Michele brought my inspiration photos to life in the most beautiful way. She understood my vision instantly, and when I floated an idea for the bridesmaids’ bouquets—each carrying flowers in a single color—she wasn’t just open to it, she was excited to try something different. Her enthusiasm and creativity made the entire process genuinely fun.
We kept things simple for the reception décor with bud vases and loose stems—no formal arrangements—and Michele made everything look effortlessly elegant. The stems she selected were the perfect blend of colors and textures, adding soft, delicate dimension without ever feeling overdone.
The final bouquets and florals were absolutely stunning and the perfect touch for our big day.

Perfect flowers for a perfect day!
We can’t say enough about how beautiful our flowers were for our June 2024 wedding at the Appel Inn! Michele was so pleasant to work with and had so many wonderful ideas. I’m not someone who knows much about flowers, but she helped us make decisions that went perfectly with our vision without ever being pushy or making us feel like we had to spend outside our budget. Being a small and busy shop, she and her staff were still easily reachable by phone throughout the planning process.
On the day of the wedding, Michele and her team were right on time delivering the flowers to all different locations. She dropped bridesmaids bouquets at the venue with flowers for my parents, dropped boutonnières and flowers for the MOG & flower girl at the church along with our two altar arrangements, stopped back at the church after the ceremony to bring those flowers back to the venue, and did an absolutely beautiful job with the centerpieces and flowers around the venue.
The flowers were above and beyond anything we could’ve imagined, and we’d highly recommend Michele and her team at Ambiance!

Perfect Florist
Michele was everything we could have asked for in a florist. She was patient, helpful and ultimately made each portion of the wedding weekend so beautiful. She perfectly captured our fall theme of sage and burnt orange across the church and venue and was even able to incorporate the colors into the bouquets and boutonnières. Michele was super helpful day of making sure everything was set up way ahead of time. She also helped with breaking down the floral arrangements after the ceremony and moved them to our reception venue where she re-used all the arrangements, so nothing went to waste. Her experience at The State Room was also so incredibly helpful. She knew exactly how to set up the room, each table, the head table, and pergola and knew how to maximize the flowers within our budget. Michele will do an amazing job no matter where you get married but if you are using The State Room as your venue you shouldn’t use anyone else but her!

My husband and I got married on 10-28-2023. Right from the beginning, we knew we wanted to work with Ambiance based on family references. Amazing wedding florals!!
We loved Michelle and her group at ambiance florals! Our flowers were everything we imagined!! Michelle met with us a couple of times to make sure our visions came to life. Mine and my bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely stunning! Our centerpieces blew me away! Michelle personally dropped off our arrangements to the hotel and made sure everything was in place at both of our venues. We could not be happier with how everything turned out and the care and detail put in.

Not only did Michele deliver absolutely beautiful flowers (just as my daughter had envisioned!) but she saved the day as well! We had special people in attendance who we thought could not attend when we placed the flower order but ultimately made it. The morning the flowers were delivered I realized I had not added them to the order and asked Michele if there was anything she could do. Within the hour an additional boutenniere and corsage were delivered to the hotel! Thank you Michele!!!

After a year of planning, it was hard to let go of control and trust that my vendors would create the dream I envisioned for my wedding day. Michele at Ambiance Florals was my first incredible surprise of my big day with the arrival of my bridal and bridesmaids’ bouquets, boutonnieres and wrist corsages. I was truly taken back by them and when I met her at the door of where I was getting ready, I literally gasped. The colors, shape, flowers were exactly what I wanted. They added pure beauty to my day. I also should say I didn't give a whole lot of instruction to go off of, but Michele made my vision a reality. I had some last-minute changes and Michele was so kind to accommodate them. For the quality, the price was well within reason and well worth it. After originally going with market 32 in Catskill as our original venue was nearby, once it closed we were going to use market 32 in glenville near the Glen Sanders mansion. They wanted $5,000 which was double what the other market 32 quoted! My vision was pink ombre and the type of flower didn’t matter much. They were completely unimaginative. Luckily, under my photographer’s, Linda Conley, recommendation I went to meet Michele at Ambiance for a consult. This woman was bounding with energy that matched my own excitement about my vision! She went above and beyond to create gorgeous centerpieces that worked with all of my time consuming DIYs! I am so happy that she was recommended to us! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this florist. Michele was amazing to work with. She was truly one of my favorite vendors in the whole wedding planning process. She really works with you to make sure you’re getting everything you envision with such reasonable prices. The centerpieces and bouquets for my girls were exactly what I wanted. (2 weeks later my bouquet is still very much alive and beautiful) All of our guests couldn’t stop raving how upscale and classy it all looked.
Not only does she do beautiful work but you can tell she really cares about her brides. We had a situation that we had to unfortunately cut our guestlist 10 days before the date and therefore the table numbers. We called Michele in a panic because we had already paid for everything and she was SO accommodating and compassionate for our situation with no questions asked and refunded us the difference. We need to support businesses like these in these trying times of Covid. The ones that aren’t in it for the money but the ones that truly enjoy what they do and make every effort to do the right thing even if they don’t have to. Do yourself a favor and book her for your wedding. You’ll be so glad you did.

Ambiance florals did such an amazing job on our wedding! The centerpieces were exactly what I had invisioned and the bouquets were outstanding! The bridesmaids were beautiful burlap made roses with baby's breath and bedazzled, just how i wanted and my bouquet was beautiful cascade of fall flowers and berries and greenery, just perfect! The crown's for the little flower girls were also amazing and they looked so precious! And the arch was beautifully decorated. I could go on and on. Such professionalism as well! I contacted Ambiance Florals a few weeks before my wedding about doing the personals (bouquets, boutonniere's, etc.) and Michele was fantastic about it. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted other then a general idea of color and she helped to guide me with questions and even grabbed a couple of flowers for examples when I needed it. Then when I dropped a request to add in a single centerpiece for the sweetheart table a few days before the wedding she did not hesitate in adding it to the order. How she managed to perfectly nail everything I will never know. Everything was stunning and somehow exactly what I wanted. Michelle is a pleasure to work with, highly recommend.

For our wedding this past January, our venue (The State Room) had a few preferred vendors in every category, and Ambiance Florals was the one we selected for our florals, based on what we could tell from online reviews and photos. However, I was absolutely certain we made the right decision after our first meeting with Michele early on in our planning process. Michele is so passionate about what she does, and so positive and helpful even with people like myself who know almost nothing about flowers. I was thrilled with everything she came up with, including a beautiful paper wall. We hired Michele Peters and Ambiance Floral for our wedding last June, and would highly recommend her. She was suggested by a member of our family that had seen her work for professional events, so we reached out for a few phone call consultations. She was very excited to hear about our intended wedding theme (a touch of Star Wars/space), making sure to ask the right questions to really know what our intentions were. Her openness to our specific ideas was one of the biggest reasons we decided to work with her, as it helped us get excited, too. When she presented a few suggestions and ideas from her previous work, she was receptive as we balanced our budget considerations against our desired look-and-feel, and worked to prune out things we felt we didn't need, but keeping things she KNEW would be great for our celebration. And, having to read through numerous "Star Wars" planet names and themes, we were grateful for her patience as we presented our unique ideas.
After the contract was drafted, she made sure to keep us aware of the requirements for the floral elements of our wedding, and coordinated as we purchased some of the decor ourselves, to make sure it stayed in-line with what she was prepared to decorate. We connected her with our venue planner to coordinate colors for the centerpieces, and the outside ceremony space.
On the day of the wedding, she made herself available to come get reacquainted with our venue (she has worked with a lot of venues in the Albany area), providing the flowers and decorations and setting up the different spaces. Our wedding night was a great success, and we received so many compliments on the classiness of the theme. We highly recommend Michele and Ambiance and are so glad we worked with her for our wedding!

Ambiance florals did an incredible job with my recent January wedding. From the moment I first met with Michele to the moment she personally delivered all flowers, I felt nothing but ease and excitement! Michele was not initially my first choice. But I am so glad that I picked her services when it came to my flowers. For me they were the most important part of the day. What mad everything beautiful and decorated our photos. All of the things I asked Michele to do she came to me with options of how I would like it the best and took my ideas and made the most beautiful floral arrangements I've ever seen. She made my day special for sure, and I know that it wouldn't have been nearly and beautiful without her talent!

Incredible experience!
We got married at The State Room this summer and we used Michele with Ambiance Floral for our wedding bouquets and arrangements. To say everything came out perfect is a complete understatement! We gave Michele our vision and she far exceeded our expectations! Not only did she make last minute changes per our request, she did so with such professionalism! Communication was clear and easy. She hang delivered our bouquets and boutonnieres to our hotel room the day of our wedding and the smell of fresh flowers in our room was out of this world! The colors matched our theme perfectly and we were blown away with how elegant everything was! Michele and Ambiance Florals were a GOD SEND as far as Vendors go. We had previously selected another Florist in the area and had been working with them for over a year before they informed us they were unable to provide what we were looking for at the price point we provided them. I called her frantically about 6 months before our wedding, and not only was she available, she was able to calm me down and talk through exactly what I was looking for. We were an out of town couple, so I trusted her wholly and she did not disappoint!! All of our bouquets and arrangements were beyond what I could have hoped for. Not only did she go above and beyond what I imagined, she did it while respecting our budget. She also was able to provide out of season flowers for my bouquet. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone getting married in the Albany area!

Wonderful Beautiful and Creative
We had a wonderful experience with Ambiance! We met with several different florists before meeting with Ambiance and we were shocked at how rude and snobby everyone else was when we shared our ideas and the look we were going for. Then we talked with Ambiance and were so excited to have a friendly and open minded vendor!! Not only did she help us get creative with our center pieces and lights that I insisted on using, but she also came up with a plan to make gorgeous aisle hangings repurpose as part of the centerpieces. Their moongate arch and the greenery arrangement were the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and sweetheart table. They gave us helpful feedback on our color and flower choices and the bouquets were more than I could have imagined. I was so impressed with their willingness to incorporate my desire for wrap lights and their creativity in using dried lavender that we were able to keep! Truly a top notch vendor and experience.

Michelle and her team were absolutely INCREDIBLE. We were on a pretty tight budget with flowers, and things I didn't think I would be able to have for my wedding she made it work!!! I also had a very specific vision in mind wanting a very boho look and let me tell you they DELIVERED. She too.k my vision and brought it to life and then some!! I highly suggest you hire Ambiance for your floral needs for your wedding. There are so many things to worry about for a wedding and for me my flowers were not one of them. I knew I was in good hands with Michelle!! I would recommend a thousand times over if I could!

Michele did the flower arrangements for my bridal shower, and wedding. She can make any vision you have come to life, as well as create something unique and beautiful on her own. She is always very professional and helpful. Michele recommends other vendors if you need help with that as well (thats how I found my photographer). Her prices are reasonable and the work she does really speaks for itself, stop by her shop and take a look!

Flowers & florists were something I had a hard time choosing for our wedding, mainly because I know nothing about flowers. After speaking to several florists, it was only Michelle who showed excitement over her position as a wedding florist, and who educated me about different flowers that would match my color pallet and that would hold up in the July heat. Throughout our entire first conversation, Michelle’s excitement, personality, and expertise were evident. She was attentive to any and all requests I had, and remained in constant communication through the planning process. The day of the wedding, our flowers were absolutely stunning. They were so beautiful, when the bouquets were delivered, I teared up. From our bouquets and boutonnieres to ceremony decorations to centerpieces and beyond - everything was just over the top gorgeous. I was excited to be able to see Michelle the day of the wedding, and once again her bubbly, excited personality came through, amping me up further for my big moment. My daughter hired Ambiance Florals for her wedding recently and what a wise decision!! Michele was so personable and easy to work with. Her attention to detail was evident in all the flowers from the boutonnieres to the arch florals, everything was unbelievably beautiful. My daughter's bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. The colors (purple, lavender and white), were bright, quality top notch and the flowers looked like they had just been picked- they were that fresh. You could tell that Michele is a perfectionist with the amount of time she spent placing the floral arrangements on the reception tables and at the wedding site. I'm so glad my daughter picked Ambiance Florals and Events as her wedding florist- it was money well spent and I highly recommend Michele.

Michelle at Ambiance did a wonderful job for my daughter's wedding. Prior to hiring them we did our research and Ambiance was much more reasonably priced then many of the other florists that we got estimates from. Ambiance is very easy to deal with and is very accommodating. We met with Michelle shortly before the wedding and gave her a swatch of the fabric of the bridesmaid dresses and the flowers for the wedding party and the tables were a perfect match. Furthermore, all the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Ambiance for any wedding or any occasion.

I chose Ambiance to do the flowers for my wedding and I could not be more pleased! the flowers were absolutely amazing! The staff at ambiance was very flexible and had no problem adjusting when we changed our ceremony to an indoor ceremony. They took the flowers we were going to have on the arbor and rearranged them around the indoor fireplace and the entire room was stunning! From the petals in the aisle, to the flowers on the seats and the mantle, to the bridesmaids' bouquets and finally to my bouquet, everything was perfect. I was in love with my bouquet! The flowers were beautiful and vibrant and they really stand out in the pictures I have. I am beyond grateful for all the work the staff at Ambiance did and I really recommend them to anyone looking for a florist!!!

Michelle was amazing from the very beginning. She sat with me and explained everything so that my centerpieces and bouquets were amazing. She checked in with me twice and spent ample amount of time on the phone with my on multiple occasions to ensure that I had everything that I wanted. She called me two days before the wedding to go over details one last too. Whenever I wanted to change something she was more than willing to help and make the change. Early in the process we had decided not to do Boutonnières and Corsages for the parents but the week before the wedding the parents decided they did want them. Ambiance Floral added them on with no problem and were very kind with my last minute addition. My bouquet was beautiful and had all the amazing fall colors I could have ever wanted. They took the pictures I had submitted for my vision and made it into an even more beautiful reality. I don't think I could have loved my bouquet more.

I had picked Ambience Florist for my wedding on August 25th. Michele is amazing to work. Very flexible and right there when you need her. I did not have to worry one bit. Everything was even more beautiful than I could have imagined! The cost was so reasonable and I never had to cut corners to have everything I wanted. Michele and her team of experts at Ambiance are truly the best at what they do! Ambiance provided the centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, flowers for the church, and decorative flowers throughout the reception as needed (on signs, on the cake, on tables, etc.). The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and Michele was so knowledgeable in helping us put together a vision and then executed it perfectly. The centerpieces were so beautiful, and they really made the room look perfect along with the flowers Michele put on the cocktail hours tables and welcome signs.
I was not entirely sure what I wanted in terms of centerpieces, and Michele was so patient and helpful with helping me plan out colors and flower types. She really is an expert, as evidenced by the gorgeous arrangements she made for the bouquets and boutonnieres.
I could not recommend Ambiance more highly, and I am so grateful to Michele and her team for making our wedding day so beautiful and special. She also did an amazing job with the flowers for both of my sisters’ wedding, my bridal shower, and countless other events for my family, so she has a record of excellence :).

Michele was wonderful to work with! She listened to exactly what I wanted for my wedding, even though it was a slightly vague request. We had an outdoor wedding and I asked for local, in season wildflowers, but didn't have any specific flowers that I needed for the bouquets or the centerpieces. We also wanted to send people home with something living, so we had her put a variety of succulents in little mason jars for the centerpieces. We also rented an arch for our wedding ceremony and I had her make me a flower crown to match my bouquet. I couldn't have dreamed for a better final product!! Everything looked fantastic and we were so happy with everything. I love my bouquet and flower crown!! They were perfect. I cannot recommend Michele enough. Delivery fees are very reasonable and we literally got everything we asked for.

Michele did such a beautiful job with my flowers for my wedding and really captured my vision for the big day! Every meeting with her was great, and each time she gave me a beautiful flower to take home! We opted for table garlands rather than traditional centerpieces and they came out so pretty! My bouquet was STUNNING and I got so many compliments on it - it was exactly what I wanted, and had all the flowers I requested. We are so happy we worked with Michele and her team - they are truly the best!

Ambiance Floral was an absolutely amazing choice for our wedding. The staff was friendly, creative and accommodating making the planning and color/flower choices very easy. They understood our vision immediately and made that happen for us. We sought them out at the last minute due to a cancellation with another florist and Ambiance sprung into action like they had super powers! I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with!!!!

I know that if I had come w concrete ideas of what I wanted, Michele would have given me exactly what I asked for but not knowing what I wanted I felt lost. She had an amazing ability to take my talk of natural beauty& unstructured pieces& put a plan in the works. In no time, she understood what I wanted. She gave me great insights& I never felt she was trying to pressure me. She made it all about me& our day. I knew i had found my florist. I was confident that we were in great hands. initially, the bridal party was to be at our venue the morning of the wedding(where i asked for all the floral pieces to be delivered). Last minute, plans changed& we were forced to get ready at a different spot. When I told Michele of changes, she quickly responded that it wouldn’t be an issue& that she would bring the bridal party pieces to us& not to worry. She said that she would then take the other pieces to the venue& stage everything for us. She delivered the flowers to the bridal party w a huge smile & her energy was infectious. Each piece was more than I could have asked for!! When we got to the venue & I was able to see all her & her team had done, I was amazed. Our centerpieces were exactly what I had hoped for & the pieces she made to adorn our arbor/aisle were perfect. Michele has a gift & is great to work w. I couldn't have picked a better person or company to help beautify our special day. I whole-heartedly recommend Michele & her team for YOUR special day. You won’t regret it!

Michelle was amazing. I can not imagine a florist easier to work with, more enthusiastic, more creative or more professional!
She designed wedding centerpieces that not only exceeded our expectations but also perfectly matched our venue and stayed within our budget.
She hand delivered bouquets to the hotel and came with scissors, spare flowers and an offer to do anything we wanted if they weren't perfect...which they were!
I recommend Michelle and Ambiance with absolutely NO reservations!

Michele was incredible to work with. From the first moment my fiancé and I walked into her shop for our first meeting we felt instantly welcome and were surrounded by all of her beautiful designs. I had a few ideas of what I was envisioning for my bouquet and centerpieces and Michele not only made them come to life but they were so much more beautiful than I had imagined. She really took everything into consideration and selected the most beautiful and local flowers and greenery. Not only were the flowers beautiful but she was so accommodating during the process. I had an unexpected family emergency come up a day we were supposed to meet, and she rescheduled with no issue on a day she normally wouldn't have been available to work with my schedule. I really cannot say enough about my experience with her she is a genuinely kind and sweet person and puts together creative and beautiful floral arrangements! I would definitely book ambiance again in a heartbeat!

When I first met Michele it was clear that she absolutely loves what she does and she has a real talent. She was very personable and exciting during the planning and she was responsive to calls and emails. We discussed what I envisioned for our wedding day and Michele made my dreams a reality. The tables were absolutely stunning and they were exactly what I hoped for and more. We had a mixture of candles and flowers and it could not have been more beautiful. Our guests are still commenting on how incredible the tables looked! Our bouquets and boutonnieres were also so beautiful and we were able to re-use them during the reception for additional decor. Michelle at Ambiance was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is creative, has a patient and laid back approach with great ideas to create what you are looking for. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with the bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces and ceremony flowers. We were incorporating fabric from her godmothers wedding dress in ceremony decorations and Michelle happily added the lace and fabric to the bouquets. The price point was very fair.

Michelle and her team were absolutely amazing! From our first meeting I knew she was there to just make my day beautiful and amazing! I struggled coming up with ideas and she was tight there to help me with suggestions. Michelle called me to make sure I didn't need to change anything. She also scheduled a meeting with me before the store opened to make sure we had everything I needed. When the time came to deliver the flowers, I was blown away. They we're more beautiful than I had anticipated. She took such great care and pride in what she was doing. You could tell she just wanted to make sure I was happy.

Ambiance did the flowers for my wedding and they were exceptional. Over a week later, I still had pretty flowers on my kitchen table. We opted to pick up the flowers and bouquets ourselves, and Michele gave excellent instructions to be sure the flowers remained beautiful from pick up to drop off. Thank you!

I am a little biased because Michele is my sister and I work with her.I knew my flowers had to be amazing...and i wasn't disappointed! I am not your typical bride,I had anything and everything at my disposal. Michele is incredible at what she does and helped me pull it all together and more.We had talked about several ideas I had once about draping and flowers behind our sweetheart table,then decided it was too much as she would be doing all the set up.Well, she surprised us and remembered what I had wanted and made my vision a reality! Since the beginning of our wedding planning, it was a pleasure to work with Michele. From the moment we walked in the door I knew how beautiful she would make our wedding day. Michelle pulled out photo albums, drew sketches and looked over my 10,000 pins on my Pinterest wedding board for inspiration.
I had a difficult time grasping color pallets but Michelle was beyond accommodating and patient. She pulled multiple flowers from her store and drew on her own knowledge to help create a one of a kind experience.
The day before our wedding Michelle called to reassure me that everything was perfect and went over some last minute details. I even threw some last minute ideas her way. Michelle's response was "perfect, it will be done with no problem." I knew I could trust Michelle and her expertise for the day of my wedding.
When Michelle arrived to my suite the day of my wedding I was overwhelmed with tears of happiness. Everything from the boutonnieres to my bouquet was everything I hoped it to be. The flowers were fresh, vibrant with color and breathtaking. Our center pieces and alter décor were amazing as well. As we look back through our wedding photos, we are thrilled with the outcome as well as Michelle's attention to detail. I highly recommend Ambiance Floral to help make your wedding day unforgettable!
