AMAZING Wedding Photographer

We absolutely love Lawrence! He did an amazing job with our wedding photos! My sister used him for her wedding back in 2021 and he did a phenomenal job then as well, so we decided to use him as well. We also did our engagement photos with Lawrence and he did a fantastic job with those too. Lawrence was so nice, kind, and patient with my big family and bridal party as well! We got a ton of photos that will last a lifetime! We also got our photos back extremely quickly, which we definitely appreciated! I would recommend Lawrence and Ambassador Video and Photography to anyone - he truly was PHENOMENAL! He made our big day even more special!

Catching all the magical moments!

Lawrence is an absolute pleasure to work with and amazing photographer! He cares so much about his clients satisfaction, along with making sure he provides top quality photographs. When taking photos with Lawrence, he makes sure the couple is comfortable while taking pictures and definitely knows how to speak with you to lighten the mood. He provides an engagement photoshoot in some of his packages, and I definitely recommend doing that first! Helps you get to know him and how you work as a couple in front of the camera. The day of the wedding he was with us from 12PM to 10PM, from getting ready photos the end of the reception catching all of the magical moments throughout the night. I only have the sneak peak photos as of now, which was a super fast turn around since the wedding was only 3 days ago! We are so excited to see the rest, the photos we already received have been top quality! I cannot recommend Ambassador Photography enough!

Amazing wedding pictures

We got the best pictures from one of the most important days of our life.

My wedding!!!

I don’t even know where to begin. Larry is just exceptional. My wedding was Oct 13, 2019. And was dealing with Larry about a year in advance and let me say the whole experience was great! Any question I had he was always responsive so fast! He worked with us on everything that we needed. He made us feel comfortable in front of the camera as if we knew him for years! The day of the wedding Larry and his crew were so professional and captured EVERY single moment!! Not only did they take pictures and video ...ANYTHING I needed they would do it in a heartbeat. When I received all my pictures from the wedding I was in complete aw on how beautiful they were. Larry literally captured every single second of our wedding and it was brilliant. We basically could relive our wedding from the photos. The other day I receive our highlight reel and let me just say it completely exceeded my expectations. Just the highlight reel was phenomenal and we must have watched it 800 times!! We can only imagine what our whole length video will be like. Overall, Larry and his whole crew we’re professional and a complete pleasure. Their work is untouchable and we will DEFINITELY be using Ambassador in the future for other events. And I would recommend Ambassador to anyone!! Especially if they want perfection because that’s what they do! Thank you so much Larry for capturing our day. We can’t wait to work with you again in the future!

Stephanie & Giovanni Wedding!!

I was part of the wedding party for my cousin's wedding..Larry and his crew did a great job..They were always around but they did not get in our way and let us enjoy the party!! My cousin showed me the highlight reel and it looked awesome!! We are already planning the viewing party when they get the entire video. I would highly recommend them for any event. Great job!!

Amazing job!

amazing experience overall

Lawrence and his crew did an amazing job capturing the beauty and love of our wedding! From our engagement photos, to seeing the pics from our big day, everything came out absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Every moment was photographed and I am so grateful for that because I know I will have pictures that will remind me of my day forever. Not only was their work amazing, they were just a blast to have at our wedding! All of our guests and bridal party enjoyed having them around and that is so important because your photographer(s) will be spending all day with you! I cannot recommend Lawrence and his team enough. They were fun, professional, and the quality of their work is beyond anything we’ve seen. Amazing Photos!

Lawrence and Dave were amazing to work with! They are very thoughtful and made sure that every detail is in place to get the perfect shot. Our engagement pictures were great and I swear at our wedding they were everywhere snapping different moments while they came up. Along with all of that they are very funny and they know how to interact with people. We were honored to have them capture our memories and we couldn't have made a better choice.

I would highly recommend using Ambassador to do your wedding photography. Working with Larry was such a pleasure and I know from the first time I met him that he was our guy! He was prompt in getting back to us and answered all our questions. On our wedding day he made us feel at ease and although you hardly knew he was there at times, many of our guests even complimented how much fun he was at the reception! Lawrence and his team did an amazing job photographing our big day. He had great suggestions and the pictures came out beautiful! He also did a complimentary casual shot of us in the park several weeks before our wedding day. Lawrence is so friendly and a pleasure to work with. He assured this very OCD bride that everything would be great and he was right. Lawrence is also very easy to contact. I used Larry for our wedding photos in July 2018. He was a recommended vendor of our wedding venue. He was very professional and easy to work with. He gave us a complementary engagement shoot in our package so that he could get to know mine and my husband's personalities and get to know us better. He was very easy to get in contact with and responded to emails promptly. He gave us our good weather guarantee, and it did not rain on our wedding day until the outdoor photos were finished :) he was very prompt, patient, and kind. We had both our engagement photos and our wedding photos emailed to us within 3 weeks of our events, and we download and use them as we please. We would recommend Larry for any of your events!!

Larry, Dave & JR were so great to work with on our wedding day! All 3 guys were professional, yet personable and fun and really had a calming presence on our big day. From the moment I first reached out to him, Larry always replied to my (many) questions with lightening speed, which I really appreciated. I had sent over some photo suggestions and was so impressed with how the guys incorporated these suggestions and made the photos turn out so beautifully. We received our photos ahead of schedule about 2 weeks after our wedding and they turned out better than we could have imagined. Thank you so much for capturing our day!

Larry and Dave shot our wedding on May 4, 2018! They were incredible to work with and so much fun! They not only took great shots but they also took my suggestions and turned them into magic! They also work very quickly and got our wedding pictures to us about 2 weeks after the wedding! The pictures are gorgeous and exactly what we wanted! We would pick them again in a heart beat!

Lawrence is a very nice personable photographer! He is professional and affordable. His package includes an engagement session and photo choice of 8x10 or matte signage for the reception. The engagement session is in a local park near his house in NJ. The park is nice and the pictures are focused in areas of the park that are very picturesque. Our photos were beautiful but, my bra strap was showing in some of the pictures. I didn't realize it but, it was clearly visible in the pictures. The wedding pictures were great and the candids were excellent! The wedding pictures were not traditional but very nice. You should have a wedding planner or coordinator or point person to make sure you get the shots you really want. Lawrence does wonderful work for the price and he is not intrusive. The guests enjoyed the candids. We enjoyed the night! He gets many pictures but if you want the shots from the shot list you must have a person dedicated to helping Lawrence remember to get these shots. The time goes quickly so, if you want certain shots you need to make sure they get taken. Lawrence will take the shots you just have to ask /remind him. We were very pleased with his work! He sent the links to us in three weeks and a nice individual photo in 3 days! Can't complain about his work he delivered a quality product. We were just so busy we forgot some important pictures to take. He took them throughout the night but traditional mother daughter pictures we didn't get... Lawrence was a pleasure to work with overall! He captured our day and we will have these moments forever...

My wife and I made the right choice with going with Lawrence and Ambassador video and photography. We had a wonderful time on our big day and they were a huge part of it. Lawrence was always available pre-wedding to answer any questions. Our engagement shoot was so much fun! On the wedding day it was a little cloudy and very windy and we wanted to take outdoor photos and they were all for it. They had our wedding party laughing and captured some great moments. All in all a great experience and we would recommend them to any of our friends.

My husband and I got married on September 26th 2015 in Queens NY. Lawrence was absolutely wonderful from the first moment we met him. He understood exactly what we were looking for and made sure that we both felt comfortable and excited about every aspect of our wedding photography. We had an engagement session with him before the wedding and we couldn't have been happier about how those pictures and our wedding pictures came out. He is extremely professional as well as friendly and accommodating. Our only regret was not hiring his partner to be our videographer!!

Lawrence is a truly fantastic photographer! He captured so many wonderful moments from the wedding and the reception. Larry was a pleasure to work without through out wedding planning process. While I knew photography was important, I also wanted to find someone that my husband would be comfortable around. When we met Larry, we knew we had made the right choice. He has a way of putting everyone at ease which leads to great pics! the pictures from both our engagement session and our wedding were magnificent. I was so pleased with how they all turned out. The best part was that Larry was familiar with Ramsey Golf & Country Club. This helped us to avoid running around and taking pictures since he knew all the best places to shoot. My wife and I were just married this July in Ramsey, New Jersey. Larry was recommended to us through a family friend and we could not have been happier to have him as our photographer.

Larry is the perfect combination of professional and easy-going. He met with me and my wife prior to the wedding to talk about logistics for the day itself, the types of shots we were looking for, etc. We even did an engagement photography session with him beforehand which produced some great shots as well.

On our wedding day, Larry was terrific. We had a great combination of formal group photos and candid shots of the reception. Larry was able to seamlessly blend into the ceremony and party afterwards, capturing all the important moments you'd want to remember later, but without being obtrusive. He made everyone feel comfortable and the end results were everything we could have hoped for and more.

We'd recommend him without hesitation - a true pro!

My wife and I got married on June 6th. We used Ambassador to photograph and video our ceremony and reception. Lawrence and his brother did an incredible job. Here is the breakdown:

Ceremony:

We got married at St. Luke's Church in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ. Lawrence and his brother managed to capture the event with precision. His ability to get shots without getting in the way of the ceremony was incredible. During the ceremony, Lawrence and his brother floated around the church capturing the wedding ceremony, faces in the crowd and the critical moments (first kiss, entrances, exits etc.). In addition, Lawrence worked with the church to get some balcony photos of the ceremony.

Reception:

From what I understand, most wedding photographers stay at a reception until the cake cutting. They take the footage they have from the ceremony and part of the reception, splice is together and provide a finished product. Not Lawrence. Lawrence and his brother stayed for the entire event, captured all the dancing, all the joy and all the fun. In most cases, you want a party to have a natural flow without being interrupted by a floating camera. Lawrence and his brother accomplished this with flying colors. Ambassador has the ability to float around a party to capture the moments you want without ever feeling they were there. Such an excellent job.

All this said, the single best part of Ambassador is Lawrence. With all the moving pieces of planning a wedding, you need a calming influence who knows what to do, how to do it and when to do it. Lawrence and his brother are seasoned, well versed wedding photographers who knew what, when and how without ever having to be told. Very easy to work with, very professional and very friendly, I would recommend Lawrence, his brother and Ambassador Video and Photography to anyone.

Five Stars. Without question, if you have the chance to use Ambassador, you won't be disappointed.

Larry is an amazing photographer, His professionalism, patience and kindness exceeded our expectations. I am so happy Larry was there to photograph my event. My family is hispanic, and most of them speak broken english, Larry was able to gather everyone for a picture by speaking spanish! I was elated and so surprised he knew some spanish to help my family, and with that he was able to capture beautiful shots! Look no further, Ambassador Video and Photography did a great job, capturing a fun night! I love the pictures he took of me with my family, but I absolutely loved how he took his time to come early to my party to take pictures of the venue, and caught every small decoration detail in picture. It was a pleasure to work with Ambassador Photo and Video. Larry managed to be in all the right places at all the right times and didn't miss a shot. I also love that an engagement shoot is included in the package. It's so important to feel comfortable with your photographer on the big day, and having this engagement shoot really helped us reach that level of comfort. One other nice touch that I've never seen before, he grouped some of our pictures together to create animated GIFs. Such a nice little bonus!

Professional, experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and reasonable!
Five words to sum up Ambassador Video and Photography. From the moment we spoke with Larry we knew we were ready to book for our October 2014 wedding. He immediately responded to our emails, was easy to get in touch with, and even helped organize our wedding day timeline. We met in person to discuss our wedding style, vision, and budget. Larry offered plenty of insight and was tremendous in helping us to coordinate our day so that we wouldn't feel rushed, pressured, or overwhelmed. The day went flawless thanks to his advice! His staff arrived on time, kindly offered to assist with random tasks, quickly memorized our names, and easily took over 900 amazing photos! Larry was completely respectful to us and all of our guests. He pulled us at appropriate times for those essential images and then left us alone to actually enjoy our own wedding, unlike other photographers we've heard about. When your wedding party compliments you on your photographer you know you've done something right, 'That guy was awesome!'. Don't hesitate another minute! You are here reading this, now it's time to book! You will NOT be disappointed!

Lawrence literally saved the day as we were 2 weeks away from our wedding and without a photographer. Aside from wedding photos and video, we had a special request to take pre-wedding photos in 2 separate locations the week before our actual wedding date. Lawrence was happy to accommodate us and really went above and beyond. Not only were we thrilled with his services, our guests also remarked what a pleasure he is to work with. We highly recommend Lawrence and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Lawrence was a wonderful professional to work with in that he responded to emails within the same day on a consistent basis. He was very flexible and worked with our schedules. There were no hidden fees, and we believe we got some excellent images at a great value! Even my now husband was impressed at how quickly and efficiently he captured images. Our engagement shoot lasted about 40 minutes and he worked quickly on our wedding day so we could spend more time at the party with our guests as opposed to posing for pictures. He was a pleasure to work with and we'd definitely consider him again for our future photography needs!

I got both my photos and video through Ambassador and I could NOT be happier! The photos of my October wedding are GORGEOUS! They capture every moment and detail of the day! Lawrence was extremely professional and even remembered little things that I had said I wanted in our initial meeting (such as posed, formal seating family photos). He is also extremely artistic and has a wonderful eye for photos! We have so many beautiful photos, I don't know how we will choose what photos to include in our album! (He is also extremely prompt with getting the photos ready for us! We only waited a few weeks before we were able to see all our beautiful images!)

Lawrence, from Ambassador Photography, photographed our wedding at Ridgewood Country Club this past June.
He was the consummate professional and did a perfect job capturing our day. Lawrence managed to seem out of the way, while taking photographs that we’ve loved. He was able to help us remember the joy and love of our day, even though it went by in a blur. As we look back at the photographs we feel like Lawrence was able to truly show Mark and I as our best selves, completely in love and caught up in each moment.
Lawrence directed us in a caring manner and managed to control 7 bridesmaids, 7 groomsmen, 1 flower girl, 2 ring bearers, and 4 parents with grace and ease.
I recommend Lawrence for any professional photography, but especially for weddings. My husband and I are so grateful we found him.

My husband and I planned an alternative excursion wedding in New York City. We were married at the City Clerk's Office, strolled through the parks of old Manhatten, had our first dance to RnB buskers, walked the Brooklyn Bridge, and took a sailboat ride to the Statue of Liberty from South Street Seaport. Larry from Ambassador Photography captured every moment along the way giving us a fantastic album of traditional and quirky wedding photos that suited our special day. He showed us our images right away and gave us a variety of options for albums and prints. If you are looking for a wedding photographer who is also a photojournalist then Larry is your man!!

Lawrence was a delight and a breath of fresh air on such a crazy chaotic day! Lawrence worked with mine and my husbands "traditional" options, even if that meant putting himself at a disadvantage. Lawrence still delivered the photography he promised and he did it with a smile and laughter! We had young children in the party and Lawrence was able to get the pictures in between nursing, tired napless children, and was quick and direct! My brother will be using Ambassador Photography as well as anyone else I can recommend him too!! Fabulous job Lawrence!!!! :)

Lawrence photographed both mine and my sister's weddings and both times he was fantastic to work with! Our wedding day flew by in a blink and we were so happy to have our all of our photos ready for us two weeks after the wedding day. Throughout the reception we hardly noticed that Lawrence was there but were thrilled when we saw that he captured so many candid photos of our guests and small details of the wedding and the day that that we would have never remembered. I have recommended Ambassador Photography to all of my friends when they are planning their weddings and will continue to do so.

Lawrence made our wedding day so special on so many levels. He is so very kind, professional and was far from an "in your face" photographer. He took beautiful pictures with so many different beautiful poses and he is SO reasonable for the beautiful work that he does. I highly recommend Ambassador Photography for a wedding, or any other special occasion!

Lawrence was absolutely amazing. He took great shots...including the ones that I begged for, even though it was raining. All the photos came out incredible. Less than 2 weeks later and I already have my on-line link and disc to choose my shots. I have another event in December and will be using him again.

Lawrence was such a pleasure to have at our wedding! He took magnificent photographs that I will treasure forever. He's such a kind and easy-going man, who gets the job done! He was understanding of a situation where part of our wedding party couldn't be there for photos and worked around that until they were present; he adapts well to unplanned situations- which was definitely accomodating to our wedding! He arrived early to my house to take photos before we went off to the Church and was so kind and grateful to be a part of our special day. Such a wonderful addition to our wedding, it made the photographs and moments that much more meaningful. I definitely recommend his work!

Lawrence is fabulous!! Everyone in my family loved working with him. He was so kind and supportive. He moved us efficiently through all of the posed shots and took lots of great candids as well. I'm not one who enjoys modeling, but I felt completely comfortable working with Lawrence. I have three sisters, and my parents have already said that we will be hiring Ambassador again for their weddings!

I got married on April 19 2014. Lawrence and Dave were awesome!!!! They made a very anxious bride very comfortable and were great with my family and guests. They were so accommodating and made everyone comfortable. Also I got my pics in a week I was really happy!!

Amazing photos

Lawrence and his brother from Ambassador photography were recommended to us through our venue. Photography was very important to us because we wanted to make sure the day could be re-lived through photos and videos. We booked him after hearing great things from our venue and multiple wedding websites. We loved how professional and personable he was during our engagement session so we knew he would be perfect for our special day. He kept in communication leading through the day of the wedding. For the day of the wedding he arrived promptly and was extremely energetic and excited to capture our day. He was running around all day in order to capture the moments and he definitely did. All the photos he took are amazing quality and definitely allow me to re-live my special day every time I look at them! I highly recommend him.

Larry was fantastic with dealing with the ups and downs in our sechedule. I think we had to reschedule our engagement session three times. And Rob was awesome for our wedding. He took the most beautiful shots and listened to our suggestions. I love my photos!

The best thing about Larry is his temperament. He is fantastic with people -- a very likeable, easy-going, stress-free guy -- who clearly knows his stuff. I had immediate comfort in meeting him, because I knew he could handle all of the personalities and stresses of the day, with ease. And I was completely correct. I thought he was pricey (though I believe his prices have gone down - lucky you!) but his work is good, he was on time, and everyone loved him. He delivered a DVD with all 500+ wedding pics to my door in under two weeks, so I had it in my mailbox when I got back from the honeymoon. What fun! I agree he is sometimes tough to get a hold of, particularly over email, but ultimately he does get back to you. He forgot to take pictures of two tables at my wedding, but overall I was very pleased with his work. Cannot speak to the thank you cards or album yet, as that will take some time.

Larry took beautiful pictures on our wedding day and was a pleasure to work with. I have recommended him to several friends since our wedding. The value of the packages was very competitive considering the quality of photography and after-finishing that Larry does. It can be difficult to get in touch with him after the date to arrange albums and prints, but if you're patient, you eventually get in touch. He also supplied all our pictures in high-resolution jpeg files so we can get prints from wherever whenever we want. A huge plus!
