Best experience ever!!

Brynn is the best consultant ever! She helped me and my bridesmaids choose our dresses. She was extremely helpful and patient with us. We felt like comfortable and important to them! I would definitely go back for another formal dress!!

My dress was my favorite part

Always & Forever made my dress shopping experience so easy and exciting! They were so eager to help and find exactly what I was looking for. The girls were so nice to me and my wedding party. I will always recommend them to someone searching for a dress!

I found my dress!

Absolutely the friendliest staff! They were very patient with not only myself, but also with my family and friends who accompanied me. Also very knowledgeable about their dresses and designers.

The ladies at Always and Forever was so helpful with finding the perfect dress for me.

This was by far my best experience while dress shopping. They had so much that I could actually try on in my size. And they made me feel so special. We got my dress and my bridesmaids dresses there. They are the best!!!!!

The lady’s at always and forever are awesome!!

Makayla Was awesome! She made me feel special and was super helpful!!! I love how much time we had and we were not rushed at all. I highly recommend Always and Forever for any bride out there looking for their dress!!

Shopping for a wedding dress at Always & Forever was such an amazing experience!!!!!! Logan was an awesome consultant who helped me narrow down what dresses I liked and then onto helping me find my dream dress!!!!! I am so pleased with the experience that I have had and I will definitely be coming back that’s for sure!!

I actually got my dress during their semi-annual sale, I wasn't expecting to find anything and fell in love. The prices were very reasonable. The staff was very helpful in helping me to find the style I was after and making my dress perfect. I wanted something with thick straps/cap sleeves, and fell in love with a dress that was strapless, but they had straps I bought separately also for a very reasonable price.

We were looking for a Homecoming ballgown. The assistants at Always and Forever were the best. We've shopped for Prom and other event dresses before, but never have been 100% satisfied with the service provided. Not so with Always and Forever. The ladies were extremely attentive to my daughter's needs, and were genuinely pleasant. We were in the store for only an hour, tried on several dresses, and when the hard choices were before us, helped direct us in choosing the perfect dress. (And let's be honest, when has anyone had their dress shopping done in an hour?) We have decided we will never waste our time in any other store except for A&F. The attendants were very coordinated, didn't waste our time, made everything smooth and efficient, and were very helpful in helping make our possible selections. Our choice was in under budget and we were extremely pleased with everything, from the time we entered the door and well after we left.

In addition, I was looking for a particular dress. The day prior to shopping, I direct messaged A&F via Instagram and asked about the particulars of the dress. I had my message answered, and even had other suggestions given to me. Since we live 3 hours away, it was important for us to not drive to a location that had nothing to offer. Once I saw a few other suggestions, I knew we needed to make the drive.

I LOVE my dress I got from Always & Forever! The workers are so sweet and the store has a great size, price, and style range in stock. I have also bought a prom dress and a bridal gown from them before and they are consistent with their services.

This is the kind of wedding dress shopping experience you dream of. When you book an appointment, you are given full attention for as long as you need. Megan was so helpful and respectful of my budget and preferences. The dresses on the black hangers are over $1000 and the dresses on the white hangers are under $1000. It was so easy to stay within a reasonable price range because I just avoided the black hangers. This is the first place I tried on and this where I found my dress! I had an appointment at Beau's later that day and reluctantly went, but we headed right back to Always and Forever to try on my dress one more time, and we knew it was the one! Once the you decide on a dress, they continue the experience with a free veil and a cute little "Yes!" sign that you can hold while your friends and family take pictures. There are also many discounts you get on bridesmaids dress, tuxes, etc. when you buy your wedding dress there. I loved everything about this place and would recommend it to anyone. And the shop is absolutely beautiful!

Megan was absolutely amazing! I had the most amazing experience at Always & Forever Bridal. Not only did I find the dress of my dreams but Megan was great she felt more like a friend then anything else, I can't say enough good things about the staff the dresses or the customer service. I purchased my wedding dress at Always & Forever on Friday, March 22 of 2013. My experience with the staff was more than satisfying. They were very helpful and were wiling to do whatever it took to help me find the dress that i wanted. They were very professional and made my time picking out the dress for my very special day a wonderful experience. I couldn't have found the dress that suited me best without their hard work and dedication to their job. All the girls wore a smile on their face all day and you can tell they really enjoy what they do for those who are looking for the right dress for the right occasion. All the girls had excellent attitudes towards their customers. I would recommend Always & Forever to all of my friends.

This place has all kinds of dresses to fit anyone's preference! I went to several different places, and honestly wasn't sure how to choose the right dress, but I finally bought mine at Always and Forever. The staff was very professional and helpful, and the woman who helped me made me feel like a real bride-to-be. The store does not shove too many dresses on one rack like I found at many other places, and it has excellent space for changing and mirrors. I would recommend making an appointment, just for the experience of having someone treat you like a bride.

Forever and Always was exactly what I had been looking for in my (seemingly hopeless) search for a wedding gown for my beach wedding. Feeling nauseous at the thought of having my mom spend $4500 on a dress I was going to wear one time was not how I had intended my wedding process on beginning. I walked in to Always and Forever without an appointment and was immediately set up with THE BEST consultant. Not only did she help guide us through the dresses that were very organized, but actually chose the dress that I ended up purchasing! It was not on my radar at all but she told me she had a good feeling that I would look awesome in it. She was right! It was not anything like what I had looked at or tried on before but it was somehow exactly what I wanted. We were in and out within an hour and a half. Half of that time I was pretty much just prancing in front of the mirror... haha. I really wish I could remember my consultant's name because she was super nice and fun (and obviously has an eye for what will look good.) Just ask for the pretty blonde girl... surely there's only one of those right? Haha

As much as we want this day of buying a wedding dress to be stress free, it is everything but that! However, 4 shops and 2 weeks later we walked into Always and Forever, No appointment, Not sure of what to expect .... wow to our surprise they made accommodations for us, they made the experience a very relaxed and fun one!!! We walked away saying "YES" to a gorgeous gown and I would so recommend this shop to anyone looking for that special day feeling - we shopped for wedding dresses from Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville to Ft Smith and this store is far Superior to any of the others.

I had a wonderful experience at Always & Forever. I had never tried on bridal gowns before, and I didn't really give Lauren much to go on. She was very patient with me and helped me select several dresses within my budget that fit my vision. When I found the perfect one, Lauren really listened to what I thought of it and assured me that I looked beautiful in it. Everyone there was kind and professional. It made finding the perfect dress even more fun!

Always & Forever was one of the easiest and best experiences I've had getting ready for my wedding. I called one morning and the woman who answered was extremely friendly and very accommodating. They were able to get me in at a perfect time for my entire bridal party. We started with the bridesmaids' dresses and they were able to help us find something that all three, very different women, loved. Next was my bridal gown. I had no idea what I was doing when I walked in, yet somehow we were able to find the perfect dress for myself. They knew exactly what I was looking for within minutes of putting on each dress I tried. They were able to pull the good from the dresses and the bad from the dresses to help me figure out what would work best for me. I had an amazing experience. I would recommend them to ANYONE getting married in the Fort Smith area. I will be going back for any future formal events I have. Wonderful selection, beautiful smiles, and caring hearts when I started crying. Thank you girls for everything!!

Absolutely love the girls at Always and Forever! They fit me in just a week after I got engaged since I was so excited to start trying on dresses and made me feel welcome and beautiful every step of the way! They never suggested partiality toward any dress which displayed true professionalism and I never felt pressured to buy a specific dress. Always and Forever always has great sale items and are always working hard to make every girl look "flawless" on their wedding day! Love them!

My experience at Always & Forever was the best I could have imagined! LaBeth was absolutely great at taking what ideas I had and helping me find the perfect dress. She was incredibly patient and professional- I never felt rushed! After I had what could only be described as a horrible experience at a nationwide chain bridal store, Always & Forever was such a refreshing change! I would highly recommend this store to any bride! I absolutely loved everyone at Always & Forever and everything about it! It's such a nice place with great people who really love what they do and care about making their brides happy! They will do anything and everything to make sure your time with them is enjoyable and memorable. I was so stressed walking into their store since my wedding had to be moved almost a whole year earlier than panned! Everything about buying my gown was so simple and quick I didn't have time to stress over anything! Stacey was so sweet and such a huge help whenever I went in trying to decide on a wedding gown and Jill was awesome helping with the bridesmaids! Where do I begin? Everything Always & forever offered me was wonderful. I walked in with three beautiful smiles waiting to meet me. They made me feel like I was the only bride in the world that mattered for that day & time. Jill was the biggest sweetheart! She was very helpful with the gowns that had to go overhead and knew exactly what to say when I couldn't describe how I felt about a dress. It was wonderful to have the youthful advice of Jill with the experienced wisdom of the owner all in the same room. They know dresses there. I never imagined I would find my dress the first time I went looking! I had two other places lined out and had to call & cancel. Thank you so much!

Always and Forever was recommended to me by a friend. Everyone was professional, yet they were so friendly and helpful. I found "the dress." My mom had to come to the visit with me in a wheelchair due to an accident, and the accommodations in the shop were great for her. The whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend "Always and Forever" to my friends and anyone else wanting friendly, quality service for their wedding.

I found my dress on my first visit. The girl who helped me (Jill, I believe) was very sweet and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured...even though I didn't realize I had been there a lot longer than I planned and the store was supposed to close long before I left. We weren't allowed to take photos, which was a bummer since my sister was not able to attend, but otherwise, everything was great! My sisters have also purchased dresses here and have always been pleased with the service and selection.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Always & Forever. Stacy helped me locate and try on multiple dresses from the designer I was in love with (Maggie Soterro). She was very interested in all the details of the wedding and made me feel like the most important bride ever. Another thing I really loved was that even though I worked personally with Stacy, every time I went to the store EVERYONE called me by my first name when I walked in. It made me feel like I was more than just a customer. We loved the store so much that we even found my mothers dress there as well. We both looked beautiful!

The dress hunt. I actually live in Oklahoma City, but used to live in Fort Smith. This was the first store I looked at to try on dresses. They had a lot of current dresses to choose from with alot of different price points. I actually found a number of dresses I loved from this location, but I wanted to make sure I found one I just had to have. So, I went back to OKC and went to many different stores. I quickly learned that I had found a little gem in Fort Smith with Always and Forever. In OKC, either I went into stores that had a ton of outdated dresses and just got overwelmed trying to dig through and find newer dresses or I walked into stores that if i didnt want to spend 2,000 dollars on a dress I wasnt going to find much..but boring dresses.\r\nSo, I quickly decided to go back to Fort Smith and re-try on two of my favorite dresses. Needless to say I walked away with my dress that I feel in love with. Stacy helped me out and was patient with me the entire time. \r\nI would recommend this store to anyone and I\'m really impressed it beat out the stores in Oklahoma City.

I found the dress of my dreams from Always and Forever. I described what I was looking for in my dress and the ladies were great to pull out dresses that incorporated everything I was looking for. I would refer anyone looking for a wedding dress to visit the ladies at Always and Forever. After visiting multiple stores in 2 other states, they are definitely in a class of their own for customer service, store cleanliness, style and designer variety, and the product knowledge of the dresses and the wedding industry. For the bridesmaids dresses, they had a variety of options in the store to help narrow this selection down. They were great in making sure I had the deadlines needed for ordering along with suggesting to allow for extra time for alterations if necessary for the perfect fitting. The best part of it all was the cost of the dresses. I didn't find any dress outside of my budget.

Amazing service! Both women listened to my wants and needs and were very attentive. I truly felt like a bride to be and got the giddy feeling everyone describes when they find "the dress".

The girl that helped me was very nice, professional, and provided great service. She was very helpful in the dress room. For example, she took the dress from me to hang it, was willing to let me try on different dresses to make sure I got the correct size and brought the same dress to me several times so I could see it. Just to make sure I had THE dress. I would definitely recommend Always & Forever to a friend! Thanks ladies!

Shelly was the perfect consultant! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in general. She was going to have to call and ask some questions about ordering my dress, and she had all the answers by the time she had told me to check in with her--much appreciated considering all the vendors that made me wait around!

The prices, staff, and qulaity were absolutely AMAZING! The bridesmaid dresses were in when they siad and the ladies were great to work with. They have brought Fort Smith a top quality shop.

This was a great experience. This was my first time trying on dresses, and I found the one here! So, I took in all what I thought I would like, all my ideas, and turns out, we found something that I didn't consider. It is perfect! LaBeth was so very helpful and nice. I really liked the private feeling to the appointment. My mother, MOH and I were the only ones in there, and it felt very comfortable and special. Thank you so very much for everything!

My sister actually chose her wedding dress from this location. They worked with her on every detail of the dress and helped her find exactly what she wanted. Prices range from reasonable to extravagant and everything in-between, so every bride can stay within her budget by shopping here. I considered them for my own wedding as well. They are a local vendor with years of experience in the area. I highly recommend them for your wedding, prom, or any social event where you want to feel special!

I had a wonderful experience with Always and Forever. They were willing to work with the large group that was with me and helping me choose the perfect dress for the big day! I can't wait to show and walk down the isle in this dress to my best friend. I highly recommend this store for your wedding dress!

This is a Bridal and Prom dress and Tuxedo shop. I bought my wedding dress here on sale for pretty cheap. They had many dresses in all ranges of prices which was very nice. Luckily the dress fit me perfectly because the dress shop does not have a seamstress on staff. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses through here because they offered me a discount. The selection for those dresses was MUCH smaller. We found a very nice dress for the girls, but the women who measured my brides maids ordered dresses that were too large for the girls and then would do nothing about it when we got them in because they do not make adjustments to the dresses. The dresses that we ordered took all of 3 months to arrive so we didnt want to send them back in case it took longer to come back and in. We also ordered our tuxedos from them. After the discount we still paid $200 each for their nicer tuxedos. When we got the tuxedos in, there were terrible quality. You could tell that these tuxedos had been worn MANY times previously.

This low review has nothing to do with our consultant, she was amazing!!!! Her name was Lauren and she was so patient and pulled dress after dress. Our budget was tight and she was very mindful of it. She helped up with ideas for a hair piece, or veil. The people who own the store were very rude and inconsiderate. I overheard one of the girls bragging because she had talked her bride into going over her budget, I am so grateful that Lauren was more considerate of that. I heard the girl bragging after I had already got to the check out or we would have walked out right then and there. The owners of this store are very lucky to have an employee like Lauren, and I wish her the best. She found us the perfect dress, fit like a glove.

We were at Always & Forever looking for a wedding dress. I have bought many dresses from this family owned store when they were in the old building. Even though it is the same "family" that ownes this business it just is not like it used to be. I felt pushed to purchase above my price range, the girls working there were much friendlier than the "old" faces that knew me from my previous purchases. Atmosphere just is not the same, seems more snotty and big business than it used to be.
