Wedding Ceremony/Reception DJ

DJ arrived 2 hours prior to our ceremony to set up and discuss all music options, which made the day run much smoother! Very easy to communicate with & had a great time at our wedding!

Amazing!!!

We had James as our DJ for our wedding and he was fantastic. Everyone was engaged and had a lot of fun. Everyone said that he was very nice and such an amazing guy. Would definitely hire them again for another event

Professional experience for economical cost

I needed a DJ for my sister’s surprise 40th party and selected All Occasions DJ for their cost and availability.
Mr. Williams did a phenomenal job, his personality fit right in with our family and friends, felt like we’d known him for years. I would definitely hire them again.

Amazing and kind people!

Absolutely loved having All Occassions DJ celebrate with us! They made sure to communicate with us the entire reception regarding song requests and how things were going throughout the night. Hubby and I couldn’t have been happier!

Baker wedding 9.9.2023

Jessica and her husband crushed the DJ game! We had guest on the floor until the last minute of the wedding reception. They played every requested song even an unusual ones that she had to look up. Her husband also gave some of our guest updates on the OSU game. ( very important information for us) they were so kind and really kept our wedding going and on schedule. They were set up on the loft of our venue and ended up taking some really amazing pics from a view that we wouldn’t of had. Thank you again for everything

We hired All Occasions for our wedding reception. They did a good job communicating with us prior, to make sure they knew what we wanted. They were easy to work with and were a great value. I’d recommend them for your wedding!

WOW Amazing DJ!!!!!

You guys! All Occasions DJ SLAPPED at our wedding reception. SLAPPED! We had Rob (shout out to Rob!) and he met every single expectation we had for our DJ and more. The music was amazing, the transitions so good, and he kept people on our dance floor the entire night, no joke. People were raving about our DJ. The owner, Jessica, is amazing to work with and trains her DJ's so well and for the price, the service blew us away. 110% would recommend this service! Don't go anywhere else!!!

everything went perfectly

They were great and very helpful. They would make helpful suggestions on things but final decisions were always up to me. They were very easy to communicate with and good prices. Our dance floor was never empty.

Exceeded my expectations

JUST BOOK THEM- I don’t even know where to BEGIN. From the beginning, Jessica and Adam were so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. They are very reasonably priced and made everything so smooth!!! On the day of our wedding we had quite a few bumps in the road and they both handled them with EASE and made sure that the placement of equipment, the quality of music and lights, and most importantly they made sure to touch base with me throughout the entire night. They were both so friendly and upbeat and really it just felt like having another family member at our wedding., they were very involved and took so many pictures and videos for us on top of it. They listened to my every want and need and really made the ceremony and reception smoother than I could have ever imagined! I highly highly recommend them and am so happy with my decision. :) THANK YOU BOTH FOR BEING SUCH A BIG PART OF OUR SPECIAL DAY

Jillian was amazing!!!! She answered any and all questions we had before the wedding, had everything planned out step by step during the wedding and had the dance floor jamming the whole time! 100% would recommend All Occasions DJ for any wedding or event!

Amazing experience

My husband and I used All Occasions DJ for our wedding ceremony and reception (10/23/21). We had Jessica as our DJ and she was absolutely AMAZING. The company was very easy to work with early on in the process and Jessica reached out to us very quickly. Jessica was very responsive throughout the entire process. She made the entire process easy and smooth. From helping us lay out the wedding day to helping us choose each song needed, she made this process very easy. She was absolutely amazing the day of the wedding. She even took pictures and sent them to me that night. She made the entire night very fun! EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. Would highly recommend booking Jessica.

Great music, easy to work with, super friendly! There were a couple hiccups but it all worked out in the end!

Fantastic service

Jessica (owner) was an absolute blast to work with. My husband and I hired her to DJ our wedding and could not have picked anyone better. She’s phenomenal at what she does. Keeps everything moving along right on time. Plays appropriate music according to audience and time of night. She’s super accommodating and any time we had questions she was sure to answer. I would 10/10 recommend All Occasions DJ to anyone looking for someone who is affordable, reliable, professional and an all around cool person to be around!

Book them!

All Occasions DJ made my day perfect! The weather was a little unpredictable for my wedding day so we had to play a lot of things by ear. Jessica was able to adapt quickly to all the changes that happened throughout the day including some hiccups with my caterer. Most importantly though, Jessica and her husband were so kind and fun! They were willing to help with whatever I needed, including serving food! You can’t help but love them when you meet them. Such genuine people. Thank you guys for rolling with the punches of my crazy day and making it absolutely unforgettable, I truly don’t know how to express my gratitude.

Super Fun and Friendly DJ!

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and this DJ kept people on the dance floor all night! Every time I wanted to sit down, they played another fabulous song to keep us going. Along with this, they were both extremely friendly, professional, and kind when explaining any questions the bridal party had during the ceremony and during grand entrances. They were great about song requests and made sure to play every request they received. I would definitely recommend this DJ!!!!

A job well done !!

We had a big setup challenge at the venue, needing both indoor/outdoor services simultaneously. This was out of Jessica’s comfort zone, but she did rise to the occasion and we did not have to compromise on our wishes. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready and perfect. Service with a smile, was pleasant to deal with as well as reasonably priced.

We definitely had some hoops to jump through. Two full systems plus a bluetooth speaker in a third room was a first for us! It was definitely a challenge but all in all we just wanted to make sure Holly wasn't stressed and that she and Ryan were were happy. Great Wedding Reception DJ

Really great experience working with Jessica for our reception. We had a meeting before the event and she was super responsive to all my questions. At the actual event, Jessica and staff did a good job getting people engaged, adjusting the schedule as needed, and staying in contact/updating me. And, great price too! You won't regret going with All Occasions DJ.

Can’t wait to use for them our day!

We used All Occasions for my grandmothers wedding date. The DJs showed up early, helped coordinate, and were on top of everything! We had a huge mishap with power availability and they were so calm and helped us figure it out! They play any requests and know just what to play for the crowd. Absolutely recommend, cannot wait to use them in the future. Best pricing around as well!

Great DJ at an Affordable Price

Jessica was amazing! She kept the flow of the reception on track and helped move through all the formalities in the order we discussed before getting the party started! They kept people on the dance floor..everyone had a great time!! She checked in with me throughout the day and was great to work with. She even took photos that she shared with us! Would definitely recommend :)

Jessica and her husband were amazing. Last minute changes were made by myself and she arranged and went with it! The flow of the wedding was amazing and the music was great! Jessica also went out of her way to take some pictures of the reception and help us out with some food issues we had!

Fantastic DJ

Very flexible, professional, and accommodating. Attentive and great communication prior to the wedding. All of the songs we requested were played. The dance floor was packed until the end of the night. I highly recommend. Thank you so much for being part of our special day!

Amazing!

Jess was so amazing. She made sure that everyone enjoyed themselves. She went over and beyond to make sure my day went perfectly. It was such a blessing to have her there, she made sure to take all the stress off of me (as the bride), and had everything under control. I was able to enjoy my day without worrying about a thing. Not only did she do her job, but she also had her hand in everything that needed attention to make sure my husband and I could focus on our guests and eachother on the most special day of our lives. I highly recommend her for your most special moments. I’ve never seen a DJ more loved at any event. She was very prompt in responding, she helped me organize my day, she was very timely on my day. I honestly don’t believe my day would have gone so smoothly had it not been for her. You can tell that she is genuinely passionate about making your day all about you, the least stressful as possible, and so memorable. Thank you so much!!

Wedding Savior

I originally hired Jess (All Occasions DJ) after having heard glowing reviews from several friends whose events she was involved with. Initially, I only needed Jess to play for several hours prior to our band's performance. The day of our event, Jess was incredibly flexible. Unfortunately, due to equipment malfunctions, the band was unable to play. Jess consequently continued playing much to the delight of my husband and me not to mention our dancing maniac friends. Her playlist was awesome! I am so incredibly grateful for her professionalism, friendliness, and flexibility. All Occasions DJ was one of the best elements of our wedding!

She was spot on music kept the night rolling so smoothly so happy with everything they came set up quickly tore down quick and didn’t bother us at all just came and did there thing and made sure we all had fun and we sure did ! It was a night to remember forever

I had an amazing experience with Jess. From the moment we booked her she was so helpful with our music selection and encouraging with crazy ideas or odd requests. She did an awesome job keeping the guests involved and entertained. We had so many people out of their seats and dancing all night from 3yr olds to my 80+ yr old grandparents. I would recommend her EVERY time!!!

Best Day Ever

We actually worked our wedding around Jess and Adams schedule. They were on top of what music we liked, kept it appropriate while the children were still present, and then played our special list for after the children all left. Our special day would not have been as memorable or fun without their amazing personalities! To have All Occasions D.J. you're special event would be an honor.

Best DJ hands down!

Jess DJ’d my wedding in May of 2017 and I’m so glad we chose her! She’s so down to earth and fun, plays today’s hits and yesterday’s favorites. She takes request and fulfills them! She has a wonderful personality and just made the reception an all around fun experience. You won’t regret picking her!

Very unprofessional and hard to get in contact with.

I did not get a response until two days before my wedding, after calling multiple times to finalize details. During the phone call, she was yelling at her family members and asked me repeatedly to wait.

At the wedding, her attitude was poor and my wedding coordinator was not impressed with how she handled things.

In being notified of this review I went back through ALL of our text messages and correspondence. I also tried to reach out to Leah to speak with her about why she left this review as at the end of the evening we were thanked by the bride and groom and numerous family members, tipped by a few people, and told by the venue owners that it was a great night!

1) On NUMEROUS occasions Leah, herself, was supposed to call me "when she was free" and never called, or was not available for contact when I tried to set things up with her. if I was able to post pictures of our texts and calls I would, but this website does not give me the option to do so. The lack of any communication was due to BOTH of us being busy or unavailable. I also did not receive the questionnaire paperwork, which is due before our final meeting, until October 11th just days before her wedding.

2) The week of her wedding a very dear friend lost his life to a random act of violence. I could have canceled but I DID NOT! I notified her of this and apologized for the personal issues to which she said "it's okay". Leah offered condolences and said she'd call the next day. When we spoke we quickly got her timeline for the ceremony and reception set the way she requested. I, again, thanked her for her patience and told her I looked forward to her event.

3) During our phone call I never "yelled at family members". I did have to ask her to hold a few times to which I apologized. She said "it's ok, I understand" and we finished our conversation and set her evening up as requested.

4) At the wedding- the wedding coordinator wanted to "run through" things (basically a mini rehearsal) before we were even finished setting up. She was irritated when I told her we needed to finish setting up and that I would need to get the songs pulled up to do so. I told her I was not prepared for this as it wasn't something we generally did while trying to get all of our equipment set up. THIS WAS NOT IN THE BRIDE'S CONTRACT but I agreed to do it out of the kindness of my heart and to ease everyone's tension. We did run through Leah's ceremony and walk for her attendants and herself. This was basically demanded of me 40 minutes before we were even supposed to start music at all. I could have said "I'm sorry this is not part of our contract" or "I'm sorry, we don't start for another 40 minutes" or even charged an extra hour for the rush to set up and run through the rehearsal, but we did it as requested with no issue. If the coordinator was "NOT IMPRESSED" because it took me a minute to find the music and finish our setup then I truly apologize. This is the extent of which I dealt with the coordinator the entire evening!!!!!

5) My attitude was poor?- If my attitude was poor I would love to know when. Again, I tried to contact Leah regarding this review. We were not notified at any point that this venue was without any heat and although we dressed warm, we froze! My husband and I were even set in front of a barn door that had an entire panel missing. That night there were high winds, it was 41 degrees, and it was raining. My expensive equipment, myself and my husband had freezing winds had rain blowing in on us. We did use some of our table coverings to try to cover the missing panel but the winds were so strong it really didn't matter what we put up. The venue owner was able to offer us a small space heater to which my husband and myself sat down with our coats and blankets over us to try to get warm and contain the little bit of heat we could get. I even sent Leah a text apologizing for sitting down (which I never do) and explained we were trying to keep warm.

All in all the evening was a success. People danced all night long. The reception ended at the proper time, we were thanked by many, and tipped. This review is an absolute shock to me.
