Limo service was great. The Limo was amazing, stocked with liquor and champagne. We had a lot of fun. The driver was right on time at every location we asked him to be and everything went really smooth! -

We booked a 26 passenger limo bus through All Star Limousine for our August 17, 2013 wedding. Great prices, great driver, very responsive and professional. We have absolutely no complaints! Booking was easy and follow-up questions were answered in a timely fashion. -

Our driver, Jimmy, was great. He joked around with us and made the ride very comfortable. We didn't go anywhere for pictures after the church, due to time constraints, but he would have taken us anywhere we wanted. -

Highly recommend All Star Limos!! We had 2 stretch limos - one for the guys and one for the girls. The drivers were very professional and friendly. It started to drizzle as we were arriving at the church and our driver made sure to have an umbrella ready (although I had umbrellas for the girls just in case, its Pittsburgh after all...)
The limo's were exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of space, very clean, fully stocked with drinks and champagne! -

If you pay them the right amount of money they will drive just about anywhere and thats the thing I liked the most about All Star Limosine. -

These guys were wonderful. On time and completely relaxed. We even had to make a pit stop on the way to the reception for our little flower girl and he was so great about it. -

I highly recommend All Star Limos. They have very new vehicles which are outstanding. We had a 30+ passenger limo bus. It was great. The driver was on-time and very helpful, friendly, and kind. It was raining and he helped everyone in and out of the limo by shielding them with his umbrella. The office staff was also great and I found it very easy to coordinate details with them. Great service! -

We booked a limo to drive our wedding party around after the wedding ceremony to take pictures around Pittsburgh. They were great! We had a large wedding party, so the only vehicle they had available actually seated more than we needed (we needed to seat 12 people, and they gave us the 20-person party bus without charging us extra)! Our driver was very friendly, and she took us to wherever we wanted to go (Mt. Washington, PPG Place, back to Heinz Chapel to pick up a forgotten item, and then finally to our reception at the DoubleTree). The bar came stocked, and everyone had a great time! -

All Star Limosine handled the transportation and got me and my husband to and from our wedding. Their limousines are classy and well maintained and their drivers are very professional.I really think they provided the best limo service for us possible.Highly recommend them for anyone in the Pittsburgh area. -

It rained the day of my wedding and the driver did not have an umbrella. Needless to say my girl's updos were a little messed up from the weather. -

Look Elsewhere
I used All Star Limo (in Pittsburgh) for my wedding in September. By all accounts, they had good ratings and seemed like a decent choice when I researched them online. When I called to get quotes and finally book them, I thought they were a good choice, but I was very wrong.
The shuttle I booked to take myself and my family to the chapel nearly broke down on the way. While I understand that is no fault of the driver or company (things happen), the driver was totally unprofessional in how he spoke to me and my family from the moment her arrived at my house.
When I first entered the shuttle (ahead of schedule) and said "thank you for waiting while we get organized", the driver said "it's no problem it's not coming out of my pocket". I was totally turned off by that comment, who says something like that. Then the driver continuously huffed and made snarky comments about the break down issue the entire drive and offered no solution when asked how we were getting to the church if the current shuttle was not working.
During the ceremony the company swapped out the shuttle and all seemed to be getting back on track, until the end of the night. We were unable to buckle my nieces car seats into the replacement shuttle (which the company was aware of as a need for the event). Once again the driver offered no solution, didn't bother trying to call the dispatcher for the company to find another vehicle to get them home like we requested and ultimately forced me to call an uber to safely get home my 4 yr old and 7 month old niece. It cost me out of pocket over $100 for their uber ride due to the Ed Sheeran and Maroon 5 concert that night.
The Monday after my wedding I called the company to inform them of their drivers behavior on the day of my wedding. The manager was respectful and told me he would send me the re-payment for the uber ride right away. He said he was very sorry for the experience and on his own offered to refund me some of the money we spent on the shuttle due to the issues we experienced. The manager told me he would call me first thing the next morning. I never heard from him so I called the day after that. His staff told me he was out of the office but would call me in an hour, no call came. I followed up a few days later and got the same story, that he was out of the office and would call in an hour. No surprise, he didn't call me again. It took over a week and one angry phone call to finally get him on the phone. This time the manager was dismissive of not responding to me, saying his busy schedule got in the way which is ironic and that he would try to get my payment for the uber out to me when he could. I found this statement ironic and told him as much since he professed that his company prides itself on customer service the first time we spoke. I tend to believe that not only do they employ bad drivers, but that he himself is a bad manager.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional and difficult to deal with. No one should have to deal with the issues I did with this company. Coming from an industry of customer service myself, if I acted like this to any of my clients I would be fired in a heart beat. -
