From our very first meeting, it was clear that he wasn't just looking to "check a box"—he was incredibly thorough in getting to know us as a couple and walked us through all of the ceremony logistics. He provided us direction on the entire marriage license process, making what could have been a stressful legal hurdle feel completely manageable. The ceremony itself was the highlight of our day. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Will Singleton as our officiant for our destination wedding in Naples, Florida, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Traveling from Ohio, we first met Will at a Panera near the airport in March, and from that very first meeting, we knew he was the perfect fit for us.

We got married at The Tree House on 5-25-25. During our wedding planning, a few people recommended Will to be our officiant. After meeting with him one on one, we quickly understood why. He was very personable, professional and quite funny. He helped us ensure we knew what we wanted for our ceremony and gave us insight one what to do to make things more meaningful. For the rehearsal dinner he was prompt and ensured the groomsman and bridesmaid knew exactly what to do. We could not recommend him enough. The day of our wedding it was forecasted to rain during the ceremony. Wind, thunder and cloudy skies. We managed to make it through the night without a single droplet of rain. (My father in-law swears Will had powers to keep the rain away) Our ceremony was beautiful and meaningful enough to make everyone cry. Will was such a wonderful officiant who was willing to work with us throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. We found Will online and saw others' testimonies about how he had everyone laughing and we knew he would be a perfect fit for us and our guests. For some context, my husband and I were traveling from Maryland to Florida for a destination wedding without ever having seen our venue in person. He reassured us that our venue was beautiful as he had done weddings there before and he was very comforting with the uneasiness we felt having never been there before. He was willing to meet with us over zoom to discuss every aspect of the ceremony and even provided us the resources we needed for planning the ceremony, what to bring and even how to apply for our license online (who doesn't love a direct link to exactly what you need?!).
He arrived at the venue early, brought supplies for our sand ceremony and had our guests cackling at the way he retold our funny stories. Not only did he take his time to make us feel comfortable, he went the extra mile and took the time to talk to our guests before the ceremony started. He even took some of his own pictures with us and our guests (a pleasant surprise I received via text after our ceremony).
If you're looking for an officiant who is very professional that can make the process of getting married feel as comfortable and natural as possible AND make the crowd laugh, Will Singleton will not disappoint!

The wonderful officiant you have been looking for!
Will was hands down the best officiant we could have asked for at our October wedding! We are so grateful we chose him to marry us. Will was very professional, kind, organized, punctual, and caring. This was evident from the very first meeting with him and we knew we were in good hands and could trust him. He not only listened to what was important to us for our special day, but also offered professional advice when needed.
Will worked with us through not only 1 but 2 hurricanes close to our wedding. He was very flexible and willing to help when needed. He made everyone feel so comfortable right before the ceremony which helped have a flawless ceremony when it was time. He used our funny stories in the ceremony but also kept it professional as requested. He takes pictures for the Bride/Groom after the ceremony and sends them to you so you can have a beautiful photo the same day. So thoughtful!
Overall, Will was truly fantastic and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else to marry us. We have high standards and Will met those with ease! One thing is very evident- he truly cares. Trust us, when we say, Will is the officiant you are looking for!

He walked us through the process of getting our marriage license virtually and was available whenever I had questions. Recently Married!
As a couple who just got married, we so appreciate Pastor Will, who officiated at our wedding ceremony. We spoke beforehand, and We are truly grateful that he took the time to get to know us, and to personalize our ceremony. He was especially patient in the beginning, as we were not able to start the wedding on time due to unforseen lateness of a guest.
My husband and I also appreciateed the fact that Pastor Will was able to keep his calm through all the photo pauses that were taken, so we could have many, many beautiful memories of the occasion. Will is a nice, respectful, and trustworthy officiant. He made the ceremony feel special and unique. I enjoyed how the sand ceremony was given. He helped us substantially during the rehearsal to understand the processional process. He let us practice it until we felt comfortable. My dad accidentally said "Her father and I," when he was giving me away because he was getting emotional, which Will made into a funny memory. He agreed with my mom that he messed up his only line. I forgot to get my bouquet from my maid of honor as well because I was so happy Franco was now my husband.
Our guests thought Will conducted a beautiful ceremony. My sister and sister-in-law were both crying throughout it. Our parents teared up, of course. Our friends liked the symbolism of the sand that it represents our personalities and us unifying. They liked that we kissed twice instead of once in most ceremonies. They liked the wording of the vows. The wedding was a lovely overall. -

Best Officiant in SWFL!
Will was an absolute pleasure to work with! We met about a week before our wedding and discussed important details, where he answered all of our questions and really made us feel at ease! He officiated our wedding at Shangri-La Springs in November and it was amazing! I could not ask for more! My wedding was at last minute preparations and came with no many ideas how to perform the ceremony . Will was so nice to meet us prior to our wedding and provide such a nice ideas about how to organize our ceremony and what to expect. Ceremony Made Easy
Will made the entire process incredibly easy and I would absolutely recommend him! Our guests enjoyed the personal stories he shared about each of us and the humor he inserted into the ceremony. Will is professional, responsive and makes planning easy for couples already dealing with enough stress. As a couple doing a destination wedding, Will took care of everything related to filing our marriage license and getting the final copy back to us, as well as providing useful links for post-marriage things, such a name changes. Will also makes sure to take a picture of each couple immediately following the ceremony which was wonderful since there is usually a wait to receive pictures back from the photographer. -

We chose Will as our officiant for our March 4th wedding and we are SO glad that we did! From the first initial phone call we did with him to talk over how things would go and just "e-meet" him, we knew he was the perfect fit. He was so easy to communicate with through the process as well. If I ever had any little question, he was so kind to respond to me via email or text at almost any time of the day. It really put me at ease through the whole process that we were in good hands. We asked Will to be a part of our rehearsal the day before as well, which he gladly did! He ran the rehearsal perfectly so everyone was super comfortable with what to do the next day. From this point on we got compliments from our friends and family. The day of the wedding, Will ran our ceremony perfectly. From arriving early and taking some photos of the groom and groomsmen getting ready, to our perfect ceremony--everything ran seamlessly. We chose to do a wine, love letter ceremony as part of ours as well, which was Will's idea. We sealed two love letters to each other in a wine box with our favorite bottle of wine, to be opened on our first anniversary which was a nice touch. Afterwards, Will also took a couple photos of our MOH and Best Man signing our marriage license, as well as a photo of my Husband and myself, which was so nice to look back on the next morning! It actually turned out to be one of our favorite photos so far. I would highly recommend Will as your officiant. My family and friends truly enjoyed his company on this special day of ours. -

Excellent and meaningful
When we started to plan our wedding from out of state, we were unsure with which way to go and who to hire, when I found Will on “Wedding Wire” he contacted me shortly after and I would never look back. My "now" husband and I found Will Singleton's information on a recommendation list at our wedding venue in Marco Island. After some research, we really liked everything we read about Will, so we gave him a call. He answered immediately and was extremely pleasant and informative. Once he let us know that our wedding date was available, we decided to hire Will. About a month prior to our ceremony, we flew into Southwest Florida to wrap everything up with all our vendors and we had a face-to-face meeting with Will. We loved him! He asked us what we envisioned in our ceremony and then gave us a little homework to do and send to him prior to our ceremony. He incorporated this information into our ceremony, which helped personalize it for us and our guests. Later in the evening we even had guests comment about how much they enjoyed our little stories about one another. Will does a fantastic job and if you are considering hiring him for your wedding, we definitely recommend him. -
