Lacy is amazing!!

Lacy and her team are amazing!! She was so sweet and caring, took the time to get to know me and what I wanted for my wedding day, and fully executed everything! She was always there to answer any of my questions, and was very transparent with a proposal of what floral items, decor and services were being ordered. I can't recommend Lacy and her team enough!!

Incredible value, quality and customer service

We worked with Lacy at Allure for our wedding in Eau Claire. She was our favorite vendor to work with by far! She was very responsive, professional, and friendly in all her communications. Her floral proposal was incredibly helpful to understand pricing for each component and make decisions on what we wanted. The pricing was very reasonable as well. We were so happy with how the flowers turned out for our wedding and got so many compliments. We debated doing fake flowers, but were so glad we chose otherwise. Amazing experience, highly recommend!

Living out of state and planning a wedding during COVID was a challenge, but planning our decor and florals with Lacy was by far one of the easiest parts of wedding planning. She was extremely detailed, organized, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. She took my ideas and made them come to life exactly how I envisioned them. Not only is Lacy incredibly talented, she is a genuine and kind person as well. Our floral arrangements were stunning and we received so many compliments throughout the day - 1000% recommend! Thank you Lacy and the Allure team for helping to create the most beautiful day!

Beautiful flowers and excellent service

Lacy was amazing! Our flowers were so gorgeous and she did wonderful bringing my reception decor ideas to life. I would recommend to anyone that wants very personalized decor and great service! Lacy worked with us every step of the way and was very accomomdating to any changes we wanted to make before finalizing our order. Would highly recommend!

Most beautiful flowers I've ever seen!

I can't even begin to express how much I appreciate Lacy and Dani here at Allure! When my fiancé and I first met Lacy she was absolutely fantastic! We walked in not having any sort of clue what we wanted to do with flowers for our wedding and she helped us pick out and create the most beautiful flowers we have ever seen! Through everything she made this part of planning so easy and so fun! She created such a master piece at our wedding that all of our guests and us were amazed. It was something out of a magazine the way all the flowers and decorations looked! My bouquet was the most precious bouquet and I told my now husband I want lacy to replicate my bouquet every year for our anniversary! I'm truly sad we don't get to plan out our wedding with her anymore but we certainly will be getting our flowers from this beautiful shop! She also reassured us that the flowers that she used for the wedding, if we didn't take them with us, that she or her staff would deliver them to the nursing home to surprise the residents. It touched our hearts that our beautiful flowers would get passed on for another person to love and enjoy!

And Dani! She helped my fiancé, the groomsmen, and the father's with their tuxes! She made it super easy for all of them and was very accommodating if a certain time or day worked for someone. These two ladies are remarkable!

The Best Florist Ever!

Lacy did an amazing job on our wedding flowers, they were easily my favorite part of our whole wedding! She is so creative and really brought my vision to life of how I wanted my wedding flowers to be. Very detail oriented and professional to work with.

Dreams coming to life.

Lacey is amazing. She was able to accommodate us last minute. She allowed us to dream, and helped our imaginations come to life. She listens and provides amazing work. She was so organized that she had maps drawn up of our venue and was able to show us exactly how everything would look during the designing phase. She has taken so much pressure off of us on our big day. I couldn't imagine doing my wedding without her.

Lacy was wonderful to work with. From our first meeting- to the week before the wedding- to the big day she was always there! I was beyond impressed with the way all the flowers turned out for our wedding. Simply beautiful and perfect to every detail. Highly recommend this company to anyone that has been looking! Lacy at Allure was so wonderful to work with throughout our wedding planning process! She is super knowledgable and talented. She was able to draw up several different ideas and show us previous work she had done to help us envision what our flowers might look like. She took care of all of the set up and take down of everything she brought, which took a lot of stress off of us. She stuck within the budget we set for ourselves and her work was absolutely beautiful. We got several compliments on her work and the flowers looked great in person and in all of the pictures. We highly recommend her! She is wonderful and so, very talented!

Allure Premiere Event Florists are the utmost professionals. The whole process with Lacy was flawless. We were impressed with her knack for details and plans to help personalize our wedding through our floral choices. The day of the wedding, our flowers arrived on time and in perfect condition (even after a long drive and boat ride!). Absolutely stunning! They were willing to travel the almost three hour round trip to and from our venue. When we began the process of finding a florist, we set up many appointments with numerous vendors. After our first meeting at Allure, we called and canceled all of our other appointments because we were so impressed. Not only did Lacy provide us with perfect flowers, she is well connected within the wedding vendor community and recommended an amazing cake artist to us. We would recommend Allure to anyone.

Wow just wow!!! This along with guests commenting how beautiful everything was is what you'll get after hiring the wonderful Lacy. She was so amazing to work with and knew exactly the feel we wanted after one meeting! Could not have been more pleased with her work, it was truly breathtaking! Coming from a couple who knew very little about botany she took our ideas and colors and ran with it:)! Cannot stress enough how beautiful everything looked!

After meeting with Lacy for the first time, I knew she would make our flowers look exactly how we dreamed. She was so knowledgable about the flowers and even asked details such as the style of my dress, the color and style of the bridesmaids dresses, etc so that she could get a feel of the style of our wedding. She gave us so many ideas for types of flowers and what we could do with them. I went into our consultation with my mind set on roses only for the bouquets, however, she showed me different examples of what she could do and I seriously couldn't have dreamed of a more beautiful bouquet for my bridesmaids and I. They were absolutely perfect. She drew examples of what all of our floral pieces would look like. I also told her I wanted to rent vases through her for my centerpieces and I told her I wanted three vases with submerged flowers and floating candles, and she said i should add 6-7 tables with a tall vase and large floral arrangement so that people's eyes have other places to go, and when I walked into our venue that day, it looked better then we could have ever imagined! So beautiful and I am so glad she suggested that to me. She made us feel so comfortable and confident in our decisions, and her suggestions. I highly recommend Allure Premiere Event Florists!

Lacy and her team were so fantastic to work with!!! I met with her a few times prior to our wedding, and she did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and putting a quote together, including drawings of the various arrangements. Even when we had to decrease our budget last minute, she was able to suggest where we could still get the most bang for what we could afford. She truly listened to what I was looking for in our flowers, and she completely blew me (and all our guests away!) with her amazing work on the day of the wedding! Her personalized service, responsiveness, and enthusiasm for her work sets her apart. Highly recommend!!

Met for a consultation with Lacy after meeting with two other well known florists and she blew them away with her professionalism and knowledge! She was so enthusiastic, she wanted to know as much as she could about myself and my fiance, as well as all the details that we had done so far for the wedding. Her portfolio was beautiful, unique and inspiring. She gave us so many ideas for what to do with decorating for the ceremony and reception. She drew out examples of what my bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and centerpieces would look like. She knew all of the vendors we had booked so far and raved about all of them. She made sure we felt comfortable, secure and knowledgeable about everything that had to be done for the wedding as well as what she would take care of before and after our wedding. Wow were we impressed!! Lacy was so hands on and responsive from the beginning all the way until the end. She understood what our vision was and really laid out every single detail in each flower arrangement. When we received the initial quote from Lacy we knew we had made the right decision. Her attention to detail and creativity really shines through. You can tell when people truly have a passion for their job and Lacy most definitely does. She's excited about her work which makes you excited about what creation is to come. We absolutely fell in LOVE with our flowers and couldn't have picked a better florist for our big day. She didn't try and push different styles and also was aware of our budget. I would recommend Lacy and Allure Premiere Event Florist 100 times over. If your still deciding on someone to complete your vision and really make your venue, church, bridal party shine, look no further. Lacy is your person too!

We got our tuxes and flowers from here. Both were great! Flowers were stunning, many, many compliments from family and friends. They are very good at working with you and staying in a price range to fit your budget. Tuxes fit everyone great, looked great on all of the men.

Lacy was amazing to work with and created beautiful bouquets for my bridesmaids and I. Lacy was extremely helpful through the planning process, was extremely responsive and helpful, and didn't hesitate to provide me suggestions, measurements, and comparisons over email so I could make the best decision for the bouquets. On the day of the wedding, I almost had tears in my eyes when I saw the flowers as the baby's breath and hydrangea combination for a barn wedding was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Lacy created the vision I had in my mind and also helped ease the wedding stress by handling everything and having it delivered early to the venue. I couldn't have been happier with her finished product! Thank you Lacy!

Lacy's creations first caught my eye at a bridal fair because they stood out from all the other florists and because she genuinely seemed interested in me and what my husband and I were envisioning for our wedding.

Lacy is a joy to work with and is so easy going. My husband and I enjoyed meeting with her throughout the process. Lacy always provided ideas and was able to take examples of what I liked and things I definitely didn't want and created a gorgeous array of bouquets, centerpieces and decor for the ceremony. It's what I wanted and couldn't verbalize! Her work created an incredible layer of beauty to an already beautiful day!

Throughout the process we were made aware of where we were at for cost, which we appreciated. She created pieces that we could use during the ceremony and then reuse in a different way for the dinner/reception. Lacy was there personally to place the flowers and centerpieces when we flipped the room from the ceremony to the dinner/reception. Knowing she was there brought such relief because I knew she would make it look exactly as it should, I didn't have to worry about a thing.

I would high recommend Lacy and Allure Premiere Event Florists to those planning any event!

Lacy at Allure was amazing. We did our first consultation on the phone and she instantly understood my aesthetic. She was very knowledgable about all sorts of flowers and what would work for my event. She even helped me pick out flowers that I was ordering bulk from another online vendor.

We had gorgeous peony bouquets and each boutonniere was different - which was amazing. We rented vintage milk pails that she had from her grandparents to place our alter bouquets on - it was gorgeous! And we also rented vintage doilies as part of our centerpieces.

Not only did Lacy handle all of our flowers, when she heard I was having a hard time finding a bridal belt that I liked, she offered to make one for me! It was perfect. And very affordable.

My flowers were one of the things I was most excited to see on my wedding day, and Lacy did not disappoint!

LOVE LOVE LOVE LACY! She was an absolute doll to work with. Everything from meeting her for the consult to execution on the day of were a delight. We gave Lacy a lot of creative freedom as to what we wanted the arrangements to look like and she completely exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about Lacy at Allure floral!!! She was very responsive and just an overall awesome vendor. She was definitely the best vendor I had worked with for my wedding. I had no clue about flower names, so I just brought her pictures of things I liked/wanted at my wedding and she created it EXACTLY how I wanted. I couldn't have asked for better flowers/decor for my special day.

When I first started wedding planning, I came across a picture of a bridal bouquet that I immediately fell in love with and it inspired most other aspects of my wedding. Because of this, it was important to me to find a florist who could recreate this picture and give me dream bouquet! I live in Chicagoland, but got married in Chippewa Falls, because both my husband and I have strong ties to the area, I did most of my vendor research online and corresponded through email. I came across Allure and a few others and sent out some emails, including the picture of my bouquet-to-be. Lacy, from Allure, responded with the enthusiasm I knew I'd been hoping for! In that first email, she sounded excited about the uniqueness of the bouquet, talked about the types of flowers that would go into it, and commented on the same things in the bouquet that I had been drawn to and I knew it was going to be a great match. We didn't talk for months, because we didn't need to. I was confident my flower arrangements were under control and it gave me the much needed time to focus on other areas of wedding planning. About a month before the wedding, I got a call from Lacy and we talked about all the details and I asked all the questions I needed to. My dad brought my the bouquet the morning of my wedding and sure enough, it was perfect. Absolutely perfect. I loved that bouquet and it was one of the highlights of my wedding, as it was unique and brought everything together. Working with Allure was a great experience. Their excitement and confidence right from the beginning was exactly was I needed and my flowers were one-of-a-kind beautiful.

Lacey at Allure really stepped up at a time of need for our wedding. We originally had booked another florist but were really disappointed with their service and lack of variety, so when Lacey was recommended to us we were so excited when she bent over backwards to give us the flowers we were looking for all along.

She was really helpful in all her suggestions and knew exactly what we wanted and even managed to surprise us with the finished arrangements being more beautiful than either of us could have dreamed up. We wanted a wold flower/country chic look as we were married in a barn and I had some particular requests regarding a floral head piece for myself and my bridesmaids, as well as a very small bouquet. She really went above and beyond and has a wonderful eye for arrangements and is such a sweet soul too- you would be doing yourself a favor to do business with Lacey.

I absolutely LOVED our flowers- they were perfect! Also, we ordered our tux's from Allure- which was very easy and convenient and they were very helpful during that process!!

I have nothing negative to say about Lacy and allure premiere event florists. I had an idea of what I wanted but also needed guidance from my florist. Lacy was very knowledgable and helpful in providing suggestions during the planning stage. She was also flexible in adding to the order the week before the wedding. The flowers were delivered exactly on time and were beautiful. Although I had not shopped around in terms of prices on flowers the estimate and final cost turned out to be exactly what I had budgeted, I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend Allure premiere event florists to any bride in the Menomonie area!

Lacey was wonderful to work with. She asked me what I was thinking, listened, and then came prepared to our first meeting with ideas and pictures. She was a great listener, had good ideas, and worked so hard. Her flowers were beautiful and I loved them. And all for a reasonable price!

Lacy O'Connell of Allure Premiere Event Florists is a genius! That's what tumbled out of my mouth as soon as I laid eyes on my wedding bouquet! I was awed at her perceptiveness throughout the process - I simply looked through a book of her work and told her which bouquets I liked, and she was able to discern what they had in common, thereby not just asking which flowers I liked, but also discerning my aesthetic style. This kind of personal attention, discernment, and competence is rare and endlessly appreciated. I knew I could trust her with my flowers, because she paid careful attention to me. Not to mention her fabulous personality and flexibility - it was a breeze to communicate and work with her to get just the right order.

Lacey was so great to work with! Within a 30 minute phone call, she new exactly what I wanted for our wedding. The flowers ended up being one of the most beautiful parts of our day, and I have Lacey to thank!

Few mixups, but overall good service

We used Allure to rent suits for our wedding. We had a pretty large wedding party and guys from across WI and MN. We loved that the suits could be sent to the guys directly and so far in advance that our wedding party didn’t have to be in town until the day before our wedding! There were a few sizing mixups, but the Allure team was very timely in getting everything corrected before the big day. The biggest criticism is that when Allure sent a text to all the guys about getting fitted it looked a little spammy and just had a link to set up an appointment. It didn’t contain any details (not even their name). Our entire wedding party dismissed the message and it required a little more follow up on our end to be the middle man between Allure and our wedding party. Luckily there was still plenty of time and the guys were able to get fitted in person or send in measurements before the deadline. The guys were impressed in the quality of the suits and comfort of the shoes for being rentals. Overall we thought they looked great and the ladies at Allure were helpful and knowledgeable.

BEAUTIFUL flowers and staff was super helpful and responsive! The only problem I encountered was that my bridal bouquet wasn't super firm in the holder, so it almost came apart. Luckily it was after the ceremony so it wasn't a big deal.

Lacey was great!! We absolutely love our flowers and the vibrant colors she helped us select. She helped us match the flowers to our color scheme so they wouldn't clash. In return, the pictures turned out incredible, as did the day! Thanks for everything.

When my flowers arrived on my wedding day I was not very happy with the quality or size of any of my bouquets or centerpieces. There were even flowers I didn't want that we had never talked about in my bouquet. My mom's corsage fell apart and my now husbands bout fell apart before pictures. Lacy was all about the money and not about the costumer, her costomer service was very poor.
I wouldn't recommend her store to anyone!
