We were so impressed with this vendor. Their sales manager responded to my wedding wire request right away, and when my fiancee and I stopped by unnanounced, he went out of his way to treat us to lunch and show us around the whole hotel, rooms, suites, venues, restaurant, etc. They all tried so hard to work with our budget and make his venue the most competitive price and service in order to win our business. We were treated like kings and queens! Everyone was so helpful and kind, and willing to reduce prices to meet our budget!! Highly recommended! Definitely a top notch hotel!

The Ambassador Hotel in downtown Wichita, KS provided us with an elegant venue for our daughter's wedding ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner. Expert wedding planning was a huge bonus with choosing the Ambassador. The entire staff was so gracious, helpful, and professional. The food served at the reception and rehearsal dinner was outstanding. Overnight guests and the wedding party had nothing but praise for their accommodations. Next morning family and close friends gathered in the spacious Rock Star Suite on the top floor of the hotel for brunch. This is where the newlyweds stayed overnight and where the bridal party got ready for the ceremony. We were able to get ready in the hotel, do photography, and have the ceremony, dinner and reception, and stay overnight all in one location. Most importantly the staff was always ready to meet our every need. The Ambassador exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
