Glory made our dream wedding a reality
My now husband and I have said multiple times that the best wedding-related decision we made was to work with Glory. To simply say that she goes above and beyond for her couples does not fully capture her level of dedication.
We connected from our first phone meeting and she continued to be incredibly patient, giving, and thoughtful throughout our wedding planning journey (which included an unexpected move across the country!).
Her vision and execution are outstanding. I still cannot get over the stunning floral arrangements and special little details she put together for our wedding day.
The vendors she helped us choose made things run smoothly and at the same level of excellence she provides. Our guests had a fantastic time.

Wedding of my dreams
Glory is the best coordinator in the wedding industry. She is unbelievably kind, attentive, and hard-working. From the beginning to the end she was dedicated to making our wedding day as special as it could be. There were many curve balls thrown at us during the wedding process (COVID bride here!!) and she helped resolve every issue! She kept me calm and excited throughout the whole experience. I would HIGHLY recommend every bride to book Glory and her team for their wedding. -

Glory is amazing!
We hired Glory for day of coordination for our November 2020 wedding and she was a godsend! She not only helped us find vendors (and reviewed contracts for us!) but started taking on a lot of the vendor communication for us a month before the wedding. She ensured that all of our COVID changes were incorporated to ensure our and our guests' safety. Glory is incredibly organized and she and her team made the day flow without any issues at all. She did all of our day-of design and made our wedding so gorgeous! Her team even went out to grab me a tide stick when I got some lipstick on my dress. We would both recommend Glory 100% to any couple looking to have a well styled, easy day! -

Where do I even start with Glory!? She was seriously a god send. We hired her to be a day of coordinator, but she really went above and beyond and supported us whenever needed all the way up until our big day. And the day of? She literally took our Pinterest board and every little detail we had explained and imagined and made it into reality. We had a few hiccups happen for us during rehearsal and I didn’t worry about everything working out. Glory carries herself with such grace, professionalism, and humility that we had full confidence in her. This is a huge deal seeing as how I am a control freak.! We love Glory and we miss wedding planning with her already. -

In addition to just florals, she’s also a wedding planner, and that really showed through when she was designing for us. She has such an amazing eye for design and such an organization for planning. The best wedding planner!
Glory of Always Creating Studio was absolutely integral for the overall success of our wedding in Virginia. We met Glory roughly a year and a half before our wedding and immediately felt that this is the exact type of wedding planner we would want to work with. Glory was extremely friendly, and always made us feel that our wedding was of the utmost importance to her. She took the time to get to know our relationship, and get to know us both as individuals. Not only did we get an incredible wedding planner and florist, but we also gained an amazing friend in Glory. We have literally laughed, cried and spent countless hours building a beautiful relationship with this incredible women.
We hired Glory for wedding planning, design and floral arrangements. Her work speaks for itself and she is very diligent, ensuring that every detail is executed to perfection! Glory knew what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted and I appreciate her taking the time to work with us through all the details. I will say coordinating a 14-hour event with two multicultural ceremonies is not an easy task to take on but without a doubt, she executed a marvelous day. We would gladly recommend Glory and her team as professional, diligent, and friendly event planners. We hope that no one ever dulls her sparkle and we wish for nothing but the best for her future and will be glad to recommend her to any couples looking to tie the knot.

Glory and her team at Always Creating Studios are the sole reason that our wedding was as beautiful and as stress free as it turned out to be. Glory takes her time to be very diligent and ensures that every detail is executed to perfection. She ensured that she had a great rain plan in place, and when the rain started, the transition was seamless. We heard that wedding planning can be extremely difficult and stressful, but we honestly felt none of that purely thanks to Glory’s talent.
Not only did we get an incredible wedding planner and florist, but we also gained a friend in Glory. We hope for nothing but the best for her future and will be glad to recommend her to any couples looking to tie the knot! -

Our reception was perfect because of Glor and her team at Always Creating Studio. Where do I even begin? As a bride, I wanted to be the one planning everything and take control but, the only person I felt comfortable with handling everything was Glor! She was amazing. I didn't worry one bit the day of the wedding because I knew when I walked in the reception, I would be blown away...and I was! She had executed my vision perfectly. Every email was answered promptly, every detail triple checked. If anything went wrong the day of the wedding, I had no idea because Glor HANDLED IT! Not only is she an amazing planner and day of coordinator, she is also an amazing friend who I can not thank enough. My husband and I kept saying 'We owe it all to Glor!!!'! Hire Glor and her team today for a stress free wedding day! -

Glory is a blessing to work with and such a beautiful person. I hired her for full wedding planning, design, and floral arrangements. I'm the type of bride who knows what she wants and likes, but doesn't know how to tie things together cohesively. I needed Glory's creative eye to make my vision a reality. Her eye for design knows no bounds. Even though most of her design photos on her wedding site fall under the category of "light and airy", she can design for ANY vision. I definitely wanted more of a "dark and moody" romantic vibe and BOY did she deliver. Nobody could stop raving about how gorgeous the venue (St Francis Hall) looked with her designs implemented.
Even more importantly, Glory was an ally throughout this entire planning process. She was patient and helpful when I grew anxious, and stood up for me through the nightmare that was working with my bridal salon's alterations department. I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to have someone who fought that battle for me (and did it with such grace and compassion, to boot). I had every reason to crawl up under a rock when the boutique messed up my dress just days before the wedding, but Glory had my back and not only helped solve the problem, but helped me not stress. One of the biggest compliments I received numerous times on my wedding day was how I was the "calmest (and happiest!) bride anyone had ever seen". And that I can attribute to working with Glory and her team. I knew I was in good hands and you will be, too! -

Glory was so much fun to have involved in our wedding! We used Glory for wedding coordination but she brought so much more to the table. She was a great help in pulling together some of our last minute vendors and organizing the seamless flow of our day. Her skills really shine on the day of - taking care of so many things without us ever even knowing. Glory is wonderful to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I didn't know exactly how to put it into words, but Glory did!! She was so helpful in planning the colors and flowers. I LOVED working with her. The flowers turned out beautifully, even though they weren't exactly what I had pictured. My advice to new brides: hire Glory, be specific with what you want, and listen to her suggestions. She's the flower expert and she knows what she's talking about! -

Brooke Sent on 08/31/2018Glor has one of the best eyes for design, styling and wedding planning that I know! We have worked on 3 styled shoots together over the past 2 years and I had the privilege of shooting her beautiful boho chic inspired wedding last September. She is so great to work with on projects because she is professional, fun, kind hearted, organized, responsive, a team player, super detail oriented and always has to coolest ideas and visions for projects. Her way of styling spaces for weddings and events is truly amazing and there is no one in our area that I have seen that has her unique sense of style. When I shot her wedding last year, she styled it herself and clearly dumped her heart and soul into it. We got published on multiple blogs and platforms including David's Bridal and Modern Weddings which was amazing! I am so lucky that are paths crossed and I found both a friend for life and a vendor that I can recommend without thinking to my couples. I really hope that many opportunities in the future to serve other and I will definitely be recommending all my brides looking for stylists and planners to her!

Bottom line up front: the Wildflower Hill Company provided good florist services but their day-of wedding coordination left much to be desired. The purpose of a day-of wedding coordinator is to make sure the wedding day is well executed. The coordinator’s main roles include overseeing vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the festivities. Unfortunately, Wildflower failed at all of these.
I could write forever but these are the main issues:
· The software used to create the table layout, Aisle Planner, generated blueprints that were off which resulted in our tables being too big. Thus, the tables planned did not fit into the venue which was a disaster. Using this software, Wildflower proposed 16 tables with 8 people per table. However, when the caterer arrived at the venue on the wedding day to set up the tables, they quickly discovered that this set up was not possible. We had to quickly change course and go with fewer tables that held more people so that all guests could fit inside the venue. All the hours we spent determining the seating chart down the drain! So, it became an open seating (for all but immediate family) for most guests. It’s notable that Wildflower was on the venue’s preferred vendor list so they should have known immediately that the layout generated by the software was not possible.
· Ok so mistakes happen. This mistake was huge but was overcome-able with competence and reason and taking charge of the situation. But no, this did not happen. The scene was one of chaos. Guests didn’t know where to sit and were given no direction. Fortunately our guests figured out the open seating and did a good job figuring out where to sit. Incomprehensibly, Wildflorwer removed table numbers from the tables which led to some chaos during food service (as tables were called up to a buffet line) and ultimately caused some guests to have incomplete meals. And somebody put the now-defunct seating charts up which confused guests even more.
· Other issues included lack of direction provided to guests upon arrival at the venue (guests weren’t informed where to go and confusion reigned), lack of understanding of the timeline even though this was clearly outlined beforehand (One of the Wildflower team members thought an important religious custom was to be performed after the wedding versus before), and lack of attention to emails/invoices amongst Wildflower Hill team members (for example, we paid for wine service at dinner that mostly did not happen).
· Finally, there was poor communication amongst Wildflower team members themselves as there were several instances in which they were clearly not on the same page. But even worse, there was very poor communication between Wildflower and the caterer which was one the main reasons why the seating chart failure weas not overcome.
All of this is not 100% Wildflower’s fault. The caterer and venue owner could have done better. But the day-of coordinator’s main job is to COORDINATE which was not done well. Everyone seemed to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off. When adversity arose (the messed up seating) Wildflower was unable to identify the problems, adapt, and move on with reasonable solutions. In fact, the Wildflower lead just seemed to delegate decisions to her team instead of taking responsibility.
Fortunately we still had a fun wedding. Guests were able to adapt to the seating debacle. But some guests had lesser experiences that others. The problem is that we paid for day-of coordination services that largely were not provided.
BTW, we brought all this up with Wildflower’s owner after the wedding. Her attitude was one of defiance, counter accusing others, and taking little to no responsibility.Wildflower Hill Co.'s reply:

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we are sad to hear our coordination service was not met in your interaction with our business.
Your feedback is going to be extremely helpful to future couples who wish to work with us. Due to the miscommunication and mishaps that arose at your reception, specifically to the changes made to the floor plan / layout without our lead coordinator’s knowledge and approval, we have now implemented a strict policy to only work with full service, professional catering staff. In addition, we now require venue owners to provide professionally drafted CAD renderings and drawings for their venue floor plan / layouts scaled to size. Furthermore, we also now require a signature approval on all floor plan / layouts directly from the venue owner in addition to the couples’ signature for final approval. We feel this will protect our clients while ensuring that they receive exceptional customer experience from our team + all vendors onsite on their wedding day.
While we cannot control how other vendors and venue coordinators present themselves onsite while carrying out the services they have been contracted to perform, please know that your situation was a very rare exception for us. We work extremely hard and make every effort to avoid situations like this. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for our exceptional day-of coordination service. Our business is deeply personal to us, and we care very much for our clients.
We always aim to deliver a great planning and wedding day experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. Our entire team is happy that you both had a beautiful wedding day surrounded by your closest friends and family. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback.
