Amazing venue for affordable price!

We had our wedding luncheon and reception at the Alpine Art Center and it was amazing. The food was delicious, the staff was professional, and everything went smoothly. The venue is beautiful, they have a nice inside area and nice gardens outside. Our wedding was on a Tuesday and we paid $1800 for the venue reservation all day and then just under $2500 for a meal for 80 people and refreshments at the reception! There were no hidden fees and everything was well explained on the website and during our tour. We paid extra for a few extra tables and then we paid extra for them to cut up and serve our wedding cake we brought.

Hands down the absolute best !

The entire team at Alpine Art Center went above and beyond, they were nothing short of amazing people to work with, not to mention the grounds, the building it was all top notch. We originally had another venue booked and I couldn't be more happy switching over as soon as I seen Alpine Art Center! All of our family and friends had so man compliments on the staff and the venue, turned out so beautiful.

This venue is perfect. The staff is helpful and friendly. The venue is pretty as is and isn't super expensive. Would and do recommend to everyone.

Benefit Dinner

We conducted a fundraiser for Operation Underground Railroad at Alpine Art Center! The director, Jill, and the whole staff were friendly and wonderfully professional. The food was very good, I have to admit, better than I expected! I would wholeheartedly recommend this venue.

Amazing!

Let me first start by saying Jill and Aubrianna nailed it!!! The venue looked gorgeous and the staff was amazing. They were willing to help with anything to make our day memorable. We HIGHLY recommend Alpine Art Center.

Wedding reception huge success

I would personally recommend the Alpine Art Center to anyone. Our wedding reception went phenomenally. They meet the agreements with precision. If you want someone to match what you ask them to, this is one of the most straightforward, honest and down to earth places you could ever go. And their prices are pretty amazing considering everything that they have to offer. If you have any questions look them up. They're amazing

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

We had a fairly flawless experience from our first contact through the follow up after the wedding. Jill's responsiveness to my initial inquiry was quick and very informative. She set us up with a tour and we fell in love with the venue right away. Jill helped with all our questions and random requests and passed us off to coordinators on the day of the ceremony. Aubrianna and Sofie were fantastic! They kept us on schedule and made everything feel easy. The venue was absolutely stunning, the food was delicious, and everyone we interacted with was professional and kind. I cannot recommend Alpine Art Center enough! They helped make our wedding day as stress free as possible and created an environment that felt magical. Thank you to all who were part of our day!!

Excellent in all areas!

We had my daughter’s reception at the alpine art center this weekend. It was a great experience. The venue is gorgeous. The owners of the venue were so great to work with. Their catering service was fantastic!! I would highly recommend this place for any event!

Don't pass on it the beauty surrounding this venue is unforgettable

Jill and her staff was professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were extremely flexible and very responsive to our requests and calls. I will also say the photos do not show the real beauty that is hidden on their property. It is a must see if you have not done so. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely inside and out.

The Alpine Arts Center was a beautiful place for our daughter's wedding reception. There was a nice open, elegant feeling for the evening's events. Jill took care of our every need. She was so personable and approachable and shared in the joy of the evening. The weather turned out to be stormy; so we weren't able to use the garden area, but they are a beautiful addition to the venue.

Amazing, Beautiful, Professional

They made everything run smoothly. It was BEAUTIFUL. Their guardens are amazing. You could not ask for better staff.
Jessica was amazing. She helped us plan and make sure everything was on time amd ran smoothly. Their prices are the best around. You can not get any better than this place. Im so glad that I got married here. The food was also amazing.

Perfect!!!

Planning a wedding reception from out of town seemed overwhelming. But once I found the Alpine Art Center, and worked closely with Jessica over the months, I quickly realized everything will be OK. Our evening of celebration could not have been more perfect! It was everything my daughter had ever dreamed of and more!

Ideal location for a magic moment

We've used this location every time we've had a say in what we're doing ... Wedding luncheons and receptions. Always a great place with a good selection of food options to meet your budget. Elegant but not over priced.

Less or no stress wedding planning.

The Alpine Art Center Team was fantastic, led by Jessica. They gained my trust early which made for less or no stress wedding planning. The luncheon was wonderful and affordable and the grounds were very lovely. Jessica was with us every step of the way. As mother of the bride, I couldn't have been happier or more pleased.

Best Wedding Venue for the Best Value

I had my wedding at Alpine Art Center in October, 2018. I cannot say enough good things about this venue and their staff. The venue is gorgeous and an amazing value for what you get. We compared sooo many venues before deciding on this one and for the money, this one was far more beautiful than many of the others we looked into. The tables and linens were all set up perfectly, the decor that already exists inside the building makes decorating incredibly easy as you don't have to add a whole lot more to get an incredible look. This place has so many amazing outdoor spots (perfect for an outdoor ceremony or wedding photos) as well as a gorgeous inside (which was greatly needed since our wedding was in October, we appreciated the warmth). Everyone commented on how gorgeous the venue was and that it was "like a hidden gem".

We worked with Jill to coordinate our rental of the venue and she was phenomenal. She was always quick to respond and never hesitated to answer any of my (likely very dumb) questions. She was super helpful in making decisions regarding anything related to the venue and her and the rest of the staff were super helpful and flexible while we were debating between an outdoor or indoor ceremony (it was raining on and off the entire day) and were soo sweet about helping us setup for an outdoor ceremony when it stopped raining and the sun came out 5 minutes before our ceremony was about to start.

It was really important that we had a venue that allowed us to have a bar, as well as allowed an outside caterer, both of which Alpine Art Center did. Of course we had to pay a $200 fee to bring in the alcohol (which is a small fee to pay in Utah) and a $200 refundable deposit for having an outside caterer, but we got that deposit back and had a great time regardless. Yes, they have some fees and additional charges, however, in comparison to the many other venues we looked at, Alpine Art Center's fees seemed to be the most minimal with the largest amount of things included in the rental cost.

Overall, the price is phenomenal, the venue is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and I cannot imaging my wedding day going any better than it did, with a huge part of that being because of Alpine Art Center!

It was AMAZING!! It's the most beautiful place with everything you could think of. It's beautiful both inside and outside, and the guests loved both and complimented it left and right. It was perfectly spacious and their workers were amazing! Jill, the event director was incredible and did such a good job with everything. The catering was wonderful and very, very cheap compared to many other vendors. I totally recommend this place and loved everything about it. The day was perfectly smooth with no problems, and it helped so much that they just took care of everything!

With so many wedding venues available, and so many different options available from each place, Alpine Art Center is by far one of the best overall values available. They let you have the center for more than 4 hours, and they don't charge you $400 for each additional hour that you may need. Like many venues, you can pick and choose from the services that they have, mixed with the stuff that you want to do on your own. (decorations, etc) The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful, the food was excellent, and it was a just a great place for a wedding reception. The grand piano sounded great also...

I loved working with this venue!! Jill and Joy are seriously awesome! They were so accommodating, kind, and easy to work with. And the venue itself is so gorgeous! I had an outdoor ceremony by the gazebo and waterfall and it was simply magical. Alpine Art Center also did my catering. The food was delicious! And their service was very prompt and friendly. I highly recommend catering with them! Alpine really made my wedding day so much easier, and it ran so smoothly. Thanks for everything!!

Our wedding wouldn't have been what it was without Jill and all of the staff at Alpine. From the outstanding landscaping and cermony options to the mouth watering in-house catering, Alpine did it all. Our wedding coordinator was Jill. She is the best. She handled every situation and request with amazing professionalism and spirit. We had an incredible ceremony and reception thanks to every member of their staff. We held our wedding reception at the Alpine Art Center and we are SO glad that we did! Everything was so put together and ready for us when we got there. They were so accommodating to our every need. We also LOVED the food! We served crepes and everyone loved them! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a venue.

The Alpine Art Center exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely stunning, the gardens were beautiful especially with the addition of the new waterfall. I couldn't have been happier, they helped to make our special day run so smoothly and look fantastic. The service was great- very kind, flexible, and helpful. I already began recommending this place to other couples! For the price, it's more than reasonable and will be the best location to host any kind of reception!

Alpine Art Center helped create my dream wedding. I was able to show up and have no stress. They treated me so kindly and continued to go above and beyond, during the planning process, and the day of the wedding. Food was tastey and devoured by the guests! Sound system was nice and adequate space for my bridal party needs and guest count. Highly recommend their services for any event, especially a wedding. My Mom is in a wheelchair and they were so attentive to her needs and treated her with respect. That alone helped the day be simple and fun.

The Alpine Art Center was truly awesome to work with because they were very accommodating to what we wanted for both the civil ceremony and reception. We wanted to incorporate different seating for both events and the turn around in between was flawless. I had live music and DJ and there was enough space for them and dancing. We loved our December wedding there because they also had really pretty Christmas trees. It worked out at this location and we got our dream wedding with family and friends enjoying every minute.

The Alpine Art Center was a joy to work with. They were professional and prompt in all communication, and provided a host of good ideas about how to make our wedding day a special event just for us.

It was the perfect location for us, since I grew up in Highland and really wanted to have the event in a local place that still had a small-town atmosphere. Since our wedding was in the winter we didn't get to take as much advantage of the beautiful grounds around the facility, but that could be an added consideration for anyone getting married during the warmer seasons of the year.

We really liked this venue because it was a large open/modern looking room. We had a ring ceremony and then went outside and into the gardens. When we came back, they had set up for the reception. It was very pretty and also inexpensive compared to other places.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with the people at the Alpine Art Center! It was a bit more expensive (as is any venue), and I thought that paying for some of the decorations was a bit much. However, our reception turned out beautiful and they were very flexible and friendly in working with us. Definitely worth the money, especially if you don't want the stress of managing all of the tiny event details on your own!

As a mother of the bride planning a wedding from a different state, I found the team at Alpine Art Center to be extremely helpful with all of the details. I had all my questions answered promptly; setup and catering service were wonderful; the special rooms for the bride and groom were lovely; the venue was accessible to me each time I needed to visit to plan for decor. We especially loved the flexibility in being able to have our reception indoors, outdoors, or both. Beautiful gardens and art made for an idyllic setting.

Wonderful Day!

Jill was great to work with. We had a wonderful experience with both the luncheon and the reception. The luncheon was catered by the venue and was outstanding. The only issue I had with this venue was the air conditioning. It needs to be addressed. The lack of adequate cooling made everyone uncomfortable.

Low stress, they took care of everything we needed, and checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful grounds inside and out.

Just What We Needed

We chose the Alpine Art Center because of its beautiful venue. proximity to Provo, and value. The staff was so good to work with us, especially when our plans changed - over and over - due to Corona complications. Though we originally just planned on a reception, we ended up having a civil wedding there (the earlier temple sealing was cancelled when the bride tested positive for COVID). The setting, decor, food, size of the center, and audio system were just what we needed. (including the grand piano and dance floor!) Certainly a day to remember and treasure.

Alpine Art Center

My daughters reception was beautiful! They were so helpful anytime I had a question or if I needed to come by to check in some details out in the garden area or inside. It was perfect for my daughter. The outside gardens were so pretty that you didn’t have to add a lot for it to be beautiful. Loved it.

We had an outdoor reception that was absolutely beautiful. Guest after guest commented on how gorgeous Alpine Art Center is! They couldn't have been easier to work with. My daughter loved everything about her special day. I would go back there in a heartbeat for an outdoor reception!

We had our reception outside here and it was beautiful! With the new gazebo and waterfall, the landscaping was beautiful. The trees provided a lot of shade so it wasn't too hot out there. It was a fantastic venue!

It was a nice, open space that didn't really need any additional decorations. All I added were floral arrangements and it looked really nice. They were great to work with; very helpful and responsive.

We had an exceptional experience with the Alpine Art Center. We appreciated the flexibility in our scheduling and set up needs, the beautiful indoor/outdoor venue that provided lots of space for everyone involved, and the option to use their delicious food or to bring in our own. Overall it was a beautiful event .

Alpine Art Center was a beautiful venue and we enjoyed our time there. The only thing I think could be better is if the catering policies were a little less stringent.

The venue was great, it’s really nicely decorated inside with paintings and statues. The outside is also nice with the statues and garden area! Closest to a fair price you will find in any vendor.

A Beautiful Venue

This venue is gorgeous whether you’re holding your event inside or out. We had a few hiccups with the catering quality and presentation. Maybe they were short staffed at the time of our event. I was impressed with Katie (the catering manager) in how she handled those hiccups and made everything right in the end. She was also great to work with in the planning stages. All in all, I would feel confident to use this venue again.

Out of state reception

We planned our wedding reception from another state. We are happy with hiring the alpine art center as our venue. The day of service was fantastic, I felt that they went up and beyond to help us and make sure things ran smoothly...from trimming down flower arrangements to packing up leftover cake, it was great. A couple things would have helped make our experience better...because it was our first time planning a reception and we were long distance, emailing a planning form i could fill out a few months ahead of time would have been more helpful, instead of sending an email a week before staying the final payment/plans were due (i wasn’t sure what plans they needed) and the other small thing was while I was setting up during our reserved time (and feeling the time crunch) the center was conducting a tour for other potential clients. It added to the commotion and infringed on time that we had paid for. Other than those two items, our experience was smooth and fantastic!

Overall the venue was a good place for my outdoor wedding reception and indoor ceremony. The indoor part of the facility was extremely hot the entire night even though the doors were closed. Another complaint I had was being limited in send off options. We ended up having to use bubbles since everything else was not allowed. I was also originally told when we booked the venue there would be staff to help clean off the tables after dinner and throughout the night to help as needed. Closer to the event, we were told that there would be no one to help and we were on our own. After talking with the coordinator, we were able to get them to at least provide one person to help for the night. The venue does let you use your own cake vendor and food vendor which is really nice.

The Alpine Art Center is a beautiful venue which I was very excited to find when we started planning our wedding. The food was delicious, and as I worked with them in the months leading up to our wedding I felt confident in their ability to execute the events smoothly and accommodate my requests.
Unfortunately, during the event the hostess made some mistakes. I sent in some requests via email beforehand, and every time I received a response that they could accommodate me, no problem. One of these requests was to not give out a microphone to anyone during the dinner. Instead, they misinterpreted my request to mean for the duration of the entire evening, so our Emcee was left to conduct the reception without a microphone despite asking the workers for one.
The event hostess approached me (the bride) several times during the night to clarify details in the requests I previously emailed. She seemed stressed as well, which in turn stressed me out because I was afraid she wouldn't do things the way we had previously discussed. I was frustrated with the situation because if there was any confusion, I expected to receive an email response with those questions ahead of time.
The Alpine Art Center is very beautiful, but I was disappointed in their lack of ability to execute my wedding events smoothly without any hiccups. The whole reason I chose to book a reception center was to alleviate stress on my wedding day. Instead, working with the Alpine Art Center created stress for me that day.

Beautiful venue but expensive

We loved having our reception and ceremony in one place but they were so hard to get ahold of and we ended up with hidden prices in the end we were unaware of upfront. And our original wedding date was given away after being promised they would hold it till the day of our walk through (which was 3 days after we booked the viewing). It’s a good all season venue in a beautiful location but a little expensive.
