My Daughters wedding

Always Impressive the perfect name for this company and these two ladies Maria & Angie. They are quick to respond to emails and phone calls. My daughter and I picked out her wedding invitations there. They were gorgeous.
Our guests called to say that they never saw anything like them and that they were beautiful. It was really nice to hear.
This can be an overwhelming process.
We put ourselves in Maria's hands, and she patiently guided us. We quickly realized, we definitely made the right choice coming to Always Impressive.
They are a pleasure to work with sweet, helpful, patient, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend

Timeless and Elegant Invitations

Angela and Maria have been extremely helpful to me. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance and support! My guests loved the beautiful work that Angela and Maria did. My invitations came out gorgeous! After my wedding, I’m framing my wedding invitation and other stationery pieces I purchased from Always Impressive so I can cherish them forever. Classy and Stylist Invites

I found this company at a bridal expo and was excited that I could go in person to hold the options in my hands. I am a person who receives an invite, responds, takes a picture and throws it away. I knew I wanted something simple, elegant and especially something that didn’t break the bank. Angela was wonderful to work with from my initial appointment to all of our edits and proofs, she was not bothered by my questions, listened to what was important to us, and made it happen. The white shimmer paper and velvet jacket was sturdy and perfect! They came out great in our detail photos as well.

Amazing Service and Work

Maria at Always Impressive is BEYOND IMPRESSIVE. I had a last minute emergency with our day of wedding stationery and Maria jumped in to help us out and did a fabulous job. I had ordered my wedding day stationery from another provider and they sent half of it and then went MIA. It was 4 days before my wedding and I was panicking as I needed a back up plan if it didn’t show up. I called up Maria and explained the situation and she immediately told us to stop by and she would see what she could do to help. We didn’t have production quality PDFs but she used the PDFs we had from our order approval and managed to recreate everything we needed in 3 hours. It was unbelievable what she did to help someone who literally popped in out of the blue. We were so thankful for her help and impressed by her work that we decided to order our thank you cards from her. I wish we would have used Always Impressive from the beginning. Life would have been a lot less stressful!!

Friendly, easy and absolutely stunning work!

All I can say is how amazing my experience was and how beautifully everything came out! My sister found Always Impressive 5 years ago for her wedding and absolutely loved working with them so it was a no brainer for me to use them. The amount of compliments I received on our wedding invitations was no shock because I knew exactly what I was getting when going to Always Impressive. Angela is such a sweet person and make this part of the process fun and easy especially with having over 300 guests at my wedding! Don’t waste your time trying to do it online… GO TO ALWAYS IMPRESSIVE! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Maria & Angela are amazing! They were such a pleasure to work with! They helped with my bridal shower invitations along with my wedding invitations and all Of the additional paper that was needed for the wedding. Everything came out incredible. Maria was unbelievable. She is the sweetest and funniest person, and did an excellent job on our wedding invitations! She is so intuitive and was able to really get in my head to bring my vision to paper, and was available whenever we had questions or changes. We were even driving from Queens to Westchester to meet with her, and it was so worth it!

Great price for local wedding stationary and great owner!

Great service and great price! I worked with Maria for my invitations, tented escort cards, and welcome to wedding sign. She was so friendly and helpful every visit and walked us through all the many different options. She made a stressful time a fun experience. All of the products I worked with her on turned out great. She took the time and patience to make them exactly how I had envisioned. For a great local business with great prices, and a friendly owner, Maria is the best choice!

Maria was incredible from the start, so personal and really took the time to sit with us and help us find the perfect invitations for our wedding! Of course, with COVID there were changes to our invitations and Maria was wonderful and patient with us and helped us get everything done with as little stress as possible! Great experience, friendly staff, and very reasonably priced!

My fiance and I purchased our invitations from here. We had an amazing experience! The invitations are gorgeous! The pricing was very reasonable. We had an issue where the double-sided tape we used to seal the envelopes wasn't fully sticking. We reached out for help and they fixed all of them for us. I highly recommend Always Impressive and will recommend them to anyone looking for invitations for any event!

A+ Service !!!

We recently mailed out our New Year's Eve wedding invitations and have received so many compliments so far! Maria and Angela were so great through out the whole process to ensure the invitations came out exactly as we wanted. They didn't pressure us into spending extra money on unnecessary details, which was appreciated. They were both super responsive and even stayed late to complete our invitations so we could mail them out on the day we wanted. I will definitely be going back to them for future needs... was a pleasure working with them!

The BEST place for all wedding needs

I started my invitation search online with minted and just couldn't pull the trigger as I was frustrated with the lack of flexibility in design and the inability to communicate directly with a coordinator for proofs. A friend recommended Always Impressive and I went there just to get ideas immediately was sold by the customer service. Angela took me through the albums and was honest and realistic when it came to discussing options within my budget. We ended up finding a design that I loved 1000 times more than the minted design and the best part was I could customize anything I wanted and had someone to guide me through the wording and process. After picking my design I sent Angela the wording and she had me a proof within 24 hours! Angela even reworded some of my invitation to make it sound more traditional and elegant. Picked up my invitations the other day and couldn't be happier they were stunning the quality was spot on. I was even able to get 100 invites for the same price minted was charging me for 85. In the end, it was all worth it, because nothing compares to good customer service.

Always Impressive - Literally!

I am so happy to have found Always Impressive. I worked with Maria and her team on my wedding invitations, menus, and place cards, which tied all of the elements together. Maria and her team were so helpful in giving different designs, and options, and and working with me on my budget. I received so many compliments on the invitation which really set the tone for my wedding.

With so many options out there it can get difficult to narrow it down, but I cannot thank Maria and her team enough for all their help in making this such a seamless experience!

Wonderful!

From start to finish, my experience with always impressive was exceptional. When I first arrived at the shop for my appointment, I was warmly greeted and got right to work designing the invitation of my dreams. They had so many samples to look at, truly something for everyone! I was able to simply pull parts from a few samples that I liked and put them together to make my invitation perfect. The woman I worked with was present enough to inform me of the typical wedding invitation standards and made sure I actually liked what I had decided on, but once I confirmed my decision eagerly accepted it and started the ordering process. The ordering process was just as seamless, done in person to make sure everything is clearly understood and no mistakes were made since the invitations were so customized. Once the order was placed, the invitations came exactly when they said they would and I was overjoyed with how they turned out - perfect! I also ordered custom napkins and place cards from them. Since they already had records of what font I used and because I had chosen ones with a premade template, I placed this order over email. This ordering process was just as easy as they were very responsive. Again, the napkins and place cards came out just as I wanted! I highly recommend Always Impressive, every aspect of my experience with them was stress free, personable, and overall impressive! I will definitely return if I need any more products of the sort.

The first time I went there I spent hours in the store looking at as many invitations as I needed to before putting together the perfect wedding invitation for my wedding. Always Impressive- Best Invitations in Westchester!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working with Always Impressive on my Engagement Party invitations- They certainly live up to their name! Angela, Maria and the team were so easy to work with- they were patient, kind and helped me to execute the exact invitation that I wanted. The invitations themselves were exceptional in both design and quality. Every step of the process was so thoroughly communicated and any questions I had were answered right away. They were responsive and so easy to work with - overall an excellent experience and highly recommended! 5 stars does not do justice- I will certainly be back for my wedding invites!

Always Impressive- cannot say enough!

I worked closely with Maria and her design team on all the printing associated with my daughter's wedding. From guidance on paper quality and size, font, ink and design, the elegant invitations, envelopes and reply cards set the tone for an elegant occasion which carried through to all the printing produced for the event- welcome letters, ceremony programs, menus, place cards and miscellaneous signage. In addition to elegant and creative design services, the attention to detail, responsiveness and flexibility through shifting and short notice timelines made what might be considered a stressful experience very pleasant.

Awesome Vendor!

Maria came to the rescue and saved my behind for our wedding in August. My other vendor fell through because her printer broke and Maria was able to help me start from scratch and design our all of our wedding paper needs at a great price. Everything came out beautifully, we were so excited with our final products!

We had a wonderful experience working with Always Impressive. My daughter and I had a definite idea about what we wanted for her wedding invitations: traditional, elegant but with a touch of the contemporary. Maria and Angela helped us find just the right paper, colors, size and typefaces to achieve the look we wanted. We were so pleased we had them print our programs, menus and place cards to coordinate. Always impressive was absolutely amazing!! I worked closely with Angela and she was such a breeze, very on top of everything keeping me in the loop with constant emails daily back and forth. With every proof i noticed errors i made myself and she continued to deal with all my changes with a smile. I will use them for any and all events i need invitations for. I did my save the dates, invites, church pamphlets, and a seating chart board for my wedding which came out absolutely gorgeous!!! I worked with Always Impressive for my wedding in September and I could not have been more pleased. My invitations were affordable and they were beautiful! I got many compliments from my guests on how unique and elegant my invitations were. The customer service was excellent, someone always answered my emails right away. They were also meticulous and ensured my invitations were exactly the way I wanted them and that my address list was correct. They even found a typo in my address list that I had missed. Working with them made me confident that my invitations would be perfect. I went back to them a few weeks after I got my invitations and got my place cards. I was treated with the same excellent and speedy service, my place cards were ready in no time, and matched my invitations! I would highly recommend them for any wedding! Thank you always impressive!

I went to Always Impressive based on reviews that I found here on Wedding Wire and am I glad I went! Always Impressive has so many different styles and option of invites (as well as other items you may need)! They are willing to work with any budget and price range! Our invitations came out better than I ever imagined. The staff there is amazing... Angela is on top of everything and such a dream to work with! I'm so in love with our invites!

Maria helped me select the perfect place cards to compliment my table setting at my wedding venue. She had my place cards done in a timely manner and when I discovered I had made a spelling mistake she had the replacement place card ready for me the next day and didn't even charge me. I would absolutely recommend Always Impressive to anyone for any occasion! We knew we did not want one of those online-type brush script invitations, and this place did not disappoint. Angela and Maria run the show. They were not only knowledgeable, but they had great ideas and wanted to know as much about the wedding as possible in order to help pick just the right thing. Even once the invitations were printed, Angela gave us great advice about what to do when we bring them to the post office and hand stamping them, which I would never have thought of. She even referred me to a florist and photographer! We will continue to work with her for thank you cards, tags for the gifts, the table place cards, and any future needs!

The women here were incredible. Maria and Angela were totally on the ball. Everything they made for us was beautiful and made in a very timely fashion. They let my daughter pick what she wanted and only if they thought if something might be improved on did they send an alternate proof. We bought thank you cards, the invites, table numbers, menus and a poster for the wedding party ( instead of programs). Everything was perfect. Maria will go the extra mile. In fact we realized two days before the wedding that we had lost a place card. Maria cam in the Saturday night of July fourth weekend and made another. We literally picked it up at nine at night. Can't say enough about these women.

My wedding was covered to every detail.
I received more compliments on the invites and the table seating board than the DJ, Band, Venue, Photographer, Photobooth or anything else.
My only criticism is the vast amount of choices you have to create any invitation means it will take an extra week or two to figure out what you exactly want.
All the girls there are great and they will now do my thank-yous.

At a time in your life when stress levels run high (AKA planning a wedding!), the best thing you can do for yourself is seek out vendors who will go out of their way to make your life easier: enter Always Impressive. Maria and Angela are simply the best - no comparison. I had somewhat of an idea of what I thought I wanted for an invitation when I went to the store but by the time I left they helped turn my vision into a reality. The keen attention to detail and level of service was above and beyond. Not to mention I received so many compliments on the invites - they were absolutely gorgeous and all I ever wanted!

Amazing experience, took out a lot of the perceived hassle we assume would come with invitations, and really showed us the best options for our interests/budget without needing hours of searching on our end. Would definitely use again for any invitation needed events, cant recommend them enough.

Maria and Angie were fantastic to work with!! They dealt with myself, my mother, my sister, and my husband picking out invites - all with a smile and laughs. We needed table setting cards, each attached to decorated cloth bags containing gifts, for our son's wedding reception. Working with Maria and Angela to create our Wedding Invitation was an excellent experience. Before visiting them, I was overwhelmed with all the different choices. Angela sat with me and explained all the details, helping me create an invitation that was a perfect reflection of us. The process was so easy. I received numerous compliments on how beautiful it was, and I could not have been happier! I also used their beautiful table numbers and card box, along with a stunning "Mr & Mrs sign" that were all nice touches to our room. I had met with an invitation vendor before coming to Always Impressive and all I heard was everything that the vendor could NOT do. When I had my consultation with Maria I felt like the possibilities were endless! Maria and Angie really pay attention to the things that catch your eye and I'm amazed at the way they're able to remember the smallest details that I mentioned. Life got in the way and I got so distracted and Maria made sure to get in touch with me to remind me to come in to make the order so that I would have my invites in time. My invites could not have been more perfect and my place cards and menu cards really complemented the theme.
The thing that I really loved about Maria and Angie was that they were so personable throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with our choice in working with them.

I highly recommend Always Impressive. I was looking to print unique customized cards for our candy bar display and also place cards. Having worked with Maria in the past printing invitations for our meetings I immediately thought she would be the best person to contact for my niece's Sweet Sixteen. I met with Angela to discuss our needs for the event. She made the process an easy one. The place cards were impeccable and beautiful. The cards for the candy bar display were definitely unique and connected all the items I had carefully selected for our theme. Angela also helped me select the perfect ribbon to decorate our candy jars. Overall it was a great experience. Always impressive was definitely one of the best vendors we worked with for our wedding. The ladies at AI were patient, honest and informative. They did our Save the Dates, Wedding Invites, Envelopes & Wedding Menus. Our invites were absolutely beautiful and the envelope printing was done perfectly. I had also planned to do some DIY printing and ended up reaching out to Angela at the eleventh hour to print my menus a week before my wedding. Always Impressive is AMAZING! Maria and her team are wonderful. I got married last winter and loved working with them to design my wedding invitations and seating chart frame. I got married in Westchester but live in DC and being an out of town bride is not easy. Thankfully my mom made the process so much easier and Maria helped so much. My mom suggested Always Impressive and after seeing all the beautiful wedding invitations they offered, I knew they'd do a great job. My invitations are gorgeous and I got so many compliments. Maria and her team took care of the proper wording and offered their honest opinion on design, colors etc. They were all so fun and sweet, not to mention patient and accommodating. Since I live out of town, Maria would make time for me any time I was up to wedding plan. She got back to all my emails and with the holidays in the middle of it all, made sure to be on top of things. The seating chart frame was a last minute decision and it came out beautifully. I wouldn't have changed a thing. We loved working with them and are so happy with everything.

Maria is FANTASTIC! I was actually sad that I couldn't go pick up our programs to see her one last time. She did our invitations, our place cards and our programs. Our invitations were so amazing and she dealt with all my changes and questions without any issues. Our place cards and programs were BEAUTIFUL. She worked with our rushed timeline for the programs too - my husband picked them up the day before :) Her entire staff is so sweet and she stayed late for us numerous times since we live in the city and had to drive up to see her (and all our vendors) whenever we had appointments, etc. She is budget friendly and will work with you on ways to save if you need to. I got her information from Elena at Arcadia Floral and I thanked Elena so much for the recommendation - I will recommend Maria to ANYONE who asks and I hope to use her for any other needs I may have in the future.

Maria and her team provide such an incredible and classy service. They make you feel like you are the only bride in the world and treat your invitation as a unique design that they want to get exactly right. Maria sat with me and my fiance for hours to get our fonts and sizing just to our liking. Angie has such an eye for design and created a one-of-a-kind style for our invite that set a tone for our special event. Maria is the absolute BEST! She is the most patient, calm and funniest person I’ve met in a very long time. As soon as I met her, I felt like I had known her my entire life. She listens and understands every single detail.

She is a part of the process the whole way through. She is detail oriented and thinks about various details you might not have thought about and provides solutions and different creative approaches to make the invitations look amazing. Looking through book after book of invitations can be daunting, but Maria has a way of getting you to open up and drill down to find exactly what you’re looking for. Never up selling me on anything and always staying at my budget. She is the most honest and trustworthy person and working with her is so much fun. During a time that can often be stressful, she provides humor and has a keen eye for what looks best together. She will let you know where you can cut back and what options are best to achieve the look you’re going for. She worked on my invitations, menus and escort cards and they all came out better than I could have ever imagined.

I received comment after comment about how beautiful our invitations were and how timeless, classic and elegant our menus and escort cards were.

I needed the escort cards and menus done within a week and Maria stayed late and came in early to finish them on such a tight deadline. I sent her numerous, numerous emails day after day and she would respond to every comment and question I had. Before she printed anything she would triple check each name and run any questions she had by me. She would send me pictures of the menu before she printed anything. We went back and forth through email so many times when she sent me the proof for our invitations, menus and escort cards. She doesn’t settle for anything, but the best quality.

I came to Maria and Impressive Invites with wedding invitations that I had ordered online. She quickly spotted errors on the invitation and encouraged us to call the online vendor and have them send us corrected invitations. Maria did the printing on all the envelopes - outer envelope, outer envelope flap and response card envelopes, all in gold ink. She took the time to carefully and perfectly match the gold ink and font that was on the invitation with what she printed on the envelopes. She also printed direction cards for us. She was patient as I changed my mind about wording and punctuation of the directions. Every single aspect of the invitation came out incredibly.
The care, effort and pride she took in her work is unparalleled. I wouldn't go anywhere else for invitations or printing.

I recently decided to use Maria at Always Impressive for my wedding invitations, and it has been one of my best decisions by far! There are literally thousands of invitations you can choose from, but she spent a lot of time helping me customize my own so they would be perfect and matched my style. She always responds quickly to requests and questions, which puts me at ease knowing something as important as invites are in such capable hands.

I can assure you that I had the most beautiful invitations you will ever see! I searched and searched, received samples from a few vendors, but the personal service and finished product that I received from Maria and Angela cannot be located anywhere but Always Impressive.

Important: My invitations were due to go out in late January / early February. Maria traveled in the middle of a blizzard to pick up my invitations from the printer so that I can send them out in time.

As I received my RSVP replies in the mail, many guests included a note about how beautiful my invitations are/were. They were indeed incredible (I understand that Angela personally tied the beautiful bows on each invitation).

I later needed place cards, which they also created beautifully and printed for me on short notice. They provided a guest book and a "card box" as well, both which were equally as beautiful.

These ladies are amazing. Look no further for your invitations and other wedding details.

Maria and her staff were wonderful... My daughters Sweet 16 invitation was a hit.. No one in our area has ever seen such a beautiful invitation for sweet 16. I received so many compliments from parents, family and the teens... the company is far from me but it was worth the trip!!

Always Impressive is AMAZING... they did my bridal shower invitations, wedding invitations, ceremony program and table setting cards... Each thing came out PERFECT!!! they were efficient and did everything I asked them to do... Everyone told me that my wedding invitation was the most beautiful invitation they have ever seen. The team is great to work with, they are patient and help you pick out something that suits you!

Always Impressive was a fantastic place to work with from beginning to end. The staff allowed us to sit and peruse the many different options they have, while offering support and advice when needed. They worked with our budget, time frame, and the invitations we chose for our wedding were better than we could have imagined. They were truly beautiful and we received many compliments on the invitation itself.

If you want personal service, then you have to go to Always Impressive. Maria does not rush you and wedding invitations can take a LONG time to pick out. She will give you her advice along the way, but she will work with you so that you get to the design that you love. Her staff is extremely helpful also. I have ordered many things over the years from Always Impressive, but I based my review on the wedding invitation because it was a process and Maria was just as excited about it as I was.

I LOVED this place. They saved my wedding invites and my sanity.
I wasn't treated as well at another invitation shop not too far away. We had gone there first and were greeted fairly well by the first person we met and we almost bought invitations from them (after a few visits) until the owner decided to try to "help" us instead with condescending "suggestions/advice" and I was done with them. But that already put us even further behind on our timeline. But there came Always Impressive to the rescue.
The ladies there were more than patient, and eventually we found just what we were looking for at a great price (much better than what I was going to pay elsewhere for something less unique that I wasn't in love with)! They worked with us to make sure everything happened on time and assured me everything would be ok (as I was pretty anxious from the last place). The invitations themselves were perfectly unique and absolutely AMAZING, just what we needed. I would definitely recommend them to friends and clients.

Always Impressive did an amazing job with our wedding invitations, and they were super helpful and responsive every step of the way. We also got our place cards there, and cocktail napkins, and are going back for thank you cards. I would use them again for any event, they were so great to work with. Highly recommend!

Angela, Maria and Victoria were so accommodating from start to finish. I was the last minute bride who waited until the week of and even the day before my wedding to get my placement cards and programs complete. I appreciated that they took their time with me and didn't make me feel any additional stress during this rushed process (lol). I loved the look and quality of everything. Communication was great, they were very responsive via phone and email. I have nothing negative to say about them. The services were definitely up to par and I would recommend them to my family, friends and loved ones.

I could not be any happier with my experiences at Always Impressive. Maria, Angela, and Amanda were so helpful through out the whole process of choosing invitations all the way through to pickup! I had invitations done along with Church programs and seating cards. The staff is helpful, professional, and extremely patient! I would recommend Always Impressive to ALL brides. They do beautiful work!
I was extremely pleased with the service and experience. I plan on visiting them for thank you cards asap!

Maria and Angela are just amazing. From the very first day, they did everything they could to help me save money, instead of trying to rip me off. Their prices are considerably lower than other places, and their work is just amazing. I used them for invitations, ceremony programs, menus, and place cards. Everything was beautiful and I got SO many compliments. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I knew I couldn't do the online invitation thing. I needed face to face customer service, plus I'm a very visual person. Your invitations can set the tone for your entire wedding so it was really important to me that this be done right. Maria and the ladies at Always Impressive are fantastic. They took their time and where extremely patient and insightful through the whole process. Their turn around time is extremely swift and they are always super responsive whenever I needed anything. We went into Always Impressive on a recommendation from a friend that had used them. They are a pleasure to work with. From the start they really listened to what we wanted. They were quick to respond via email with the back and forth of the proofs, etc. We also discovered how many people we knew that had used them in the past. We got so many complements on our wedding invitations. Can't wait to frame one with our wedding photo!!
