A big shout out to Alvin for this customized Taco bar!! We, family of 40 people visited Gatlinburg on July 4th weekend and we’re looking for vegan/vegetarian catering options. I reached out to Alvin in June for the same and he happily agreed to cater our needs. He has a lot of vegetarian and vegan options in the menu but we wanted something more customized. The food was really yummy and delivered on time. I wanted to take better pictures but it was so good that our family just couldn’t wait. Thanks Alvin! -

We had a DELICIOUS rehearsal dinner meal - spinach and artichoke dip, soft pita wedges, Cesar salad, chicken marsala, carrots, and a variety of cheesecake!
Our wedding reception meal was strawberry spinach salad, baked potato, rolls, veggies, and some of the best steak I've ever had! The service was also great on both occasions! -

Our perfect day
On October 12, 2019 Alvin’s Kitchen catered our wedding event held on site at our cabin were we had our ceremony and reception. They were very professional and diligently took care of every need. The meal they prepared for us was delicious! We highly recommend! Thank you again NeNe! -

Alvin's Kitchen was absolutely perfect for our morning wedding. The food was fantastic and the employee's were so kind and they worked hard. Nene made our experience with booking very easy and stress-free. I would recommend Alvin's Kitchen to anyone who asks. -

Alvin’s kitchen is by far one of the best experiences I could have imagined! If your looking for someone to go above and behind talk to NeNe she is definitely great at her job for setting everything up! Alvin came to our cabin for our engagement and stunned my fiancé with his chiefs skills! Great experience and highly recommend for any occasion! -

Alvin’s catered our wedding in January. They were absolutely wonderful.
They deserve more than 5 stars.
We actually a few months before the wedding .. a few members of my family and I met with Alvin to do a tasting. We fell in love with his hospitality and the food. He was such a great guy and was very accommodating.
Nene (Alvin’s coordinator) helped a lot with questions and was always available. Any time I had a question she was always a phone call away.
The food was unbelievable.
They also did all of the reception decorations (linen, centerpieces, tableware,etc) everything was just perfect.
Prices were defiantly reasonable and affordable.
Highly recommend ... and like I said before they deserve more than 5 stars!! -

My husband and I got married at the Magnolia in Pigeon Forge in October. We had an unfortunate circumstance in which our caterer was no longer available 2 months before our wedding. Alvin's Kitchen stepped in immediately and helped us recreate our menu and stuck to our budget. Our guests raved about the delicious BBQ. We had cupcakes and mini cheesecakes for desert in place of a cake, exactly as we envisioned. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and we wouldn't have changed a thing. Thanks Alvin's Kitchen! -

Alvin, Nene and their team were so amazing to work with. Since the beginning they were super responsive, flexible and accommodating. We wanted to have Risotto and not only we got it -despite not being in their menu-, but it was AMAZING! Salad was highly acclaimed amongst attendees as well! Everyone loved the food, and the guys on-site were great to work with, super helpful, kind and easy going. Love, love, love! Thank your for everything! -

We booked Alvin in January for an October wedding. We paid a $1200 deposit. He didn’t show up, and we were forced to make a grocery run and cook hamburgers and hotdogs. He ruined the day for the bridal couple and their guests. Do not book this unreliable, dishonest caterer!
