    We used Al's at 71st and Memorial in Tulsa for all of the men's attire for our wedding. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, even though we had some of our men fitted out of town. We had previously visited Men's Wearhouse where the prices were good, but the service was terrible. Al's agreed to match their prices for comparable attire. When there was some confusion with one of our groomsmen trying to be fitted and make arrangements at the Oklahoma City store, the manager here in Tulsa straightened it all out quickly and easily for us. The men looked fantastic at our wedding, and I would recommend this Al's location for men's formal wear.

    The ladies at Al's were beyond helpful during the tux pick-out and try-on, and while picking out invites. Good deals on invites also. Could see hundreds of invites in person which made it MUCH easier to pick one out!

    I have gone to Al's for my formal wear needs for my whole life. They are great. We had some sizing issues with our tux on the day of pick up, but without any prompting the guys at Al's fixed us right up and made sure everything looked great. Thanks for all your help!

    We got all our men's tuxedos here! They all looked so studly. The only problem was how quickly we had to get them returned.

    Overall the service and products were good. We did have a snafu with one of the groomsmen's shirts. It was too short to begin with and then the replacement that arrived just hours before the ceremony was even shorter than the first one so the first one was used, but it turned out okay. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

    Would not recommend either store in Tulsa. We made an appointment, but then proceeded to wait for 1 hour while the staff was too busy to even get our names. Moved suit pickup to Owasso when we bought our new home about three months before the wedding and had great, speedy service, however, one full suit did not make it to Owasso the day before the wedding. We had to send that member of our wedding party back to Tulsa to search for the pieces of his suit that were missing, which got to be a little stressful.

    Wedding invitations came out great and looked beautiful, however, the entire order did not come in at once. I had to go back again to the store and wait AGAIN in a long line to pick up the 2nd box of invitations that had not arrived on schedule.

    We got "wedding bubbles" from Al's, for use after the ceremony. They were a made-in-china piece of junk. Half the wands fell into the bubbles, and the bubbles themselves barly held together. We would have done better at walmart.

    I ordered 5 tuxes, all the men went for fittings and at least 3 of the sets were drastically off in length of pant legs and shity sleeves. The groom received the wrong vest and had to go pick it up on the wedding day. The hem of the grooms jacket came loose after wearing no more than 3 hours and his shirt sleeves had to be rolled up because they were too long. One of the ushers had shirt sleeves that were too short, another had broken cuff links, another's jacket was too tight and grooms shoes were wrong size. When I took back the grooms tux and complained I was basically told sorry but they were busy (it was also prom season) and she hoped it was better next time - I told her thanks but I was only planning to get married once and felt we didn't receive what was expected for the money we paid.

    I would not use Al's formal wear. We went several months in advance for fittings and they told us to pick everything up the Wednesday before the wedding, which was on a Friday. We went on Wednesday and they only had the shirt, pants and jacket, no vests or ties. I was furious! They said the designer had not shipped the vests or ties but they would definitely be there by noon on Friday!! HELLO I was getting married Friday and would love to have them before. Anyways...after some phone calls we were able to get the shipping changed to Thursday and received a discount for each tux. But it was definitely not worth the stress! And not to mention the groomsmen's vests and ties were supposed to be purple. One groomsmen had a purple tie and vest the other two had purple vests with white ties GRRR

    I have use the Als formal wear location in Englewood, CO several times over the last 15 years, for weddings and formal events, always before with excellent results. So I was very disappointed at the lack of customer service, professionalism and response I received for the wedding this time. The original prices quoted were incorrect. The quality of the clothing and its condition were extremely bad. Grooms tux not even pressed, nor did it fit properly. And the biggest complaint I have was with ties I actually purchased from them. We ordered ties 3 months prior to the wedding because they had nothing in the color we wanted to rent. I called and went into the store several times, and the last month weekly to be assured they would be in that week and I would receive a call. Never happened. 10 days before the wedding the groom had to insist on speaking with a regional manager and have the ties tracked. When they arrived 5 days before the wedding, they did not offer or provide a discount to offset the stress this caused. I would not recommend nor use this location again.

    Don't use this store! My son rented a tuxedo here for prom and I should've left immediately when they told me that the fitting wouldn't happen until the day before prom and that if anything didn't fit they would overnight the needed piece to our home. When we arrived for the fitting, the jacket was too tight, so they put him in the next size, which was too large. They said those were my only choices, that to tailor the jacket would ruin it. What??? And what happened to overnighting the correct size? They can't because they don't have it. They said it's because he has a V-shaped body. So you only carry tuxes for certain body types??? You took his measurements, you knew his body type. If you weren't able to accommodate that, the proper thing to have done would have been to admit it and let us go to someone who could accommodate his body type. Zero integrity.
    Then, the bow tie was cheap, flimsy, flat-looking, had strings hanging off it. The lapel covered the handkerchief completely. When I complained, the worker in the store got belligerent with me and told me that's what I get for choosing the cheapest option ...$130 for one night rental. He said I could take a refund and leave the tux there or just take it, basically telling me to shut up about it. Well, they know they've got you over a barrel because prom is the next night. You have no options.
    I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy COSTUME CLOTHES and VERBAL ABUSE.
    That was just prom. I would be scared to death to try this place for my wedding. No telling what you might end up with.

    They are expensive, and not very professional. My husband went in 3 times to make sure that everything fit, and that they had all of the right colors and patterns that we had picked out. They charged us $80 to rent a tuxedo for my nephew ( 10 years old), which was the same price as for the rest of the adult men in the group! Outrageous! I would have gladly paid $40 for his tux, but I feel like they totally took advantage of us. On my WEDDING DAY, they brought us my husband's tux with 2 vests and no shirt. Our church was 40 minutes away from their shop, and they WOULD NOT bring us the shirt. This was their fault, and they would not even attempt to try to salvage this huge issue. Obviously we could not get married with him not having the shirt. We were lucky that a good friend was still in town and was willing to go by to get it. Our wedding started 40 minutes late because of their inefficient and unprofessional behavior. I would NEVER go back there again. This could have ruined my wedding day were it not for a good friend.

    RUN FROM AL"S FORMAL WEAR. WE WENT THERE AROUND A FEW MONTHS AGO TO GET THINGS ORGANIZED FOR THE WEDDING. I NEEDED A TUX AND THEN WE DECIDED TO HIRE A VIDEO PERSON TO RECORD THE WEDDING. WE WERE TOLD TO COME ON A SCHEDULE DAY AND TIME TO SHOW INFO ABOUT THE SERVICE . WHEN WE GOT THERE THERE THEY HAD NO IDEA WE WERE COMING EVEN THOUGH WE WERE THERE BECAUSE THEY GAVE US AN EXACT DAY AND TIME. SO THEY WERE FUMBLING AROUND AND DECIDED TO USE AN IPAD TO SHOW AND DIFFERENT THINGS THE VIDEO RECORDING COULD DO. UNFORTUNELY THEY COULD FIND THE PLUG TO THE IPAD AND AFTER 15 MINUTES OF SEARCHING GAVE UP AND RESCHEDULED. WENT BACK AGAIN AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED. WE ORDERED THE SERVICE SINCE THE WEDDING WAS LESS THAN A MONTH AWAY. WE PAID NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND WORKED OUT ALL THE DETAILS. THE DAY OF WEDDING WAS CHAOS AND AROUND 5;00 WHEN THE CERMONY WAS ABOUT TO START WE REALIZED THEN WAS NO VIDEO CAMERAMAN THERE. THEY MISSED THE ENTIRE WEDDING ,NEVER SHOWED UP.THE NEXT DAY WHEN I RETURNED MY TUX ,I COMPLIAINED THAT THE VIDEO PERSON NEVER SHOWED UP. I GOT THE NAME AND NUMBER FOR THE DISTICT MGR AND EXPLODED BECAUSE THEIR COMPANY RUINED THE MEMORIES OF MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING. I CAN;T RENT THE HALL AGAIN, DECORATE, GET THE DJ AND ALL THE PEOPLE. HE SAID IT WAS HUMAN ERROR THE TUX WAS RIGHT BUT THE VIDEO PERSON WAS SET FOR MARCH,15,2015 A YEAR FROM NOW THE DISTRICT MGR DIDN;T SEEMED UPSET AND SAID HE WAS SORRY BUT I LOST THE MEMORIES FOREVER.HE SAID I WOULD GET A FULL REFUND AND MAIL THE CHECK FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING. TODAY IS MARCH 21 AND SINCE THE MAIL CAME TODAY I STILL HAVE NO CHECK.THE CORPARATE OFFICE IS IN HOUSTON SO IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 5 DAYS TO GET HERE, AND BESIDE THEY SHOULD HAVE FED EX THE CHECK OVERNIGHT SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT SINCE THEY MADE SUCH A MAJOR MISTAKE . NOW I;M FORCED TO CALL THE CORPARTE OFFICE TO SEE WHERE MY MONEY IS, LIKE I SAD AVOIDS AL''S

    All our groomsmen were fitted months prior to the wedding and all ended up with the wrong sizes and even though we picked up two days prior they would not swtich out any of the sizes. Our ring bearer ended up with shoes two sizes too small (and he had the correct size listed on our order sheet) Would not use Al's again. For the $1000 we spent on suites there should be no issues.
