11/10 Transportation
These guys were so professional, on-time, and honestly just very sweet and kind. We booked the vintage rolls, a shuttle bus, and a party bus for our wedding and all 3 drivers went above and beyond for us. The shuttle bus driver was a huge help especially with my grandmother who was using a wheelchair. He helped my family get her in and out with ease. The rolls driver helped my husband and I while taking photos, whether it was holding my dress, driving to a different location for a photo, or holding a door open. Can't recommend them enough for transportation! -

My now husband and I went back and forth so long on whether or not it would be worth it to hire someone to drive us from our wedding reception back to our hotel for the night and I can say now that it absolutely was worth it. It made things so much easier not having to have a friend or family worry about driving us home and it gave us time to soak in the moment and just talk the two of us after a whirlwind day. Our driver Steven was so easy going and even joked about how my mom was being protective telling him he better get us back to the hotel safe. -

We used Ambassador to shuttle guests to and from the hotel and the wedding venue. We had some challenges with construction for the Super Bowl prep and guests all leaving at the same time, but it wasn’t anything Ambassador could fix. Their drivers were professional and helpful. -

This company treated me right, I initially booked them and they had an issue with the limo I wanted, they gave me an updated limo for the same price. Then after discussion they realized I paid for full service and didn’t want to stop and instantly gave me a credit as it didn’t sit right that I was paying that much with her. They were punctual and made the ride very comfortable. -

Solid company!
Ambassador limos was amazing to work with. The were super accommodating to some last minute changes in schedule the day before the wedding. They have a solid fleet of high end vehicles that us, our families and bridal party all enjoyed. -

My husband Joel hired this company for the after party transportation let me start by saying if I could give them ten stars I would be happy to do so! This company and their people were such a pleasure to work with. I had a hiccup with another limo company before the wedding, and had to reach out to Ambassador with short notice. They made the transition over so easy. They worked with me and understood the situation and respected that. The drivers were polite and professional, especially the driver that put on Tupac for my dad and I on our way to the church to help soothe some nerves! Such a wonderful experience! -

Andrea Sent on 06/20/2013Company was wonderful. Price was the most reasonable I found. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful in my selection of vehicle. I rented a Cadillac Escalade since it was just taking the bride and groom to their hotel. In fact, they were probably the one vendor I did not call to re-confirm the reservation, but they were there...right on time. The driver was very polite.
I recommend them without reservation.

Jessie Sent on 12/20/2009The car was sooo beautiful, Mike our chauffeur was a true gentleman. I went with the 65 Rolls, the extra money was worth it. You should see the pictures! We traveled down Howard by the Army Reserves base and were saluted by onlookers. It was truly special. -

The limo was beautiful the driver was nice until he thought we were running late I paid for the limit till 5:30pm then he started rushing us at 5pm also they charged me over 100 dollars more than they told me and of course now that my wedding is over they won’t even return my calls
