Loved working with Allison!

We absolutely loved working with Allison. We did an engagement photo session with her as part of our wedding package, and she captured all the amazing moments of our wedding. She really captured the love and so many special moments with friends and family on our wedding day. We were so happy with our photos. We will always cherish them and have those incredible memories preserved because of Allison!

Great Vibes and Photo Quality

Allison Stahl Photography is a delight to work with! She did my husband and I's engagement and wedding photos! Allison has a really great vibe about her, making for an enjoyable photography experience (and I am a bridezilla so this was great). She really knew where to have us pose for the best effects and was also open to my wishes for spots and poses which turned out great! She was able to deliver all my wedding photos in a matter of just one month and she had A TON - like hundreds. I also loved that her photo quality was excellent - not too over-exposed like some photographers. My only constructive feedback (which really isn't huge - this is just me being picky) is during the photography session with family, I found myself doing a lot of the yelling at people to get over and in place. I would've liked if Allison could call out the people like "Mother of the groom" or "cousins of the bride" to call them over. Just to get everyone to listen more and give more direction. Nonetheless my family kept venturing off which was super frustrating haha. Overall though I would definitely recommend Allison and use her again and again for future occasions!

Amazing wedding photographer!

Allison did such an amazing job with our wedding pictures! She is so patient and kind and made everyone feel comfortable. She worked so efficiently taking pictures of not only my husband and I but also of our guests and the venue. We have so many amazing photos, I can't thank her enough!

Beautiful pictures

Allison is so easy to work with and is very calm and patient. She captures your wedding day beautifully. I loved all the candid, emotional, and funny moments she caught on camera. So happy with my pictures and all the hard work she put in to our wedding and engagement pictures!

The perfect photographer for our quiet wedding!

Allison was very professional, had great communication and was very dependable. Being a photographer myself and an older bride and used to being behind the camera not in front she made our session very comfortable and at ease. I loved her work and the money spent was worth it! Allison is the BEST! She is kind, professional, and can make anyone feel comfortable.

When I went through the hundreds of photographs from my wedding day, I was shocked that Allison captured so many amazing pictures. I felt like I never saw her the day of the wedding, yet absolutely every moment was captured.

Allison is amazing! She is so wonderfully friendly and easy going and produces wonderful photos. We enjoyed our engagement and wedding sessions greatly. She is great as giving minimal direction (aka not a pushy photographer), and you really do not even notice her taking all of the photos. I am amazed by some of the things she was able to capture!

We wanted a photographer who captured all the details of the day, and she did this perfectly. We haven't finished selecting our album yet, but have looked at the photos and honestly cannot narrow down our choices since they are all really special and beautiful. We would highly recommend Allison and would definitely use her again!

Allison was an absolute joy to work with for both our engagement session and our wedding! Allison was able to capture our whole day and tell the story over again via photos. Every little detail was captured in a unique and elegant way from the food, flowers, lighting and venue to all of the moments you'd expect to be captured. My husband and I will be able to relive our wedding through her pictures for the rest of our lives. Unlike many I hear about, Allison is not only responsive but timely on getting your photos to you. It's only been a week since I've been back from my honeymoon and already I'm able to view all of our proofs and the negatives are in the mail on their way to us! My friend who was married 2 weeks before us is still waiting to even see the proofs... Allison said it would take 2 weeks to get the photos back and she lives up to her word! If you're hunting for a photographer for any special event in your life, you'd be lucky to work with Allison!

Allison was by far the best photographer I've had the pleasure of working with. Not only did she completely surpass what my husband, Chris, and I were hoping for in our engagement/wedding photos, but my family and friends were blown away. Her professionalism and stunning artistry has resulted in several referrals and my family hopes to use her in the future for portraits and for my other sister's future nuptials. I am a huge fan of Allison's and I know that she will continue to thrive as a business woman and photographer for years to come.

Allison was a phenomenal wedding photographer! She has an incredibly calm and easy going demeanor that puts the people around her at ease. She efficiently and quietly took the most amazing, beautiful, and romantic pictures at our wedding. I even had a good friend give the best compliment - Allison was like a wedding guest that just happened to have a camera with some pictures. I've received so many compliments on my wedding photos...she tells such an incredible story with her photos and she captured moments of the reception that I didn't think she would be able to! We also took engagement photos with Allison that also turned out beautifully. Allison was very efficient in providing the photos after the wedding. Another friend of mine got married two months earlier and was so impressed how fast I got my photos from Allison. It was my first time working with a professional photopgrapher and I would use Allison again for any other type of photography needs. I feel blessed that we were able to have Allison as our photographer - everyone loved her and was raving about her - and I'll now have these fantastics pictures to help remember our special day.

Allison is a very sweet spirit and does AMAZING work! I got married Sept., 26 2009 at Wilsons Vineyards in Sacramento, CA. She couldnt have captured my special day any better. She is quite the artist. I received my pictures in a beautiful leather bound box just weeks after :) What a nice suprise! My album was absolutely gorgeous cover to cover and still get compliments on it everytime we have company. Shes a hard worker, great artist, and genuine person. ii couldnt recommend a better artist for a wedding vendor. Thanks again Allison XOXOXO

We were extremely pleased with the photography services we received from Allison Stahl. The photos she took really captured every moment of our wedding and were very high quality as well. We really do feel we made right decision in hiring her as our photographer and would make the same decision if we had it to do all over again. She is the best of the best! Very professional.

Allison was a pleasure to work with. She responds to e-mails very quickly, and was helpful with finding a make up artist too. She took every picture we specifically asked for, and captured many great moments during our wedding. When you order prints she gets them out to you quickly also. My only regret is not purchasing her more expensive package. It would have been nice to have her all day, and have a larger album as there were so many wonderful shots. But her upgrades are reasonable, so we'll be doing that! You will not be disappointed with Allison Stahl.

Allison is such a wonderful photographer. There is so much going on during your wedding day and her calm presence made our day so much smoother. I received many compliments from our guests that she was more than happy to take personal pictures when they asked and that she was behind the scenes during the whole ceremony and reception. Her creativity definately sets her apart from other photographers, she created a story with her pictures that we will treasure forever. We definitely recommend her for future brides and grooms!

Above pretty much everything else in your wedding, the photos are forever and we are so, SO happy we chose Allison as our photographer. The pre-planning process went very smoothly and I felt like she really understood our vision for the day. The day of the wedding, she was prompt and helpful. Half the time I forgot she was there and that's when she goet some of the best shots. There were so many great shots, we had to add images to our final album!

Allison was incredibly easy to work with. I tend to over-think things and drive myself crazy with insignificant details, but in my experience with Allison, I was able to relax when it came to the photography and trust in her abilities. She was incredibly flexible, in all ways possible. One telling example includes her willingness to give us album credit since we were unable to use the engagement photo session that would have otherwise been included with our package. The only issue that ever came up for us was the fact that Allison does not work with a shot list. This is fine, except that we ended up without any pictures of my husband and I with my parents and sister, which my parents ended up really wanting for a holiday card... so that was kind of a bummer, and probably wouldn't have happened had Allison accepted a set list from us. But overall, she is a top notch professional, who was "seen and not heard" throughout our ceremony and reception, and took some fabulous shots that painted a good overall picture of our day. She also gave us this fantastic leather-bound, wallet sized photo album along with our proofs that is absolutely incredible. I keep it in my purse and everyone who sees it wonders who made it for me! If you are looking for someone who will be flexible, who will keep the mood relaxed and low-keyed, and who will take beautiful pictures, Allison is your woman! If you need someone who will take charge and keep things on schedule for you... I'd still recommend Allison for your pictures, but hire a wedding planner too! :)
