10/10 Would Recommend!

We cannot praise Amalie enough for making our wedding day look flawless! She is is beyond talented and doesn’t settle for anything less than perfection. Not to mention that Amalie & Jeff are such cool people — we felt like they were our best friends by the end of the night. Amalie was very responsive, professional (but fun!), prompt and she had great relationships with our other vendors, which was a huge plus. Never have I ever felt so calm in front of a photographer. We would 100% use them again and would recommend Amalie Orrange Photography to anyone. Thank you so much for making our wedding day so magical ✨ We even received our entire wedding photos collect back super early and it’s so hard to choose a favorite!

Best photographer ever!

I always believed that the most important vendor I hired for my wedding was going to be my photographer. The wedding lasts a day, the pictures last forever! When it was finally the time to plan my wedding, I thought it would take me so long to find the perfect one. But then I came across Amalie's work and FELL IN LOVE! Her photos are pure magic! And she is the sweetest, too! My husband and I were nervous about how we would look in pictures, but she made us feel so comfortable and kept it so fun! Her husband Jeff is also a gem! They both made our wedding day stress-free because we knew they were going to get the best shots, and it felt like they were friends, not vendors taking pictures of us during some of the most special moments of our lives. I cannot recommend Amalie enough!

Absolutely phenomenal

I honestly have no words to describe how phenomenal Amalie and Jeff are! We loved our engagement session and then right before our first wedding date it was pushed back due to Covid. Amalie felt like a sister and was there for me every step of the way! She answered my texts, calls and emails very quickly (for the entire time, from meeting until even after our wedding) and gave me suggestions and recommendations for every part of our wedding, not just photos. She has so much experience and shared a lot of great insights. You can clearly see from photos how talented she is but the behind the scenes is what really sets her and Jeff apart from others! We were amazed at how quick we got images back! Amalie and Jeff are so fun to work with and really made us feel comfortable and like naturals in front of the camera :-). Amazing Experience

Amalie is absolutely amazing. I will first begin with her communication. When you book Amalie, you have her absolute attention. It doesn’t matter if your wedding is this year, next year, or in two years. She treats every bride as a priority. I booked her 18 months before my wedding, and she responded to every email/phone call/text promptly. The next area that just blew my mind was her delivery of images. I got married 10 days ago, and I already have all of my photos! They turned out absolutely gorgeous. Her delivery turn around was the same with my engagement photos. My husband and I also had a blast getting to know Amalie and her husband Jeff. We had actually met them at my sister’s wedding and fell in love with their personalities. They work so well together and really make you feel comfortable. Amalie is like a personal cheerleader for you as well. She makes you feel so confident and shows you images as she takes them. Photography was a really important aspect for me when booking vendors because the images will help me relive that day forever. Choosing Amalie was the best decision I made, and I will forever cherish the memories she captured for us.

Amazing in every way! The whole package!

I cannot not express how thankful we are to have chosen Amalie as our photographer! From day one she was so incredibly responsive and helpful! She went above and beyond as a photographer. Talented and friendly! Amalie is the best!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amalie. I first met Amalie at our consultation, and I immediately knew she was going to be our wedding photographer! She has an incredibly kind and warm demeanor that instantly made me feel comfortable, like I was chatting with a friend. What better feeling could you ask for when hiring someone to be part of the most important day of your life? Our wedding is still 4 months away, but we have done our engagement session with Amalie. From the day we took the photos, throughout the editing process, and even months later, when I decided to edit a few more things, Amalie was super responsive and right on top of my request! I'm looking so forward to seeing what she does with our wedding day :)

Amalie is the BEST!

Where do I even begin! My husband and I (and our guests!) cannot stop talking about what an amazing job Amalie and Jeff did photographing our wedding! If you are looking for a wedding photographer, just stop looking right now and hire Amalie. From the initial communication process, to the preparation throughout, to the incredible service day of, we can confidently say we could not have chosen a better photographer! Amalie and Jeff made taking pictures FUN, effortless, and quick, and we were blown away to receive a sneak peak the morning after our wedding! There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Amalie and Jeff are. They are the epitome of professionalism and quality. We loved every second of working with them from our engagement pictures session to our wedding. They are so easy to work with but the best part is how easy and comfortable they make you feel the whole time. The poses and instructions are never awkward and they let you be yourself. When we got our pictures back, they looked so unbelievably natural and just how I always pictured our wedding photographs would look. And on top of them being so amazing, we received all of our pictures in just two weeks! I cannot recommend Amalie enough and will go back to her for every life event that we want photographed in the future!

It has been a real pleasure working with Amalie. I chose her after falling in love with her online portfolio. Her prices were higher than the other photographers that I had looked at, but in my opinion completely worth it for the level of professionalism and care that she puts into her work. Having excellent wedding photos was one of my highest priorities, and she certainly delivered! I purchased the 5-hour package which was perfect for our small wedding of 35 people.

I booked with Amalie a year out from our wedding. She sent us a welcome box that included recommended vendors (we chose our wonderful hair/makeup artist from her suggestion!) and a booklet explaining the process for taking family portraits, etc. which we found very helpful. Closer to our wedding date, she had us fill out a comprehensive questionnaire so that she could construct a timeline and know if we had any special photo requests. She also collaborated with our venue and day-of coordinator to make sure the timeline details were right.

On our wedding day both Amalie and her husband Jeff came to shoot our photos. We had a lot of fun working with them both! They kept us and our guests relaxed and laughing for photos, and also kept us on track with our timeline. The directions that Amalie and Jeff gave us were very clear and all of our poses look so organic in our photos, not to mention the great use of lighting. Only a few days after the wedding, Amalie gave us a sneak peek of our photos and told us the rest would be ready in 6-8 weeks. She worked hard to end up getting our photos to us much sooner than that, and we absolutely love how they turned out! We've shared our online gallery with our guests and they are likewise thrilled with all of the special moments (and some funny ones!) that Amalie and Jeff captured from our wedding. After going through the experience of planning a wedding, I would make the same choice to work with Amalie if I had to go back in time and choose again!

Amalie and Jeff are AMAZING! I can't explain how much I love our wedding photos. We even did an engagement session with Amalie, and those photos are stunning as well. From minute one on an introductory phone call, I instantly liked Amalie. Her photography style is exactly what I was looking for: a modern take on a traditional photo, almost editorial. Amalie was with us through the whole wedding journey, coaching us along the way. She helped me select outfits and venues for our engagement shoot and on the day of our wedding, she literally carried a bag of cough-drops for me since I had a cold. I cannot speak highly enough of Amalie and Jeff. These photos are something we will cherish forever.

What more can I say than- beyond my every expectation. From the beginning, when Amalie and I had our first conversation, I knew that I did not have to worry about my wedding photos. My husband and I decided to also schedule our engagement photos with Amalie, and her awesome husband, so that we were totally comfortable with them on our wedding day. Scheduling our engagement photos with Amalie and her husband was the BEST decision we made- other than booking them! We had a blast and by the end of the session felt as though we had known them for years! Amalie was extremely quick to respond to emails, very kind with all of my million questions, and helped guide me with what to wear for photos, little details for the wedding photos, and much more! Amalie is amazing. From the booking to the delivery of the photos everything was flawless, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Amalie and her husband Jeff have such a calming way about them, they went with the flow even when we were running a bit behind, and made us feel remarkably relaxed and natural during our first look. My family is huge and like herding cats, Amalie and Jeff were so patient, and organized, when it came to taking the family portraits. They went over and above and delivered the (absolutely gorgeous) final product to us in less a month. Wouldn't have wanted anyone else to capture our day. :)

If you’re looking for a photographer and have found Amalie and Jeff, look no further! As we were planning our destination wedding, we researched upwards of 10 photographers in the area and couldn’t find the right fit. Somehow, we stumbled upon Amalie’s website and immediately noticed that their creative and bright images were just what we were looking for. This was before we even discovered how amazing Amalie and Jeff are as people! They are professional, creative, kind, down to earth and calming, which is extremely important on your wedding day. They work SO great together and it shows in their pictures. We were also extremely impressed with how quickly we received our beautiful images. They quoted 6-8 weeks and we received everything within 2 1/2! We absolutely loved having Amalie and Jeff capture our special day and are so thankful we found them. Among all of our vendors, this was by far the BEST decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process.

There is no way I can adequately describe how special Amalie and Jeff's work is. Their talents are truly incredible, and the love and care they put into their work shows through so clearly. I booked Amalie after she and Jeff photographed my sister's wedding last year. I had never seen such beautiful wedding photos, and they were so easy for my sister to work with that despite my living across the country, once I got engaged I booked them immediately.

The photos that Amalie and Jeff take speak for themselves - but their professionalism, work ethic, and flexibility truly make them some of the best out there. Once you book with Amalie and Jeff you are welcomed into their "AOP Family". Amalie sent me a welcome note and some goodies which made me feel so special. More importantly, Amalie sent me a full questionnaire months before my wedding so that she could get a better sense of how the wedding day would flow and what is most important to me for her to photograph. She wanted me to note any family members, traditions, specific shots that I wanted, anything important to me was important to her. And on the day of, she had that in front of her and she didn't miss anything!!

Amalie also worked SO well with my other vendors - from my wedding planner to my church, Amalie made it easy on me by communicating directly with them so that everything went smoothly on my wedding day.

On top of that - Amalie and Jeff turn around a sampling of your photos within the first few days so that you can at least get a teaser of what will be coming - this was so special for us and made waiting for the rest of the photos so much easier!!

Hiring Amalie was easily one of the best decisions that my husband and I made for our wedding - and the results are beyond what we could have expected. It was a perfect day, and because of Amalie we now have photos that capture exactly how special it really was!

Amalie and Jeff were an absolute dream to work with! From the beginning, Amalie reached out to me to ask if I needed help with any wedding planning and sent me her recommendations for vendors. I know she works a lot of events, especially weddings, but she made the entire experience feel special and unique! She was very flexible to changes we made last minute and responded immediately if I had any inquiries. On the day of the wedding, she knew exactly where I needed to be and at what time--much like a wedding coordinator and photographer in one! Jeff was also a delight to work with the day of the wedding. He was always smiling and having fun with our bridal party and families.
Our sneak peak pictures were sent to us the Monday after our wedding which was a pleasant surprise! And our entire portfolio was available 2 weeks later! We have many gorgeous memories to keep forever to remind us of the best day of our lives!

Amalie and Jeff were fantastic to work with and took the most beautiful photos of my wedding! Seriously, everyone who has seen our photos has said they belong in a wedding magazine—they really do top-notch work. They kept us on schedule to the minute, basically. And they got us our photos SO QUICKLY after the event, it was amazing!!! Amalie and Jeff are seasoned professionals—there is no doubt of that. They are experts at their craft and of the ins-and-outs of the wedding industry in Central Florida. Amalie was incredibly helpful in the planning stages, as well. She provided vendor recommendations and expert advice on where to go for the first-look, family portraits, etc. They are also awesome people—very sweet and genuine and make you feel super comfortable in front of the camera, so that is a huge plus. I absolutely LOVED working with Amalie at Amalie Orrange Photography, she exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to a wedding photographer. I came across Amalie’s work on Pinterest and was drawn to the light, airy and romantic feel to her photos. After our initial phone call I instantly knew I had to have Amalie as our wedding photographer. Amalie was extremely flexible and wanted to ensure that we received the best photos possible. After 30 minutes into shooting our engagement photos, it started pouring and lightening, Amalie told us that we should reschedule and when it came time to do our re-shoot we were given the full allotment of time for the engagement session. This blew my mind as I know some places would not be so accommodating and would take that initial time from the second session. This just shows that Amalie is a perfectionist! After our wedding we received a sneak peek of some of the photos the next morning, which was amazing to wake up to! Our full gallery was returned to us while we were still on our honeymoon, which made for great reminiscing of the best night of our lives! I would have no hesitations in recommending Amalie Orrange Photography as a wedding photographer, she is absolutely AMAZING!

Amalie and her husband Jeff were an absolute JOY to have photography our engagement session and most importantly, our wedding. They made us feel so comfortable and at ease while taking photos and the quality of the photography is outstanding. When looking for photographers, it was really important to me to find someone who didn't over-edit. I didn't want the photos to look fake or orange or fuzzy. I wanted them to look natural and clear. Amalie gives you that and more. She is so talented and we are beyond thankful that we went with her. She uses natural light and knows the right spots around the city to give you exactly what you're looking for. When she gave us our final gallery I was in awe. She's the best of the best!

I knew that when I got married one of my top must haves was AMAZING PICTURES. I found Amalie while googling a wedding photographer.....after seeing her work and talking to her, I was done! Amalie and Jeff's level of professionalism is just amazing. My fiancé - now husband is so not into taking pictures - but Amalie and Jeff and just FUN and they make it so easy to take beautiful photographs. Amalie was the very first vendor I booked - and I do not regret it! I fell in love with their style of photography and how easy going and fun to work with they are. Her and her husband Jeff make it feel very natural to be in front of the camera and not like you are "posing". The very next day Amalie emailed over a sneak-peek gallery with images from our day - it was so fun to be able to look at some pictures so soon! Hiring Amalie and Jeff as our photographers was one of the best decisions that we made in our planning process. Amaile was recommended to us by another bride that used her for their wedding. Naturally, we sought out and met with Amalie. We fell in love with Amalie’s personality and her style of photography. We scheduled our engagement session with them as well. This allowed us to get sneak peek of how shooting with her was and the quality of our photos. She’s so great to work with – she makes the shooting process relaxed, fun and natural, and SO easy. Her and Jeff do outstanding work. Her husband Jeff is the second shooter, who brings a great style as well. He’s also easy to get along with, and offers some more nontraditional shots and angles which is nice. We were so happy with the quality of the images that she took – she’s creative, attentive to detail, and precise. We truly enjoyed having Amalie and Jeff be our photographers: they’re professional, positive, fun to work with and extremely good at what they do. From the first time I met with Amalie I knew I was in great hands. Not only are they awesome photographers, but also so helpful with recommendations during the planning process as well. When it came to our wedding day, Amalie and Jeff made everything SO easy. We also did our engagement photo session with them. They make taking photos seem so natural and not awkward/overly posing like I thought it would be. And on top of that they are just so sweet and funny. They had us laughing the whole time :) Definitely the best decision we made! When we look through the photos of our special day, it is like reliving the day all over again. They did an amazing job capturing the day for us. They are THE BEST. Definitely highly recommend!

Amalie and Jeff were such a joy to work with. We booked them almost a year and half before our wedding because of how many wonderful things we had heard about them. We're so happy we chose them to photograph our wedding. The pictures are beyond beautiful and were edited and ready for us within 2 weeks. Amalie even sent us a sneak peek the day after so we didn't have to leave for our honeymoon empty handed!! It was such a thoughtful touch!! Amalie was great to work with from beginning to end. She wasn't pushy and worked with us to come up with the right photo package for what we wanted on our wedding day. Amalie and Jeff did a great job on the actual wedding day too! They put us at ease during the photo shoots (we are a bit camera shy), they were professional, and genuinely friendly. Our photos were ready to go much sooner than we expected! They were of excellent quality, nicely edited and every picture we had asked for was achieved. What can we say about Amalie Orrange! If you are looking for a photographer for any type of event, but especially for a wedding, you need to go with Amalie and her husband Jeff. They were the first people we signed a contract with and we are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with them. Amalie and Jeff photographed our engagement session and our wedding, and not only do they do unbelievable work, but they are two of the most easy going, coolest people to hang out with. Amalie and Jeff are absolutely amazing!! Words basically can't describe it. Once I got engaged and had secured the date/venue, the very next thing I did was start looking for a photographer. As a bride who had heard horror stories from some of my friends regarding their photographers, I knew that having a professional, reliable, and fantastic photographer was the most important thing for me to secure. Luckily, I found Amalie. From the moment I met her, I knew she was perfect. Not only were her images STUNNING, but she was so kind and sweet. We purchased a package that included engagement photos. I absolutely loved getting this pre-shoot with Amalie and Jeff, not only because we got amazing pictures but because we got to know them and become comfortable with them. On the day of our wedding, they were perfect. Punctual, professional, and the most calming presence ever. Amalie is so fantastic. We were coming from the UK to get married so organising things from overseas could have been complicated but Amalie was so helpful that it never felt stressful. As someone who hates having their picture taken Amalie made it fun and after the first minute or so I just stopped feeling self conscious- I had complete faith in her skills and I was not disappointed. Our final photos arrived only a week after our wedding and they are beautiful. We couldn't have wished for a better photographer. Amalie is so wonderful I can't recommend her enough!

Well what can I say? no need to consider any other photographers, book her, book her now! Choosing a photographer was the MOST important part of planning our wedding and once I met with Amalie, I knew right then and there I did not have to look any further. Not only is she (and her husband- we just love the duo!) absolutely AMAZE-BALLS at what they do, they just make you feel total comfort. Let's be real, who doesn't want that comfort level with their photographers? I know I'm not a fan of "posed", overly photoshopped photos and with them that's not what you get. They capture you the way it should be and can we talk about that natural lighting, omg! As you can tell, I'm beyond happy with our choice. Aside from marrying my husband, it was the best decision we made for our wedding! We made friends for life. We love you Amalie & Jeff. :)

If you are reading this: BOOK HER NOW!! Amalie and Jeff were absolutely amazing!! Amalie was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible throughout the entire planning process. I am stunned how well our photos came out. Amalie and Jeff did an excellent job giving us direction for all of our poses to make sure that we got the photos we wanted. They were absolutely stunning. It's incredible how the two of them work... as we were focusing on Amalie taking our photo right in front of us, Jeff would pop out from the bushes and show us another incredible angle he got of us!! Amalie really went above and beyond in all aspects- from fanning me during our shoot (it was the most humid day possible!!) to even bustling my dress when the wedding coordinator couldn't figure it out! She saved the day!! While we may not have made the best models, Amalie and Jeff definitely caught the most incredible photos of our day- and had them ready for us so quickly!! Not to mention, they were really fun to work with! I know they book up fast, so if you have the opportunity to hire them, you will not regret it!

Amazing, truly amazing. When you really think about it, the wedding photos are what remains after the long, fun and sometimes crazy day. And after all the work you put in to planning your special day, you want to have beautiful pictures to look back on that remind you of those special moments and memories. That is exactly what Amalie and Jeff have done for us.

I knew based on seeing their other work, our pictures would turn out well, but they completely exceeded our expectations. We are still hearing rave reviews from family and friends.

Through all the steps along the way - from our engagement session to the first look, the ceremony and the reception, Amalie and Jeff captured the most perfect shots even better than I had imagined. Words cannot even explain how thrilled I am that I was able to have Amalie capturing such great memories for my husband and I. My friend used her a year earlier for their wedding and the photos turned out amazing- there was no doubt in my mind this is who I wanted to photograph our wedding.

She and Jeff were so easy to work with, they made us feel completely comfortable and walked us through everything. They went to our church before the day of the wedding and scouted out different places to take photos. They have an amazing eye.

I hired Amalie & Jeff to photograph my engagement session and wedding ceremony in downtown Orlando. This was probably my best decision ever made! Amalie and Jeff were so easy (and fun) to work with. They made the engagement session extremely laid back and the photos were absolutely breath taking! We used the engagement photos for our save the date magnet, wedding website and thank you cards. I cannot say enough about Amalie and Jeff and I’m not even sure where to start. They took our unique, personal residence outdoor wedding, and made it a work of art. Photos were the most critical part of my entire day, as with many brides, and choosing them was the BEST decision we made. It has been almost two months since my wedding and I am still drooling over my wedding photos that Amalie took. She and her husband, Jeff are an amazing team and such a delight to work with. Not only do they take freaking GORGEOUS, DELICIOUS, BREATH-TAKING photographs, but they have an amazing work ethic and are extremely professional. From day one of meeting Amalie, she makes you and your wedding feel unique and special, and not like you are just another bride. She also does a great job communicating. Amalie and Jeff are amazing! They are so easy and wonderful to work with. Through all of our wedding planning they were so helpful providing ideas, timelines, and even recommendations on other vendors. They really got to know us and made sure our pictures reflected who we are as a couple. They captured so many great moments from our wedding and we are truly impressed with their talent. Every step of our wedding planning with Amalie was easy and sweet as pie :) Amalie is always quick to response to any questions, almost always less than 24 hours. Her professional expertise is an asset to have along the journey to your wedding day, whether it be vendor referrals, timeline planning, or which length if sparkler to order (maybe that was a bit much :) ), she was willing to give me her best advice! When you meet Amalie and Jeff its like meeting old friends. They are relaxed and keeping you laughing, all the while capturing magical images.

Besides AOP's work speaking for itself (check out their website, blog, and Facebook page if you haven't already!), I truly can not express how happy I am with my engagement and wedding day pictures. I am still hearing comments about how gorgeous our pictures are. I can also tell that AOP takes great pride in their work because they are constantly having their work published in blogs and magazines. (Both our engagement session and wedding day were published!)

Amalie was always very quick with our picture turn around time. Even posting picture only hours after leaving our wedding and having our personal photo gallery website posted the night we came home from our honeymoon! All of our images, edited, organized into albums and uploaded to share 10 days after!

It was a pleasure to work with Amalie and Jeff! From their professionalism to their artistic eye, they were everything we could have hoped for in our wedding photographers. They made the entire experience of traditional, posed pictures effortless and very enjoyable, and they even stayed late when things ran long. These alone would be enough to recommend them highly, but the stunning sample of photos we have received thus far prove their superiority as photographers. The images are incredible, and we could not be more pleased with the artistic imagination displayed in them. We are so excited to see the rest! It has been just under two weeks since my wedding, and to my surprise I just received my gorgeous photos from Amalie Orrange Photography! I am absolutely blown away by the beauty, love, laughter and joy that was captured by Amalie and Jeff. This husband and wife team are so very easy to work with and simply fun to be around. Their talent is obvious when working with them, and the results are amazing! Amalie does an amazing job of providing "sneak peeks" throughout the process. We had at least 2 photos posted on facebook the same evening as our wedding! It was so fun to be able share our moments with friends and family instantly. Amalie is organized and right on point with the applications and technology she uses to share her work. I am 110% satisfied with everything from our engagement photos, rehearsal/rehearsal dinner and wedding photos. The best thing I did is let Amalie and Jeff run the show by trusting their experience, and as a result we have fantastic photos that we will cherish for a lifetime.

Amalie, and her husband Jeff, were a pleasure to work with. Amalie is very professional and organized. She was recommended to us by a friend. I learned that she has been a photographer for many years but a wedding photographer for a few. Her amazing photos are well beyond that time frame and she has the accolades to go along with them. That says a lot. Amalie guided us through every step of the process and what to expect on our day. The day of the wedding, working with both of them was smooth sailing. They helped us relax and enjoy our photo time in an otherwise hectic day. If our guests were not waiting for us to make our entrance into the reception, we would’ve probably spent all evening taking photos with Amalie and Jeff.

I live in Chicago and had to pick out a photographer from states away. My mother-in-law found Amalie on Facebook, and after looking at her pictures, I knew we had to book with her. The first time I spoke with Amalie she was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt so confident in her, that I booked her services right away. From that point on, we communicated via email. She was always available to answer any questions and give advice. Almost always, I received responses on the same day! In addition, we also found two of our other vendors through her.

I met Amalie’s husband, Jeff, on the day of our wedding. He was very down to earth and welcoming as well. One of my concerns was having no idea what to do while being photographed! It can be an awkward experience! However, Amalie and Jeff were very direct and guided us through all of the shots. They told us where to look, how to stand, etc. They were patient and made us feel very comfortable while doing so. Amalie and Jeff work extremely well together and complement one another.

Another great thing about Amalie, is that she uploads sneak peek pictures on Facebook after the wedding! In addition, I received all of my wedding pictures in less than a month!

Now, onto the pictures! Our images turned out unique and breathtaking. They are not the “typical” wedding photos that I did not want. They are shots that you look at and can remember exactly how you felt at that moment. They really captured our excitement and love for one another, and I could not be happier. I am forever grateful!

Amalie Orrange is the best wedding photographer in the universe! I am a photographer myself, so choosing a wedding photographer was number one on my to-do list when I got engaged. I searched online and kept seeing her photos on my favorite wedding blogs, so I looked her up and met with her in person pretty early on in the planning process. I was surprised to see that not only was her portfolio the best that I'd seen, but she was also quite affordable. It's very important to "click" (no pun intended) with your wedding photographer. We knew after meeting with her for five minutes that she would mesh well with our personalities as well as being like-minded in style. Amalie and her husband/lovely assistant, Jeff, lived up to all of our expectations and more. They killed it on our engagement session and that just gave us that much more confidence and reassurance for our wedding. They were extremely organized but totally laid back and non-stress inducing the entire time before during and after the wedding. They were always there catching the key moments, but never overwhelming or pushy (as some photographers can be). We feel like we made the best decision of our entire wedding picking Amalie Orrange. She and Jeff are folks you definitely want as photographers as well as friends! That's how awesome they are.

I cannot express how amazing Amalie and her husband Jeff are. They shot our engagement photos and it was a bit of a different theme... We did a Mad Men (1960's) shoot and they were awesome. Had great poses for us and captured the light to perfection. They are also so easy to work with and so down to earth. We felt so comfortable with them the whole time. I would highly recommend them!

I can not Thank Amalie Orrange Photography enough for making our day 100% perfect for me and my husband, and our families. Both Amalie and Jeff made us feel so at ease the entire time!!! I was running late and Amalie just laughed and snapped photos as we sat in my bedroom, adding our final touches. Im a HUGE family person and it seemed as if she and Jeff fit right on in!!! This is actually a really hard review for me to write because I'm not sure if I can adequately put into words how wonderful Amalie and Jeff are. But here goes nothin...

From the moment I sat down at Starbucks to meet with Amalie, I knew we clicked. I booked her about a year out, and throughout the year, I was so excited every time she posted photos from a wedding she and Jeff had recently done, because each time, I was more blown away than the last. Their style is just exactly what we wanted. They are so creative and they steer clear of those "typical" poses that just aren't us.

On the wedding day, they were on time and everything just went so smoothly. They caught all the little details and moments that I want to remember forever. After the ceremony, we went to a large conservation area that Amalie helped me find and it was beyond perfect. I can't even begin to explain how amazing our photos are. All of my family and friends are just in awe over them. Amalie and Jeff captured my husband and I in a way that I wasn't sure would be possible.

We had so much FUN with Amalie and Jeff. And I feel like that's not always an easy thing to do on such an intense day. They made us feel relaxed and truly brought out the best in us. Their work is incredible and I just can't say enough about them. In 10, 20, 50 years, all you have left is memories and photos. I am SO glad we chose Amalie Orrange Photography to give us those memories to keep forever.

Stef and I were given a engagement photo shoot by our family and friends as an engagement present. I have done family photos all of my life but nothing compares to Amalie and Jeff. They were professional, fun, outgoing and made Stef and I feel relaxed and really enjoy our time during the shoot. I've never had a better photographer and would reccomend them to anyone! I hope they like Canada because I want them for our wedding. Amalie and Jeff are AMAZING and I look forward to working with them again. Not to mention the pictures turned out unbelieveable!

Words can’t explain how great Amalie and Jeff are.
When we began our search for a wedding photographer, we met with quite a few other photographers before we made our selection, and just when it felt like we might not ever find what we were looking for…we found Amalie Orrange. After looking at her website, we decided to set up an appointment to discuss what we wanted out of our wedding pictures. Five minutes into the conversation we knew we had found just the right person to take on the task.
It was very important to us to have our engagement pictures taken in our hometown, and Amalie had no problem making the two hour haul to us to get exactly what we wanted. Our engagement pictures were wonderful and we received them so quickly. Amalie and Jeff were genuine, funny, and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. However, as great as our engagement pictures were, I can’t express how WONDERFUL our wedding pictures turned out. Amalie knew exactly what we had envisioned and we are able to tell our entire story through her photographs. Amalie was always just a phone call, or email away and she was always so quick to respond. She even posted a few wedding pictures to her Facebook page the night of our wedding! We were able to share them with friends and family the day after our wedding before everyone went their separate ways. The following week, we left for our honeymoon, and she posted dozens of pictures on her blog, and we were able to enjoy them every step of the way.
Aside from being amazing photographers Amalie and Jeff are such great people. They are professional, caring, and will always exceed your expectations. There is no doubt in our minds that anyone else we would have chosen to photograph and be a part of the biggest day of our lives would have come up short. We sing their praises every day and we are so blessed that we were able to find them. Amalie and Jeff truly made our day so special and we will always remember everything they did for us.

Amalie was one of the best vendors I worked with for my wedding. During the planning process, I told my husband numerous times I was so thankful I didn’t have to stress once about the photography. We knew we were in great hands and that Amalie would take care of anything that came up or needed to be discussed leading up to the big day. She was so attentive during the whole process and would check in periodically and just showed me she genuinely cared.
On the big day, Amalie and Jeff worked as a great team and we have so many gorgeous photos. Family and friends are still talking about the pictures. They truly captured the emotions and moments of the day and we are forever thankful for their amazing talent, help, and friendship. I don't even know where to start!

We are so unbelievably obsessed with the way our pictures turned out! We knew from day one that choosing Amalie and Jeff was the right decision and it just proved us right after viewing our photos. Not only did the photos turn out amazing but the two of them work so well together and make you feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole day!

We took Amalie's advice on doing a first look and so happy that we did! It was an amazing and intimate experience before the craziness and it took nothing away from the excitement of walking down the aisle.

I stumbled across Amalie's photographs on style me pretty a website used to help inspire brides. I immediately fell in love with her images. After looking into several different photographers in the Orlando, Florida area I knew I had found someone special. Her photographs are beautiful and timeless. She has an amazing ability to capture all the details and special moments you want to cherish forever. My husband and I had a destination wedding in Orlando, Florida on November 8, 2012. Although we were unable to meet with Amalie before our wedding day we felt at ease the entire time working with her. She is extremely helpful, sweet, and professional. All of our emails, phone calls, and questions were quickly responded to making the whole entire process stress-free. After meeting her in person for the first time on our wedding day she was warm, charming, and made us feel extremely comfortable. I have nothing by amazing things to say about my experience both with Amalie Orrange and her team. I had the pleasure of working with Amalie for my wedding in New Orleans this past November (2012). You will not find a more professional, enthusiastic and talented photographer in the industry. She and her team are extremely easy to work with and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable at all times. She was responsible for all aspects of the photography on the day of the wedding, from taking the actual pictures to handling the logistics of moving a large wedding party to various different photo locations. Her expertise in planning was apparent and resulted in the wedding day staying on schedule which is of course no easy task, even for an experienced wedding planner. I have worked in the Special Events industry for over ten years in both New York and San Diego. I have come in contact with many photographers and wedding photographers. Amalie’s ability to catch the important details with a unique eye is breathtaking. Her use of light, color and contrast puts her head and shoulders above any other photographer I have worked with in my career. Without Amalie and her team have no doubt that our photos would not have turned out as gorgeous as they did. Throughout the entire planning process Amalie was always early, extremely organized and beyond excited about every detail of my special day. Both her and her team went the extra mile to make sure they captured every idea I had and added a million more which resulted in some of the best photos I have ever seen, even in high profile publications. Amalie’s unique ability to preserve a moment in time is something I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a photographer. Amalie’s work is AMAZING! We hired her to do a ‘Mad Men’ themed engagement session and we were thrilled with the results. We decided to do the shoot in the afternoon to take advantage of the sunset and pretty surroundings in Winter Park, but unfortunately we got horrible weather. You would never know the weather was bad looking at Amalie’s photos! We actually hired Amalie after visiting her blog and seeing how well she was able to shoot with natural light, and really liked the soft, airy look she was able to portray. Given the weather, we were forced to shoot mostly inside and make the most of what little sunlight there was outside. Amalie and Jeff were able to adapt quickly and use what light was available to make the pictures look astounding. They were also able to make a stressful time seem lighthearted and really disarmed my fiancé and me to where we could focus on each other and have a great time. Besides being extremely talented, they were funny, personable, logistically very clever, and extremely helpful when thinking about poses that we had not initially planned on. I would highly recommend Amalie Orrange for any occasion, and would hard-pressed to find a better photographer in the Central Florida area!

Amalie recently photographed our destination wedding on July 9th, in Cocoa, FL.

We found her online, did all of our communicating via phone and email, didn't meet in person until the big day, and still she managed to effortlessly 'get' our vision for the day and quickly fell into step with us and our family like she was an old friend.

Working with her was fantastic. Some of our favorite things..
1. She was excellent with communication.
2. She was consistently 'excited' with us about the wedding and made us feel many times over that she was grateful and happy to be working with us and a part of our special day.
3. She was extremely professional.
4. She took time to ask about any family ups and downs so as to not create any awkward moments in photographs. (a big help in a divorced family)
5. She brought positive energy with her to our wedding day.
6. She was fast on turnaround after the wedding, getting us sneak peak photos in less than 48 hours.

There are many more wonderful things that could be said and truly not one criticism comes to mind. We would recommend her without hesitation.

Amalie was so easy and fun to be around not only on our wedding day but throughout the entire process of planning and getting ready for the day. Every bride has a list of shots you probably want on your wedding day and I did as well, but more than my husband and my greatest desire was that the people and the emotions and memories of the day would be captured. As I looked at some of my favorite work of Amalie's and found out they were ones where the bride gave her the most creative freedom, I knew I could trust her with capturing our wedding. Amalie was super quick to respond to my emails and on top of talking through different elements of the day that I had forgotten about. Throughout the entire process I completely trusted her and that if there was information she needed that I had forgotten about she would let me know! The day of, she was so easy and fun to be around while at the same time very professional. Her husband, Jeff our 2nd photographer was just the same. They were an incredible team to work with! Amalie made sure I had gotten all of the shots I wanted throughout the day and captured every shot that we had asked her to capture and more. As my husband and I looked through our photos we both felt like we were re-living the best moments of our wedding, from the facial expressions she captured to the important people in our lives that she made sure to document. She created some unique and fun moments with our bridal party and with kids at our wedding which was so fun to see the impromptu shots that came out of our day. We are so thankful to have found Amalie and Jeff, they fit in seamlessly with our wedding party and everyone loved them! I would highly recommend Amalie as your photographer!

There aren't enough kind descriptive words in the dictionary to describe the amazingness that is Amalie and her photography! My husband and I spent endless hours looking through websites of other photographers, seeing the same thing over and over again. We were exhausted and discouraged. Photography, to us, was one of the most crucial parts of our wedding. These images are going to be the reminder of your day for the rest of your life ! If it was possible to give Amalie all the stars in the world, we would! She is such an amazing and creative person to work with! Every single one of our photos came out so beautiful and she went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. She has an eye for beauty and it translates through her work.

Our original photographer had canceled on us within 6 months of the wedding. At the time it felt terrible to have to scramble and find someone else, but in retrospect I am so fortunate the original photographer canceled because Amalie is perfect for us. She captured our day exactly how we imagined, hoped for and then some! Her husband Jeff was a 2nd shooter for the day of our wedding, and it was so nice to have all the photos of the guys getting ready. They make a funny, smart, kind duo, which helped with my groom's nerves because like most men he is not as comfortable with the camera or spotlight.

We just got back from our honeymoon and Amalie has already sent us the disc of all our images! Only 2 weeks after the wedding! We received a ton of photos as well, more than I ever could have imagined.

Image after image you can clearly see that Amalie cares so much about what she does, and not only has that but understands what you want. We cannot stop talking about how talented she is, and how much we love the photos and her. My whole family included! My mom told me she is so happy that Amalie is our photographer, and I couldn't agree more! She is such a genuine, nice person, someone you would want to make a friend with, because she is so darn sweet. Then there's the fact she is incredibly awesome at what she does! I'm surprised she doesn't have some kind of cult following at this point. I might just inspire a movement!

I am so happy we trusted her to capture all the beauty and essence of our wedding. Quite frankly, I don't think anyone could have done as eloquently in translating our story.

Amazing work~! I LOVE all of my photos! She is so sweet, professional and lightning fast. It was truly an honor to have her as my photographer. She always answered her phone and any e-mail or text was answered almost as soon as it was sent. I am so impressed by her and know you will be too! I highly recommend Amalie =)

Amalie was the perfect photographer for our wedding. She pays close attention to detail and captured all of those special moments that I would have forgotten. Amalie was very professional and quick to respond to all of my calls and emails.

We found Amalie after a long search to find a photographer who shared our vision. We knew we didn't want the "typical " posed shots, and when we saw her work we knew we would be a great match! Amalie and Jeff are great photographers that put use at ease and made our day fun.Amalie sees beauty in the smallest details and takes pictures that truly told the story of our day.Amalie is a great find and I would recommend to anyone looking for a photographer.

Finding Amalie was like stumbling across vintage Chanel on the clearance rack at a thrift store: super lucky and definitely worth the search! Despite the Chanel reference, my husband and I are a pretty laid-back, casual couple and were not particularly excited about the hyper-stylized, cheesey poses typical of most wedding photographers. However, when we saw Amalie’s portfolio and met with her and her lovely, mustachioed assistant, Jeff, we knew she had a gift for GENUINELY preserving her subjects, which is exactly what we wanted. Working with us through the entire planning process – family drama included – Amalie went above and beyond to ensure she really understood our visions, no matter how scatterbrained I’m sure they seemed. On my wedding day, I was stressed (borderline grouchy,) but relaxed the second I saw Amalie. She made sure my wedding party, my family, and I were where we needed to be, when we needed to be there, and that we were comfortable and having fun the entire time. My husband and I had the most amazing wedding and reception and, as I told Amalie, I could not imagine trusting anyone else to capture those special moments. Amalie Orrange Photography should be required at all weddings!

Amalie was fantastic! She took some bridal pictures of me and I was blown away with ALL of them. She took the time and helped me pose and feel very comfortable in front of the camera . I would definitely recommend Amalie Orrange Photography to another bride.
