Best make up ever!!

I absolutely loved loved loved allure beauty and the women that came and did mine and my bridesmaids makeup!!! She did absolutely amazing she needs an award!!!!! So fun to get ready with!! My husband tells me all the time how much I looked like a “fairy tale princess” and tears up and he tells me how beautiful my makeup truly was that day! I will always be grateful I chose allure traveling beauty! They will be the first I recommend every time!!!

Beautiful!

I had Sabrina for make up and Kelsey for hair and they both did amazing! My entire wedding party looked amazing on our wedding day, everyone was very happy with the results, initially I didn’t care for my hair after my first trial. But Kelsey was able to fit me in for another trial before the wedding. After the second trial I was in love with my hair x1000! My hair looked even better the day of my wedding! It turns out there was just a miscommunication with my expectations initially. These girls made magic on our wedding day, 10/10 recommend!!

Highly recommend for wedding hair/makeup

I’m so incredibly grateful to Melissa, Madison, and the entire team at Allure Traveling Beauty for bringing my wedding vision to life. From the very beginning, they were professional, warm, and easy to work with. My hair and makeup trial went really well, but as we got closer to the big day, I had a last-minute change of heart about my hairstyle. I originally planned to wear it down, but due to rainy weather, I decided to go with an updo. Melissa accommodated the change beautifully without any stress.

I was absolutely blown away by how gorgeous everything turned out for me and for all of my bridesmaids. As someone who rarely wears makeup, I was a bit nervous, but Madison made me feel so comfortable and created a look that felt natural, elegant, and totally me. Both my hair and makeup held up perfectly all night long.

I highly recommend Allure Traveling Beauty to any bride looking for a talented, calming, and professional team. They truly made me feel like the most beautiful bride on my wedding day.

Beautiful Hair and Makeup

I worked with Sabrina and her team for my wedding this past June and I could not be happier with the results! Sabrina made the process easy and made sure that all of the details for payments, trials, and wedding day went off without a hitch. Jessica did hair for myself and my wedding party, and Sarah did our makeup. At my hair and makeup trial both of them were so nice and fun to work with. They discussed my inspiration thoroughly and checked in regularly to get my feedback on their processes. They perfectly mixed my ideas with their expertise and techniques and were open to any tweaks and feedback that I might have had. On the day of the wedding, they were timely and professional and made all of us feel relaxed. They worked with myself, my two sisters, and my mother and mother in law. Just like the trial, they really took into account people’s preferences and inspiration for hair and makeup and communicated with us throughout the process. From very minimal hair and makeup to more complex and bold looks, they did it all! My hair was styled perfectly and held up throughout the evening even with rain and all of our dancing. My makeup was absolutely stunning, it was soft yet highlighted my features and felt light and comfortable. Jessica and Sarah took care to ensure that we were all happy with our looks and were so sweet throughout the entire process. I would recommend Allure Traveling Beauty to anyone in need of professional hair and makeup!

Great for Sensitive Skin!

I’m so happy to have found Allure Beauty. I was nervous about getting professional makeup done for my wedding because I have so many allergies to makeup and products. I did a trial and was so relieved that I didn’t break out into any hives or rashes at all. Sabrina and Melissa are super fun to work with and do an excellent job at hair and makeup. Amazing team and results!

Rebecca and Taylor did an amazing job both at my hair and makeup trial and on our wedding day! My bridesmaids and I all have very different hair types and lengths, and they did a fantastic job with each of us. They were each so kind and fun to be around, and were happy to fix anything for us. Rebecca even posted the cutest reel highlighting our morning together and our wedding day. The overall cost for 4 bridesmaids, the bride, and two mothers was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend Allure!

Beautiful Wedding Hair and Makeup!

We worked with Sabrina and Melissa for our wedding in early June, and I cannot say enough about what a great job they did for myself as well as all of my bridesmaids. Everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup, and we even got several comments from guests about how beautiful but natural everyone looked. Sabrina was an absolute pleasure to work with, especially after having to reschedule our wedding four times due to Covid. She was professional, flexible, and I am so thankful to have been able to work with her. Amazing experience!

We were so happy we hired Sabrina and her team for our wedding this past December. Made Me Feel Like a Princess

Melissa, and Melinda from Allure Traveling Beauty were exceptional on my December wedding day! October Wedding

Kelsey (hairstylist) and Melinda (makeup artist) did a great job on the hair and makeup for myself and my 6 bridesmaids. I’ve used Kelsey as my stylist for the past 5+ years so I was very excited that she was able to do my wedding hair as well. Kelsey and Melinda were both very friendly and stayed on schedule. They were open to any ideas that the bridesmaids had and tailored their work to different styles. The owner Sabrina was also very easy to work with leading up to the event. It was worth spending a bit extra to get the quality that Allure provides. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Allure Traveling Beauty for your wedding day hair and make up needs!

I'm a covid bride, our wedding was postponed from 2020 to 2021. When I had to contact all our vendors to let them know of the postponement and see if they had our new date available, Sabrina and the team at Allure were extremely professional, flexible and understanding. It was no issue to move my date. Sabrina helped make the postponement process a little less stressful.

From the trial, to the postponement, to the actual wedding day (8.8.2021), they were incredible. Sabrina did our make up and Alexis did our hair. All the bridesmaids loved their looks and I myself was thrilled. They both listened to what everyone wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy! I never felt more beautiful. They had to arrive at 3am to start hair and make up due to our wedding being a early Sunday morning event and they arrived on time, ready to go, zero complaints.

Loved my makeup and hair!!

I was so impressed with Allure and specifically Kelsey and Sarah. They made me feel so comfortable during my trial and between the trial and the wedding I changed my mind on my makeup and Sarah perfected exactly what I was thinking. Kelsey also had a very difficult job of getting my very thick hair to stay in a low bun, but she did amazing and it helped up the whole night. Sabrina and Alexis were both amazing, professional yet personable, made the entire day comfortable for myself, my mom and bridesmaids. Could not be happier!

This review is long overdue.

The Allure Traveling Beauty team did hair and makeup for my wedding in Mystic, CT back in September and I could not be happier with my entire experience. I had a large wedding party (10 bridesmaids) and an early afternoon wedding, so to say I was nervous about hair and makeup is an understatement. Sabrina and Alexis knew exactly what they were doing and helped put together a schedule that was organized and extremely manageable. On the day of the wedding, they showed up early and were quick to set up. When asked, they provided honest and frank feedback on hair and makeup looks without putting anyone down. Everyone looked great in a natural way - from the mothers to my 16 year old cousin. I cannot recommend them enough!

I love Allure Traveling Beauty! From a communication standpoint they were very responsive and very easy to work with. Everything I needed for wedding day

Sabrina and her team were amazing for me, my mom, and all of my bridesmaids. Alexis was also incredible, my makeup was exactly how I hoped it would be, and my hair was perfect, and stayed in place all night long. My mom also was thrilled with how her hair and makeup turned out. It was beautiful and sophisticated, and not at all "too much". And that's one thing that is just great about Sabrina and her team, they can do whatever look your going for. Lashes/no lashes, light/dark, heavy/natural... I had five bridesmaids who all had different desires for their hair and makeup and every single person's style was showcased beautifully with how their hair and make up turned out. Alexis helped me find pinterest photos of different options that looked like what I had described, and she created a look that fit me perfectly on my wedding day. Me, my mom, and all of my bridesmaids were so happy, and we all felt like queens!

Allure was perfect!

I met the owner of Allure, Sabrina, at another friends wedding and instantly knew I wanted her company to do the make up at my wedding. I don’t usually wear a lot of make up and I always get nervous about getting it done and having it be too much. Sarah was our makeup artist for myself, 6 bridesmaids and two mothers. She did everyone’s make up perfectly and exactly the way we all wanted. She got all nine of us done, with touch ups, in just a few hours and there was we all had plenty of time to spare. Nothing was rushed and we all felt beautiful and relaxed before the ceremony. Sarah was so sweet, honest and true artist! She made me and all my girls feel so special and I can’t thank Allure Beauty enough for that!

Absolutely perfect!

Sabrina and Alexis were truly the perfect choice for my wedding! I live in London but got married in Connecticut and they were really flexible with finding a time for my hair and makeup trial. I’m really happy I did the trial as it made me much more confident about what my hair and makeup would be on the day of the wedding plus it was really fun and Sabrina and Alexis are awesome to talk to and be around! They listened to what I wanted and did everything perfectly. I said I like simple and natural hair and makeup and as soon as they were finished the trial I said it was exactly what I wanted for the day-no changes! I was blown away because with past experiences there’s usually something I really dislike or ask to be redone. The day of the wedding they again did exactly what they had done for the trial which was perfect and made it SO stress free. My bridesmaids all loved chatting with them and also had great experiences. Plus I got tons of compliments on my hair and makeup which is of course what you want! Amazing Work

Working with Allure Traveling Beauty was fantastic. I was particularly nervous about booking my hair and makeup team due to bad experiences in the past, but Allure Traveling Beauty exceeded my expectations and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! Working with Sabrina to set up a trial was great (she was able to work with me to reschedule it when I was sick on my original trial date). The trial was so much fun-my mom and I both did one and it made me feel confident in choosing Allure. On the day of the wedding Alexis did hair and Sarah did makeup. They both were phenomenal! Alexis did a great job with my hair-it was exactly what I wanted and she was even able to add a hairpiece that I bought last minute. All the bridesmaids and moms were happy with their hair too! So talented and easy to work with

On the wedding day she was super sweet and made sure that we were all touched up before leaving the house - she made sure that everyone was completely satisfied and felt good and Even did some quick makeup on my niece without me even asking (my niece loved it!). Really an amazing experience I would recommend her to anyone!

Best hair and makeup!

Alexis and Melinda did hair and makeup for myself, bridesmaids, and mother for my wedding on 5.25. From the initial trial I had with them I knew I made the right choice! Alexis nailed the braided style I wanted and Melinda did amazing with my makeup. I initially wanted a natural look but then wanted to go a little more glam. Melinda adapted to my request and absolutely nailed the makeup on the day of. Both hair and makeup stayed after multiple hours of sweating and dancing. Both ladies were so flexible and wanted everyone to be happy with their end look. All the bridesmaids raved all day about how it was their best hair and makeup they ever had gotten done while being in a wedding. Thanks so much for making us all so beautiful!!!

Loved Them!

I had an amazing wedding experience with Allure Traveling Beauty!! Working with Sabrina was beyond easy! She did our makeup and Melissa did our hair. Myself and my three bridesmaids went to their location for a hair and makeup trial. They were so warm and welcoming and we had the best time! We all came with pictures and they made sure everything looked how we wanted it to. On the day of the wedding they came to us and again, we so sweet, fun and wonderful! Two of my bridesmaids changed what they wanted their hair to look like and Melissa rolled with it and everyone looked BEAUTIFUL! My Mom also got her makeup done. She didn't get a trial and was a little nervous because she doesn't wear a lot of makeup but Sabrina did an incredible job! My Mom looked beautiful and natural which was exactly what she wanted! They were on time and made sure we were done when we were supposed to be. They also made sure to have some time to touch us up before we went off to take pictures. I can't say enough great things about Allure Traveling Beauty and would HIGHLY recommend them!

Amazing quality - amazing team!

Allure Traveling Beauty was without a doubt the best hair and makeup decision I could have made! I was nervous about getting my makeup done since I usually do not wear makeup. However, Allure Traveling Beauty was able to give me that natural look that I was looking for! My husband even noted that he was worried that I would look a lot different on our wedding day because of the makeup but was SO happy to see that the makeup just emphasized my natural look! My hair experience was also amazing! I went for a trial and liked my hair, but as the day went on I noticed that it looked too done up for my personality (I'm very simple), so I emailed to see if I could get a new trial done. I got an amazingly quick response and they were so understanding and beyond happy to help make sure I got the look I wanted! They also planned out the timing of all the bridesmaids hair and makeup to be done which made the process even easier! To further emphasize how amazing the hair and makeup was - it was raining on the day of the wedding and the ceremony was outdoors (as well as pictures), and my hair and makeup remained the same!! WOW! I cannot thank Allure Traveling Beauty enough for their amazing work and for being incredibly friendly and helpful! Allure was amazing to work with for our December 2018 wedding! We had Melissa on our wedding day for hair and she was so sweet and fun to work with. Everyone looked flawless!!

Sabrina and Alexis were both so amazing. They are both so experienced and work well together. I was initially so stressed out about wedding hair and makeup, but at my trial, their talent and professionalism made me so relaxed, I knew I had to book them!
Day of the wedding, they were both on time and very mindful of our timeline without ever making us feel rushed. They had allotted time for everyone and left time specifically for touch ups. They worked so well with everyone, especially my 4 year old niece, they were so great with making her comfortable!! I can’t say enough great things about Alexis and Sabrina as people, but their service was beyond what I could have wanted. Everyone in the bridal party looked amazing all night long! We all like pretty natural makeup, and Sabrina did a great job of giving us that “just enhanced” look. All of the bridesmaids did a half up/half down style and whatever Alexis did, I don’t know, but everyone’s hair still looked great after hours of dancing! They made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day, and made the morning so relaxing. I would 100% recommend booking Allure Traveling Beauty!

Wedding day dream

I hired Allure for hair and makeup for my wedding party and myself this Oct 2018. I spoke with Sabrina throughout the process and she made everything so easy and was the sweetest. I hired Allure Traveling Beauty for my makeup on my wedding day this past weekend, along with my 4 bridesmaids and my mom. I could not be happier with how well everyone's makeup turned out!! Sabrina is so talented & super sweet! At my trial, she completely achieved the look I was going for and even went as far to give me the same lipstick on the wedding day so I can re-apply as needed. Sabrina and her team are amazing. Their studio that you attend for your trial is the cutest place and I wish I could go there again and again! Allure is so professional and easy to work with - and very reasonably priced! Really no need to look further if they are available. Love how they sent me a timeline of who should go when on my wedding day - did the work for me. Also, they complete hair and makeup simultaneously so everyone is done in 30 mins. I hired Sabrina to do the makeup for myself, my bridesmaids & our mothers for my wedding day. She was such a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and she fit right in with all of us ladies on the day of. She did a great job on our makeup and it lasted through the entire evening of dancing (my MIL even managed to keep her makeup in tact overnight for the breakfast we hosted the next day! Lol). I’ve had some bad experiences with getting my makeup done in the past because a lot of stylists have a heavy hand, whereas I like a more natural look. Sabrina understood exactly what I was going for and nailed it. I didn’t want to change a single thing when I looked in the mirror. I contacted Sabrina somewhat last minute for my wedding because I wasn’t happy with my previous hair stylist and she was SO accommodating to set up my trial with Alexis. Alexis is so talented and was able to achieve the look I wanted! She was not bothered at all by the small tweaks I wanted to make on the wedding day. I just used Allure for my wedding on 8/11/18 and was thrilled! From the beginning, Sabrina was always quick to answer emails and phone calls, answered all my questions, and was able to last minute change my hair trial due to my crazy schedule. Melissa was a miracle worker the day of the wedding. We had an early 6am start time, she was there at 545am ready to rock. She did 8 beautiful up-do's in 3.5 hours and had us all ready ahead of schedule. Everyone's hair stayed perfectly in place all day. I recommend them to anyone for weddings or any other special occasion!

I can't begin to thank Sabrina enough. She was amazing! Super flexible with schedule my wedding trial, which turned out so amazing I had her to my makeup for my engagement photos as well. I went into getting my makeup done on my wedding day thinking if fit came out even close to what my engagement shoot makeup looked like I would be so incredibly happy. Sabrina was so nice and easy going, especially since there was some downtime in between each person getting their makeup done. I love that she only does one wedding a day so I felt that this was her top priority and kept checking with me making sure I was on board with every choice she made. She was so personable, got along with everyone getting ready and wish she could have stayed longer! Got my photos back and I couldn't believe how well they turned out... my makeup looked flawless and that was even after we did our first look photos outside in 90% humidity. My make up didn't look any different from the fist photo taken to hours later after dancing most of the night. I have already recommended Sabrina to anyone I know who would need their makeup done! you would not be disappointed!

Absolutely fantastic. Sabrina and her team are super responsive, very reasonably priced, and of course extremely talented. I hired them to do 7 bridesmaids, two moms, and me -- and could not have been happier. Sabrina is also just so sweet -- plus she gave good advice to me and the girls on what would look best. The makeup held up perfectly (it was misting rain while I took my photos -- my hair inevitably got a bit frizzy but the makeup stayed flawless (and I fixed the hair with some hairspray later)). We met them at a vendor event and I was completely sold when they put my sister's bob length hair style into an updo in only a few minutes. I had the pleasure of working with Alexis and Sabrina for my wedding. I found them on wedding wire and couldn't have been luckier! I was looking for a very natural look for both hair and makeup and they completely matched my style! Sabrina was super responsive...in fact, she was one of the most responsive vendors I worked with through the whole planning process. For my trial, I went to the salon in Glastonbury to meet them both. They were friendly, professional and made the entire experience awesome! That appointment was the 1st to kick off my wedding weekend and I couldn't have felt more comfortable. Their make up and hair expertise (Alexis can braid like no other!!) was everything I could have hoped for...all my girls agreed! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys! :)

I really enjoyed working with Sabrina and Jeanette for my wedding on 9/30/17! We did a trial in the Spring and they took the time to get to know my preferences and understand the vision. I ended up changing my mind from half up to an updo for the big day without doing a second trial and was so pleased with the result! Sabrina and Jeanette brought such a positive energy to my wedding morning and helped create the natural, rustic yet elegant look I was going for.

I am so happy that Allure Traveling Beauty was part of my wedding day. Sabrina was an amazing vendor to interact with - she responded quickly and was always very sweet. I had no idea what I wanted my make-up and hair to look like, and Sabrina asked the right questions and followed her instincts to create the perfect look. She made the process stress-free and enjoyable. On the day of the weddding, Sabrina and Melissa arrived right on time, were so fun to get ready with, and had us all out the door ahead of schedule. (Pictures by Eric Limon) Melissa and Melinda were incredible for make up and hair. Our make up looked natural but beautiful. Everyone had similar hair styles, but with differences that were really great. More than anything Melinda and Melissa were patient and fit right in with our vibe. They got along great withe everyone and helped reduce the stress on my big day. They were flexible with touch-ups and pre-wedding jitters. Also, they remembered details from my trial (like my then-fiance generally doesn't like the look of make-up) and checked in on how the trial had gone over. PS - He loved it and especially complimented how my eyes were done. Everyone had a great experience and I would happily recommend.

Allure was fabulous! The trial went great, and they were willing to make a ton of tiny adjustments to get the exact look I wanted. The actual wedding couldn't have gone smoother. I had a couple of last minute changes to the timing and the number of people who needed hair and makeup, and Sabrina was so accommodating. All of my ladies looked amazing, and we all got so many compliments on our hair and makeup. Several of my bridesmaids who have been in multiple weddings recently agreed that they were happier with their looks from Allure than any other vendor they've experienced!

Sabrina and Jeanette were fantastic! It was so relaxing getting ready at my friend's house and not having to rush off to a salon. My hair and make up were perfect - and looked great for the entire day. Sabrina was so easy to work with and very responsive. My bridesmaids looks amazing! Sabrina and Jeanette from Allure Traveling Beauty were an absolute dream to work with! I booked them months ago for my 9/23 wedding, and was not disappointed. Sabrina was polite, professional, and prompt in getting back to any questions that I had, and did a fantastic job putting together a schedule for the day of so that everyone knew what to expect. Myself, my bridesmaids, my mom, stepmom and mother in law were all ready EARLY, and had time for touch ups before we left for the church. Sabrina and Jeanette were sweet, thoughtful, and encouraging throughout the entire process. Where do I start with this amazing crew of girls! When planning my wedding, one of the biggest choices was choosing my hair and make up. I found Allure Traveling Beauty and met Sabrina and Jeanette for a trail. They were absolute amazing to work with and so comforting. Before the wedding, Sabrina sent me a full detailed timeline for each bridesmaid (we had 7). The morning of the wedding, they arrived at 8am and started banging out hair and makeup. Each girl showed them exactly what they wanted, and they made each girl so perfect!! One of the best parts was, Sabrina and Jeanette doing my 6 year old Nieces hair and make up. They made her feel like a "Disney Princess!" Sabrina and Jeanette have a way to make you smile and laugh even during the most nerve racking time of your life! Everyone looked so beautiful. From all the touch up right before leaving to head to the venue and helping me with setting my veil under my hair. These girls are the best in the business!!

I had a long engagement, so I had plenty of time to consider hair and makeup. I completed extensive research on pricing and services, and finally reached out to Allure Traveling Beauty. Sabrina answered me within a day, informing me that they were available, and inquired if I wished to set up a trial appointment. Sabrina was incredibly flexible when it came to the appointment, as I lived a distance away and teach. I went to the trial with my mom. Neither of us is particularly talented when it comes to hair and makeup, but we had an absolute blast with Sabrina and Jeanette. We left feeling fabulous and completely confident in these ladies handling my big day. Sabrina continued to keep in touch leading up to the day, answering all of my annoying questions in a ridiculously quick manner. She provided a detailed timeline for my mom, grandma, bridesmaids, and myself that allowed everyone to do hair, makeup, and touch-ups in time for pictures. Sabrina and Jeanette had us all laughing and calm all morning, and didn't even judge our Disney sing-alongs. Everyone looked stunning, and anything that anyone wanted changed or added, these ladies did without batting an eye. Even my grandmother, who lost my grandfather just weeks before, was beaming with confidence and beauty. They are some of the kindest, most committed vendors you will come to know. They want to do their jobs and do them well--they care about quality and satisfaction. They are flexible, willing to travel, and completely knowledgeable of their crafts. Their pricing is beyond fair, and beats anyone else around for the quality. Everyone's hair and makeup held all night, and was so light and painless that you almost forgot you had it done! Melissa with Allure Traveling Beauty did my hair and my bridesmaids' hair at my house on my wedding day and she did a great job! I was a bit late finding someone to provide hair services and Allure Traveling Beauty was very accommodating and quick to respond. I was nervous to see how my hair would come out but after my trial I was reassured. On the big day my hair came out FANTASTIC! My hair and my bridesmaids' hair lasted the whole night. I look back at the pictures now and am still in love with my updo!

I could not be happier with my wedding hair and makeup! Would go back for other occasions or send other brides in a heartbeat!
I had been dreaming of a low updo but feared my hair was too short (just above my shoulders) to make anything work. She worked MIRACLES making my hair look full and gorgeous in a low updo with flowers and greenery tucked in. My makeup was no different. I went for a soft, natural look for my outdoor wedding and it was fresh and glowing, came through perfectly in photos, and didn't smudge at all despite so many happy tears. Additionally, I live in California and my wedding was in Connecticut. On top of the usual challenges with finding and meeting vendors form across the country, I decided very close to my wedding to get my hair and makeup done professionally. Sabrina responded to my initial request so quickly and was willing to set up a trial the same week as our wedding, when we'd be in CT. My timeline and plans were absolutely no issue. The flexibility was outstanding.

Sabrina & Jeanette were incredibly professional and did an amazing job with my hair & makeup as well as my family members. They showed up early, and were incredibly patient as my mom (who was first on the list to get their hair/makeup done) was running late! There was a language barrier with my Aunt who traveled from out of the country to the wedding, but Sabrina did her makeup with a smile on her face until my Aunt got the exact look she wanted! Everyone looked and felt so beautiful on my wedding day, I couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you!
