We were so fortunate to have the Allegro Chamber Players perform at our Nuptial Mass. Their music was absolutely beautiful and perfectly suited to the setting — it truly elevated the sacrament and added such grace to the ceremony.
From the very beginning, they were a pleasure to work with: responsive, professional, and attentive to every detail. They offered thoughtful guidance on musical selections and seamlessly coordinated with our church and bridal party.
We especially appreciate the custom arrangement they wrote and performed.

The Allegro Chamber Players performed for my daughter's wedding and cocktail reception. Michael Monte, the team's contact, was wonderful to work with beforehand and during the event. He even went as far as composing a piece that the couple requested for their prelude that is normally performed by a larger ensemble. The group beautifully played the many songs we requested from the extensive list that is provided during the planning process along with other appropriate tunes chosen by ALC. The trio, consisting of flute, cello, and violin, created a breathtaking atmosphere at our event. My wedding planner found the Allegro Chamber Players for my request to have live musicians play at our cocktail hour. I live in Georgia, but my wedding was in Newport, Rhode Island so being able to keep in contact with Michael and him being so detailed and responsive to my wishes eased the process for us and gave me full confidence for our day. The ACP's professionalism and talent impacted our family and friends in the best way. Michael and his team were a great addition to the inviting, elegant, and intimate setting I wanted to create for our guests at the cocktail hour. We had so many compliments from our family and friends of the music and it truly did not go unnoticed! From the moment we booked our venue at Glen Manor House, we knew having a string quartet for our ceremony would be a beautiful addition. Allegro Chamber Players came highly rated to us and we are so pleased with the service they provided.
Working with Michael leading up to our wedding was seamless. He was professional and easy to communicate with. What I appreciated most about working with Michael was he always took the time to have a nice conversation anytime we were on the phone. You can tell he is incredibly passionate about his work and truly cares about his clients.

Allegro Chamber Players were amazing to work with and added a beautiful touch to our special day! We had done ample research with other vendors and Michael's musical passion, eagerness to respond, and warmth surrounding the importance of our day made it an easy choice to move forward. They have a great, large variety of options within their repertoire. On the day of they added zero stress and extra beauty! Afterwards they even sent a letter, which was a really special touch to an already great service.

Allegro Chamber Players made my wedding a hit!! I was so surprised with how many guest contacted us after the wedding to say cocktail hour was there favorite part of the day. Mike was able to mix in some of my favorite pop/r&b songs with a touch of classical music, and that's what we wanted our guest to experience. We found ACP through a third-party booking website, by submitting an inquiry. At the time, I didn’t know it, but my church required that we use their string group instead. Michael from ACP called me in response to my inquiry, and I was so impressed by our detailed phone conversation that I was saddened to report to him that we weren’t allowed to book him. After a situation arose that allowed us to ultimately book an external vendor, I called Michael back immediately and was so excited they were still free! We hired them for both our ceremony and cocktail hour. Michael was so great to coordinate with for the ceremony because he himself is a Catholic, so he knew each part of the mass by heart and had great experience with which songs to play when during the mass. When we’d talk on the phone, we’d have such lovely conversations about the beautiful pieces they were going to play. We decided to also book them to play some more contemporary pieces during our cocktail hour, and they even arranged a song for us that they hadn’t played in the past. We got so many compliments from our guests about their talent and professionalism, and we were so happy we hired them! Thank you ACP!Allegro Chamber Players's reply:

Michael Monte was so prompt to respond to all of our questions and concerns. We had a beautiful wedding planned for 2020. However, due to Covid-19 we had to cancel our wedding plans. Allegro Chamber Singers was so easy to work with and they treated us fairly and understood the difficulties were were going through. Can't recommend them enough.Allegro Chamber Players's reply:

Michael Monte and his ensemble played at my daughter's wedding ceremony and then later at our cocktail hour. From the outset of speaking to Michael, I knew we were in good hands. Allegro Chamber Players did an amazing job at our wedding! They have so many great reviews already, it almost seems unnecessary for me to write one. I feel that having live music made a big difference over using a DJ. They created a more romantic feel. Our venue had a large tent by the ocean which we used one side of for the ceremony, and the other for cocktail hour. For some reason, our venue had them set up in one corner rather than in the middle like I was expecting. We had no problems hearing them during the procession or recession, but they were a bit more difficult to hear during cocktail hour over the chatter and all the way on the other side of the tent. This of course wasn’t their fault, but my suggestion is to be mindful of where you place them. We did get a few compliments on the music selections too because they know both classic and more modern pieces. I highly recommend Allegro Chamber Players for your day!Allegro Chamber Players's reply:

It was a perfect day and Allegro Chamber Players were incredibly talented and sounded amazing. They were the talk of the wedding during the reception!
