I had the pleasure of working with Filippo and Alma Project for a wedding at Villa di Maiano, and I couldn't be more impressed. The light, stage, and sound setup were absolutely awesome. The Cuban band, had the most amazing energy. I would recommend them 100 times over. They are extremely gifted, and all of our guests were wowed at their talent. Some people said they would pay to travel to see them. Truly one of a kind and world class musicians!
I also want to pass on a message to the band manager. She was extremely kind and helpful.
Thank you so much for being so quick and helpful. They made our wedding day that much more special. -

As an international planner, I had an absolute pleasure of working with Alma Project 24/7 as my sound and light providers for a wedding in Tuscany. The level of professionalism, work ethic and the team's lovely personalities made the wedding events not only a professional success but also an absolute pleasure on personal level. The team speaks both Italian and English which made the communication very easy on a day.

A stunning string quartet !!
Alma project provided a string quartet to our wedding. Their music performance was absolutely stunning, having played a huge repertoire (which could be chosen by us beforehand) for three hours during the ceremony and the apéro. We could even choose what dresses and colors they should wear, truly exceptional and unique. Also the booking process was flawless. They made sure that every open question got answered immediately and were very flexible to accomodate to any special wish a couple might have. All in all a perfect service and definitely to recommend. -

Shannon Sent on 06/22/2018Alma Project was recommended to us by our wedding planner Sonia Gallina of Wedding Italy. During our search for vendors, my husband and I told Sonia- we want to work with vendors who you recommend and trust. Alma Project did not disappoint. I knew our wedding was in good hands from the moment I walked into their studio. There was a PowerPoint presentation ready to go as well as a complete aerial layout of our venue at each seat. They know how to knock your socks off during a presentation. We were immediately sold.
From the beginning, my husband and I expressed the desire for a soft and elegant design for our lighting and musical elements. If you search Alma Project on YouTube, you will see they can go very grand. Alma Project helped us find the middle ground between simple and complex.
One of the best elements of the day was the
two person string quartet, who played during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. We fell in love as soon as we heard Coldplay being played. My favorite part of the day was walking down the aisle with my dad to his favorite song, Thunder Road by Bruce Springsteen. I want to thank the musicians at Alma Project for learning this song especially for us. We also exited the ceremony to Avicii. Beyond amazing.
Alma Project also helped with the wedding dinner lighting, the sound system for the speeches and the lighting and DJ for the after party. They helped us create a magical wedding dinner under rows of fairy lights as well as the perfect dance party space! My husband and I didn’t leave the dance floor once. I missed the opportunity to eat gelato, so you know it was a great dance party!
Alma Project was an amazing vendor to work with. They were professional and easy to communicate with. Thank you for helping to create the perfect wedding in #Tusquinny.

Dedicated Professionals
They delivered the sound and lighting for our wedding in Tuscany. They use the best equipment and there was nothing that we could have asked more of them. Everything was smooth and they create an great atmosphere that everyone remembers. They are the not the cheapest on the market, but they are definitely worth it. Highly recommended -

My husband and I were married at Villa Lilliano near Florence in July 2021 and used Alma Project for our lighting and music. They did a great job and were very flexible with our postponement and program changes due to Covid. The lighting was absolutely gorgeous and created the perfect ambiance at our venue. The speakers and the music console employee were totally unnoticeable all evening long, and the music was seamless and the perfect volume in the background of our evening. Overall they helped create one of the most beautiful and special evenings of our life and we definitely recommend them for lighting and music!ALMA PROJECT 24/7's reply:

They were an okay vendor. I didnt quite understand why I paid for 2 light set people to have meals when they didnt do anything or reset any of the lights during the entire night. My husband and I were also upset when the courtyard was lit for our cake cutting and by the time people cleared out and we went back there with our photographers the lights were completely dismantled. We had paid for everything thru 2am and this was within that time. I think the amount we paid for lighting was overboard for what we received. We also paid for fan lighting and instead received just a one direction flag shape.ALMA PROJECT 24/7's reply:
Dear Sophia,
thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to write a detailed review. We could have answered your questions in private, but we are happy to do the same here, and can give you all the necessary explanations.
The 2 technicians we provided to assist you, were necessary to be able to manage the beautiful lighting system you commissioned, which included over 60 uplights, 2 Bulbs setups and 1 Fairy Lights setup, in addition to the two Audio Systems, for Cocktail, Dinner and Party, with the Moving Heads Party Lighting System, which always requires at least one operator.
Fortunately, yours was an event without weather issues, and without excessive program changes. We can assure you that in some cases, the presence of only two technicians, with so much material installed, may not be sufficient. The technicians have also managed volumes, background music, lights intensity and dimmers, and have ensured all the time of the Event that everything works well for you and your Wedding Planner, responding to any need or question.
The thing about which we are happiest, is that you have not noticed them, among our fundamental rules, there is that of not bothering customers or Wedding Planners and to resolve and anticipate any need before any intervention is required. From this point of view, we are proud to be "invisible" and to work and be able to provide such important services without being noticed.
As for dismantling times, we never allow ourselves to remove the Equipment without authorization. In this case, the Technicians confirmed that they had been authorized for dismantling at 1:45am, 15 minutes before the end of the Party. The area was deserted, cleaned also by the Catering Service, so we did according to the instructions given to us. We would like to specify: 15 minutes before the official end of the Event. We have never been informed, during the NINE months of event planning, of your need to realize a photo shoot at the end of the event, otherwise we would certainly have planned a dismantling for the following day, without any problem.
About the fairy lights fan shape, we have a picture showing the design of our Production that night, and that was a fan shape without any doubt.
To conclude, we are convinced that we have provided a beautiful service, with our String Duo at the Ceremony, Background Music for Cocktail and Dinner, an Audio and Lighting System for your DJ (who was satisfied with the material we provided, and the assistance received) and of the assistance provided, helping you, your guests, and your Wedding Planner and your Deejay in the best way.
We would certainly have liked a private feedback, before reading your comments on a commercial site, and we would have been happy to answer all your questions, in order to give you all the necessary explanations, through our Assistance and Coordination service, the Production Office, the Technical Staff, who are, as always, available to all our clients and partners, 24/7.
On all the points you have listed, we are sure that you can receive further clarifications also from all the other suppliers and managers.
