo bus picked us up from the hotel he got us to the church in 15 minutes or less just like he did when he picked us up from the church to get us to the reception. However when he picked us up from the reception to bring us back to the hotel he went through the French quarter down town in all of the bayou classic madness. We were in bumper to bumper for over thirty minutes. My other friends who did not ride with us already made it back to the hotel, changed , and made it to the bar. Not only was I missing out on my wedding night but I was confused on why this limo bus driver would take us through the French quarter when he had not taken that route the entire night. This caused us to go over our hourly coverage. American luxury then billed us for 50.00 dollars more. That is not that much money, but it's the principal that we went over because of that route he decided to take. The company could have ate that 50.00 since we went over in time due to that crazy idea of heading in the French quarter, which was the longest route to the hotel regardless of tourists and traffic from the Bayou classic. People were making comments like "where is going?" The whole route was confusing and asinine and the company contacts us honeymoon week to seek out fifty dollars. Poor costumer service. Poor planning. Poor communication skills that night.
