Perfect for Wedding!
Shari was outstanding to work with for our wedding photo booth! She helped us mock up our photo booth strips so everything felt personalized and exactly how we envisioned. She had tons of fun props that our guests loved, and the setup and breakdown were completely seamless. Everyone had an absolute blast, and the photo booth was such a fun highlight of the night. We even got a flash drive at the end with all the photos. Highly recommend Alter Ego Photo Booth! -

So fun! Highly recommend
Shari was so helpful and responsive leading up to the big day! Even though we were so distracted and it all went fast, this Photo Booth was awesome and had great props. The guests loved it and we loved opening up the scrapbook to see fun photos and notes. So glad we included this and got some special photos together with our friends and family. Highly recommend! -

One of a Kind Photo Booth Vendor
Having a photo booth was something that we definitely wanted at our wedding as we have loved them in the past and it’s our way of giving our guests a “wedding favor.” That being said, I wanted to find a vendor who was easy to work with and who could get the job done.
Shari was great from the start and you can tell she knows how to run a business successfully. She was so incredibly patient working with me back and forth via email to design a photo booth card design that fit our style for the wedding and the options were endless with her! She also made great suggestions about background choices to fit that exact look we were going for.
On the actual wedding day, all our guests loved the photo booth and Shari made it such a fun experience for everyone. I also loved that I got a flash drive of all the photos taken from the night so I could feel like I didn’t miss out on anything. Shari and Alter Ego Photo Booth we’re the best and I highly recommend them! -

Alter Ego - a hit!
Alter Ego was great and easy to work with for our wedding! They were flexible when we hammered out the timing of the reception and realized we needed to adjust our original thoughts. Plenty of options for props, friendly, patient staff in the photo booth. Love the scrapbook that went home with us that night! -

Alter Ego created a fantastic photo booth experience for my guests!
One of my friends used Alter Ego at her wedding a few years ago, so when I started to look for a photo booth company, this was a perfect place to start. After looking at their various packages, I saw that they had something in our budget! Shari was great to work with throughout the whole process, explaining options and choosing a design that worked for our theme. When I saw her at a Bridal Expo, she even gave me a more affordable bridal expo deal after already creating our contract. The day of, they set up before the wedding started and our attendant, Brian, was fantastic. He was professional and personable and the guests LOVED the photobooth! Even my husband's 94 year old grandmother went in about 5 times -- it was a hit! When we got home after the honeymoon, we got to look through the photos on a flashdrive provided by Alter Ego and it was so nice to see our guests. I am SO glad we put this into the budget and would recommend Alter Ego to anyone planning a wedding. -

You Can't Go Wrong
I used Alter Ego for my September 7, 2019 wedding. I met Shari at a wedding expo and took advantage of an awesome promotion. I was hooked after taking a photo. The quality and the props she had were second to none. Shari is very responsive and flexible and works to make sure she is giving you what you want. She has an extensive selection of designs and backdrops. The photobooth was the perfect interactive addition to my reception. I wish I had another event to use her for! The options and end products are great. I received a scrap book and USB which is a great keepsake. The USB also has video messages which were a nice touch. I only received compliments from guests young and old about how nice the photo booth was.
If you are on the fence, DO IT! There is no way you will regret booking Alter Ego! -

Easy, organized, and stress free
We loved our experience with Alter Ego! From the time we decided to get a photobooth until a week after our wedding Shari made everything super easy and organized! I never had to stress about little things getting ready for my wedding. She emailed me choices - I sent her what I liked back and she had everything perfectly set up on the day of my wedding. We lost our photobooth pictures sometime during wedding cleanup & she took the extra step too mail them out to us! Alter Ego was beyond amazing & made this part of the wedding so easy! -

An absolute dream
We saw the photo booth at a bridal show and were instantly impressed. The pictures come out beautifully. There are a great selection of props and many choices for backgrounds. Our guest raved about the wonderful experience they had with the photo booth attendant, Brian. Before our wedding Shari reached out to make sure everything went smoothly. We highly recommended them! You will thank us later! -

A Wonderful Addition
We booked Alter Ego Photo Booth for our son's wedding reception this year and have already requested them for our daughter's wedding next year! Their props are fantastic and in great condition, and staff is wonderful to work with! I highly recommend them for your event! -

Alter Ego was was easy to work with and they do an amazing job! Our wedding June 2 had a nonstop line during the event, Everyone loved it and had so much fun! We worked with Abby and she was awesome! Very friendly and professional...not to mention options they offer for your event. They have so many different props, you have a wide selection of background options. Shari was very prompt in getting back to us when we emailed her to book her. After comparing various other photobooth companies, we found that Alter ego had the best prices! A wedding must have
I used Alter Ego photo booth for my wedding October 20, 2018. I got a basic package for two hours and it was SO MUCH FUN! My guests had such a great time with it!! Shari and her staff are amazing to work with, and I truly think this is one of the things that made my wedding day so perfect! So much fun at our wedding!
We added the photo booth at the end of our wedding planning and we are so happy that we hired Alter Ego! Shari was amazing to work with during the planning phase and she even designed a special photo border for our pictures. Our photo attendant, Maria, was very friendly and helpful and really helped to make a special day the best it could be. We would recommend Shari and her team-you won't be sorry.

Alter ego exceeded all of our expectations! They were responsive to all emails and offered a lot of options for set up and backdrop. They brought amazing props and our guests kept going back to the photo booth for more. We had the video messaging and photo album included and my husband and I watched all of the message and are so we are able to watch the funny videos people left us. The quality of the photos are great as well, and we are so happy we chose to go with alter ego. You would be crazy not to have them at your weddding! -

They had a great selection of props, allowed us to design out own film strip graphic, and handed us our USB stick with all the photos and videos on it right away. There was no shortage of options when it came to selecting our photo booth provider for our wedding in Branford, CT. There was also no shortage of reasons why Alter Ego was far and away the choice for us.
Reason #1- Shari is the kindest and most accommodating owner/operator with whom we communicated. From day one, dealing with her was a pleasure and there was no question that she left unanswered. Even during the reception, she was smiling and having fun right along with our guests. Great to see.
Reason #2- You are getting a fair price for wonderful results. Alter Ego was one of a few places we didn't feel were cheating us out of a few extra pennies here and there. In a day and age where you obtain information very easily, it was interesting to see how many photo booth operators still overcharged significantly. Not the case here.
Reason #3- The final product was amazing. We were provided a beautiful scrapbook at the end of the night and a flash drive with every picture taken during the reception. Great props and Shari designs incredible photo strips to use at your event. My guests were very pleased.

Absolutely recommend having Alter Ego do your wedding! The photo booth was set up and running before i even knew they had arrived. All of our guests had a blast trying on costumes and using props in their photos and they had an instant souvenir to bring home. It broke the ice, helping people get to know each other and break out of their shells. Was something fun to do when you took a break from dancing. Shari stayed late and was full of positive vibes. You can’t beat the value. The photo booth was one of the best parts of our wedding day and going through all the pictures on Dropbox a couple days later was a blast! Shari does an exceptional job with this. If you’re thinking of getting a photo booth for your wedding, use alter ego. -

She worked with us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted, from the time frame to the accessories and props, to our awesome personalzied photostrips and sleeves, to a great backdrop, everything was so easy and perfect! That night we had an amazing staff working our booth, and our guests absolutely LOVED it! There were people there all night. The props were amazing, and photostrips came out awesome. We received a USB that night with all of the digital pictures, both individual and in the set of 3 for the photostrips, and we had the time of our lives looking through all of them the next day. It was incredible to have those pictures (and so soon!) to send to our friends and family and also to have for ourselves to remember the night. We just wanted to thank Shair and AlterEgo so much for our awesome wedding last Friday. People cannot stop talking about how much fun they had, and it had a great amount to do with the photo booth! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how it was the best one they’ve used at a wedding!!!!!! I had Alter Ego Photo booth recently at my wedding on October 14th, 2017 and it was worth every dollar. I got a beautiful book with a copy of every single photo taken with messages personally written by every guest, and I even got a flash drive with full size photos of every snap. I called 5 booths in total and Alter ego was the cheapest and they gave me the more then the competition. The girls I had were wonderful to work with, they kept it professional and fun at the same time. When nobody was at the booth the girls actually came out and danced with all of us and for a minute we forgot they were there for the booth. Sherri, the owner, was a pleasure to work with also, she kept in contact with me before the wedding to make sure every detail was in order and she was very prompt and polite if I had any concerns or questions. I would recommend to any and everybody I know to use Alter Ego Photo booth at their event. -

My husband and I got engaged on July 4th weekend of 2016 and the hunt for a Photo Booth began a few weeks later. I came across Alter Ego Photo Booth Co. as I scrolled through some options online and their website was the first thing that caught my eye. It was easy to navigate with photos of each type of booth they offer, different packages to fill everyone's needs, and a gallery full of photos of other's experiences.
After I read countless reviews about how amazing it was to work with Shari Kelly and her team and how they were "the life of the party", I knew I had to contact them to supply the photo booth for our wedding. Shari was the point of contact and she was so easy and accommodating to work with via email. She responded quickly and within days we had a signed contract and agreed they would make the hike to our "destination wedding" in Vermont even though Alter Ego is out of Connecticut. Shari sent me a large collection of photo-strip options that she promptly customized for us perfectly with our names and our wedding date!
The night of our wedding, our photo booth attendant, Maria, was amazing! She set up promptly and was ready to party as soon as our guests arrived to the ballroom. What stood out to me about Maria was that she accommodated all of our guests needs, especially our 6 year old niece who was dragging people into the photo booth every 10 minutes. Maria had a chair set aside for her, because the camera didn't lower enough, and every time Jacqueline would come to the booth Maria would, without any hesitation, pull the chair into the booth for her. She did the job of 2 attendants by herself: printing, distributing one copy to our guests and pasting another in our keepsake photo-strip album. She was the real MVP.
I highly recommend Alter Ego Photo Booth to anyone looking for a fun, accommodating, and fair priced company to make their special day or event come to life! Thank you Shari, Maria and the rest of the Alter Ego Team! -

I would rate Shari and Alter Ego a 10/5 stars because they were so phenomenal and went above and beyond! We found them at the CT bridal expo and they were the first photo booth that seemed genuine about providing the best service without charging an arm and a leg. Working with Shari to personalize the photo strips was fun and easy, the part my guests and I loved the most though was the media station they set up. It was great to get to text the photos to yourself and post them on Facebook, and my husband and I got a USB with all the photos mailed to us right after. The photobooth attendants were a lot of fun and very professional, they also had the most fun and crazy prop selection I have seen. -

Share and her staff at Alter Ego were super easy to work with. Very responsive, attentive to detail and did a quite setup, making sure not to disturb the wedding party. The tent was adorable and the props super cute. Lots of the funny hats make it onto the dance floor for some interesting shots! We opted for the photo booth album and it was a great keepsake of all the shots and comments. Book Alter Ego for your wedding and you not be disappointed! -

Shari was a pleasure to work with from the first moment that we contacted her. She responded quickly to e-mails and was polite, courteous and a complete pleasure to work with. Shari arrived at my son's wedding venue long before the wedding began and was completely set up and ready to work as guests first entered the reception area. The photo booth was my contribution to my son's wedding, so while another vendor hadn't arrived as scheduled, I was happily enjoying all of our pre-wedding festivities knowing that Shari and her assistant were already upstairs putting the finishing touches on my "gift". Many of our guests commented on how much they loved the photo booth and the picture strips they were each able to take home as a wedding memory. I purchased a memory photo book for my son and his wife which contains a copy of each picture strip Shari took. They absolutely love it and we've all so enjoyed viewing all of the fantastic, fun pictures of our family and friends at the wedding. Shari had many fun props and the picture quality was awesome! I would highly recommend Shari to anyone planning an event that is special to them. She was well worth the amount of money which she charged as she followed through with every item which we discussed in a highly professional, polite manner. I would absolutely recommend using Alter Ego Photobooth! The packages are the best ones I have seen and worth every penny. The backdrop and all the props were attractive. I'm so happy that we hired Shari and Alter Ego Photo Booth for our wedding! Everyone had such a great time taking photo's and it was such a great addition to the wedding. Shari was so easy to work with and never gave me a hard time about changing my mind about the backdrop and strip design, even up until a week before the wedding. They made us such a nice photo booth guest book with a copy of all the pics that were taken throughout the night with little messages from our guests. They even blew up the best shots of the two of us into full size images for us to keep, and those have become some of our favorite photos from our wedding. We hired Alter Ego Photobooth for our weeding and I'm so glad we did. It was one of the most fun elements of the night. I just love the custom photo strip that Shari created and the booth and props were great - not the tacky stuff you usually see. I loved being able to customize a package to suit our needs - and we were even able to bring our own album (to save a few bucks). I heard about Alter Ego through my venue, so I gave them a call. Shari, was so quick to pick up the phone and so personable it didn't matter what she was about to tell me the price was for her photobooth. But, her prices are so so so SO awesome for what you get.
Shari personalized my photo strips by combining two of her previous strips into one, and it was exactly what I was looking for. She was always in contact and very sweet throughout our entire time working together.
Come wedding day- I can't even explain how absolutely in LOVE I was with what she had to offer. Her props were the perfect ratio of funny and family friendly.. and the option to have a guestbook with the photo strips of our guests was the best decision I think we made throughout the entire wedding process. Looking through the guestbook the next day was such a perfect reminder of how much fun our guests had, and reading everything they were able to write was heart warming.
If anyone is in the area that Alter Ego is able to cater to, I would highly suggest this company. No regrets with this whatsoever. -

Alter Ego Photo Booth was the complete wedding day party experience! Everyone at my wedding loved it! From start to finish Shari and her team were amazing. The booth was a perfect size (we used the white lounge booth) and still enclosed for privacy. The props were awesome and very unique, our photos were like no other wedding I have been to. The video clips were so funny and it was so nice to have them as a reflection of the evening. Shari let me pick out the type of scrap book that I wanted (I was able to look online and send her the ones I liked!) and she went out of her way to check in with me and purchase my selected book in order to make sure that it matched my theme. I also REALLY wanted a sequined champagne gold backdrop - Shari did not have this, but because it was something I really wanted she ordered this backdrop for my wedding so that I could have exactly what I had pictured! She did not charge extra for the purchase of backdrop, as she will use it again, but it was BEYOND nice of her to offer to get it without an additional charge and to help me get exactly what I wanted. Shari is also just a very kind person - my parents were visiting me from out of state and we were attending a bridal expo, at that time I was emailing Shari about her booth, and when she heard I was coming to the show she offered us free tickets to the expo! She is the best!! If you want fun props, nice attendants, beautiful photos and a fun time go with Alter Ego!

I am so happy that we booked Alter Ego Photo Booth! They were, hands down, the best vendor we had at our wedding. From the moment I contacted Shari, she was so easy to work with. She always answered my emails quickly and I booked her right away. The Photo Booth was a HIT at the wedding. Shari has the BEST props I have ever seen at a Photo Booth. I also asked her if she could bring some Christmas props because we had a December wedding, and they were a hit! I was being pulled in all different directions that night, and I never really had a chance to get into the photo booth. Shari had one of my friends come and get me so that I could get pictures with my husband and a few groups of friends. I got pulled away again from my photographer but Shari kept my husband in the photo booth and he got a ton of pics with our guests. I am so grateful that she did that. At the end of the night, she handed us a book with our pics on the front, and all the photo strips of our guests inside with messages written by them. She also gave us a USB of all the pics...the strips as well as each individual picture. The pictures are AMAZING and I couldn't believe the quality...they are seriously some of the best photo booth pics I've ever seen. Thank you Shari! -

As soon as we got engaged, I knew we wanted to hire Alter Ego for our wedding after having the best experience with them at a friend’s wedding in MA. We were so excited to find out that they were actually based in CT, where we got married, and that they were free on our date! Shari was so communicative, so passionate, so flexible (we were able to design our own background for the photostrips to match our invitations) and so easy to work with. We booked the photobooth for the last few hours of our reception and it was the biggest hit of the whole wedding! The team arrived right on time and brought a fun array of props. One of the attendants operated the camera and was able to get so many awesome photos of our guests. The absolute best part was the guestbook—the attendants made sure everyone signed it after taking a photo and looking through it the next day was so much fun! It was great having pictures from the wedding that very night. I am so relieved that I opted to go with the guestbook option, I know I’d put off making a scrapbook of the photostrips for months and months if I was in charge of it. Instead, we have an instant keepsake that I love looking through! Hiring Alter Ego Photo Booth for our wedding was the best thing we ever did. Our guests RAVED about the booth, props and take home strips. Shari and her team are amazing. I sent her a picture of our invitation and she made us a custom photo strip border. Very professional. Very responsive. When we finally met the day of our event Shari offered to jump in and help other vendors who were running behind. My husband and I were on the fence at first about even getting a photobooth and in the end we're both so happy that we did! It was a huge hit and all our guests complimented us for it. It gave people something fun and entertaining to do besides just dancing and eating. There were tons of fun props to choose from and their was plenty of room inside the booth for big groups to fit in. I especially loved the scrapbook add on where a copy of everyone's pictures were put next to signed messages that I got to take home at the end of the night. We had a great time looking through them all and seeing what everyone had to write. The staff was also very courteous and helpful throughout the entire time they were there working. I would highly recommend Alter Ego to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat for any other major event! -

Alter Ego Photobooth was amazing! The props they use are far better than anyone else's. The staff is very accommodating and nice. Also, the quality of their images are outstanding. I booked Alter Ego for our wedding back in May, and cannot say enough good things about them! Shari and her staff are professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. The employee who worked our wedding was very friendly, and even taped the photos in our photobook to be sure guest left a message :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are looking for a photobooth for your wedding or any other event! -

The photo booth was a hit. The flash drive was a fantastic addition that I forgot about. Our venue let me know that the team was extremely professional; they came in, set up, and broke down with no issue at all. Alter Ego Photo Booth was amazing to work with! From the very first email down to the follow up after the wedding, we were nothing but satisfied. Shari worked with us to create an amazing personalized Hollywood red carpet style photo booth that our guests loved! She was able to take our vision and make it a reality! Our photo booth attendant, Jeremy, arrived on time and had it all set up and ready to go when our guests headed to the reception area. The end product was amazing! Our guests were so happy and so were we after looking at all of the photos from the evening on the flash drive they gave us after the wedding was over. We highly recommend Alter Ego Photo Booth for any event! They will truly add a special touch to your event and make it a hit! -

My husband and I booked Alter Ego for our June wedding and we are so glad that we did! Shari was so easy to work with and was quick to respond to us with any questions or concerns we had in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We were able to customize our photo booth rental agreement to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for our wedding, including the photo package, photo booth background and the design of the photo booth strips. On the day of the wedding, the photo booth attendant was great and came with so many fun props. I loved how big the photo booth was, allowing for large groups to go in at one time. We received all of the photos in digital copy within a week of the wedding. We would highly recommend using Alter Ego for your wedding or other party events. They were great!! -

Alter Ego did a wonderful job at my recent wedding. Shari was very easy to work with and was very responsive to emails and phone calls. She took the time to design a picture on our photo strip and it fit the theme of our wedding perfectly. Our guests loved the large selection of props and that each person in the group got their own photo strip. We had a line to use the booth all night! The attendants did a great job at placing all of the photo strips taken that night in a memory book and we got to take it home that night. We also got a copy of all of the pictures taken on a memory stick. We love looking at all of the pictures! I highly recommend Alter Ego for any event! -

Shari is an outstanding vendor! We hired her for a UCONN graduation party, not a wedding, and she did not disappoint! She accommodated our request at the last minute as well as we had hired another vendor whose equipment got damaged the week of the event, and they were not able to provide us with the open air photo booth we had contracted for. Out of all the vendors we considered, Shari was by far the most responsive, honest, passionate, flexible, and committed to delivering value. She went out of her way to design a beautiful custom backdrop for my wife and I that matched our wedding colors. Not only that, she created a custom package that worked with our budget, brought the best assortment of props I’ve ever seen for a phot booth, created and facilitated completion of a fantastic guestbook, and engaged our guests with her assistant in a very welcoming, authentic, and fun way. Our guests loved the photo booth. Their attendant was friendly and accommodating. The props were also fresh and relevant to our party and all of them were in new condition. We also received a pen drive with all of the pictures and we loved going through them all the next day when we got home. Although we bought our own book for guests to put their pictures in, i would recommend using the one they provide. We had a hard time finding something worth using just to save a couple bucks.

We used Alter Ego for our Photo Booth at St. Clements Castle in Connecticut. I can't tell you how many people came up to us afterwards and told us how much fun they had with that particular part of our wedding! They were very professional and came with lots of different props! They you're always very quick to respond to any questions I had. They made great choices on where it would be best to set up and made me feel as though I had nothing to worry about leading up to our wedding. That was a really nice feeling with as many moving parts as there were. I so appreciated their service and would recommend them to anyone. -

Alter Ego Photo Booth Co. did a FANTASTIC job with their photo booth services. They were responsive before the wedding in working with me to decide on booth choice, picture layout, booth set-up location, etc. During the wedding, the attendant was very professional. The props were awesome! We had guests in the booth all night long. I wish I had secured the booth for longer than I did. The best part was that they gave me a usb drive with ALL the pictures from the photo booth. What a great keepsake and way to capture memories from our special night! I could not have been happier with this company. :) -

Johnathan was our Photobooth attendedant and he traveled about 2 hours from central CT to New Rochelle, NY to provide our photobooth services for the wedding. Johnathan was nothing but great from the moment he got there. The props were abundant and so funny. The guests LOVED the photobooth. Shari, the owner is also a pleasure to work with. I probably asked her a million questions for the past year and a half but she always was glad to answer. I bought photobooth frames from Etsy to use for the wedding favors, and she helped me design the insert for the frames to put on the tables. Shari and Johnathan were just amazing. Book these guys if you are considering a Photbooth. The value and service you'll receive are beyond compare. -
