We knew we wanted Legacy to DJ our wedding before we were even engaged! My fiancé and I had been to a couple weddings that Legacy did, and we were impressed with their level of skill and organization. I loved their online planning portal, which allowed us to perfectly plan and curate the music played to fit our personalities. I love that with Legacy they allow you to be as hands-on or hands-off with what music is played on your big day.
Big shout out to Michael and Charlie! They were on time, fun and easy to work with, made a special mix for my dad and I to do our fun, non-traditional father/daughter dance to, and kept the energy going for our wedding!

Legacy Event Group did a phenomenal job with our wedding weekend. From our first meeting with them we knew they were going to be a perfect fit with their punctuality, attention to detail, and passion that they have for their work. We mostly worked with Shawn, who went above and beyond to make sure every part of the wedding had the exact genres, songs, even parts of songs we wanted to use. It was all executed beautifully - they really made our vision come to life. We received so many compliments on our DJ! Their Photo Booth was a big hit as well. We cannot recommend them enough.

Legacy Event Group was amazing!! From the start, I knew they were the best choice! The organization with the online portal and forms for our wedding day made me feel so at ease. I knew everyone was on the same page. Adam and Mike were phenomenal. I made a few changes in the schedule throughout the night, and they went right along with it. You need them at your wedding

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Your DJ is the most important vendor to determine the overall vibe of your wedding. We wanted a day where we didn’t have to stress about the timeline and we wanted a party vibe and that’s exactly what we got. I did not have to worry about a single thing from walking down the aisle to making sure the timeline is running smooth and the party never dies, Legacy events makes sure everything is seamless. They were upbeat and created the party atmosphere that we really wanted for our wedding. Nothing went wrong because they were there leading the timeline and events and made sure things happened on schedule and when they were supposed to. They made everything they announced look effortless, not too rushed or too slow. Our guests could not stop talking about how cool it was to have the DJ and Emcee two separate people and I feel that’s what makes this company stand out. Whether you have 55 guests like we did or 350 guests you need this company to keep the party going all night long. The music was amazing and guests of all ages kept the dance floor packed all night. They were also very personable and genuine, I had just met them that day and they made me feel like they were my friends. My only regret is not taking a photo with my husband and both of them. DJ Ray even signed our shot ski guest book which was so cool!

Excellent service

Shawn and his staff at Legacy Event Group are fantastic. They supported our daughter's wedding on 5/27/2023, and their services exceeded our expectations.
Very professional, good at communicating with us, and kept things moving along on the day.
We liked the fact we could select our music and specific songs for dances etc ahead of time, and that they personnaly walk you through your timeline, providing suggestions on when speeches are held, introductions etc.(We had no idea of how much goes into the coordination of it all)
Our guests enjoyed the photo booth (a must) and the DJ was excellent.

As a venue owner, I can attest that Legacy Event Group is exceptional on every level. The DJs are experienced, professional, easy to work with, and they know how to entertain a group! They have top of the line equipment and an extensive knowledge of all music genres. They excel at all types of events; wedding ceremonies, receptions, outdoor festivals, business promotions & socials (i.e., events we've hired them for or been a part of). Their attention to detail, fun personalities, outstanding customer service, and their ability to keep the party going is also why my wife and I hired them for our wedding! I was recommended Legacy Event Group by our Venue (Canopy Creek Farm). They were truly amazing. Their portal to help with the planning of the day was a dream. It helped to plan out things step by step and made sure every one was on the same page. Then once the planning was completed, the team that came to the wedding was absolutely amazing. The idea of having a MC and DJ was the best. Brandon was awesome and he made sure our day went flawless. I can't think of a better company to work with because they helped make our day perfect. Awesome Wedding DJ!!

Legacy Event Group was a perfect fit for our wedding! We had a free consultation with Shawn before we booked them and were not pressured. They offer so many services at such a good value, that Legacy basically became our second wedding planner. We were able to personalize the music for cocktail hour, and ensure that only music my husband and I approved of was played. Shawn helped us figure out the exact timeline of the ceremony and reception so it was all planned out beforehand and coordinated with the venue and other vendors. He also was our Emcee for our reception, and he kept everything on track so smoothly. Shawn and Adam were both so professional and helped to make our day completely stress-free. Our guests had such an awesome time and they stayed on the dance floor all night thanks to Legacy!

Absolutely Amazing

My wedding day wouldn’t have been possible without Shawn and his team. They are SO much more than DJs. Shawn worked with me and my husband to plan not just music, but the entire timeline and then shared it with all of our vendors. I was a very organized bride and yet when the big day came I was such a mess I didn’t even remember what should be happening and when, thank god for Shawn because he made sure everything happened, on time, transitioned smoothly. He took care of everything. All of my vendors were amazing but if there was one that I would say was 1000% worth the money it’s Legacy Event. HIGHLY recommend!!

Best wedding entertainment in Dayton area hands down

Shawn Huey and his team were completely awesome through the whole process. They did an excellent job with planning, DJ-ing/managing the ceremony and reception and were very thoughtful on making sure we had a good music selection for our wedding last October. Shawn even went above and beyond to help us get the track for the perfect first dance song. The photo booth staff was also great with our guests and it was a hit.

On the day of, he ran things in an extremely organized and efficient manner, yet was able to roll with any changes that were thrown at him. We didn't have to worry about a thing with him in charge.

All our guests had a great time and we would not hesitate to recommend Legacy to all our friends and family!

Made the wedding cohesive

Legacy was amazing! Having two people helped to make the flow of the wedding continue from start to finish. They worked together to keep us organized and on time. Above and beyond my expectations. We gave them a wedding day schedule and the song list. The DJ and the MC kept l us on schedule. Organized & So fun!

Provided music and announcements for my daughter’s and now new son’s Outdoor wedding, outdoor cocktail hour, photos before and after ceremony, and the dinner/ reception. The ceremony Microphones for bride, groom and officiant were a blessing. Because they ran the day and night, I (MOB) was able to enjoy the day.

Amazing group!

Shawn and his crew were so amazing!! We had a personal recommendation for these guys and we are so happy we listened. We ran into placement issues on the day of the wedding (totally my bad haha) but the Legacy guys found a great solution and handled everything seamlessly without worrying us at all. Their systems has great sound for all three levels of our venue as well. Lastly, these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day absolutely amazing! They acted as ears for us while taking photos and made my visions of the day come true. We rented the cold spark machines and I wanted them shot off outside during our sparkler exit and they made it happen and made it better that we could have ever imagined!

Shawn and his crew are great people and DJs and you definitely need them to be a part of your day!

Shawn and his team go above and beyond and they are complete experts and professionals at what they do! They are SO organized from the planning forms and meetings, to day of execution. Fantastic DJ Experience for 2020 Wedding

We booked Legacy Event Group for our wedding that was on September 26, 2020 at the end of December 2019. They were fantastic!! Always responsive to emails, had a website platform to help build your wedding day timeline on in detail, request songs, and even had a link for guests to use to request songs! We loved that they give you two DJ's for your wedding. One does the music while the other emcee's and makes sure things run smoothly. They were very detail oriented and helped our wedding go off without a hitch. We felt that their pricing was competitive with other companies, and was fair. We were so pleased with their work, and would definitely recommend them to any of our friends!

The Best Vendor!

I loved All The Right Tunes from our first meeting with Shawn, but they completely exceeded all of my expectations and then some! It was such a pleasure working with someone as organized and prepared as Shawn. We used them for music and up lighting.

From your first meeting you see how great they are. Their office is set up so you can see exactly how their lighting works and his ability to play, pretty much, any song you could ever want. They work with you to make a day of itinerary, taking all stress away from the couple. They even reach out to all of your vendors, making sure everyone is one the same page. They’re a DJ/MC combo, so you have one person running the show and the other solely focused on the music. Their website allows you to pick the songs/genres/era of music you like, allows you to pick must plays, don’t plays, by request only. It’s made the whole process so easy! Now, I was sold immediately after meeting with Shawn because I’ve very type A, and I knew right away his business would make my wedding day perfect and stress free! But, their music and the way they read the crowd and select songs is just as impressive. We have gotten numerous compliments on our wedding music. The dance floor was packed all night and we shut the venue down! All the right tunes helped make our wedding better than I could have ever asked for. I would recommend them to anyone in the Dayton/Cincinnati area!

They were very responsive to every email that I sent to make changes and they were SO flexible the day of our wedding with the changes in timeline. Shawn Huey is truly a class act. I’ve worked with him before on other weddings but this one was MY daughter’s wedding and he was absolutely the best DJ a mother of the bride could ask for. He introduced the bridal party with personal flair, kept things moving, stayed on the timeline and played “all the right tunes” which kept the dance floor full and fun. I didn’t have to think at all- his orchestrated the evening perfectly so no one needed to worry about anything. The Bride was thrilled and I was able to enjoy every moment. He handled everything from perfectly chosen cocktail hour music for our antique car museum venue to organizing everyone in the street for the final sparkler sendoff. We highly recommend Shawn! Shawn and his team were punctual and accommodating throughout the planning process, making sure that everything was finalized in advance so that we had nothing to worry about the day of our wedding. I can't imagine having a better group for my wedding! I used to be in the wedding industry, so when it came time to hire a dj/mc for my wedding, I didn't even think twice and called up All the Right Tunes! We worked with Brandon and he was fantastic. He kept the party going, and he even put up with our silly request to have guests sing a song with the word "Love" in it instead of clinking their glasses. Before each guest sang, he made sure to find Travis and I so we could enjoy our guests serenade. He really kept the party going and kept people on the dance floor. If we had to do it all over again, we'd still pick these guys! They're the best in the industry!

All the Right Tunes is SOOO much more than a "DJ". They plan everything with you down to the minute. They excute the whole evening flawlessly. They work so well with other vendors. They take the stress off the bride, groom and parents, and that a lone is priceless! Their music is 100% on point and they know exactly how to keep the party going. Our reception was an absolute blast and we owe that to All the Right Tunes for keeping everything running so smooth. In the pre wedding meeting I was able to give some ideas of something different I had come up with. I really enjoyed All the right tunes DJing our wedding. They were there announcing a bouquet toss or introductions, but they were not always the focal point. They allowed the guests to flow from conversation to listening to speeches or dances and back to informal conversation naturally. I really enjoyed how they were so accommodating when it came to the music. I have a lot of favorite songs but wanted all the guests be excited by what was coming next too. They organized the whole night down to the minutes knowing exactly what they wanted to play, but were also accommodating to guests requesting songs too. It was a wonderful experience to have All the Right Tunes there on my special day.

Shawn and everyone at ATRT are amazing! From the first time you meet with them they are organized and efficient. What persuaded us to work with them was the idea of having both an Emcee and a DJ at our wedding. And boy did it pay off! Shawn acted as more of a day of wedding coordinator that just an Emcee. He made sure my husband and I were in the right spot for all of the events taking place during the reception, and handled a number of small and large crises (such as a guest needing to be taken to the hospital by ambulance) with so much poise that we literally did not need to worry about anything. I had so much fun at my reception largely because Shawn handled all of the challenging or stressful portions of it and allowed us to mingle and dance. Even our photographers say ATRT was the best DJ they had ever worked with. I truly cannot say enough about them and hiring them was one of the smartest things we did!

Shawn was great to work with. We went to our appointment with just a couple of song selections for our ceremony and reception. He worked with us to pick out the perfect songs that worked together for the ceremony location and theme. For the reception we had an MC and DJ which was ideal since they were up in a balcony. My husband and I were SO impressed by All the Right Tunes! Every interaction we have had with them from the first meeting to our reception has been so easy and fun. The online tool they provide for picking our songs was very helpful. It relieved so much stress knowing that they would coordinate our reception according to our timeline that we created with them. Calvin was our emcee and he went above and beyond what we ever expected to make our reception perfect. He brought drinks to us so we didn’t have to get up, he gave my maid of honor a pep talk before her speech because she was nervous, and he kept us updated throughout the night. We did not worry about a single thing. We were totally blown away. I think almost every single guest told us how much they loved the photo booth that they provided. Shawn has an excellent and incredibly professional team. We will continue to recommend All the Right Tunes to our friends and family. They are nothing but the best!

I knew from the initial meeting, at a bridal show, that I wanted to book All the Right Tunes as our DJ. They made me feel very comfortable and confident that they were there to help with everything and keep things running smooth (and also provide the amazing music). Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day and the ceremony had to be moved inside. They did everything in their power to help transform the inside into a beautiful ceremony spot. They were willing to move equipment, photo-booth backdrops, etc. at the last minute to help create a beautiful space for the ceremony. It was a HUGE help and stress reliever having one less thing to deal with. After the chaos, they provided beautiful ceremony music. I was really picky about the music I wanted played during the ceremony and they searched all over for the exact songs/versions I had picked out. Thank you!!!  Throughout the reception, they kept all of the events (cake cutting, dances, etc.) on track. Without them, we would have been clueless on when do to these events and so behind schedule! The reception was so much fun and people were dancing all night long! From the very first meeting with Shawn my husband and I knew we HAD to book him for our wedding. Not only is his price for his services extremely reasonable, his quality and hard work is truly unmatched. Throughout the whole year plus of our engagement Shawn was in contact with us, giving us plenty of time to schedule meetings (we moved out of the area we were getting married in and All the Right Tunes made scheduling upcoming meetings easy and painless). I had absolutely zero worries about our wedding day knowing we were in extremely organized and professional hands, and Shawn and Will worked tirelessly the day of to make sure everything was perfect. I truly can't sing their praises enough. Shawn made sure we knew exactly where we were supposed to be the entire day, never interrupting an important or special moment, and always ensuring we had the final decision about anything and everything. As with any wedding or large event, we ran into several small problems throughout the day with other vendors (for example, our limo failed to show at the end of the night), which Shawn worked to correct without even being asked, completely taking any worry or stress we had away. All the Right Tunes is without a doubt an AMAZING company, and were we to do the entire day again, I wouldn't look at ANYONE else. I've even gotten several emails from friends and family requesting All the Right Tunes contact info for other events, as their ability to keep people on the dance floor and having fun is truly amazing! Shawn at ATRT was AMAZING and did a great job at my wedding reception! My husband(!) and I live out of state so finding vendors was difficult. Every venue we visited recommended ATRT and when it came time to find a DJ I only looked at them. My husband and I are pretty introverted, and so are our friends, so we really needed someone to help bring us out of our shells---Shawn did! At the end of the night everyone was talking about how much fun they had and that they've never danced so much at a wedding as they did at ours. I could go on for days about how grateful we are to Shawn for making our wedding reception such a memorable experience. I cannot recommend him and ATRT enough!

When working with All The Right Tunes we were very happy. We live out of state from where we were getting married and they were very accomedating to our schedules. The services they offer to help you pick the music for your wedding are so helpful. They have tools on their website and are very thorough during in-person meetings. They do everything in their power to make sure your needs are met and that your special day runs as smooth as possible.

When it came to our wedding day they were the greatest! Having two people made everything that much better. They were able to communicate with each other without stopping the music. I love that they found and played "Let It Go" for our flower girl. When it came time for the night to come to an end they were happy to extend our services with no hesitation.

We had so many complements on their services. If we had to do it all over again, we would still pick All The Right Tunes. You cannot go wrong with them. Make sure you book early as they only take so many events on a day. You will not be disappointed.

All the Right Tunes was indispensable during our wedding reception. We worked with Matt Hall and we highly recommend both All the Right Tunes and Matt Hall, in particular. Matt met with us more than once prior to our wedding day to discuss the theme of our wedding, our music preferences, and helped us with the timeline for our reception. All the Right Tunes sends two employees to their events, a dedicated DJ and an MC, this way one person can concentrate solely on the music. This works excellently and makes for a very smooth event flow. Matt was our MC and he made sure during the event everything was running smoothly. He checked on us several times throughout the night to make sure we and our guests were happy and everything was going as planned. He was professional, friendly, and made our wedding reception amazing. Our guests commented on how much fun they were having and how great the DJ was! They have an excellent database of song choices, and worked with us to create a package that was within our budget and met our needs.

So glad we went with All the Right Tunes for the wedding. They were so much more than just a great DJ. They provided so much of the timeline for the wedding day, kept things running, kept us organized, were flexible as things changed, and managed our reception wonderfully! Shawn was great to work with!
It was neat getting to make selections for our music preferences online, clicking the songs we wanted played for our special dances or the introductions online etc and having the timeline available to print online. One of my other favorites was their online tools for help when picking songs for like father-daughter dance, last song, intro songs, first dance, anniversary dance etc- there were lists of the most popular and you could click to listen to each song. That really helped me decide and to give me ideas I hadn't thought of. Everything was so organized!!
The music for our reception was wonderful, so fun for the introductions and perfectly timed, nice during dinner, and fun for the dancing. Shawn was great about running things smoothly and making sure I was relaxed and happy the whole night. It was such a fun, incredible night. Not only does this company truly take care of you your dj, music, and decor (lighting) needs, but they are a true day of coordinator!!! They can change plans the minute and make everything flawless! I absolutely LOVED our wedding reception and I owe it all to All the Right Tunes! I was so nervous about the music at our reception as there were so many different groups of people coming (work friends, church friends, family old and young) and I wanted everyone to enjoy themselves and dance. I expressed these concerns to ATRT and they were not worried at all. They played EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY FAVORITE SONGS and I remember I kept saying, "OMG this is my favorite song!!" and I didn't even have to tell them. We were able to get online and pick out all of our songs before from their library of thousands and thousands of songs but I couldn't possibly pick out everything I wanted but somehow they all still got played. I know that is because they took the time to get to know me and my fiance ahead of time and get a feel for the music we like and the atmosphere we wanted.
They were professional, showed up early, and stayed later than originally planned because my guests were having so much fun in fact, that when they were playing the final song of the night, everyone began to chant and yell for more. I ran up to them and asked if they could stay one more hour and they agreed without question!! The party continued and our guests STILL did not want them to leave but my husband and I chose to end as we were ready to get on with our honeymoon and start cleaning the reception hall, etc.
I also want to mention the emcee --- Matt, he was phenomenal! His entire goal the entire night was to keep the schedule that we decided on and make sure things went smoothly and on time. He let me and my new husband know what was happening and what was going on next, where we needed to be, and what we needed to do. But not in an annoying way -- it was perfect. I relied on him heavily to keep things rolling and he took care of everything!
ATRT made my wedding reception the success that it was and I could not be more thankful and happy that I chose them!

Very pleased with our choice of going with all the right tunes. we met with them twice they are very professional fun and know how to keep the party going!! They are very Organized which is most important!!! :) Our wedding was such a blast everyone had a great time. I was able to have great communication with them about changes that were made last minute and there was no problem. Daniel was awesome!!! :) I definitely recommend to future bride and grooms :)

All The Right Tunes was wonderful. They really care about their clients and it shows. Having All The Right Tunes DJ our wedding was like having a mini wedding planner. They didn't just take care of the music, they helped us plan an entire event timeline. They were as involved as we wanted them to be and we got to choose how much involvement we wanted from them. The wedding day ran smoothly and it was because of All The Right Tunes. They made my husband and me feel completely at ease. I am so glad we chose All The Right Tunes to DJ our music. We could not have picked a better DJ service then the team at All The Right Tunes. Shawn Huey, Owner acted as our MC for our entire event, and did a stellar job. Along with the DJ, they knocked it out of the park with how organized they were, how engaged they were with our guest as well as playing all the right music at each stage of our celebration.
We are truly 100% satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to just relax and enjoy your wedding without unneeded stress of making sure your vendors are going to perform to expectations. Be prepared for All The Right Tunes to not only meet, but rather exceed your expectations on your special day!

My wife and I are very satisfied with the service we received at All The Right Tunes. Will (and the team) were nothing but professional throughout the whole process. The website is very helpful in helping to select the various songs you want for the events during the reception (or wedding). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ. I have been to many weddings, and you can definitely tell a difference when it comes to a professional DJ service. Our wedding ran smoothly as promised.

The service was amazing,absolutely amazing! When I first contacted All the Right Tunes, I got an email back the very next day. Anytime I had to send an email I ALWAYS got an immediate response. They were very professional about everything, even asked what would be appropriate to wear to our wedding which I though was nice. They were great about paying attention to every little detail of the entire day. Things had ran a little behind due to pictures at the church and the Dj was able to keep things going and still managed to fit everything in. I will definitely be recommending them.

Shawn was so much fun to work with. He cares about his clients and truly wants to deliver an experience that fits the couple. Shawn takes the time to meet with the couple and get to know them both individually and in their relationship. He provides more than just a DJ/MC service; he also aids in making sure every part of the day runs smoothly and without a hitch. This includes the ceremony AND reception if you have All the Right Tunes facilitate both, which we did and we're so glad we made that decision. Working with this team made the wedding day a breeze. Our guests had a great time and everything that my husband and I had discussed with Shawn was addressed and implemented. He was always looking out for our best interest and was making sure that we were enjoying ourselves throughout the night. I COULD NOT have been more HAPPY with the service that was provided to me by All The Right Tunes! Shawn made our day run flawlessly and made it so I did not have to worry about anything on the wedding day. He was always available to answer questions and worked VERY well with myself and my husband. Of all the vendors at my wedding, All The Right Tunes was my favorite. Matt was just GREAT!!!! I was so worried about everyone getting down the aisle in the right order and my aunt reassured me that Matt had everything under control and the tempo for the ceremony was right on. I loved hat he would let me know when we were about to do something (dollar dance, first dance, ect) instead of him announcing ok time for this. Matt and our DJ were so respectful and professional I couldn't tell you how many compliments we got on the DJ service! There was a specific incident the assured me I made the right decision when choosing all the right tunes... There was an issue with the caterers and they left before cutting the cake and the first person I went to for help was Matt. I was freaking out because I was upset someone we paid legged without doing a HUGE to a wedding! The cake is a big deal!! I remember going straight to Matt and he looked at me and said no big deal at all, I got this just go over to the cake table it's alright and sure enough he made sure there was someone to cut our cake and serve it up!!!! :)
The music was just what we wanted! I don't have much of a dance crowd but it was so much fun!! It was well worth the price and they did an AHHHHHHHMAZING job!!!! Thank you to Matt, our DJ and Shawn for being apart of our special day and making my vision become a reality! I couldn't of asked for a better group of people for DJ services plus some!!!

We chose All The Right Tunes for our wedding on April 26th, 2014 and they were the perfect choice! We first heard about All The Right Tunes after my Dad chaperoned a high school prom where Shawn was the MC. My Dad could not say enough good things about All The Right Tunes and Shawn. After our engagement, it was an obvious decision to go with All The Right Tunes. They were the one and only company we spoke with and we "said Yes to the DJ" on the spot! Shawn was our MC and made our reception flawless. The communication and organization that night between him and everyone involved, including my husband and I, was impeccable. Shawn is professional, personable, and passionate about his profession. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend All The Right Tunes to anyone and everyone!

Shawn, Matt and all of the folks at ATRT are just absolutely amazing!!! Anytime my fiance or myself had questions or concerns, they were right there to help us without hesitation. My fiance and I decided we wanted to do a special "surprise dance", Shawn helped us with every aspect and worked with us until we all agreed it was perfect. We had a few different meetings to go over all the information for the day of, and never once did we feel rushed, or like we were a bother to anyone. The staff at ATRT is compassionate, understanding and patient. As part of their service, we were provided with a DJ as well as an Emcee for our wedding day. There wasn't a single moment the day of that we were unaware of what was coming next. If something needed to be pushed back a few minutes, Matt was on top of it and my fiance and I never had to stress about any of it! Matt was our go to for all vendors, and he helped to coordinate all event timing with them, so we knew we had nothing to worry about the day of!
ATRT also provided the music for our cermony and did a great job in timing the walk for our wedding party and then myself. I had chosen an untraditional song that was a bit on the short side; they looped the track and it sounded beautiful and when it was my turn to take my walk to meet the love of my life, the timing on the lyrics was just as we wanted it. The reception was absolutely amazing, our dance floor was packed from the start and didn't clear out until the end of the night!! Making sure your guests have an incredible time at your wedding starts and ends with your DJ. Sure people like food and all, but when it comes down to it, they will forever talk about how much fun they had dancing the night away!! Our guests sure are!! Brides (and grooms) I could not possibly recommend anyone better for your DJ service than All The Right Tunes. Thank you again soooo much Shawn, Matt & everyone else at ATRT, you guys are AMAZING!!!

Shawn was great!!!!! Very professional. We were late getting to the reception and Shawn changed our timeline so it would work better with the time we had. The music was great and so many people daned. I would recommend my friends to use All the Right Tunes.

My husband and I decided to use All the Right Tunes after they did such a wonderful job at my sister's wedding in August 2012. I am SO glad I made that decision! I was not disappointed! Our wedding was at the Continental Room in the Hilton Netherland Plaza in downtown Cincinnati in December 2013. Our ceremony and reception were in the same place.

Shawn is experienced, organized and really listens to make sure the day goes just like you want. It truly was like having a built-in coordinator since ATRT sends a DJ and an MC, so I didn't feel I needed to spend the extra money for a day-of coordinator because I trusted Shawn would take care of us. And he really did! A couple weeks before the event, we met and went over every detail, including many details I had not even considered, and I am a master planner! Shawn thoughtfully listened to all of our input, and gave advice in the areas we weren't sure about. He suggested timing for certain events, and then made sure all our vendors were on the same page.

Shawn was so helpful in every aspect on the day of the wedding--from cuing the bridal party on when to walk for the ceremony to making sure we were on pace with the timeline we had previously set up. When we got a little off track during the reception, Shawn gave us options on how to adjust. He deals with everything in such a calm way that it really wasn't stressful at all.

ATRT had all the songs I wanted, and for the couple custom ones I requested, they were able to come up with those, too, without any problem. They played exactly what we wanted to hear the whole night. It was very fun and entertaining, and all of our guests had a great time!

I also used ATRT for some uplighting. It was reasonably priced and really helped enhance the architectural detail of the room. I'm glad I chose to go this route instead of a more expensive lighting package I had received quotes on.

I would recommend this vendor to any bride!

Shawn Huey provided the DJ service for our daughter's wedding reception at the Dayton Country Club on the day after Thanksgiving. He was impressively professional in all his administration and also in the range of music choices he offered. Additionally he was a pleasure to work with and, when we met at the venue, I was impressed with the quiet and efficient way he went about setting up and also the way he looked - perfectly judged for a formal wedding reception. Additionally he was willing to help out when some of the technology provided by the venue failed to work and very knowledge about the DVD the videographer had supplied that also failed to work. Shawn's service was impressive by any standards and we are happy to recommend him highly.

All The Right Tunes did an amazing job at our wedding reception!!! We couldn't be happier with how how great everything was!! We had Calvin as our MC and he kept everything running smoothly so we didn't have any stress or worries. We set a timeline at our final meeting and everything went as planned, if anything needed to change per other vendors he let us know. Our reception was at Lake Lyndsay and the building had a balcony level, I was worried if the sound would work well from this but it sounded awesome. They played every song we wanted and paid attention to every little detail we wanted. The dance floor was constantly full! The music was very important to us and we were not let down. I have recommended them to my best friend who is getting married in August and will continue to highly recommend them. I heard from several guests how great of a job they did at our wedding. My husband and I recently got married and had All the Right Tunes for our DJ. I must say, they were AMAZING! They had an online portal where we were able to choose all of our music and pay - which was VERY helpful. Once we had everything planned, the made an itinerary for the day AND emailed it to all of our other vendors so that they knew the schedule for the day. Once we arrived at the reception, they were there to greet us and let us know when to be ready to be introduced. My husband and I didn't have to worry about anything, which my husband loved. All of our guests LOVED the music and lights and danced till we had to leave. If you are looking for a DJ that will go above and beyond on your special day, use All the Right Tunes!

My wedding was this past Saturday, September 14th. All I can say is wow! Very impressed with their services and I couldn't get over how smoothly everything went. My husband and I got married September 14th and all the right tunes did our music. They did amazing. We had Matt hall for the ceremony and he did so well at making everything go smoothly. I have seen All The Right Tunes in action at many other weddings and events. I have to say they have been the best DJ services I've seen for weddings. Their planning, coordination and organization is topnotch. I used then for my wedding on 30 Aug 13. It's was an outside wedding and once again the delivered big time. They keep the wedding on schedule and most importantly keep it light and fun. They played until 12:30/1:00 which was a half a hour to a hour past there scheduled time. I received several compliments from guests on how good the DJ was. Bottom line, I would not use any other DJ services. 100% satisfaction is what you get with All The Right Tunes!

All the Right Tunes did an AMAZING job on our wedding!! Chris and Shawn make a great team! They help everyone stay organized for the ceremony and getting me out of the room on time! The reception was so much fun! We got so many compliments on how much fun everyone had!! They played everything on my list and even songs I wouldn't of thought to play to keep the party going!
