Everything You Could Hope For!

I don’t think that I can even begin to describe Alisha’s amazing talent. Stunning comes to mind, but the beauty she created on my wedding day far surpasses that word - everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. You will surely want to book her for your wedding or event as she truly brings the vision you have to life. I got married a few months ago and I still look back on our pictures with excitement and appreciation. Alisha knows what she is doing, her communication is fantastic, and she walks you through the entire wedding planning process with ease and clarity. I especially appreciated the vision board she created for us leading up to the wedding so that we had a visual of everything put together. Her work and talent blew me away!

Alisha is wonderful!

As my daughter’s first wedding anniversary approaches and I think back on that day, Alisha always comes to my mind. She was amazing and was there with us every step of the way! She gave us excellent advice, was so organized and was in constant contact with our vendors. She and her assistant turned what could have been a stressful weekend into a wonderful and memorable one. She always told me “don’t worry, I’ve got this.” I didn’t and she did! We were able to have a beautiful wedding and fun reception because Alisha had everything under control. I can’t imagine planning a wedding in the midst of this pandemic, but I know if you have Alisha and her team by your side it will all come together and be the wedding that you’ve dreamed about.

She put us at ease!!!

Alisha and her assistant Brittany are one heck of a team. They strike the perfect balance between encouraging your decisions and using their expertise to make their own suggestions. This wedding season had many stressors— last minute venue cancellation, global pandemic, to name a couple. There was not a moment where I did not feel so much more at ease knowing Alisha was in control and would do everything she could to make this wedding everything we dreamed it could be. And let me tell you— she did. Not only is she extremely talented at what she does— planning, coordinating, designing— but she has such an eye for things. I didn’t feel the need to guide her much on small details like decorations or organization of the reception venue because I knew her eye of things would make for a beautiful event. She delivered everything and more. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone who wants to have an easier wedding planning season. She’s got the knowledge, the connections, and the experience to make your day the most beautiful day it can be. I know mine was.

Every single detail of our wedding - from coordination to decoration was absolutely flawless. From start to finish, Alisha was a lifesaver - continually going above and beyond. She was always a quick call, email, or meeting away if I had any questions. She knows her stuff well, has great vendor connections, and a ridiculous talent for florals. She helped my groom and I create the wedding of our dreams in less than 4 months time. She also kept us under budget which we greatly appreciated.

On our wedding day, Alisha and Brittany didn't miss a beat. Everything was more beautiful than we could've ever imagined it would be. As we reflect back now, we wouldn't change a single thing. They took such amazing care of us. Myself, my groom, and both our families were able to truly enjoy every moment that day, without any stress or worry, because we knew we were in the best hands with AMW! Thank you Alisha and team! Amazing Moments came in at the last minute and saved my wedding

As a graduate student trying to balance wedding planning with finishing a degree, I can confidently say I was in over my head. I had not even considered a day-of coordinator because it wasn't in our budget--until we met with Alisha. We met with her six weeks before the wedding because we still had no idea how anything was going to get done day-of. She was able to take my incredibly specific, detail-oriented vision and simplify it without ever compromising on what I wanted, and she was able to deliver high quality without us breaking our budget. She and her team artfully helped decorate two venues with tons of decorations, all while making sure everyone in the wedding knew what to do and when. She coordinated with all of the other vendors and made everything happen. My wedding would have been a disaster without her, but she was so accommodating and affordable. She even took care of everything for us after we left the reception to ensure that we did not lose our security deposit (in spite of having to herd an inebriated wedding party). She took care of all problems that day so that I didn't even hear about them until the days after our wedding (for example: we ran out of white wine by 6:30 and I never even knew!). I honestly was not an easy bride to work with because I had such a specific idea of what I wanted, and the specific idea was elaborate, but she took on a HUGE challenge in a short time frame and made my wedding perfect so that I could enjoy the day instead of stressing about it. We are so grateful to her and her team and HIGHLY recommend them. I only wish I had booked them sooner so that she could have absorbed my stress way earlier in the process.

An Amazing Rehearsal Dinner!

Alisha helped me plan an out of town Rehearsal Dinner for my son. I cannot say enough about how amazing she was to work with. Every little detail complimented the venue and our vision for the night. In addition, she kept the party running smoothly and was there for whatever we needed. Alisha is such a caring person whose goal was make sure our family and friends had a lovely, memorable rehearsal dinner. Guests had nothing but complimentary things to say. It made me feel so good to know they had a great time. That was my goal. Thanks to Alisha, I was able to enjoy my day and evening stress free knowing everything was taken care of. I could not have done it without her. I very highly recommend Amazing Moment Weddings!

Alisha was by far the best decision we made. She saved us probably more than triple anything we paid her. She made our wedding day run smoothly and stress free. Alisha did the florals for both my bridal portraits and my wedding (and my SIL's wedding!) and her artistry and quality for the cost can't be beat! For the wedding, she did small floral arrangements to adorn various signs and my cake, a greenery installation across a fireplace mantle, a hairpiece for my flower girl and me, my bouquet, and a boutineer.

Alicia was easy to work with and always flexible- both with meeting to discuss the florals and when it came down to delivery and set up. To guarantee that we were on the same page, she had me link her on my wedding pin boards and she delivered well beyond my expectations. She also has a variety of cases and decorations available for rental at incredible prices.
You won't regret booking Alisha for florals or for planning your big day. She's affordable, budget conscious, and a joy to work with!

Alisha was absolutely amazing! She worked around my schedule to meet with me to discuss plans. She answered all of my questions and gave me great advice along the way. The flowers for my wedding were everything I had hoped for and more! Alisha also took care of my day of coordination and decorated my reception venue. We could not have done it without her! i got married this past April, and to start with wasn't really planning to use a wedding planner at all. I was going for the diy/trying to save my parents as much money as possible thing. I bought lots of random items to use for the wedding and knew basically what we wanted- just weren't sure exactly how it was going to fall into place. My mom knew Alisha and suggested we meet with her about flowers, so we could at least check that off the list. I told her my vision for the wedding and she had so many ideas from the get go. I knew we had to have her help plan the rest of the wedding too! Anything I was stressed about or not sure of, she had an answer for. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful! She and her staff did a wonderful job with every detail. Amazing Moment Weddings is the best! I would recommend them to everyone I know!

Alisha was so wonderful. She did the flowers for my wedding. They came out beautiful and she gave me such a good deal. She's great to work with, and as I am sure I was not always the same, so I am so grateful for her professionalism and patience. Our entire experience with Alisha at Amazing Moments was wonderful! We had a tight budget and she was able to work with us to provide beautiful flowers within our budget. Alisha and her staff of Terri, Susan and Brittany are just the best.

They are extremely professional and everything was truly wonderful. A guest dropped their glass and my dad joked that Alisha swooped in and caught it mid air and the crisis was averted. The entire team was this way about everything...totally on top of the event and with everything under control! She also has a strong team of vendors that came through like champions. I loved the stationery company and the catering company especially. They totally understood our vision. And on top of everything, she created beautiful and cleverly designed floral elements. Our venue looked breathtaking and was everything my daughter imagined "come to life".

But their greatest trait is keeping everyone calm and moving forward. Thanks for that especially. My guests and extended family complimented Amazing Moments and how special they made our wedding.

Alisha did a wonderful job decorating for my wedding ceremony! She was my florist and also my "go-to" for decorations in my church's contemporary-style alter. She made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. Alisha did an amazing job picking out the flowers for my bouquets and arrangements. They were beautiful and one of my favorite parts of the day. I loved working with her!

Alisha is awesome! I only sent her two or three photos for inspiration for my flowers, and she did a great job of putting them together. I am clueless about floral arrangements, but she made it easy. She let me know ahead of time that she would do her best to get a particular flower from her supplier, but that if it wasn't available in February she would tell me in advance. True to her word, she let me know in advance and gave me a beautiful substitute.

The boutonnieres for the groomsmen were great as well! My husband and his friends love fishing, so I wanted a little hook incorporated into the design. She said "I'm up for a challenge!" and it turned out great! Everyone at the wedding complimented them and the boys loved them. They were simple but perfect - not overdone or tacky at all!

Overall, I would recommend Alisha to any bride! She gave me a great price, and was very timely in response. I never actually met with her in person for my wedding, but met her when she did a great job at my best friend's wedding. She had everything laid out and ready at my venue whenever I arrived. With Alisha, I didn't have to worry about a thing!

If you want an awesome wedding planner and florist, Alisha is the way to go! She took control of everything so that we did not have a single thing to worry about on our big day. She was always 2 steps ahead of every concern and question that I had and was very thorough with her planning and decorating! For everything that she did, she was wayyyy underpaid! I would recommend Alisha and Amazing Moment Wedding Flowers to anyone going through the wedding planning process or in search of a florist!

Alisha was absolutely FANTASTIC. Our wedding day would not have been as beautiful or been coordinated as smoothly without her. It was like a dream when I walked down the aisle. I was amazed at how beautiful the ceremony was. She decorated everything for our outdoor wedding, including the pews, aisle, cross, fence, reception, etc. She helped us choose the most beautiful flowers, plus she brought many other things we used for decorations, including burlap table runners, jars, vases, candles, and so much more. She exceeded my expectations in capturing my vision for the wedding. Not only did she do our flowers, but she also helped coordinate on the wedding day. She made sure things were done the way we wanted them, she helped hurry things along if we were off-schedule, and she was so kind and friendly to everyone. We even have a beautiful picture of her wiping the groom's tears after he danced with his mother!

Her services were so VALUABLE and 100% worth the money. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her.

Alisha was amazing. When we entered the venue the flowers took my breathe away. She worked with us to ensure that we stayed within our budget and offered alternatives to control cost. the day of the wedding she stepped in to assist when the day of coordinator had an accident. Alisha went above and beyond to assure an amazing wedding day. We could not have been happier and will use and recommend Alisha for all future events.

We cannot express in words how pleased we were with the service Amazing Moments provided for our daughter's wedding. We wanted very simple floral arrangments inside and outside. Alisha Millwood made simple very elegant and beautiful. Her responsiveness to our needs was immediate. She came with creative ideas and listened intently to our ideas. Blending the creative minds and ideas provided an atmosphere that will always have a lasting impression in our hearts. We will use Amazing Moments in the future for all of our celebrations.

Alisha provided fabulous service and my flowers were gorgeous! I didn't have to worry about a thing! She also was great about working with a budget range I gave her and got me the flowers I wanted. Thanks you so much! My wedding was perfect and my flowers were GORGEOUS!!!

We used Alisha for flowers only. Even if you do not need full wedding services, check to see if she is available for flowers. Ours were beautiful and very affordable compared to other vendors we contacted. She made suggestions so we stayed within budget and was very patient with us during our decision making.

Alisha is very organized and extremely helpful during all the planning. She took ideas I gave her from Pinterest for flowers and gave me exactly what I wanted. My only criticism wasn't even something I (the bride) noticed but something many people at my wedding brought to my attention later which was that they were a little upset by the aggressive and "rude" commands given to them throughout the night. But I never noticed it and I was grateful that she kept things on track and was the bad guy so I didn't have to worry about anyhing that day.

Did not get what was promised.

I was extremely disappointed with the wedding planners. Alisha and Brittany were rude on multiple occasions to me and my parents insisting they had things under control of getting mad at us for trying to do thing ourselves.. thank God we did because they did a half job on pretty much everything. There were many things that they promised at our wedding that never happened. The church was not as expected. We were promised large trees that would cover certain aspects of the chapel and they turned out to be small sparse trees that were too short to even be seen.. also they drapes large plastic pots with cheap fabrics it it looked terrible. Also the tables at the reception they promised garland on the tables there were no decorations other than brass candles that was it.. she also promised a sign for our memorial table that never happened either had I known we could have brought one. I was just overall extremely disappointed in the decorating. They insisted they had things covered and they didn’t.. i have them plenty of pictures for inspiration and they told me they could make it happen and it was definitely a Pinterest fail. I honestly could have done everything better myself. I would definitely recommend getting a wedding planner just not this one.
