  Steve and Wei Wei at AM Tours were so helpful and great to work with! I coordinating transportation with them for our destination wedding (from the mainland) and they were really responsive and flexible throughout the whole process. The bus showed up right on time (actually a bit early) and transported guests to and from the reception with no issues at all! Highly recommend!!

  Honestly I can't recommend Steve and AM Tours enough. I contacted them rather last minute (roughly 4 weeks before the wedding) and they were extremely responsive and gave a very reasonable quote. On the day they were early to pick my guests up and everyone was very complimentary of their service. Highly recommend!

  Heartily recommend! Needing charter transportation for 20 folks for our wedding rehearsal dinner, I was so pleased to connect with Steve at AM Tours Hawaii! They were incredible - very speedy with a price quote, followed up to see if there was anything else I needed to make a decision. Communicative as we designed the itinerary - and even made an advance recon visit to one pickup location to confirm the best spot to meet the van - AND sent pictures to ensure we were all on the same page! Our driver Kapena was punctual, friendly, and professional. Thank you to Steve, Wei-Wei, and Kapena for your help in making our event seamless and worry-free!

  AM Tours was great at my Brother in Laws wedding. Steve was very responsive and very professional. The drivers were also on time and professional. They transported the wedding party from the rented beach house to the venue and came back to pick them up. It was comfortable ride, the drivers were super cool and the bus was SICK! It's especially nice to see how well kept the buses are, especially when you see other tour buses rolling up next to you. It was fit for a wedding. I highly recommend AM tours for ANY type of event. We will definitely use them again, possibly for a night out on the town!

  AM Tours were a fantastic transportation company. Super responsive, arrived early, and very nice drivers! We kept them out late to get everyone home from our after party and everyone got home safe.

  Steve at AM Tours provided an EXCEPTIONAL service! The transportation logistics for our wedding was not planned until the week before and Steve was so accommodating and was able to get us the right size buses that we need. The itinerary and communication was spot on. I couldn’t thank AM Tours enough for making one thing less stressful on our big day!

  Overall the service was good. The driver took care of the guests, and the bus was clean. But the bus did leave early from the pick up, granted he went back to pick up the people he missed, but that along with us having to call at the end of the night to make sure he would arrive on time was a minor hassle. Otherwise, great service at an affordable price.

  Driver with bad attitude

  I’m ratng this vendor on my interaction with the driver. Upon arrival at my resort, he did not call to notify me that he was outside waiting for me When I called him, he did not answer the phone call but then he returned my call with an attitude. When I went out to the car, he continue to have a very unprofessional attitude with me. At the end of the evening I gave him a tip which I now regret. I think his behavior was terrible and therefore he did not deserve a tip. . As a result I was late to my wedding. As far as dealing with the company itself, there were no issues.
