Yolanda is wonderful! So great to work with. She's like having a member of the family helping you with a big, important event. Everything she did was perfect. Yolanda provided the linens for our wedding of 160 guest. She was amazing! She responded to every email and phone call answering all my questions and concerns. Her prices were on the lower end compared to other vendors which was great considering the quality of the linens were great, the colors were on point and there was a lot of communication. I would and will definitely recommend her to everyone I know. -

Yolanda helped us with a very last minute request for chair covers. She had them ready the next morning and it completed our look. Very professional timely and showed that this is truly a passion for what she does for her clients. Mrs. Yolanda is very organize and takes her time to make sure everything is what you need and ask for. It was truly a blessing to have at lease one thing off my list of duties with no worries. All Occasions Linen was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! They took the time to meet with us one on one and helped create our vision. I contacted this vendor after hours the evening before a holiday. She responded immediately. We were able to settle on rentals, prices, contract, and complete payment within two hours for an event scheduled for two days later. The electronic contract and payment were extremely convenient. She was efficient and professional. The rentals were delivered and installed on time and within a short time frame. The guys who delivered were professional and courteous. The linens added style and elegance to what could have been a very somber occasion. Near the end of the event, the guys responded promptly and had the linens picked up by the time the reception space was clean. We were extremely please with the service and cost. We would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. -

I chose Shonta with All Occasion Linen for my wedding linen and chair covers. By the time I got to choosing a wedding vendor I was frustrated at how much money I was spending on the wedding and the last thing I wanted to do was choose linen, but Shonta was a saving grace and breath of fresh air! She is so sweet and super fun to work with. She loves what she does and it shows! One of my favorite things about planning my wedding was “playing table” with Shonta, as she says. She made great recommendations and helped me create the perfect setting within my budget. Shonta really took the time to talk through the details with me during my mid-planning cycle. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and I turned to her to help me make tough decisions because I really valued and respected her opinion – and I really appreciated her honesty! She was flexible and even spent extra time to meet with me after hours to accommodate my work schedule. She showed up early to set up everything and made my big day stress free! -

The staff was so friendly and easy to work with. The day of the wedding when there was so much stress for everything to go perfect there were no worries. They came in, did their job and beyond. In a matter of 2 days prior to the event at about 4 a.m. I was googling searching for other vendors for premium table linen for a Gala/Black Tie Event. Before arriving to my office at 8 a.m. Ms Shonta had already responded to the email providing a full spec from the information obtained in my request. We arranged to meet a few hours later at the office to select the linen. I professional services and attentiveness given to myself and the event was phenomenial and the prices without compromising quality was astounding! I can't wait for our next event. -

I was really searching for an affordable linen rental place, and was shocked that some places were charging $30+ per linen! I ultimately came across All Occasions Linen and Chair Cover Rentals through a Google search, and gave them a call. I spoke with Candice, who was incredibly prompt, efficient, and professional, she typed up all the information for me right there over the phone, and emailed it to me. They had a great selection of colors, and since I was planning this remotely, she even offered to not charge until I was able to come in physically and look at the linens in person. They had the best prices hands down, and everyone that I worked with was incredibly down-to-earth and super nice. I love this rental company, and was shocked that they didn't have a Yelp.com review, so I added one there as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! -

Before meeting with Candice with All Occasions Linen Rentals for my wedding linens, I had emailed her my chosen colors. When we had our first meeting, she already had a table with a combination of my chosen colors. Not only did she do this but she gave me wonderful suggestions about the colors and she had actual table cloths along with sashes of my chosen colors so I could choose my own combination. I cannot express in words how grateful I am to Candice and All Occasions Linen Rentals for their help for my father’s 65th Birthday Party. My original linen person fell through at the last minute and Candice was there to rescue me. My sisters and I all live out of town and we had a limited amount of time to pickup and drop off the linen. Candice was extremely accommodating to our tight schedule and she made our lives and the party a little less stressful.
The party was a huge success. Everyone loved the color scheme and both my father and mother were overwhelmed with happiness. My mother has cancer and two days before the party we found out that the cancer had spread to her brain and she is in stage 4. She is doing extremely well after her radiation treatment, but most likely this party will be the last major family event she will be able to attend. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THAT EVENT SPECIAL! I am grateful beyond words.

Most awesome thing is if your event is on a Saturday and you know things will be crazy she will let you pick them up the day before and you can return the rentals a day or two later depending on if someone else has rented them. My daughter had plans to use this vendor lining for her wedding reception, but the place where the reception were being held said because of the amount of table being use at their facility she had to use their lining to get a better price for the room. My daughter had already given Special Occasion a good amount of money that was non-refundable toward her deposit. Because of the kind of business Special Occasion is they were able to work with us and allowed us to use her deposit toward the Bridal Shower lining. That to me says a lot for a business.
This place and the owner of this company are amazing. Thanks Special Occasion for making Ashley’s Bridle Show look so beautiful. Your understanding and great services is all a person need when planning such a special day.

I did not understand why I would be charged a fee for the bag that I returned your merchandise in. That is a cost in my opinion that should not be passed on to the customer.
The vendor was timely and present to meet me at the agreed upon time. -

These people can't think quickly. i ordered my linens( and paid for them, the check cleared the bank) 3 weeks before my wedding and the day before while I was getting ready for my rehearsal dinner they called me to say that the linens were not ready to be picked up at the time we had originally discussed. So I had to tell my MOH to turn around (since she was on her way there) and get someone to get them on their way to the wedding. Chaos not needed on the big day! -

Worst experience EVER working with this vendor. Almost everything that could go wrong DID go wrong with this vendor... The ONLY saving grace was Maria, who saved the day because she was actually there and able to salvage the mess... Would NOT recommend using this vendor unless you have a lot of extra time to try to track them down and stay on top of them, then fix the mistakes they make... -
