Great Transportation Company!!

We were so pleased with American Limousines! They got everyone to the venue on time and were so fun and friendly! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend anyone who might be on the fence to go for it! They were so accommodating and took us wherever we needed to go!!

Trolley Dreams

The White Trolley was a dream for our big day this winter. The team dressed up the trolley for the holiday and created a beautiful aesthetic for my crew and I on our wedding day. It was fun to see all the videos and photos from our guests as well from the "old town" trolley. The staff was easy to work with and extremely friendly. They did all they could to make our experience unforgettable.

Quality Transportation

We hired American Limo to provide shuttle bus service between our wedding venue and hotels. It was so nice and reassuring knowing that all of our guests could drink as much as they wanted without having to worry about driving home. We took the shuttle bus home ourselves and it was a mini after party. One of the highlights of our wedding was the bus ride back!

Exactly what I wanted!

There are only like three transportation services in the greater Annapolis area with rental trolleys, and this is one of them! I felt so lucky to be able to reserve their white trolley. I and my wedding party loved it -- way better than a party bus. I was a little concerned because the company had not reached out to me prior to the day-of, but I gave them a call and it was a good thing I did because there were many details that they either did not have or things that they did not understand I wanted. It was a bit tedious, but eventually we ironed everything out and their staff was very professional. On the day-of, everything worked perfectly smoothly. I rented the trolley and then a 30-person mini coach to go back and forth between the venue and the hotel. Both of the drivers were so, so lovely. I was especially grateful to the shuttle driver who made one last return journey after his time was technically over to come pick up me, the groom, and our wedding party at the very end of the night. Would recommend!

Loved the Trolley!

Perfect experience

We rented a sprinter van, sprinter limo, mini-coach and a Rolls Royce. All arrived clean, on time and with exceptionally pleasant and helpful drivers. We had a bit of an issue with our hotel room block and a few guest got juggled back and forth between hotels. American limo was incredibly patient and flexible with the multiple calls and switches we had to make.

They provided all services paid for and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of on our wedding day. Jared in the back office was great to work with as well!! Great experience!

I would 100% recommend American Limousines for your wedding day transportation needs. At the last minute, we added a second shuttle run because of a parking issue at our venue, and they handled that perfectly. Brian was so easy to work with, and everything with our shuttles went smoothly (we also had a shuttle running between our hotel and the venue). Transportation is one of those things that has to go well and American Limousines went above and beyond our expectations. Their drivers worked seamlessly with our coordinator and I can absolutely recommend them!

Super Smooth Service!

Working with American Limo was super smooth and easy! Brian was my point of contact and helped me pick the right vehicle for our needs. We rented a 40 person white school bus and had it pick up our guests from the hotel and drive to the our venue. The bus was right on time and stayed all night to help shuttle people from one location to another and back at night! Highly recommend!

Great experience with American Limousine!

We had a great experience working with American Limousine for our wedding day! They seamlessly shuttled our 200+ guests from the hotel to venue in Baltimore, and also worked with us to transport the bridal party to another location for photos ahead of time. It was easy to communicate with American Limousine ahead of time to figure out our timeline and vehicle needs, and they were transparent with pricing and professional throughout. Great Shuttle Company

We used American Limousines to shuttle wedding guests from a nearby hotel to our venue and back. They were very responsive, beat out all the other prices I found by a good amount and were perfect with the timing. We chose the white school bus and it was so cute, our guests loved it. We provided a vendor meal for our driver which isn’t required, but I would definitely advise for anyone booking, in our case they stayed at the venue the whole time in case anyone would like to leave early!

Courteous, On time

I used the white trolley from American Limousine and they were excellent! The trolley itself was immaculate, my mother and mother in law both commented on it. Air conditioning was great being it was August. And it made for wonderful photo ops! The driver was on time, courteous, and dressed very professionally. He transported the bridal party to the first look and then to the church and did the trips to reception site. Highly recommend!

Great experience!

American Limousines was punctual, professional, and courteous. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the bus and the prompt service. We had the school bus, which transported our wedding party in two trips to the church and one trip to the venue. We also had a shuttle/transporter for guests and a sedan pick us up at the end of the night. Highly recommend!

Great Trolley Ride!

My husband and I rented a trolley from American Limousines for our wedding day, and we loved it! Our driver was so nice, on-time, and great to work with as we went to multiple locations on our day. There was plenty of room for our large wedding party to all travel together. Plus, the trolley made for some cute pictures! We definitely recommend using American Limousines for your wedding day transportation!

Great Service

We are very happy with American Limousines services! As a guest at a wedding, I’m always grateful for a shuttle service and I’m really glad we decided to do this for our guests and ourselves! It took a lot of stress away from coordinating DDs as well as any possible issues with Ubers or taxis. We rented a 24-passenger coach bus and a 42-passenger white bus for our wedding. Both were in very nice condition! We were nervous about renting a 42-passenger “school bus,” but it really doesn’t look like one at all. It’s very professional and clean! The company was accommodating and flexible, especially when we had to extend our contract time due to not having enough room for guests at the end of the night. We paid for the additional time, but it was a very seamless process to ask the driver to stay for one more round trip. Transportation is an important part of your day and you want to make sure it is in professional, trusted hands - these are your people!

Great Service

We were very happy with American Limousine’s service! We hired two school buses to transport our guests to and from the reception venue (about 20 minutes) and a sedan to take us to the reception. All of the vehicles were in great condition, on time, and the drivers were extremely professional. The booking staff was also great - they helped us figure out how many vehicles we would need while staying within budget.

Great Company, Great Bus Drivers!

Transportation was really important to us because our venue was about 40 minutes from the hotel we were all staying at. We were so worried about our guests getting to the venue on time because it was a Friday wedding that started during rush hour. The two buses got everyone to the venue with plenty of time to spare before the ceremony. The bus drivers were so awesome, we had such a great experience with this company!

Great Service

American Limo was recommended to us by our wedding planner, and we had a great experience with them. We had a total of 3 shuttles for our wedding -- 2 to shuttle guests from the hotel to the venue, and 1 to shuttle the bridal party from the hotel to the first look location, then to the venue. All shuttles were on time for pick up and drop off, the staff were professional and polite, and it was very easy to negotiate our contracts with the company. We are very happy with their service.

Great, flexible and ontime, what more can you ask for?

American Limousine was great! They were incredibly easy and flexible to work with, and were able to sufficiently make sure all of our guests were brought to and from our venue to the hotel we stayed at. Our limo driver at the end of the night was great as well, and he was was more than happy to take the long way back to the hotel so my wife and I could have some quiet time together. I highly recommend these guys!

We rented a trolley and 2 white school buses for our May 5th wedding, and had a great experience. Renita was SO GREAT and so accommodating to work with, and helped me streamline some complicated logistics with the bus shuttles. The day of went absolutely smoothly, and the drivers were all fantastic! Their prices were reasonable compared to all the other transportation vendors in the area.

My aunt lost her cell phone on the bus and they got it back to her immediately on Monday. Thank you for everything!

American was terrific. Very easy to deal with. Price was right. Quality and cleanliness of the coach (48 person luxury coach) was fabulous. Chuck, the driver, was professional and ran our timeline like clockwork. We used the coach to shuttle out-of-town guests and the bridal party between the hotel, the church, the Mansion at Valley Country Club, then back to the hotel, using multiple shifts. Just fabulous. Hire them!

We used American Limo to rent the trolley for our wedding. Everything was perfect! Everyone was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. The trolley was beautiful, spacious, and nice and cool. All of our guests loved it and we have great photos from it! I needed a limo to make three trips between the hotel and venue to deliver everyone to the wedding. American Limousine was the most reasonable priced in the area and they were amazing! Renita Purnell was amazing to work with while getting a reservation for a limo on my wedding day on April 22, 2017. She was extremely professional and very kind! We used their service for the bridal party for our wedding at Hunt Valley Golf Club. I worked with the Sales Director, Joe, who was awesome! He was very responsive to all of my emails and was very professional. We had a glitch when the vehicle type we wanted was booked, but he worked quickly to find another vehicle to work with us! Our driver was on time and very professional..he was bummed he wasn't able to service the entire wedding! We would definitely use them again and refer American Limo to our friends!! Thank you so much for helping us with our special day!!

We had American Limo transport guests to and from our wedding venue in Hunt Valley. They also took the wedding party downtown in a party bus with with lights and a USB plug-in so we could play our own music off our phones! It was a lot of fun and the drivers were all incredibly friendly and professional. We also had American Limo pick us (the bride and groom) up in a Rolls Royce to take us to our hotel downtown. Their vehicles are clean and well maintained, and the drivers are friendly and polite. We highly recommend American Limousines!

We rented a school bus to take people to/from bowling on our rehearsal night. This was kind of a last-minute decision, and American Limo had the most responsive customer service coupled with a good rate. The bus driver was excellent (I believe his name was William?) and very punctual. It was quite a relief knowing that we had that portion of the evening taken care of.

American Limousines is thee best! Renita in the reservations department was very professional. She informed us of all available options. The getaway car at the end of the evening was perfect and included in our package. Our driver Trucell was great!!!!! We ran into overtime and he never flinched, never pressured, never changed his attitude or level of professionalism. He went on as though it was planned all along. The limousine and getaway cars were both immaculate. Driver was well dressed, well groomed and polite. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend and reuse American Limousines. Prices were very compatible as well.

Great service and a GREAT price! They offer a wedding package that not only provides limo service for the wedding but also provides a sedan car service for the bride & groom at the end of the night! The drivers for the limo and sedan both arrived on time and were extremely professional and friendly. The limos and sedans on the website are the exact cars that will pick you up. The vehicles are good quality, clean and modern. The customer service is great and will do their best to make your package as affordable as possible. All in all, excellent service and quality for a great price!

Could not have been more thrilled with the service we received for our wedding! We used the two white school buses which could not have been more perfect for our rowdy and large crowd. The buses were clean and beautiful and all of the drivers we worked with were fantastic - timely, flexible and fun! We changed up the order of our drop off locations at the end of the night and they didn't skip a beat and just went with the flow. So glad we went with American Limousine's and took off a ton of pressure on our guests with not needing to worry about transportation.

Our wedding planner Elle from Elle Ellinghaus Designs secured American Limousine to provided transportation for our wedding. The service provided was exceptional! The drivers arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They even provided umbrellas and walked us to our location. I hired four limousines for my wedding party of thirty two people; the driver arrived on time, helped with dresses, bags, bouquets, they held the door for our guests and everything I couldn't believe how helpful, attentive and professional all four of them were. I had to sit in the car before going inside and they continually checked on me as a watched everything that was going on. They had a surprise toast for the groom and I once returning to the vehicle after the ceremony. We went over the time and we were not rushed they just billed us the difference. They was absolutely amazing, I had a perfect wedding day and American Limousines was an added bonus. Thanks to the reservation staff Kim, Janora and Nick who listened to my needs and didn't make me feel like a Bridezilla.

This company was great. I researched for WEEKS all of the different limo companies and came across them and realized how amazingly priced their packages are. We got the package with the car that picks you up at the end of the night and he showed up with a congrats sign! It was perfect. The drivers were extremely professional and kind. Great company.

We needed buses both Friday and Saturday and they were able to work with us to easily figure out what we needed. All of the times they were prompt and knew the right routes to go.

We were very happy with American Limo on our wedding day. We had the 32 person coach to take the bridal party from the hotel to the church and back, and then shuttle our guests from the hotel to the reception. We also had a separate large white bus shuttle guests back to the hotel towards the end of the reception for 2 hours. Both shuttles arrived on time and the drivers were very friendly. I called around to a few other companies who quoted me much higher prices, but Kim from American Limo took the time to go through the details of the day with me, and suggested I do two separate reservations to not have to rent the shuttles for the time we did not need them. I would highly recommend them.

We hired American Limousines to shuffle people from the hotel to the church and the church to the reception and back to the hotel. We also hired the "party bus" to carry the bridal party around town for pics before the wedding, and then to the church and then to the reception. All buses were sparkly clean, the drivers were all courteous and nicely dressed. The drivers knew the area and had no problem following our routes. I would highly recommend American Limousines for any services. Also Kim, in the office, made the whole contract process easy and was great to work with.

We contracted the trolley for our June Wedding. Since most of our wedding party was from out of town, it was a great option to transport everyone together to and from the events. We thought of getting an antique car for us, but the day was more fun being with our bridal party, all together. It created a warmth and closeness with the bridal party that was evident in all the pictures.

American Limousine was on time and the trolley was in mint condition! Shiny, air conditioned and extremely clean. it was a unique way to arrive that day!

Terri was very helpful, answered my questions directly, no run around like some other companies I tried to cost compare with. Their prices were the best. Terri worked with me to get the best deal possible with multiple vehicles/dates needed. Big white school bus was comfortable and clean, and the driver handled anxious passengers and the snowy traffic/rush hour delay expertly. He went above and beyond. Cute too!

I recently used this company for my wedding. They were wonderful. I waited until almost 2 weeks before the wedding to book a limo, and they were very accommodating. They were exactly on time for all the pick-ups and very professional. We also used the car service for after the wedding, and the driver helped load presents and decorations into the car and drove 2 different groups of people home. I also really liked that the day before the wedding, they called to confirm the timeline of pickups (which was great because I changed it at the last minute). Wonderful company. Would recommend them to anyone, and will use them in the future.

We contracted American Limousines for the 48-passenger white bus to shuttle our guests between the hotel and reception and we could not have been more pleased with their ability to stay on schedule, value, and cleanliness. We received so many compliments from our guests about how much easier the shuttle service made everything and we were happy to have the shuttle waiting to get everyone back and forth without drinking and driving or getting lost for those out of towners. We wanted a large shuttle bus to transport both us, the wedding party and the guests. We found a 29 passenger executive coach shuttle at American Limo and it turned out great!! It was leather seats, very clean and very professional looking. The shuttle itself worked out well for our wedding party and our guests!

The booking process was pretty easy, we set up a meeting at their office and met in person so we could see the shuttles beforehand. On the actual wedding day, our driver Tom arrived early and was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Tom had to make several runs between hotel, church and reception and he stayed perfectly on the time schedule (which is so surprising with Baltimore Beltway traffic). I was extremely happy with how it all went and now i would definitely recommend American Limousines.

All around fantastic experience. We had out of town guests at the marriott bwi needing transportation to and from the church, along with inbetween, transporting the wedding party. The 32 passenger van/bus that we rented arrived early to pick up the guests, was able to pick up the wedding party and get them to the church on time as well. Then as we took pics at the church, they shuttled the guest back to the hotel and was back as we were finishing up and transported us downtown for pictures. The driver was very accommodating as well as professional and alway on time! One of the bridesmaids left her phone on the bus and when we called the next morning, they had her phone and were able to go pick it up. Very trustworthy.

This company was great - they transported all of our guests from the Renaissance Hotel to the Belvedere in Mt. Washington, and back, without a single problem. They were on time, the shuttles were very nice inside, and everyone was happy to have transportation. In addition, they were much more flexible then some other companies, allowing us to pay for 3 hours before the ceremony and 3 hours after the reception and no time in between. It all worked out perfectly!

Rented a trolley to transport our bridal party plus the hotel guests to and from our church. This was the largest trolley I could find in the area and I wanted to make sure we could fit as many guests in as few trips as possible. I had provided a very complicated list of stops, times, etc in order to make multiple trips throughout Baltimore City and get everyone to the church on time, and it worked perfectly. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very polite and accommodating even with many last minute changes, and they were quick to provide confirmation emails. The driver was very timely and he was super nice, he even got on the phone with one of our guests to help give them directions to the church, and really made the most stressful part of the day run very smoothly. Our guests were so grateful for the transportation and we are very thankful that we chose American Limousines.

I rented a school bus from American Limousine to shuttle my guests from the hotel, to the ceremony/reception, and then back to the hotel again at the end of the night. For an 8.5 hour rental, the rates were reasonable. I changed the schedule a couple times on them and they were incredibly flexible. They also called me the day before to finalize all the details - which made me feel great. Most importantly, the driver showed up on time and kept to the tight schedule that I had set. I was able to ride the bus back from the reception to the hotel and realized how loud and rowdy our crowd was. The bus driver didn't mind at all and was a great sport- I think he found our loud singing amusing. Limos/shuttle buses are usually the things that go wrong in weddings and this went off flawlessly! Couldn't be happier!

I booked two limos and one shuttle bus from American Limousines for my wedding. I got calls the day before my wedding making sure they had all of the details correct which I appreciated. The day of the wedding all three vehicles were early and did everything they were supposed to do. Also, the driver of my limo Mary was great. After the ceremony my fiance, myself and the photographer went to Fed Hill to do some pictures. Mary went the extra mile and helped with the photos by helping with my train and holding my bouquet. Of all the limo companies I called in the Baltimore area American Limo, Inc. offered the most flexibility in the per/hour rental and cost. For my wedding day, I reserved a mini coach that made multiple trips to shuttle guests from the hotel to the church and back, a stretch limo that also made multiple pick ups/drop offs and a Lincoln Towncar. All of the chauffeurs were on time and professional. Very pleased with their services.

This company was great to work with and Justin, in particular. Very helpful in explaining the different options and prices. There is a non-wedding option that will save you some money sans the red carpet and tux wearing driver which we chose. We also used this company Friday night to provide a mini-bus to take everyone to the rehearsal and dinner which worked out great. No one got lost and everyone was on time! I'm not sure if I had exceptional service because the company had a relationship with my planner or if I just got lucky with good drivers but they were great. We had limos picking up from 2 locations at different time and one doing a stop in between. We also had a town car for the end of the night. All drivers were there early, professional, and polite, the cars were clean, and the inside temp was good. We actually showed up for the wedding 30 minutes early and since the church had no waiting room, the driver stood outside guarding the limo while my mom and I waited inside.

From customer service to quality of service, my husband and I were very pleased. The drivers were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The only thing we found odd was that at the end of the night, when our town car arrived to pick us up, they never called their contact to tell us, we didn't have this problem with our limo and motor coach at the beginning of the day. If it wasn't for our MOH walking out and seeing him there, we would have never known and could have gone over on our contract and been charged more. Other than that, our experience was wonderful, just be sure to emphasize that they call you when they arrive so you stay on the correct timeline. Don't get me wrong, they arrive promptly and were amazing drivers, and it didn't happen with other drivers we had earlier in the night, so maybe it is just driver specific.

The limo place was excellent. We had a unique situation and they worked so well with our needs. We got a great deal in having a town car pick us up from the reception to the hotel, then rented a stretch limo to take our bridal party out later that night to a bar. Both drivers were excellent and made us feel so comfortable. The location of the office is in a strange part of baltimore but don't let that fool you...they are professional and extremely worth the cost! Couldn't be happier!

We had a trolley for our wedding to shuttle the wedding party and our guests from the Church to the reception. We also had a limo later in the evening to shuttle our guests back to the hotel and then to drive the wedding party wherever we wanted to go. Both the trolley and the limo arrived early. We never had to wait on them. They were prompt and efficent. Both drivers we had were very very nice helping each lady get onto the trolley and into the limo. The limo driver told me (the bride) that my husband and I were his priority and our wish was his command. He was nothing but nice, willing to go anywhere and make as many trips back and forth as we needed him to. I was VERY impressed.

Wedding Guest Transportation

I hired one 56-passenger bus for wedding guest transport. The bus was clean and on time. I had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid-19 twice, and the team at American Limousines were very flexible with having to postpone our wedding twice. They were not super fast on email, but when I called the number I received excellent service.

Went off without a hitch!

To be honest, of all our vendors I was most worried about transportation because of some of these reviews. But this all went off without a hitch - despite the fact that we had a complicated itinerary.

We had 4 school buses and 1 executive sprinter for 3 hours in the afternoon, then 3 school buses for the late-night return from the reception. They all showed up on time, were air-conditioned as promised, and got to their destinations perfectly!

The best thing about American Limo is that they only charged us for the time we used, not the 4-hour gap in between our transportation needs. This helped them be much more cost-effective than other vendors which were quoting us for 10+ hours when we only needed 6 (broken up in two 3-hour chunks).

Neither snow nor rain prevented American Limousine from delivering on our January wedding day. Despite a 3-inch snowfall in the morning, our shuttle service went off without a hitch. All pick-ups and drop-offs happened as scheduled -- no guests shivering or stranded in the cold. We opted for the Mini-Coach and heard only good things about our driver, Will. I would definitely recommend American Limousines! We used them for our wedding party and end of the night getaway car and loved them. They were on time and the vehicles were clean and the drivers were all very nice and dressed professionally. I wanted transportation for our wedding party for the groomsmen to get to the wedding as well as the bridesmaids and the for the wedding party after the ceremony, but also wanted a getaway car which was hard to find something that accommodated all of those things. They have a great package that you can rent a limo or Mercedes sprinter for bridal party transportation but then have a town car at the end of the night which is exactly what we needed and they did a great job!

American Limousines were perfect for our wedding! Whenever I called I was always able to speak to someone directly and they were always extremely accommodating with any changes I needed to make throughout the planning process! My wedding was the same day as Preakness so I think the prices may have been a little higher than normal, but it was worth it to not have to worry about anyone driving home after the reception! We rented the trolley from American Limousines for our wedding. Our driver, Chester, was on time and very friendly. He also knew his way around Baltimore and had no trouble finding parking while we were taking photographs around the city. We only had a few small hiccups with responsiveness to e-mails and phone calls when trying to communicate with an employee who apparently is no longer with the company. After we had a new contact person, everything went off without a hitch.

If you have a large wedding party like we did, the trolley is not only an awesome and comfortable way for everyone to travel, but also a really unique centerpiece for wedding photos!

We rented a limo bus for 10 hours the day of our wedding...it was awesome! We had so much fun and the limo was cleaned up in between the taking the boys to the church and before picking up the girls. We couldn't even tell they had been in there popping bottles. Our driver was funny and professional. We loved him!!!

Like all limo rentals, it is definitely pricey..but it was absolutely worth it for flawless service!

We got the trolley to transport our guests to the reception and to their hotels after the reception. It was so cute and I think the guests appreciated that they could drink as much as they wanted and not have to worry about driving. And since we were the last ones to leave, it was just bride/groom and maid of honor/best man on the way to the hotel so we had a 30-seater to ourselves.
It eased my mind to know we were taking care of our out-of-town guests. I would recommend this to anyone with a lot of people staying in hotels!

Our wedding ceremony and reception were at the same place so we wanted to rent something that would take our guests to/from the hotel. Amer Limo has a white school bus that actually rents for less than many other smaller options. The bus has A/C and holds 42. Irma, the manager, was very reliable and she worked with me to make sure the schedule was good to go. Everything went smoothly and the bus added a unique element to the wedding.

We read reviews and were a little aprehensive about using American Limo, I was pleasantly surprised. The driver showed up before the ceremony even started, 30 minutes earlier than we asked. Our reception ran a little longer and the driver ran a few more shuttle runs before having to leave for the next pick up. Best price in the area, vehicle was very clean.

We were very pleased with the service we received from American Limousines. We arranged for transportation for our wedding guests between the wedding hotel and the venue. Instead of charging us for a full night, they let us set up two 3-hour blocks, which made the service very affordable. The driver was very courteous and patient with all of the guests throughout the evening. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Irma from American Limos for my wedding day. Everything went so smooth.
While at first I had some trouble getting ahold of them to discuss details, as it got closer to the big day they tended to my every need and concern. Closer to the wedding I handed off responsibility to one of my bridesmaids, and they worked with her to make sure all of our details were set for the day of the wedding to ensure my guests were transported to and from the wedding on time.

The day of the wedding, there were actually more people than expected for the "late bus" bringing everyone to the ceremony. The driver took control and did an extra pick up for us and still managed to get everyone there on time so we could start!

I'm so thrilled with the bus we got as well - the white bus was a nice touch for the occassion and I definitely recommend American Limos to transport your guests!

America Limousine did a great job providing our transportation to and from our wedding. Before the wedding, it was sometimes difficult getting things set up and clear for the wedding day, but it was rather complicated (we had 3 different limos). The limos are clean and the drivers are great. We were so happy we picked them and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I ended have 4 different contracts with American Limo for my wedding. They were 100% flexible with my needs, and I would use them again. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. They were not only on time, but early for each reservation.

American Limousines did a great job -- they were professional, responsive, arrived right on time and had a great fleet of limos for us to choose from. We used them for the wedding party transportation (chose the black Limo bus for 4 hours) and to shuttle the wedding guests back and forth from the hotel to the reception site (chose the motor coach for 6 hours.) They were very reasonably priced, especially in comparison to other limo companies in the Baltimore area, and were very pleasant to work with. We were very pleased with their services and would use them again in the future.

American Limo was great to work with. Our driver went wherever we told him. He was on time and basically friendly. Only small complaint we had was that we wanted to go to a park to take some pictures. The park required a $5 admission. My FI only had a $20 bill. So, he gave that to the driver to get us in the park. Well, the driver never gave the change back to us. We assumed that he thought it was his tip and just took it as a loss. Besides that, I think the is the best company in the area. We called so many limo companies in the Baltimore/DC area, and the had the best price. This was during prom season, so it was hard to find a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

Good Service

We booked a Limo Coach for our wedding party and two Coach Buses for our guests' transportation to and from our hotel and wedding venue. Booking process and communicating via phone call was difficult most times but it worked out in the end. All vehicles and service provided were good.

Overall we were quite happy with American Limousines and their service. The vehicles were clean and comfortable and well maintained and the drivers were courteous and professional. The only problem we had was that initially they went to the wrong hotel to pickup our guests and the bridal party. I'm not sure if this was their fault or there was some confusion as to the name of the hotel my mother-in-law gave (the hotel we blocked rooms in was part of a chain in Baltimore). Still, they were able to make it to the right hotel and get everyone to the church on time. So overall, we were happy and please with them despite the mix up.

American Limousines was amazing! Our limo driver was so nice, helped me get in and out of the limo so that my dress wouldn't get messed up. He also made sure there were drinks in the back if we needed them. We also used them for a shuttle between the reception venue and the hotels where our guests were saying. I have nothing bad to say about this vendor.

We used them for the Bachelor/Bachelorette Party and the Wedding. They were VERY attentive. They were always on time. As the bride I did not hear too many details, but one of their shuttle broke down, but they were able to replace relatively harmlessly and no one noticed too bad. Besides that they were a couple of mins early to everything. Despte the shuttle (which I realize things go wrong) I would highly recommend this company.

We used this company for their limo buses. I knew that I wanted to use limo buses/party buses instead of regular limos because my dress was so big that I wouldn't have been able to crouch down and fit comfortably into a standard limo. Also, we were transporting a large amount of people to and from the ceremony site and we wouldn't have fit in standard or stretch limos.

We absolutely loved the limo buses! You could stand up in them, there was plenty of space, and there was absolutely no crouching to get in them. They were clean, they had fresh soda and water, and spotless glasses for us to use. My first impression was great. We had used a white one to transport the bride/bride's family to the chapel, and a black one to transport the groom/groom's family to the chapel.

I personally had a great time and thought the service was great, but later I found out some disturbing facts about the groom's limo bus. Apparently the back window had been destroyed when someone threw a rock at it the night before our wedding. I learned that they called my father-in-law and told him about the missing window. I also found out that my father-in-law opted to use the limo bus anyway although the window wouldn't be able to be properly repaired in time for our wedding because the company had no other limo buses available and the number of people that we needed to transport wouldn't have fit in the standard (not stretch) limo they had to replace it with. Ok, so I guess it's on us because my father-in-law said we still wanted to use the limo bus with the missing window..... but the company made NO ATTEMPT to repair it!!! I understand that getting a car/limo window properly repaired overnight is near impossible, but you would think they would have at least covered the 4ft by 2ft window with plexiglass or cardboard. But nooooooo...... Instead, it was a giant gaping hole in the limo, and our family had to travel on I-95, a major highway, at 65mph with a hole that the ring bearers could have EASILY fallen out of!!! Upon arriving at the chapel my father-in-law gave the driver $20 and told him to go to home depot and get either a plastic bag or some cardboard and some duck tape to at least close off the window. My father-in-law said that on the way back to the hotel, there was a black trash bag covering the gaping hole in the window and it wasn't as windy, thank god. I just don't understand why the company didn't make ANY effort to repair it, such that our 4- & 7-yr-old ring bearers could have safely riden in the limo bus on the highway. A piece of cardboard, although not very professional looking, would still have been safer than a giant hole. Isn't that some kind of safety violation?

Other than the hole in the window, they were extremely reasonably priced, and they didn't have any hidden fees. The quote I got on the phone was exactly what we paid. The rental quote included gas, taxes, tolls, and tip, which is unlike other companies. They were very quick to respond to emails, too, which was a big plus for me. They were also very flexible in helping us secure transportation on a short notice (within 2 months of the wedding) even though they were pretty booked up when we initially called. In terms of running a company, they know how to do it and they are very customer friendly, but in terms of quality of service, I think they overlooked safety, which doesn't make them very professional in my opinion.

American Limos was one of the lowest priced yet still professional limo companies I could find to use during my wedding. We only needed a 10 passenger limo for a few hours to get us around downtown Baltimore. Unfortunately due to the on and off rain that day, we needed to put a rain plan in place for photos and go to another location that was not in our original plan. The limo ended up getting lost and we were 45 minutes late for taking pictures. I wish I had told put the rain plan address for pictures in our original contract with the limo dispatcher as a possibility so the driver would have had it on his sheet as well. Other than the address snafu, the limo driver was very professional and the car was very clean.
