My experience with Nadine was great! Very professional and responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. She made my day feel so light and smooth (even when things got chaotic I had no clue because she had it all under control). I recommend her services to all my fellow brides, you will not be disappointed! My ceremony and reception was successful thanks to Nadine who was my hero working behind the scenes. -

Destination Wedding
Nadine was beyond amazing! The patience and the fast response was the best. She kept us updated and kept communicating with us. We showed her what we wanted and she gave us exactly what was asked of her. I enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her without any reservations. Definitely will use her again for any events we will be doing again in Jamaica. THANK YOU NADINE!!!!! -

Alexari Events is the best wedding planner ever. Just describe your dream wedding and they will make it happen. As a bride not familiar with all necessary steps needed for a successful wedding, Alexari events made sure that all the right boxes were ticked from start to finish. I was blown away when I arrived at my wedding, the set up was beautiful and the day flowed just as it was intended. This made our special day that much more magical. Thank you Nadine for making our wedding such a memorable day. Your professionalism is incredible and you were such a pleasure to communicate with. You were always available through out the entire planning and that puts our mind at ease especially when its a destination wedding . We put our trust in you and you did not let us down. The decor was absolutely beautiful and we received lots of compliments from the guests that it was a beautiful wedding. Thank you also for your recommendations for the dj, mc, photographers,and officiant. They all did an amazing job and our guests enjoyed themselves. Alexari Events is the best!
Alexari Events went above and beyond our expectations! From our very first interaction , Nadine was kind, professional and creative! We planned the event from the US and when we got to Jamaica everything was done exactly how we planned. Nadine and her team listened to our vision, gave us feedback to ensure that our wedding day was something we will remember forever! Alexari Events is worth every cent and we would do it all again. Thank you Nadine and to the entire team for bringing our dream to life. We do not have anything negative to say because it was a joy to work with Nadine. She is super responsive and has access to other vendors like Audio/Visual/DJ and can streamline the planning process. We would recommend Alexari Events for anyone planning to get married in Jamaica or for any event on the island. -

Remarkable Jamaican Wedding
Alexari Events did an amazing job making my dream wedding a reality. Let me start by saying I got married in December 2020 when the world was starting to open again after COVID. As you can imagine it was very stressful planning a destination wedding under those circumstances. Thankfully, I had Nadine and her team ready to assist me throughout the entire experience. Communication was timely and thorough. They assisted in helping me find vendors for my DJ, lighting, photo booth, and giant letters. And to make it even easier I did not have to pay each vendor separately, I was able to funnel everything through their invoice. I found my own photographer but the fact that they knew each showed me, Alexari Events only works with the best! I sent in my vision and they did their very best to accommodate every desire. If for any reason something could not be done, I was given alternatives to make up for it. And please note the only reason something could not be done was due to being outside or location. The team made multiple trips to the wedding location to take measurements, pictures, and map out the site to ensure the wedding went off without a hitch. I can go on and on about how amazing my experience was working with Alexari Events. One of my bridesmaids got engaged after the wedding and booked them for her own wedding after seeing the phenomenal job they did. Plain and simple it's a MUST BOOK and your end result will not be a disappointment!!! -

Extremely helpful. I chose a great decorator; I was very pleased with the decor and she made the venue looked like an enchanted garden.
Excellent. The Vendor Nadine is very helpful. My chief was lacking and Nadine picked up on the situation so quickly and remedy the situation without any one noticing the breach. -

She saw my vision from the very start, and helped me execute it beautifully! 10/10 recommend!
I found Alexari on Instagram when searching through local decor companies and asked for some prices. Even from the initial contact, she spent the time nor just giving me prices, but doing a thorough consult with me. She listened to what i had in mind, and shared how she could provide all i needed, and even gave me other ideas in line with my vision. Nadine and the team were amazing to work with. We were able to balance my vision, budget, and my DIYs and everything came out perfect! I was stress-free on my wedding day. The team came early, set up all that was needed and were pleasant to the guests and other workers. Would definitely recommend the Alexari team for any event you plan to host, not just your wedding. -

Did I say I wanted a stress free event? Always and Forever did just that for my husband and I thirtieth wedding anniversary. Truth be told we did absolutely nothing. Always and Forever made all the necessary bookings for our special day and believe me everything was what we wanted. we had planned an outside event and although it rained in the afternoon, Always and forever was ready for the change in the weather. We were so blessed to have had Always had Forever as our thirtieth wedding anniversary planner, Everything was so beautifully done and the compliments were plentiful. Thanks you so much Always and Forever for making our special day really extra special. -

I'm a picky bride. The day I envisioned was very clear in my head. I had been dreaming about my New Years Eve wedding, and I wanted a planner that would pay attention to details.
I had gone to an anniversary event that Always and Forever managed. It was flawless. I was able to see the team stealthily navigating the space to ensure the event was managed and anything that could go wrong never stood a chance. I was so impressed, I hired her for my wedding, and it was the best decision....EVER.
The Always and Forever team was fantastic. As anal as I am, I was able to enjoy my wedding, without a worry. They managed all the vendors, band, DJ, music cues, hotel, ensured food was served on time, briefed the MC, ensure all speakers were prepped, handed out sparklers, managed the open bar and supervised clean up after the event.
I really appreciate the work they did and would recommend them in a heartbeat. -

Nadine, my sister in Christ was most responsive, supportive and accommodating with my changes and budget. She gave suggestions, the rental items fit my decor perfectly. Service delivery on wedding day was on time and just right. I received excellent service always and value for money. My only regret was not having her co-ordinate on the day. I would recommend Always and Forever and look forward to working with them again! -

It was a pleasure working with Alexari Events. Throughout the wedding planning process several adjustments were made and there were no complaints, there was delay in funding and no complaints either. It was a pleasure working with the team, an intimate wedding was made into a beautiful setting where the memory is carved into everyone's mind for a life time.

They were very helpful and easy to talk to. Willing to work with your budget to give you the very best. Very professional and accessible. The church was beautifully decorated...simply elegant. I loved paper flowers and the setup for the sand ceremony. I bought some inexpensive containers and and Nadine really jazzed them up for me. All this was a surprise. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she had decorated the containers. -

Nadine was incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. She was attentive to our needs, responsive to our requests, and helped ensure many important details were taken care of leading up to the big day.
However, when we arrived at the reception, we felt the execution did not fully align with our expectations. Some differences in communication between her and my husband seemed to create challenges in ensuring all last-minute adjustments were smoothly implemented. In hindsight, clearer communication from all sides—expressing our expectations and adapting to changes—would have contributed to a more seamless experience.
Despite this, we truly appreciate her dedication and effort in making our wedding special. She has a warm and professional demeanor, and with an even stronger focus on clear, open communication, we believe she will continue to create beautiful, well-coordinated events for future couples. -
