Always Impressive the perfect name for this company and these two ladies Maria & Angie. They are quick to respond to emails and phone calls. My daughter and I picked out her wedding invitations there. They were gorgeous.
Our guests called to say that they never saw anything like them and that they were beautiful. It was really nice to hear.
This can be an overwhelming process.
We put ourselves in Maria's hands, and she patiently guided us. We quickly realized, we definitely made the right choice coming to Always Impressive.
They are a pleasure to work with sweet, helpful, patient, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend

I found this company at a bridal expo and was excited that I could go in person to hold the options in my hands. I am a person who receives an invite, responds, takes a picture and throws it away. I knew I wanted something simple, elegant and especially something that didn’t break the bank. Angela was wonderful to work with from my initial appointment to all of our edits and proofs, she was not bothered by my questions, listened to what was important to us, and made it happen. The white shimmer paper and velvet jacket was sturdy and perfect! They came out great in our detail photos as well. -

Maria was unbelievable. She is the sweetest and funniest person, and did an excellent job on our wedding invitations! She is so intuitive and was able to really get in my head to bring my vision to paper, and was available whenever we had questions or changes. We were even driving from Queens to Westchester to meet with her, and it was so worth it! -

Great service and great price! I worked with Maria for my invitations, tented escort cards, and welcome to wedding sign. She was so friendly and helpful every visit and walked us through all the many different options. She made a stressful time a fun experience. All of the products I worked with her on turned out great. She took the time and patience to make them exactly how I had envisioned. For a great local business with great prices, and a friendly owner, Maria is the best choice! -

Of course, with COVID there were changes to our invitations and Maria was wonderful and patient with us and helped us get everything done with as little stress as possible! I started my invitation search online with minted and just couldn't pull the trigger as I was frustrated with the lack of flexibility in design and the inability to communicate directly with a coordinator for proofs. A friend recommended Always Impressive and I went there just to get ideas immediately was sold by the customer service. Angela took me through the albums and was honest and realistic when it came to discussing options within my budget. We ended up finding a design that I loved 1000 times more than the minted design and the best part was I could customize anything I wanted and had someone to guide me through the wording and process. After picking my design I sent Angela the wording and she had me a proof within 24 hours! Angela even reworded some of my invitation to make it sound more traditional and elegant. Picked up my invitations the other day and couldn't be happier they were stunning the quality was spot on. I was even able to get 100 invites for the same price minted was charging me for 85. In the end, it was all worth it, because nothing compares to good customer service. -

Always Impressive did an incredible job on our wedding invitations and other stationary needs (seating chart, hotel bag inserts, and table numbers)! We worked with Maria and she was always recommending great ideas, prompt on emails, and very flexible! Everything came out beautiful! I would highly recommend them! -

Always Impressive exceeded my expectations. The first time I went there I spent hours in the store looking at as many invitations as I needed to before putting together the perfect wedding invitation for my wedding. Both Angela and Maria were easy to communicate with, quick to respond to emails, and paid perfect attention to every detail of my invitations. I would 1000% recommend them to help design all paper goods for your special events. I will definitely be a returning customer! I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working with Always Impressive on my Engagement Party invitations- They certainly live up to their name! Angela, Maria and the team were so easy to work with- they were patient, kind and helped me to execute the exact invitation that I wanted. The invitations themselves were exceptional in both design and quality. Every step of the process was so thoroughly communicated and any questions I had were answered right away. They were responsive and so easy to work with - overall an excellent experience and highly recommended! 5 stars does not do justice- I will certainly be back for my wedding invites! -

Daniela Sent on 03/07/2013I do not write many reviews since I simply don't have as much time as I would wish, but Always Impressive is worth the time and effort.
I wish I could give Always Impressive 10 stars for everything! 5 stars just doesn't seem enough for how amazing this store is. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE...did I say LOVE this store!!! I went to numerous places shopping around for invitations and it wasn't until I stepped foot in Always Impressive that I was anywhere near content. No one could get our custom invites until we met with Maria and the rest of her staff at Always Impressive. They are a God send....seriously!
We spent months and months working with different vendors for custom wedding invitations. We tried to work with all of the usual suspects and every single one of them had the same bad attitude. Essentially, they would claim they could create a fully custom invitation but it would turn out to be one of two realities:
Either 1) They would claim the invite would be custom except we weren't able to change 100 "standard" things;
OR
2) They tried to charge us more than the cost of the catering per person! Ha-ha.
When we found Always Impressive we were already very jaded and guarded because we had been burned so many times before and we were now getting stressed with our timeline because we wasted months with the other places. Luckily, Maria's "can do" attitude helped make the process actually fun again! She got us EXACTLY what we wanted and then some (they are simply amazing) in a very timely manner and even found a few creative ways to save us some money so we came in under budget!!! Something we have been unable accomplish in any other wedding budget category!
My fiancé and I are receiving phone calls left and right from our guests asking where we purchased our invitations from!
Always Impressive really lives up to their name!! I would recommend them to everyone!!!

She is the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been friends with each other for years; very easy going and has worked with so many people on such a wide arrays of projects, that she knows exactly what you need before even you do! Navigating the world of paper is very initimidating when there are so many options available, but Maria made the process an enjoyable one for me, my husband and mother. Together we designed an elegant invitation from the ground up that perfectly complemented the theme of our wedding. She completely dedicated herself to this project and ensuring that everything was perfect, which in turn made us feel like she really cared about us and not just getting a job done. Aside from being a wonderful person, she is a master of her craft, which is evidenced by not only our invitations, but also the church programs and place cards. We will definitely use her services again when we find the need for other invitation/stationary products and will keep in touch with her in the meantime, because she's just that great of a person. -

Rose Sent on 06/10/2009The invitation was more important to me than the dress. I am an avid scrapbooker and there was a certain look that I wanted to my invitation.
My invitation came out perfect!!!!! There is no other word to describe it. Maria was uber helpful! She worked with me on everything and never got mad at every single detail that I didn't want overlooked. There were no mistakes, it was done on time, it came out exactly the way I dreamed it would, and everyone loved it!
I will continue to go to Impressive Invites for every occasion that I could use them for. GO HERE AND ASK FOR MARIA! SHE IS THE BEST!
