    The limo showed up on time at my friends house where we got ready, and took us to the church, then after the church took us to the reception and knew exactly where he was going the whole time. Very polite, limo was clean, very pleased with the service I received.

    All Stretched Out was great, I looked into them after seeing an offer for a free getaway car on a different website. They had a good rate and with the free getaway car it turned into the best rate I could find for what I needed. I went to see the vehicles and they were in great condition, we had the white stretch Navigator and the black Escalade, and I couldn't have been happier with either of them. Our drivers were great too, they were on time, didn't get lost and were a big help with my dress and our bags at the end of the night.

    My husband took care of arranging the wedding day transportation and did a great job doing so!! He contracted All Stretched Out Limos and I couldn't have been happier with their service! My driver was so nice, friendly and professional.... and I literally received the "Royal Red Carpet" treatment from door to door!! He helped me and my entire bridal entourage (all 14 of us) in and out of the stretch Hummer with our gowns, heels, etc.!!! It was early August so it was HOT outside but the Hummer was COLD inside!! We definitely rode in style that day!!! Thank you All Stretched Out Limos!!

    We came across this company on Groupon.com and we used it May 20, from 1:30 to 5:30. The gentleman who picked us up was so very professional, pleasant, had a smile on the entire time and helped where needed by opening doors to the church, etc. Although I was far too busy to get his name that day, I included the exact date and time for self-identification, but I wanted to thank him for being so wonderful. We will certainly use this company again!

    We got married in the woods and the road that the limo driver, James, had to get down was very bumpy and narrow. He not only got to the site, turned the limo around and got us all in on time, but he did it with grace and a smile on his face. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone, we had the best time and rode in style for a reasonable price. Thank you James for making our day, and our wedding party, feel so special!

    The driver was friendly and courteous. Our limo was much larger and nicer than expected.

    My overall experience with them was wonderful. The only complaint that I had was that the administrative staff was slow to respond. I purchased a Groupon for them to use on my wedding day and it was hard to get in touch with them. Once I did, they were quick to take my order and said that I would get a confirmation receipt shortly, I kept calling back, but no one answered or returned my calls, but I did eventually get the receipt. The limo driver showed up 30 minutes early for my wedding day :-), he was very nice and courteous, and he even made an extra stop on the way to the reception (even though he wasn't suppose to...). I would use them again and i would recommend them, just don't expect an immediate response from the administrative staff.

    This was a gift from my mother in law for the wedding day. The driver arrived early and got us to the church on time, helped me and poofy dress in and out of the limo and was extremely profressional and courteous. He was patient as we ran a little over on our rental time taking pictures at the chapel. Small complaints, there was no champagne for our ride to the reception, and he took a fairly long round about route to get there, but we didn't mind much, that gave us plenty of down time to decompress. When he picked us up from the reception we needed to make an unexpected stop at my parents house which was no problem. And then he delivered us to our hotel. A limo wasn't something we considered to be a necessity, but it's something we're glad we had.

    The Lincoln navigator limo was very nice. They advertised to have champagne but there was not any provided, so he stopped by a local liquor store and the groomsmen had to go get them. They were timely and were readily available for the initial contact. We had to wait a while for our limo after the ceremony because he was circling around the area. Good price and would recommend if you want a good deal!

    I found a great deal for this limo company online, so I decided to go with them because of the price. I wasn't entirely happy with their service for my wedding. The actual limo driver was nice and on time. But he didn't always remember to open doors and apparently didn't read the contract carefully or the company didn't communicate well with him because he thought he was just dropping us off and not taking us back. We would have been stranded, but luckily we chatted before he drove off. I was not pleased with the responsiveness of the company, they didn't respond to all of my emails and they took a long time getting me my contract. Also, I paid for 3 hours of service, but they limited my to 2 hours because they had somewhere else to be. So we had to work into their schedule instead of the other way around.

    I pretty much felt that everything about my wedding was perfect. This was the only company that disappointed me, and I was actually quite disappointed.

    I reserved (well, thought I reserved) 2 Lincoln Town Cars for my wedding. The woman who took my order said she didn't need the addresses of the hotel or wedding venue, since they traveled that route all the time and knew them well. Sounded good to me.

    On the day of the wedding, I got a phone call when the first limo arrived (early! A good start, I thought,) and sent my now-husband and his groomsmen on their way. Twenty minutes or so later, our limo had arrived (and waited for us to make it outside). To my surprise, a Hummer Limo backed up toward where we were standing. "Must be someone else's wedding," I said. My bridesmaids continuously remarked, "No, Tina...I'm pretty sure that's ours." I asked the driver to confirm, and it was true. Somehow, the transportation to my elegant event was something that belonged at a high school prom.

    I took it in stride. No use crying over gallons of wasted gas and plastic fish (yes, there was an aquarium with plastic fish inside of the hummer. Classy.). We were a little disappointed that there was no champagne, but it wasn't a major issue. It WAS a major issue when we attempted to ask the driver a question and he very rudely asked if we were talking to him...and said he didn't know that because my friend didn't call him by his name. (Please note. He never introduced himself to us.) Then called HER rude!!!

    Ok. Ok. Plastic window up, Limo Bus in motion. We arrived at the venue and were on our way. It wasn't until later that night that I found out the groom's limo got lost on the way to the venue for almost an hour. Luckily, our photographer was able to get a few quick pictures before the sun went down.

    Overall....highly disappointing.

    They advertise red carpet treatment, let's just say there was no red carpet. It was pouring on our wedding day, and we were greeted with a small little umbrella, the driver was not all that helpful in getting us in the limo. Turned out our limo actually leaked. Our driver, Rodney was not familiar with the area, even with navigation he missed turns as we were late going to the church. And in the time we were out of the limo for pictures, the driver was smoking in the limo.

    Do not get this vendor!!!!!

    They were on time. They were courteous on the phone. Our driver was nice. This ends the nice things I have to say about All Stretched Out.

    My sister, my maid of honor, is in a wheelchair. We specifically requested a stretch sudan and made sure we would be able to transfer her into the limo (there was a seat near the door, and it was at floor level). I made a big deal about this request because I was really getting the limo for her. She had never ridden in a limo before, and this was going to be a special part of my wedding day. The limo pulls up to pick us up and it's a stretch hummer, at least 3 feet off of ground level- no way we can get my sister into the car. I expressed my outrage to the driver and he said it was sent as an upgrade. There was no time to change anything, so my sister rode with my parents, like she always does- no special treat for her on this day. The rest of my bridal party went in the limo, but with a bad taste in our mouths for having our maid of honor so blatantly discriminated against.

    In the sales pitch I heard when shopping around limo vendors, we were told at length of "red carpet service" "a bottle of champagne waiting for us". To put it quite plainly, all of that was bull****. We were instead greeted by a limo that reeked of smoke and a few random mini water bottles that we weren't even sure were for us. They drove us from the church to the reception in the same crappy hummer (no thought to get us an accessible vehicle still). Then my husband and I were supposed to be picked up by a town car, but instead, what do you think? yep- the same crappy hummer again! It was raining that day, but I still opened the windows, so I wouldn't choke from the smoke smell.

    AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. I GOT A GROUPON FOR 4 HOUR LIMO SERVICE ON MY WEDDING DAY. I VERIFIED THE APPOINTMENT THE DAY BEFORE. THE LIMO NEVER SHOWED UP. THE URGENT CALLS LINE LINKED ME UP WITH ? MANAGER? SEAN, WHO HAD NO EXPLANATION FOR THE NO-SHOW, AND OFFERED NO SOLUTIONS EXCEPT TO SAY, "I'M STILL TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MY DRIVER!" I have a hard time believing that in this smart phone era we live in that this manager has no means to swiftly get in touch with his driver! Needless to say EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! If I could give negative stars I would! EPIC FAIL!! I DEMANDED AN IMMEDIATE REFUND OF THE GROUPON AMOUNT AND ADDITIONAL FEE YOU MUST PAY IN ADDITION TO THE GROUPON, ONLY TO HEAR THE MANAGER RATTLE OF THE MOST DETAILED GROUPON REFUND POLICY/PROCESS EVER IN THE HISTORY OF A NON GROUPON EMPLOYEE. . .I SUSPECT I'M NOT THE FIRST UNSATISFIED ALL STRETCHED OUT CUSTOMER.
