The staff was SO friendly. I left a review on Google a lot closer from post wedding. I think I name dropped some of the employees. They were incredible, made me feel amazing and the food was SO good. We had guests months after the wedding still complimenting the food. I think it’s so refreshing to have a BBQ styled buffet dinner because sometimes the proper food isn’t as good. This was amazing it was a 10/10 so happy. They did a wedding for my sister in 2021 and she didn’t do the BBQ but I remember that food being amazing too. Without a doubt, they are great from the appetizers all the way through to dinner.

Great staff, wonderful food, and everyone was happy!
The staff was so awesome and so polite, helpful, and very informed! They knew exactly where anyone with allergies was sitting and made sure they got their food or went first in buffet for cross contamination! So thoughtful and smart! Every guest said how much they enjoyed their food and how pleasant the staff was! From the main dinner to our late night meal everything was so great! Couldn’t recommend them more! Here is a picture of my cousin who clearly loved her food so much she took a picture with her empty plate :) thank you AOC for the great service and a memorable and easy night for my husband and me!

Exceptional BBQ and Service
We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of Bubb’s BBQ for our wedding caterer! We had a vision of an upscale backyard BBQ, and they not only delivered on that vision but exceeded our expectations. Not only was Bubb’s BBQ the most affordable option we found, but the food was also hands down the best BBQ we tried during our search. We also received tons of compliments from our guests on how much they loved the food.
On top of that, they offer a great selection of linens, plates, silverware, and more. It was wonderful that they were a one-stop shop for all our dinner needs. Lastly, they were incredibly responsive and helpful during the planning process- something we didn’t experience with other caterers.
We’re so glad we found Bubb’s BBQ!

All Occasions Catering was awesome for our wedding. The staff was super friendly and totally on top of things all night. During cocktail hour, the apps were nonstop and our guests kept saying how good everything was. For dinner, we did family style with Cabernet-braised short ribs, creamy Tuscan chicken, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and a squash medley… and wow, everything was so good. Our friends and family were raving about the food all night. Everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly timed. Highly recommend!

Simply amazing! We’ve had a great experience with them right from the start. We even ended up doing two tastings because we couldn’t decide between all the options. People are still talking about how delicious our food was. Especially the brisket and mac & cheese! The head staff member, Yvonne, was the most kind, professional and helpful person. She checked in with us multiple times to ensure everything was going well. Would definitely recommend All Occasions Catering and especially Bubb's BBQ.

Incredible Food!
They were professional and the tasting was amazing. I only wish I had more guests to actually eat all of the food they brought. We got so many compliments! And the mac and cheese bar was absolutely amazing - I would do that as an appetizer in the future. They were patient with me throughout all of the planning. They even approved of my choice of linens to compliment our color scheme and centerpieces.

Wonderful Caterer for Wedding
All Occasions catered our daughter's wedding and we were so happy with them. We chose their Exquisite buffet, hors d'oeuvres, dessert bar, late night snack and bar service. They did a fantastic job. My husband and I are very pleased with All Occasions Catering. We booked them for our August 2023 wedding. In the planning stage they were quick to respond and so patient answering tons of questions for us! The team was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Absolutely delicious!
All Occasions was absolutely incredible throughout the process of planning our wedding at Turner Hall. Ed was super responsive and helpful and they truly delivered when it came to the food! Guests were blown away by the different stations offered and they said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! Vegan and vegetarian guests were also raving, which was a huge plus. Guests also commented on how great the staff was during the day. We highly recommend All Occasions!

Our wedding food was the talk of the night. Everyone complimented it, and even until this day remind us how amazing it was. The food was served hot, was presented beautifully, and the team was seamless in making sure set up and take down went smoothly. The servers were friendly, sometimes a little too quick lol, but overall made sure tables were always clear and well served. I enjoyed every ounce of having them as my catering team on my wedding day!

Amazing and delicious
Our special day was even more special thanks to how attentive, respectable and how amazing the staff was. We had a buffet style dinner and with covid being a major hurdle they went above and beyond to help us and to make sure our own health concerns were mert and taken care of. My husband and I picked Bubb’s BBQ as our food for our wedding. Usually people are not overly thrilled about wedding food but this place definitely exceeded our expectations. We still are getting compliments and most people said that was the best food they have ever had a wedding. :) If you pick All Occasions/Bubb’s BBQ you will NOT be disappointed. All Occasions were so easy to work with from the time we inquired more about their services, to the taste testing, to the day of! They were flexible and accommodating, which was important for us since they were planning our wedding for a venue in Wisconsin but lived in Illinois. We used All Occasions for their day of coordinator service, and it was worth every penny. We did the ruby package, and was the best decision we made during the wedding planning processes. Wendi and Andrea kept us sane and were my calming presence when I wanted to cry. Both ladies made our day perfect and we didn't need to worry about anything day of.
Wendi works many weddings at our venue The Black Swan which made the process that much easier. Months before the wedding was even here, they had contacted all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Even when I had a melt down day of because I didn't want to take another family group picture they kept me calm. Wendi and Andrea made our day so special, it allowed us to enjoy every minute of our wedding without having to worry about the big and small stuff. What they did for us was invaluable. They are also LGBTQ friendly!

Their catering staff served our backyard tent wedding reception at a level that exceeded all expectation. We had down pouring rain during dinner. With our wedding day just 4 weeks ahead these guys (being our first and last search) pulled through! Providing an excellent choice of menus, we went Jamaican. I was worried the mahi mahi would be dry, but it was delicious, as well as the jerk brisket. The beans and rice were spot on, just like they would make in the islands! The salads and sides were also delightful. Not salty but flavorful, using the food to flavor the food. The chefs have a great talent, every one of our fifty guests were quiet while eating going for seconds. Our pastor from Texas said it was the best brisket he could remember having. Thank you so much for your accommodations, it was truly a memorable experience.

My husband and I just got married this past weekend at The Landing 1841 in Burlington. We had Bubb's/All Occasions cater our wedding, and we choose the Mexican Buffet. We really enjoyed the food and only got positive feedback from our guests about it. The tacos were delicious! We also had a late night cereal bar which was a big hit with our guests. In addition, we got all of our linens from them which turned out great and were set up properly! The staff were great and did an excellent job serving and bussing our plates. While our guests were enjoying cocktail hour and we were taking pictures, one of the staff members even came out to bring my husband and me some appetizers-we were very appreciative of the thoughtfulness! We were overall very pleased with this catering company and would strongly recommend them to all other couples! They also have a variety of other menus as well.

Bubb’s did a great job catering our wedding! We got so many compliments on how good the food was and how nice it was to have so many options at the different stations. They were very accommodating and were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, I was impressed that I could even rent the tables we needed through them. I would highly recommend All Occasions/Bubb’s for your catering needs!

We had the Chuck Wagon BBQ for our daughter’s graduation party and it was AMAZING!!! The Brisket was the best I have had! We ordered the Mac & Cheese as one of our sides and that was the First thing to go!!! Delicious! Absolutely recommend this!!

Bubbs was incredibly accommodating from the start, and had so many different options that we could really customize everything to exactly how we wanted it, without paying for things we didn’t! I changed my mind and added/changed a good handful of things in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and they handled it like nobody’s business. They were always quick to reply to every email too!
And then there was the day of our wedding: they arrived on time and got everything set up right on schedule. Their servers were so courteous and professional, and kept all the guest tables looking tidy well into the night. The two bartenders kept the drinks flowing all night. And their FOOD!!!!! -- we selected the Pig Roast with Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, and a few other sides and things, and we received compliments from SO many of our guests… “This is by far the best dinner I’ve ever had at a wedding!” was one such comment I heard over and over. By far the best value for our money -- so happy with how it all turned out, and would highly recommend them!

We had All Occasions- Bubbs BBQ cater our wedding this past Sunday and I can not say enough good things about them... not only was the food the best BBQ ever but the service was phenomenal.. the servers cared about myself and my husband and made sure we actually got to eat.. they even saved him and I some meatballs during our cocktail hour as they were going quick! Our guests were complimenting our food left and right. The s’mores were a fun dessert that everyone enjoyed.. a good way to top it all off! They really went above and beyond what we were expecting!!

I have been meaning to thank you for the wonderful job you did to help make my extended family holiday party a success this January. I was responsible for hosting a party for 50-60 relatives this year and based on a personal recommendation, I contacted All Occassions. The staff was very helpful with what I needed to order and the food pick up process was seamless. I haven't even mentioned the food yet.......DELICIOUS! We did the taco buffet and the food was beyond amazing! Everyone that we encountered were the most helpful people ever. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. We also used their wedding planner, Wendi, and I cannot sing her praises to enough people. I kept saying the day of my wedding "Get you a Wendi", her and Andrea were so wonderful and helpful and so on top of every little detail. We love them.

We chose this company because of their professionalism and quick response to my initial inquiry. Prices were competitive but not the cheapest. Their level of service and professional experience was well worth the money. They made everything easy and communication was always open. During the planning process, this was just so helpful. And most importantly the Bubb's BBQ menu we chose was outstanding. We got many many compliments on the food. I would highly recommend working with this company for your wedding.

Great caterer. From Jessica who handle our contract to the servers who were very attentive and pleasant. Jessica made sure we had everything and was flexible with adding to what we needed only two weeks away from our date. The value is also exceptional and everyone had good things to say about the food.

I wish I could give higher than a 5 star rating. Mark, Jessica and the rest of the staff at All Occasions/Bubbs were a DREAM to work with. Always responsive and quick to offer helpful advice. We had a bit of a last minute dilemma with our sweets and they very graciously were able to store our desserts overnight and deliver them the next day.
We had the wedding of our dreams but the first thing that we heard from ALL of our guests was about the food - "This was the best food I've ever had at a wedding EVER". We opted for the pig roast and it was DELICIOUS. The appetizers and late night snacks were all a hit too.
If you have the need for catering small or big events use All Occasions Catering/Bubbs BBQ. You will not regret it! Not only is the food on point but Mark and the rest of the staff are genuinely nice people and very easy to work with. We are so grateful for All Occasions Catering!!

Bubb's served at our wedding and provided over the top services and food. We chose the pork shoulder, beef brisket, and baked chicken. All of our guests raved about the great food and how it was the best beef brisket they ever had. We were very impressed with the professionalism of their staff too. They were very courteous and helpful the day of the event. Planning with Bubb's is very easy too. They were very responsive and assisted in all of our needs.

We were extremely happy with our decision to have Bubb's cater our wedding. We opted for the more casual, bbq buffet style and it was a perfect fit for our celebration. Our guests had many compliments about the food, particularly the beef brisket. We especially appreciated that we were allowed to take all leftovers home with us. Pricing was reasonable to begin with, and this really made us feel like we were getting the full value of our purchase.
Setup and takedown was all done timely and with respect to our guests.
I'd use Bubb's services again in a heartbeat!!

One of the biggest compliments we received at and after out wedding was how delicious the food was.
With how reasonable priced their packages were and how tasty the food was, it was an easy decision to go with Bubb's. There was plenty of food to feed everyone with only adding two extra plates to our final head count and we were abel to take the left overs home.
They made sure to show up at a time that would not interfere with our ceremony, since it was outdoors and right in front of our reception area. Any questions were responded to in a timely manner and they were very professional. The wait staff did a great job keeping the food looking great and all platters full.

AWESOME! We are still getting comments about how great the food was. We went the BBQ selection, best BBQ we have ever had! Staff was so personable and professional! My one recommendation is that you rent linens and cups elsewhere. We rented champagne glasses from them not thinking that when their 3 hours of service was up that they would take the glasses with them. Some of our guests didn't even get a chance to drink all of their champagne

I just got married on September 1st, 2012 and all I have to say about Bubb's is WOW! From the second we walked in to do the tasting, Mark made us feel so welcome. The food he cooked up for the tasting was the exact same exceptional quality that we recieved on our wedding day. We served the brisket, pulled pork and the chicken and every person that we invited came up and complimented us on the quality of meat and the flavor! I have to say that their colslaw and potato salad is the best I've ever had. I think they used their rub in the seasoning to give it that unique flavor. They arrived on time, set up was smooth, and did a very efficient cleanup when we were done eating. I was enjoying my dinner when I saw one of their employees carrying back my grandma's plate so that she could use her walker without any trouble. Amazing! I would reommend this to any bride wanting to make their man happy (and their guests too) by serving bbq at her wedding reception!

We used Mark for catering our wedding reception. We did a traditional buffet through his "All Occasions" catering company. Mark answered all our questions and had an incredible ability to think of every detail. We were incredibly impressed with him and his professionalism and then blown away with the food at our food tasting. People raved about our food at our wedding and we can't believe we got the quality of food we did for the price we paid. We did a full-service because of a non-traditional venue and Mark's staff were phenomenal. We met at the venue and Mark took care of additional details to make our day spectacular. We were able to have a vegan option for friends and family and it was no problem - this was a such relief because of food choices in both of our families. We highly recommend Mark!

All Occasions was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. They knew the venue and were very flexible with services, arrival times, clean-up, and were even willing to drive out to set up linens the day before so we could decorate guest tables ahead of time. The food was of course fantastic and the on-site team at our reception was friendly, upbeat, expedient, and accommodating. We even received a signed congratulatory card in the mail following our wedding, which was a nice personal touch.
The only reason we're docking half a star under Quality of Service is because we did encounter a few communication issues as we were making changes to our contract and providing final numbers, but everything worked out in the end. Would definitely go with All Occasions again, but might suggest a month-of meeting to walk through final details and timelines rather than covering everything over email.

All Occasions provides strong communication and good value for their services. Food was tasty and plentiful, and meals for our guests with dietary restrictions were handled without problem or surcharge. Our only complaint is that the meal was cleaned up a little bit too soon - several guests commented on how quickly their water glasses were removed when they left their tables, and we didn't have much of an opportunity to get more food after our first pass through the buffet.

Great food. But the caterers did a few things that really annoyed me. I found them eating my wedding cake without asking if they could and they interrupted our photo shoot to tell us that we were running late with the photography and we were on the clock. mind you I was paying them to be there for 4 hours and eating never takes that long.

A Great Company!
They were very accommodating with our event! They walked me through the different menus and had a good variety of options to choose from. The staff that worked our event that day were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even arrived and were set up before we got there! They offered to cut and serve our cake so I could mingle with our guests. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend! We'll be using them again for our next celebration!
