Don't want to wear white? Can't find a wedding dress that fits your personality? Don't want to look like every other bride? Call/email Alteria. I don't have the words to properly articulate how wonderful they are. The team of artists will take your dress and turn it into a work of art.
I was petrified to send my dress off from Texas to Florida - but they soothed my fears and concerns with constant contact, pictures & updates. When I received my dress my jaw dropped & I was in awe. It was unique. It was me. It was art. -

I worked with Alteria for 4 weeks. The owner, and her team are very kind - listen well, and try to help your vision come to life. They will provide a photo prototype to get your approval. Trust me, if you need to make changes - they are more than understanding!
They are time conscious as well. You will not be disappointed! -

I’m so happy!
I couldn’t find anyone to do dye my pageant dress which was originally white because of the fabric. She was able to dye my dress quickly and the color that I wanted. Thank you so much! -

Great custom dye!
I had some pretty difficult to achieve wedding dress dreams. I wanted aspects of a few different dresses I had seen and most importantly I wanted a specific shade of green in a watercolor effect for the silk. So I decided to have it custom made. The first stop was having my silk dyed the correct color and with the correct effect. I reached out to a few people who either said they couldn’t or didn’t respond. When I reached out to Marisela of Alteria, her repose was fast and she Exchanged a number of emails with me so she could get a good feel for what I wanted. She was able to send samples to me so we could fine tune the desired look and was able to get all the silk dyed in time for me to send it to my dressmaker. Would recommend Alteria 10/10 for custom dress needs! I had a great experience! -

Great quality and customer service
I knew I wanted an ombré wedding dress and was looking for a service that would do that. I had contacted a few vendors, and ultimately decided to use Alteria due to their price point and their responsiveness. The dress turned out exactly how I wanted it and was returned to me in a timely manner! -

I got married this October and wanted a pastel blue wedding dress. When I was shopping, every blue dress was giving prom and not wedding. So I bought a beautiful white dress and found Marisela at ALTERIA online and inquired about her services. We discussed the color, she answered my questions, and we got the ball rolling. My dress came back even more beautiful than I could have imagined!! Between buying the dress, having it dyed, and having it tailored - I still only spent less than $600 overall which seemed like a great price compared to dresses I was seeing in stores. I attached photos of the untailored white dress versus the final tailored beautiful blue version. Marisela was incredible to work with and I am so glad I found her company!! She made my Cinderella dreams come true on my big day and I will treasure the photos and memories forever. :) Thank you so much ALTERIA!!!! -

Incredibly disappointed
I was so excited to work with another woman-owned business to create a custom dyed suit to wear as I officiated my best friend’s wedding. Marisela was quick to respond when discussing details like the suit fabric and color selection, because I bought a new white suit specifically to dye. Unfortunately once I sent my suit, I didn’t hear back from Marisela for months. I checked in with her a month before the event, because I had sent her the suit in January, and by March I still hadn’t received any updates. She told me she was aware of my deadline (originally communicated to her in November) and would have it ready. That deadline came and passed. A week after I was told I would get an update, after calling, emailing, and reaching out over multiple social media platforms, I heard nothing. Marisela finally sent an email with the first round of dyeing and suggested a second round because it was not the color we had agreed on. At this point there was a week before the event and I was left with no option but to hope that it worked out the second time around. It did not. The end product is splotchy and incredibly uneven. Marisela shipped the suit three days after she said she would, causing a lot of incredibly unnecessary stress and cost as the suit had to be overnighted in order to arrive in time. Additionally, I sent this suit in new and unaltered, so there was no time to hem or take in the suit and the color was very uneven. I gave this company months to dye my pieces with a guarantee that my color would be achieved because I had specifically purchased a more expensive, white suit brand new that is now unwearable. I definitely think that this project came out so poorly because it was rushed. When I asked for a refund because of the horrible end product and customer experience, I was told that the overnight shipping was really expensive so Marisela was unable to offer anything more than a 20% refund. She sent an 18% refund. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with another business, she was active online and posting other projects while leaving all of my frantic messages unread. Do not recommend, absolutely cried over this horrible experience more than once because of the stress of no response and I ended up at my best friend’s wedding in a mess of a garment. -

Please beware about sending your garments to this company for any kind of service. I mailed my garments to this company to get dyed. Once they received my garments I never heard back from them. I called several times and sent numerous emails requesting a status update and I haven't received any response. I'm now filing for compensation in Small Claims Court in the Orlando Florida area. I'll keep you updated on the process.
